Abstract

One form of approach used to analyze stock prices is by applying Fibonacci ratios and Fuzzy Logic analysis. The purpose of this study is (1) to apply the Fibonacci ratio approach to determine stock support and resistance levels in food and beverage sub-sector companies on the IDX, (2) to apply fuzzy logic analysis based on support and resistance levels with the Fibonacci ratio approach to sub company the food and beverage sector on the IDX, (3) to provide investment decision recommendations in the form of linguistic information on stock price movements in the food and beverage sub-sector companies on the IDX. The research design used in this study is a case study of the price movements of ten shares in the food and beverage sub-sector companies on the Stock Exchange. Researchers used a research design with secondary data. Furthermore, stock price movement data were analyzed using a merging analysis approach with Fibonacci ratios and fuzzy logic analysis with fuzzy systems so that an investment decision recommen- dation was obtained in the form of linguistic information. Based on the results of the study showed that technical analysis of stock price move- ments using Fibonacci ratios and fuzzy logic analysis can be used properly. Furthermore, the results of this linguistic information can be utilized by investors who do not own shares and who already have shares, but the results of this data analysis are not absolute and must be adjusted to the conditions in their application.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of EUCS (End-User Computing Satisfaction) variables on user satisfaction with the CEISA 4.0 administrative system at KPPBC TMP Juanda. This study aims to evaluate how various factors, including technical support, reporting features, and system usability, contribute to overall user satisfaction. Data were collected through a survey, and analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to assess the relationship between the identified variables. Key findings indicated that users experienced satisfactory technical support, characterized by quick responses and effective solutions to problems. In addition, the system's excellent reporting features facilitate the generation of comprehensive and easy-to-understand reports, further increasing user satisfaction. The research also included validity and reliability tests, confirming that the constructs used in this study are valid and reliable for measuring user satisfaction. The results show that improving these factors can significantly increase user satisfaction with CEISA 4.0, ultimately leading to more efficient administrative processes. This research adds to a more profound comprehension of the elements that influence user satisfaction in administrative systems, as well as providing valuable insights for future development of similar technologies.

Abstract

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven the transformation of payment systems from conventional to electronic-based, one of which is through the use of digital wallets (e-wallets). This study aims to analyze the effect of security, privacy, and electronic trust (e-trust) on the interest in using e-wallets in Indonesia. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 165 respondents who are active e-wallet users, using the purposive sampling method. The results of the validity and reliability tests showed that all research instruments met the established criteria. The classical assumption test including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity also showed that the regression model was feasible to use. The results of the analysis showed that the three independent variables of security, privacy, and trust had a significant effect on the interest in using e-wallets. These findings confirm that aspects of system security, personal data protection, and trust in service providers are the main factors in driving the adoption of e-wallets in the community. This study is expected to be a reference for digital financial service providers in improving service quality and building user trust.
