Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of employee engagement and career development on employee retention at PT Chalodo Sibali Resoe. This study uses a quantitative approach, and the data is in numerical form. The research design uses a questionnaire. The population and sample in this study are all 33 employees. The sample was determined using a saturated sampling method. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show evidence that simultaneously, employee engagement and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee retention with a calculated f value of 132.103 > 3.32 (f table) and a significance value of <0.001 < 0.05. This indicates that improvements in appreciation, recognition, and harmonious working relationships at PT Chalodo Sibali Resoe will be effective in retaining employees. Employee engagement with structured career development programs is not only an investment in capability improvement but also an effective strategy for retaining key talent at PT Chalodo Sibali Resoe in North Luwu. This study provides practical implications for company management in designing employee engagement and career development strategies to improve employee retention.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of digital attendance systems and productivity monitoring on employee performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya in North Luwu Regency. Using a quantitative descriptive approach and through Slovin equation to 180 employees selected 65 respondents from those. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test with IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results show that both the digital attendance system and productivity monitoring hold significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, both variables also significantly influence on employee performance. These findings indicate that digital systems in attendance and productivity management enhance discipline, efficiency, and accountability. Therefore, companies should strengthen digital integration in human resource management to improve performance and competitiveness in the modern retail sector.

Abstract

This research aims to analyzed the role of green marketing, the 4P marketing mix, and distribution channels in enhancing the competitiveness of organic agricultural products in Luwu Regency. The research method employed is a quantitative approach using a survey technique with questionnaires distributed to 150 respondents from organic farming businesses. The research instrument was tested for validity and reliability, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS. The results indicate that green marketing has a positive and significant effect on the competitiveness of organic agricultural products. Similarly, distribution channels were found to have a positive and significant impact on competitiveness. In contrast, the 4P marketing mix does not have a significant partial effect on competitiveness. However, the three independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the competitiveness of organic agricultural products. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.395 indicates that 39.5% of the variation in competitiveness can be explained by green marketing, the 4P marketing mix, and distribution channels, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings underscore the importance of implementing green marketing strategies and effective distribution channel management to enhance the competitiveness of organic agriculture in Luwu Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of employee skills and knowledge on digital transformation at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Palopo City Branch. Digital transformation in the banking sector requires human resources who are capable of operating technology and adapting to new systems. The study used a quantitative approach, involving all 30 employees of BSI Palopo Branch as a sample through census sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that employee skills and knowledge have a positive and significant effect on digital transformation. Knowledge is the most dominant factor in supporting the success of service digitalization. These findings emphasize that improving competency and understanding of technology is essential to strengthen human resource readiness in facing digital changes in Islamic banking

Abstract

Meningkatnya perhatian terhadap isu lingkungan mendorong perubahan perilaku konsumen menuju pembelian ramah lingkungan. Namun, kesenjangan antara niat dan perilaku aktual masih menjadi tantangan, khususnya pada sektor ritel menengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan, nilai fungsional kualitas, dan pelabelan ramah lingkungan terhadap perilaku pembelian ramah lingkungan pada konsumen Alfamidi Super. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif kausal. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 150 responden yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengolahan dan analisis data mencakup uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan, nilai fungsional kualitas, dan pelabelan ramah lingkungan masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku pembelian ramah lingkungan. Selain itu, secara bersama-sama ketiga variabel independen tersebut juga menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku pembelian ramah lingkungan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan akses serta kemampuan konsumen, manfaat dan kualitas produk, serta kejelasan dan tingkat kepercayaan terhadap label ramah lingkungan berperan penting dalam mendorong perilaku konsumsi yang berorientasi pada lingkungan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi secara teoretis dalam memperkaya kajian mengenai perilaku konsumen ramah lingkungan serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengelola ritel dalam merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang berkelanjutan.
