Abstract

Jaringan tenaga listrik yang mensuplai Universitas Udayana merupakan bagian dari Penyulang Kedonganan. Rekonfigurasi jaringan distribusi tenaga listrik kampus Universitas Udayana Bukit Jimbaran bertujuan untuk meningkatkan performa jaringan suatu sistem kelistrikan yang handal . Dari studi  yang sudah dilakukan di dapatkan hasil 115,5 kW dari rugi daya pada Jaringan Distribusi Penyulang Kedonganan sebelum terpasangnya pembangkit generator set dan PLTS yang terdapat pada kampus. Setelah terpasangnya Pembangkit generator set terjadi penurunan rugi daya sebesar 86,6 kW dan setelah terpasangnya generator set dan PLTS rugi dayanya sebesar 86,5 kW dari total rugi daya yang terjadi sebelum interkoneksi pembangkit generator set dan PLTS. Serta meningkatnya keandalan Penyulang Kedonganan dengan indeks SAIFI = 0,8298 gangguan/pelanggan.tahun atau  terjadinya gangguan dalam setahun kurang dari 1 kali/pelanggan, SAIDI = 2,9006 jam/pelanggan.tahun atau durasi pemadaman dalam setahun sekitar 3 jam per pelanggan, CAIDI = 3,495 jam/ganguan atau lama durasi pemadaman dalam satu kali pemadaman selama 3 jam 30 menit. Pada analisis kondisi emergency (saat PLN padam) dapat diketahui bahwa, terdapat overload pada generator set FT, generator set Rektorat dan PLTS FT.DOI: 10.24843/MITE.1501.10

Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya teknologi akan berdampak pada pertumbuhan data yang pesat hingga melampaui batas kemampuan database manajemen tools yang ada. Salah satu sistem yang memiliki jumlah dan jenis data yang cukup besar adalah SIM RS (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit). HPC (High Performance Computing) merupakan metode untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang memiliki kompleksitas tinggi terkait dengan beban pekerjaan dan penggunaan banyak data. Salah satu teknik yang digunakan dalam metode HPC adalah Komputasi Paralel. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan komputasi paralel menggunakan model message-passing pada proses pencarian data pasien pada SIM RS. Komputasi paralel didesain dengan cara membagi data atau pekerjaan (komputasi) ke sejumlah komputer/CPU (master dan slave). Konfigurasi komputasi paralel pada komputer/CPU master dan slave menggunakan tahapan pada metode Foster yaitu Partisi, Komunikasi, Aglomerasi dan Pemetaan. Pengujian akan dilakukan dengan membandingkan waktu pengolahan data pasien antara sekuensial dan paralel. Selain itu komputasi paralel dirancang akan diuji menggunakan perhitungan Speed Up dan Efisieinsi. Hasil perancangan dan pengujian komputasi paralel menggunakan model message-passing membuktikan bahwa waktu pengolahan data pasien menggunakan program paralel mampu lebih cepat dibandingkan pengolahan data menggunakan topologi jaringan sekuensial/1 komputer/CPU. Pada pengujian speed up menunjukan adanya peningkatan kecepatan sampai pada penggunaan komputasi paralel pada 3 komputer/CPU. Sedangkan pada pengujian efisiensi nilai efisiensi tertinggi terdapat pada penggunaan 2 dan 3 komputer/CPU. Terjadinya penurunan nilai speed up dan efisiensi diakibatkan oleh jumlah data yang tergolong sedikit apabila ditangani oleh komputasi paralel menggunakan 7 komputer/CPU. Jadi semakin banyak jumlah komputer/CPU yang dilibatkan dalam komputasi paralel pada saat melakukan pemrosesan/pengolahan data, tidak berbanding lurus dengan waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam pemrosesan/ pengolahan data tersebut. Hal ini dikarenakan sebuah pekerjaan pemrosesan/pengolahan data dalam hal jumlah data yang ditangani memiliki batas ideal jumlah komputer/CPU yang menangani pekerjaan tersebut.

