Abstract

Employee performance plays a critical role in improving organizational progress. Various factors such as career advancement, work ethics, and democratic leadership approach impact the enhancement of employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine, in part simultaneously, how democratic leadership style, work discipline, and career development affect employee performance in the Village Government Centre in Malang. This research makes use of quantitative methods. Using the saturation sampling technique, 35 employees of the Center for Village Government in Malang were chosen to comprise the research sample, which included the whole population. techniques for use a questionnaire to collect data. The data analysis method utilized is multiple linear regression, and SPSS 26 is the program used to do this. The study's conclusions show that career development, work discipline, and a democratic leadership style all have a substantial influence on worker performance at the Village Government Centre in Malang. A partial body of research indicates that employee productivity is significantly impacted by work discipline, career development, and democratic leadership approaches. These results highlight the potential benefits of career development, workplace discipline, and democratic leadership styles for improving worker performance. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the effect of service quality and employee performance on user satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods, using probability sampling techniques, namely 108 users of the Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kab. Puncak Jaya. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that competence and work discipline can increase user satisfaction, competence can increase user satisfaction, work discipline can increase user satisfaction. Suggestions to increase user satisfaction need to pay attention to emotions by prioritizing polite service, to increase competence you need to pay attention to skills by having a professional attitude and work discipline you need to pay attention to compliance with office regulations by using attributes in accordance with company regulations.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods, using saturated sampling, namely 97 employees of the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Perumahan Rakyat Kab. Puncak Jaya. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that organizational culture and work motivation can improve employee performance, organizational culture can improve employee performance, work motivation can improve employee performance. Suggestions for improving employee performance need to pay attention to effectiveness with initiative in carrying out tasks.

Abstract

Suggestions to increase user satisfaction need to pay attention to product quality with books neatly arranged in bookshelves.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and workload on employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods, using saturated sampling, namely 50 employees of the Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kab. Puncak Jaya. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that organizational culture and workload can improve employee performance, organizational culture can improve employee performance, workload can improve employee performance. Suggestions for improving employee performance need to pay attention to the effectiveness with which organizational resources are used.

Abstract

Public need for  their fnancing  of capital  goods  in accordance with  the principles of Islam, encourages businesses and governments  to create the Islamic fnance company. Basic application of  sharia  leasing  transactions between customers through Ijarah Al Muntahiyah bi Al Tamlik contract based on the Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional  No. 09/DSN-MUI/IV/2000  about ijarah fnancing and Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional No. 27/DSN-MUI/III/2002 about Ijarah  Al  Muntahiyah  bi Al  Tamlik fnancing. Abstract

Survei Angkatan Kerja Nasional (Sakernas) tahun 2022 menunjukkan dari latar belakang pendidikan lulusan SMK adalah penyumbang pengangguran tertinggi yaitu sebanyak 9,42%. Perlu usaha semua pihak untuk mengembangkan lulusan SMK agar lebih produktif dan tidak menjadi pengangguran. Menanggapi fenomena di atas tersebut kami tim pengabdi melalukan survey awal pada SMK PGRI Turen Kabupaten Malang. Hasil survey tersebut tim pengabdi memandang perlu untuk memberikan Pelatihan Kewirausahaan kepada siswa siswi SMK PGRI Turen Kabupaten Malang. Tujuan Pelatihan Kewirausahaan bagi siswa – siswi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruhan tersebut membantu siswa siswi SMK PGRI Turen Kabupaten Malang memiliki pemahaman pengetahuan, ketrampilan, sikap menjadi seorang wirausaha Target khusus yang diharapkan tim pengabdi adalah mendorong siswa siswi SMK PGRI Turen Kabupaten Malang mempersiapkan diri untuk karir sebagai wirausaha sukses setelah lulus dari sekolah menengah kejuruan yang nantinya memberikan manfaat bagi diri sendiri dan masyarakat sekitar. Metode pelatihan yang akan diberikan tim pengabdi berbentuk bimbingan terpadu dimulai dengan pemberian informasi, diskusi, demonstrasi dan latihan terbimbing. Melalui pelatihan ini siswa akan dibimbing dan dilatih untuk menuangkan berbagai ide bisnis yang mereka miliki kedalam perencanaan bisnis yang komprehensif namun praktis yaitu penyusunan Business Model Canvas (BMC ). Abstract

Pemberdayaan perempuan sebagai anggota masyarakat dan tergolong tenaga kerja produktif masih sangat penting dilakukan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran dan kemandirian dalam berusaha, sekaligus memperluas lapangan kerja guna meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga untuk mencapai keluarga yang bahagia dan sejahtera. Peningkatan kesejahteraan sosial dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai pendekatan salah satunya adalah melakukan pelatihan. Berkaitan hal tersebut di atas kami tim pengabdi melakukan pengabdian kali ini kepada kaum perempuan di Desa Putuk Rejo Kabupaten Malang. Pelatihan yang kami lakukan adalah pembuatan sabun cuci piring dalam bentuk cairan . Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sabun cuci piring merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dalam rumah tangga dimana keberadaannya berfungsi sebagai penghilang kotoran dan lemak pada peralatan makan dan masak . Tingkat kebutuhan sabun cuci piring sangat tinggi. Tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap sabun cuci piring tersebut membuka peluang usaha untuk diproduksi. Oleh karena itu pemberdayaan perempuan dalam pelatihan pembuatan sabun cuci piring merupakan langkah awal yang tepat karena proses produksinya relative mudah untuk dipelajari. Tujuan Pengabdian ini memberikan pemahaman tentang potensi usaha rumahan dan keterampilan pembuatan sabun cuci piring kepada kaum Perempuan di Desa Putukrejo Kabupaten Malang . Diharapkan, kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat serta mengembangkan kesadaran dan kemandirian berwirausaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian meliputi koordinasi dengan mitra yaitu Desa Putukrejo Kabupaten Malang (khusunya kaum Perempuan ) , melaksanakan penyuluhan serta pelatihan pembuatan sabun cair, evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berupa produk sabun cuci piring yang sudah dikemas dan dibagikan kepada warga setempat, serta terbentuknya kaum perempuan yang memiliki keterampilan dalam pembuatan sabun cuci piring.
