Abstract

The use of Smartboards in primary school learning has become an essential part of digital transformation in Indonesian education. However, the success of this implementation strongly depends on user acceptance. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing Smartboard acceptance using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which includes Perceived Usefulness (PU), Attitude Toward Using (ATU), and Intention to Use (IU). A quantitative explanatory correlational design was employed, involving primary school teachers in West Jakarta who have used Smartboards in classroom instruction. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings indicate that all indicators of PU, ATU, and IU demonstrate valid and reliable loading factor values. Structurally, PU has a positive and significant effect on IU, and ATU also shows a significant positive influence on IU. These results highlight that perceived usefulness and positive attitudes are the primary determinants shaping teachers’ intention to use Smartboard technology. The study implies that enhancing digital competencies, providing structured Smartboard training, and ensuring technical support are crucial to optimizing the implementation of Smartboard-based learning

Abstract

The main problem in education today lies in the low level of students' creative thinking skills, as demonstrated by various national and international assessment results. This indicates a gap between curriculum objectives and expected learning outcomes. The Independent Learning Curriculum (Merdeka Belajar) is presented as a solution to create flexible, innovative, and student-centered learning, but its implementation in the field still faces various obstacles such as a lack of teacher understanding, inadequate learning facilities, and less than optimal student engagement. Based on these conditions, this study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Independent Learning Curriculum implementation in improving students' creative thinking skills at SMP Negeri 3 Rengat. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Independent Learning Curriculum implementation in improving students' creative thinking skills at SMP Negeri 3 Rengat. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, involving teachers and students as informants through interviews and observations. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that teachers have implemented the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum steps by preparing lesson plans, teaching modules, learning methods, and assessment systems. Furthermore, students demonstrated creative thinking skills by presenting novel ideas, viewing problems from multiple perspectives, and actively engaging in learning projects. The study concluded that the Independent Learning Curriculum has proven effective in improving students' creative thinking skills, although improved facilities, teacher training, and more comprehensive learning strategies are still needed for optimal implementation.

Abstract

Total Quality Management is an approach to an organization that focuses on quality and is based on the participation of all human resources and is aimed at long-term results and success through customer satisfaction and providing benefits to members of the organization. The main customers in this study are students and parents. The National Standards contained in PP No. 57 of 2020 have set national quality standards for education. Quality improvement in schools is the responsibility of all school members. In addition, the teacher is an important key in improving classroom learning which will later have an impact on improving the quality of education. All resources and efforts have been made in the process of improving the quality of schools, one of which is the application of sustainable national education standards. Furthermore, there is continuous TQM. In the development of models in achieving the quality of education is very necessary in the realization of education itself. Given the importance of the implications of quality assurance in the learning process, the RANISH quality development model was designed in the process of improving the quality of education. This research uses qualitative research methods with the DBR (Design Based Research) method approach. The DBR method is felt to be very suitable because the DBR method aims to provide solutions to any problems that arise and is relevant in order to develop a quality development model in educational units because it is able to bridge theory and practice. The recommendations for the RANISH quality development model are felt to be appropriate because they are based on precise and measurable quality control. Starting with the process of quality planning, quality control and quality improvement.
