Abstract

ABSTRACTIndonesia as a maritime axis, of course, will not be separated from maritime culture and technology. The maritime axis is a development paradigm needed by maritime-based regions such as Labuan Bajo. Maritime culture should be the original culture of Indonesia, because Indonesia is an archipelagic country. However, the development of tourist villages located on the coast requires a special planning program that is in accordance with the characteristics of the community, geography, and socio-culture so that tourism development is sustainable. This study aims to create a digital-based and sustainable independent tourism village development program. The concept used is sustainable tourism, marine tourism village and through community development to buildhuman capital. The creation of human resource capacity, in this case local communities, who do understand these maritime attitudes and values. By combining the concept of maritime culture and the concept of community development. The results of research for the development of marine tourism villages require an approach with aspects of digitalization technology that can be used as an information center containing the results of internalizing maritime culture with local wisdom and infrastructure facilities to accelerate economic growth. Digitization is used for the community, one of which is fishermen, business actors in the tourism sector and small and medium businesses through digital platforms, so that they can create an information data network in the form of big data as a means ofeconomic digitization infrastructure, and human capital development through human resource development and digital literacy. Products in the form of physical, consisting of arts, culinary arts, building arts (Architecture) and non-physical in the form of norms and values that are in accordance with maritime culture, which then becomes an information attraction both from the tourism element and the implementation of maritime culture which has economic value. for the development of sustainable marine tourism villages. Keywords: Tourism Village, Digitalization, sustainable tourism, marine tourism village

Abstract

Jurnal ini membahas tentang Pengurusan Undangan Konvensi Forum Rektor Indonesia 2017, serta hambatan yang ditemui dan pemecahan masalahnya. Berdasarkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh penulis ialah dengan cara pengamatan langsung ke lapangan serta studi kepustakaan melalui buku dan online. Proses kegiatan ini penting dalam mensukseskan Konvensi Forum Rektor Indonesia 2017, karena didalamnya terdapat beberapa tahap yang merupakan standar untuk melakukan penyebaran undangan. enelitian ini menjelaskan mengenai Bauran Promosi “Paket Wisata Halal Korea Selatan” pada Cheria Halal Holiday. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui kegiatan bauran promosi yang dilakukan Cheria Halal Holiday dalam memasarkan “Paket Wisata Halal Korea Selatan" beserta hambatan dan kendalanya. Korea selatan menjadi salah satu negara yang mulai mengembangkan wisata halal. Abstract

Penelitian ini dibuat dengan latar belakang Teknik Pembuatan Perfect Espresso pada Operasional Lobby Lounge, Redtop Hotel Jakarta. Penulis melakukan pengamatan dan terjun langsung ke area bar dimana penulis melakukan praktek kerja lapangan selama tiga bulan, dimulai dari akhir bulan Februari 2018 sampai dengan bulan Mei 2018. Untuk menjadi seorang Barista, hal yang perlu diperhatikan adalah mengetahui dasar –dasar pengetahuan tentang kopi, peralatan apa saja yang digunakan, serta teknik –teknik pembuatan dalam pembuatan kopi, dan variasi menu yang bisa diciptakan dengan kopi. Metode dalam pembuatan Perfect Espresso sebagai basis utama dalam berbagai variasi minuman kopi saat ini juga merupakan hal yang penting. Mulai dari, Grinder, Gramasi, Tamping, Suhu, Detik dan Layer. Semua metode tersebut dilakukan dengan standar yang sudah ditetapkan sehingga menghasilkan kualitas Perfect Espresso yang baik.

Abstract

Indonesia International Wedding Festival 2017 adalah pameran pernikahan dan honeymoon terbesar di awal tahun yang diselengarakan oleh Weddingku dan Radyatama. Setiap penyelenggaraan tentunya tidak luput dari permasalan, khususnya dalam segi operasional. Oleh karena itu, penyelenggara memiliki prosedur sendiri dalam menangani permasalahan operasional. Tulisan ini akan membahas seputar permasalahan operasional hall khususnya prosedur penanganan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh peserta dalam pengoperasian stan nya. Pembahasan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja permasalahan operasional hall dalam penyelenggaraan pameran ini dan bagaimana penanganannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan  dan penulisan Tugas Karya Akhir ini adalah metode deskriptif melalui kata-kata tertulis maupun lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang diamati. Saya juga menggunakan metode observasi yaitu melewati praktek kerja lapangan yang dilakukan penulis di PT Dyandra Promosindo. Saya menemukan permasalahan marking dan daya listrik adalah yang paling sering terjadi. Penanganan yang dilakukan adalah identifikasi masalah tersebut dan setelah ditemukan sumbernya, langsung ditangani tidak lebih dari sepuluh menit. Kata Kunci: Operasional, Permasalahan, Pameran.

