Abstract

A fracture is a break in the continuity of a bone. The injury recovery process may not go perfectly if the patient cannot move after surgery. Of course, this condition will affect the length of time the patient is considered in the emergency clinic. The recovery that medical staff should be able to carry out in patients with post-operative femur fractures is to complete the initial assembly. Early mobilization is an effort to pursue freedom as quickly as possible by directing the victim to follow physiological capabilities. The motivation behind this study was to determine the impact of early preparation practices on postoperative femoral fracture patients. This research was conducted in the Surgery Room at Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi Regional Hospital. The technique used is a quantitative illustrative examination strategy with an overview type. The population was 5 respondents with post-operative femur fractures treated in the work room, who were examined using an all out examination procedure. Information is obtained through perception. Considering the side effects of the review, it was shown that most of the 60% of respondents with post-operative femur fractures were dependent on others. It stands to reason that there is an impact of movement practices in post-operative femur fracture patients that would encourage a longer stay in the emergency clinic. Patients who are recovering from surgery need to start mobilizing as soon as possible to ensure smooth blood flow, speed wound healing, and minimize hospitalization..

Abstract

Babies are golden periods because in this period the babies will experience very significant. One of the influences on a baby's growth and development is providing nutrients to the baby appropriately according to his age, one of which is a complementary food. The purpose study was to determine the relationship between maternal behavior in early breastfeeding and the incidence of diarrhea in infants, in addition to identify mothers' breastfeeding behavior, the type of complementary food given, and the incidence of diarrhea in early breastfeeding. The method used a Traditional Study Review design and used the keywords "mother's behavior," "early complementary food," and "Baby diarrhea." This review study used a population of Infants 0-6 months. Exposure to Maternal Behavior in Early Breastfeeding, Outcome Incidence of Diarrhea, and Design Study Journal Articles used a cross-sectional design approach, analytical correlation, and analytical observational survey. Results showed a relationship between mothers' behavior in early breastfeeding and the incidence of diarrhea in infants. Mothers giving complementary food for less than six months were caused by factors such as low maternal knowledge and skills, which refer to the mother's low level of education. Medical personnel must be more active in counseling parents, especially mothers who have babies, about early complementary food to minimize the incidence of diarrhea in babies.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Proper blood storage to maintain the quality of donor blood. Damage to the storage process will reduce blood quality. And decreased viability that has an impact on decreased Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) results in loss of membrane lipids that cause electrolytes to leave the cell. To analyze the effect of blood bag storage time on Hb, Hct and potassium levels. This research used descriptive analytic with time series design; namely making variations in storage time of 1,7,14 days after collection with storage temperature in the refrigerator (2-6ºC), then hemoglobin, Hct and Potassium levels are examined. The donor blood tubes at the UTD PMI Malang Regency is the population of this study. The sample will be taken using a total sampling technique totaling 30 samples. Data were analyzed using Spearman correlation. The results of the research showed that there is a relationship between the length of blood storage and the stability of blood temperature from the mobile unit at UTD PMI Malang Regency, with a correlation coefficient value of 0.737 with a p value of 0.000 (p<0.05). The blood temperature that more stable between 2-6 degrees Celsius, the longer the blood storage time will be able to last and vice versa.