Abstract

Abstract— ULP (Procurement Unit) Udayana University is an institution that organizes the procurement process of Goods/ Services within Udayana University, that includes procurement planning, procurement implementation and reporting of the procurement. This study resulted in a data warehouse application that can summarize, integrate historical data and present information from various dimensions that assist stakeholders in analyzing their policy strategies. Information generated from data warehouse will make it easy for reporting of Goods/Services Procurement at Udayana University to summarize the data and also enable stakeholders to view their data from various dimensions. Data warehouse is designed to facilitate the organization in obtaining information for further analysis and can also be a reference in developing other applications. Data warehouse modeling that has built names SIGAP, which has proven to successfully improve the performance of government goods procurement information system in Udayana University. The improvement is the speed and accurity in finding procurement report for stakeholders or other user. This is measured from the feasibility test of the system which showed in satisfaction score for efficiency is 4.31 out of 5.00. This shows that stakeholders or user can get procurement reports faster using SIGAP application than usual method.

Abstract

Hibrid PLTS dan PLTB dapat mengatasi permintaan energi listrik, sehingga diperlukan adanya sebuah pembangkitan listrik dengan sistem hibrid (PLTH). Salah satu penerapan konsep pembangkitan listrik hibrid dengan sistem jaringan mikro berada di Program Studi Teknik Elektro Fakultas Teknik Universitas Udayana Bukit Jimbaran, Bali. PLTH ini merupakan proyek kolaborasi antara Universitas Udayana dan Kementerian ESDM. PLTH di Teknik Elektro Udayana membutuhkan kajian dan evaluasi dari sistem suplai energi dari pembangkitan tenaga listrik tersebut agar mengetahui performa PLTS dan PLTB gedung DH. Studi ini menggunakan software HOMER (Hybrid Optimization Model For Electric Renewable) free trial version. Telah dilakukan analisis performa yang menunjukkan PLTS dan PLTB gedung DH tidak mampu memenuhi beban listrik pada bulan September, Oktober serta November 2017. Kondisi real produksi energi listrik dari PLTS mencapai 26.750,83 kWh per tahunnya, sedangkan simulasi HOMER sebesar 35.956 kWh per tahun. Kondisi real produksi energi listrik dari PLTB mencapai 4555,78 kWh per tahunnya, sedangkan simulasi HOMER lebih besar sebesar 33521 kWh per tahun. Seluruh produksi energi listrik simulasi HOMER lebih besar dari kondisi real. Pengurangan energi listrik setelah adanya hibrid ini mencapai 31306,62 kWh per tahun atau sebesar 64 % dari total beban listrik.

Abstract

Network design Micro Electrical Engineering  Department of the University of Udayana aims to harness solar power contained in the Department of Electrical Engineering are still stand alone system, namely, its use is still limited area of internet corner, has not been used as one of the suppliers of electrical power for the building - a building in the Department of Electrical Engineering. Based on simulation results show PLTS only able to serve load in an on-grid of 0.66% of the total production of electrical energy generated while the condition of the off-grid solar power can only serve load building DJs and building DH (load lighting and socket) at 3:21% and generator sets were installed in the Department of Electrical Engineering serve at 96.79%. Solar power capacity to be installed to meet the entire load of the building in the Department of Electrical Engineering is equal to the number of 211.814 Watt PV Module is needed as much as 26.267 pieces. This amount is influenced by the size of the capacity and efficiency of PV Module installed at this time.

Abstract

Twitter social networking and microblog services that allow users to send and read text-based messages up to 140 characters, known as tweets. A text in a tweet does not only convey information from an information, but also contains information about human behavior including emotions. To detect the emotion of the text on Twitter social media services with unstructured data, it is necessary to do text analysis, one of them is by using Text Mining. Text mining tries to extract useful information from data sources through identification and exploration of an interesting pattern. Data sources are a collection of documents and interesting patterns that are not found in the form of record databases, but in unstructured text data. In this study proposes to do text mining research on Social Media to detect user emotions. Text-based emotional detection can be used in business, education, psychology, and any other field that is most important for understanding and interpreting emotions. From the tests carried out by the Support Vector Machine and K-Nearest Neighbor methods can produce an average value of precision of 0.45640904478933. Recall value is 0.50199332258158 and the accuracy value is 0.8140589569161 while from the K-Nearest Neighbor method the average value of precision is 0.34210487225193. Recall value is 0.45954538381009 and the accuracy value is 0.79705215419501. the results of testing with the SVM-KNN method showed that the suitability of emotional classification was better than the K-Nearest Neighbor method of the whole emotional categories.

