Abstract

Employee performance plays a critical role in improving organizational progress. Various factors such as career advancement, work ethics, and democratic leadership approach impact the enhancement of employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine, in part simultaneously, how democratic leadership style, work discipline, and career development affect employee performance in the Village Government Centre in Malang. This research makes use of quantitative methods. Using the saturation sampling technique, 35 employees of the Center for Village Government in Malang were chosen to comprise the research sample, which included the whole population. techniques for use a questionnaire to collect data. The data analysis method utilized is multiple linear regression, and SPSS 26 is the program used to do this. The study's conclusions show that career development, work discipline, and a democratic leadership style all have a substantial influence on worker performance at the Village Government Centre in Malang. A partial body of research indicates that employee productivity is significantly impacted by work discipline, career development, and democratic leadership approaches. These results highlight the potential benefits of career development, workplace discipline, and democratic leadership styles for improving worker performance. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the effect of service quality and employee performance on user satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods, using probability sampling techniques, namely 108 users of the Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kab. Puncak Jaya. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that competence and work discipline can increase user satisfaction, competence can increase user satisfaction, work discipline can increase user satisfaction. Suggestions to increase user satisfaction need to pay attention to emotions by prioritizing polite service, to increase competence you need to pay attention to skills by having a professional attitude and work discipline you need to pay attention to compliance with office regulations by using attributes in accordance with company regulations.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods, using saturated sampling, namely 97 employees of the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Perumahan Rakyat Kab. Puncak Jaya. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that organizational culture and work motivation can improve employee performance, organizational culture can improve employee performance, work motivation can improve employee performance. Suggestions for improving employee performance need to pay attention to effectiveness with initiative in carrying out tasks.

Abstract

The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that organizational culture and workload can improve employee performance, organizational culture can improve employee performance, workload can improve employee performance. Suggestions for improving employee performance need to pay attention to the effectiveness with which organizational resources are used.