Abstract

Perkembangan pariwisata di Indonesia saat ini mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan setiap tahunnya. Hal ini berdampak pula pada perkembangan industri dibidang jasa makanan dan minuman. Jasa tersebut biasanya dapat berupa rumah makan, coffee shop serta cake shop. Pada umumnya restauran menyajikan olahan makanan dan minuman yang dimasak oleh para chef. Tapi di restauran Triple Combo juga menjual berbagai macam kue yang menarik perhatian masyarakat luas. Salah satu kue yang cukup menjadi daya tarik bagi wisatawan yang berkunjung adalah swiss roll cake. Untuk menjaga kualitas swiss roll cake hal utama yang harus diperhatikan adalah aspek sanitasi dan hygiene dalam proses pembuatannya. Ada beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam hal ini yaitu kesehatan dan kebersihan juru masak, kebersihan alat-alat, dan kebersihan lokasi pembuatan. Hal ini dikarenakan berkaitan dengan kesehatan konsumen yang akan membeli dan mengkonsumsi makanan tersebut. Dalam pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif berupa wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pembuatan swiss roll di Triple Combo mempunyai aspek sanitasi dan hygiene yang cukup baik dan sangat diperhatikan oleh juru masak.Kata kunci : Usaha bidang Pariwisata, Restauran,

Abstract

ABSTRACT The focus of this study is about Promotional Mix "Halal Tour Packages of South Korea" on Cheria Halal Holiday. The purpose of this study is to know promotional mix activities on Cheria Halal Holiday in marketing "Halal Tour Packages of South Korea" and their obstacles. South Korea became one of the countries that began to develop halal tourism. This is an opportunity for Cheria Halal Holiday to promote South Korea's halal tour packages.In this study using Qualitative Descriptive method by interviewing with resource person and direct observation at Cheria Halal Holiday office. The concepts used in writing are Tourism, Halal Tourism, Tourism Promotion, and Tourism Promotion Mix. Promotion mix is very important to support the sales activities of Cheria Halal Holiday’s packages, for example Halal Tour Packages of South Korea.Based on the observations, Cheria Halal Holiday has done the promotion mix accordance with the concept. Cheria is considered to be able to market South Korea halal tour package products well although still encountered some obstacles such as expensive price. However this does not diminish the interest of the community because of the halal tourist services that become the hallmarks of this product. Keywords: Tourism, Halal Tourism, Promotion Mix, South Korea

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisa pelayanan yang di terapkan di LOBO Restaurant, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel - Mega Kuningan. Selama melakukan magang, penulis mengamati bahwa pelayanan di LOBO Restaurant sudah sesuai dengan SOP (Standart Operation Procedure) dan dapat dikategorikan memberikan pelayanan yang prima. Abstract

"In 'Tarian Bumi,' the narrative vividly portrays Balinese women's defiance against the entrenched patriarchal norms of their society. The protagonist, Ida Ayu Telaga, emerges as a symbol of courage, challenging the oppressive customs that confine women's autonomy and expression. This research endeavors to delve into the diverse manifestations of Balinese women's resistance against patriarchal hegemony, employing a feminist lens. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach, the study mines the rich textual landscape of 'Tarian Bumi' for instances of women's defiance. The methodology involves a meticulous examination of the novel, supplemented by insights from various secondary sources such as books, theses, articles, and news reports on women's struggles against patriarchy. Through a process of data reduction, classification, and validation, the researcher identifies recurring themes of resistance encoded within the text. The findings underscore a spectrum of challenges, encompassing traditional gender roles, marital expectations, familial constraints, religious and social inequalities, and instances of gender-based violence. These acts of resistance are articulated through diverse mediums including written expressions, philosophical reflections, and symbolic dances—a testament to the enduring struggle for justice. By illuminating these narratives of defiance, the research serves as a catalyst for critical reflection, urging readers to interrogate prevailing patriarchal paradigms and advocate for gender equity."

Abstract

The author conducted this socialization in several villages, namely Manusak Village, East Kupang, Rahong Village, Cianjur, West Java, and Bakalan Village, Bululawang for twenty-five days. The author conducted this socialization because of the author's anxiety because the integrated digital service system had not been implemented in Indonesia. The conclusion in this aticle that the village must have these three objects to implement a digital-based integrated public service system in the village. Young human resources are needed because the adaptation of the mini site is not short and must be applied for a long time, the website is needed because it is a symbol of the first stage of digital service reporting and the easiest to have before the village has an application. Another thing that is no less important is support from the village government to apply this system. Increasing the digital-based integrated public service system is one of the implementations of good governance in the village.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach, namely an approach that explains the researcher's main objectives with descriptive narratives. There are main narratives described in this study including e-canteen, healthy environment, and good nutrition. The data used in this study are secondary data that the researcher obtained indirectly from books, scientific articles, magazines, and so on. The data obtained was carried out in several stages: collected, selected, reduced, and presented using descriptive narratives. The conclusion in this article show that E-Canteen significantly supports the creation of healthy canteens for the reasons mentioned above. A healthy canteen creates a healthy environment. A healthy canteen environment ensures the availability of good nutrition. Based on this, implementing E-Canteen can indeed create a healthy canteen, a healthy canteen environment, and provide good nutrition.