Abstract

Energi surya fotovoltaik (Solar PV) merupakan salah satu solusi energi terbarukan yang ramah lingkungan dan memiliki potensi signifikan untuk dikembangkan sebagai bagian dari integrasi sistem pembangkit terdistribusi (Distributed Generation/DG). DG memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi sistem tenaga listrik, terutama dalam mengurangi rugi-rugi daya listrik serta meningkatkan kestabilan tegangan jaringan. Penempatan DG yang optimal diharapkan dapat mengurangi rugi-rugi daya dan memperbaiki kestabilan tegangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meminimalkan rugi-rugi daya total serta meningkatkan kestabilan tegangan menggunakan metode analisis aliran daya yang diimplementasikan melalui perangkat lunak Digsilent. Simulasi aliran beban dilakukan pada sistem distribusi standar 14 bus dengan memasang Solar PV sebagai DG pada setiap bus guna menentukan lokasi penempatan DG yang optimal. Validasi hasil dilakukan dengan membandingkan performa jaringan sebelum dan sesudah penempatan Solar PV sebagai DG. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penempatan DG yang optimal dapat mengurangi rugi-rugi daya hingga mencapai indeks sebesar 0,752.

Abstract

The development of modern automotive technology emphasizes the importance of vehicle connectivity and autonomy, with the aim of enhancing safety and comfort. Due to its role in managing critical vehicle functions and its vulnerability to security threats, the automotive industry has developed two primary approaches to address CAN Bus security. Therefore, the automotive industry has developed two main approaches to address this security issue. First, passive defense through security protocols that include encryption, authentication, and message verification, and second, anomaly detection using advanced technologies. Several anomaly detection methods have been introduced, including K-Means clustering, Support Vector Machines, and Deep Learning, each offering advantages in detecting specific attack patterns. However, one increasingly popular approach is time analysis, which leverages message inter-arrival patterns and clock skew on the CAN Bus to identify suspicious behavior and detect anomalies in real-time. Although this method has shown effectiveness in detecting various types of attacks, the main challenge lies in its ability to identify highly concealed attacks that may not be visible to traditional methods. This research provides an understanding of various anomaly detection approaches on electric vehicle CAN Bus networks, with a primary focus on time analysis. By reviewing several approaches, this study offers valuable insights into improving the security of electric vehicles and the overall smart transportation ecosystem. The results show that time-based analysis methods can detect various types of attacks, such as spoofing, replay attacks, and denial-of-service, with high efficiency.

Abstract

This study explores the potential of citrus peel waste as an electrolyte solution for energy storage in bio-batteries. This research offers an environmentally friendly solution to obtain clean and sustainable energy by utilizing abundant organic waste as raw material. An experimental method was conducted to analyze the ability of electrolyte solutions from citrus fruit peel waste to support bio-battery performance. The results showed that citrus peel waste has significant potential as an electrolyte solution with competitive capabilities in energy storage. The implications of this research include the development of more sustainable alternative energy technologies and the effective use of unused resources, which could be an essential step in achieving global sustainability goals.

Abstract

Unbalanced intersectional traffic flow increases vehicle delays, fuel consumption, and pollution. This study investigates the application of deep reinforcement learning (DRL) to optimize traffic signal timing at the Pamelisan intersection in Denpasar, Indonesia. Real-world traffic data were incorporated into a SUMO microsimulation environment to train DRL agents using the deep Q-network (DQN) algorithm. Experimental results show that DRL-based optimization reduced the average vehicle waiting time from 594.49 seconds (static control) to 169.44 seconds and 173.10 seconds for agents trained without and with noise, respectively. The average vehicle speed remained stable at 5.6–5.97 m/s across all scenarios, indicating enhanced traffic efficiency without adverse effects. The findings underscore the effectiveness and adaptability of DRL in addressing traffic inefficiencies, optimizing them, and offering a robust solution for dynamic traffic management at unbalanced traffic intersections in urban areas.
