Abstract

Work stress is a pressing feeling or feeling of pressure experienced by employees in dealing with their work. MTsN 1 Solok Selatan is one of the public schools. Based on the results of brief interviews with several teachers, the teacher said they were stressed and confused because there were demands for tasks that had to be prepared, such as preparing administrative completeness, changing curricula. This type of research is descriptive research. The sample used in this study were 65 people. The measuring tool for this research is a questionnaire by distributing questionnaires. The conclusion from the results of the study is that the level of teacher work stress is normal (46.2%), mild stress gets results (16.9%), moderate stress (20.0%) and severe stress gets results (16.9%). Suggestions to teachers and schools namely Regulating diet and exercise, Getting out of temporary routines, Annual recreation with teachers and students, Support from family and friends, Increasing the intensity of worship, Working meetings in tourist spots, Giving awards in the form of crowning outstanding teachers and having cooperation and deliberation between subject teachers at school or in the MGMP.

Abstract

Status gizi ibu hamil yang erat kaitannya dengan berat badan ibu sebelum hamil sangat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan janin dalam kandungan. Nutrisi yang optimal akan membantu mempercepat tumbuh kembang janin, begitu pula sebaliknya. Perubahan status gizi dan berat badan yang tidak sesuai akan menimbulkan berbagai komplikasi pada janin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang nutrisi dalam kehamilan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif untuk melihat gambaran pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang nutrisi dalam kehamilan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian responden memiliki pengetahuan tidak baik yaitu sebanyak 17 responden (54,84%). Diharapkan bagi petugas kesehatan ataupun bidang akademisi dapat memberikan edukasi dalam bentuk penyuluhan atau media lain seperti leaflet, booklet, dan brosur kepada ibu hamil terkait nutrisi kehamilan.

Abstract

Kemplang cracker craftsmen in Ogan Ilir Regency are one of the businesses chosen by craftswomen, especially the kemplang cracker industry. Based on the phenomenon of the kemplang cracker home industry, there are now quite a lot of kemplang cracker home industries in the area and also for some people who make crackers, this business is the main livelihood and for women craftsmen it is an income to increase household income so that it becomes a cracker producing center kemplang in the Ogan Ilir area. Based on the urgency of this problem, an ergonomic chair has been created as a first step which has been adapted to the anthropometry of workers and trials have been carried out on kemplang grill workers and the results show that the chair used is able to reduce perceived MSDs complaints. Chairs are available and have been successfully implemented, but additional work tools need to be made in the form of iron net tables, which have been initially tested using the Posture Evaluation Index method in the Virtual Environment, which produces a score of 3, which means it is able to reduce the risk of MSDs in workers, so further service activities are needed in the form of implementing their use. ergonomic grill and mesh table designs for kemplang making workers in Meranjat Village, Ogan Ilir. The results of this Community Service Activity are that there are differences in the risk level of musculoskeletal complaints before and after the intervention. From the Pre-Test results, there were 9 people (39.1%) with a low risk level, 10 people (43.5%) with a medium risk level, and 4 people (17.4%) with a high risk level. Meanwhile, from the Post-Test results, there were 9 people (39.1%) with a low risk level, and 14 other people (60.9%) had a medium risk level Keywords : Grill Design, Net Table, Kemplang Worker

Abstract

This community service aims to empower teachers, students and canteen employees through improving skills in making catfish dim sum as an effort to diversify fishery-based food. This activity was carried out at Pondok Pesantren Raudhatul Ulum, Sakatiga with a training method that includes theory and practice. Patin fish was chosen as the main ingredient due to its high nutritional content and its potential in supporting the prevention of stunting in children. In addition, the training also included education on packaging and storage techniques for small-scale production. The results of the activity showed an increase in the understanding and skills of teachers and students in making catfish dim sum, as well as the potential for small business development in the school environment.

Abstract

Fire disasters have a negative impact on life and property, especially in places with low levels of fire disaster preparedness. The community has a role in reducing the risk of fire disasters. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of fire preparedness in households in the Sukajaya Village community, Gelumbang District, Muara Enim, South Sumatra. This study was a quantitative descriptive study, involving 40 Sukajaya Village communities, who were selected using a random sampling method. Data on the level of fire disaster preparedness were collected using a questionnaire. The data were processed and continued with an analysis process carried out using descriptive statistical methods, in the form of frequencies and percentages. The results of the analysis showed that the distribution of the level of community preparedness in dealing with fires was 75% in the very prepared category, 15% in the prepared category and 10% in the unprepared category. Thus, it could be concluded that in general the Sukajaya Village community is very prepared in dealing with fire disasters.Keywords: disaster; fire; preparedness; village community ABSTRAK Bencana kebakaran memberikan dampak negatif terhadap kehidupan dan harta benda, terutama di tempat-tempat dengan tingkat kesiapsiagaan bencana kebakaran yang rendah. Masyarakat memiliki peran dalam mengurangi resiko kebencanaan kebakaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapsiagaan kebakaran dalam rumah tangga pada masyarakat Desa Sukajaya, Kecamatan Gelumbang, Muara Enim, Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan studi deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan melibatkan 40 masyarakat Desa Sukajaya, yang diseleksi dengan metode random sampling. Data tentang tingkat kesiapsiagaan bencana kebakaran dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Data diolah dan dilanjutkan dengan proses analisis yang dilakukan dengan metode statistika deskriptif, berupa frekuensi dan persentase. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa distribusi tingkat kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi kebakaran adalah 75% dalam kategori sangat siap, 15% dalam kategori siap dan 10% dalam kategori tidak siap. Dengan demikian bisa disimpulkan bahwa secara umum masyarakat Desa Sukajaya sangat siap dalam menghadapi bencana kebakaran.Kata kunci: bencana; kebakaran; kesiapsiagaan; masyarakat desa

Abstract

PT. Muba Electric Power merupakan perusahaan di Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin yang bergerak di bidang penyediaan listrik. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, perusahaan ini mengemban risiko yang cukup tinggi terkait insiden kebakaran.  Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan penerapan sistem proteksi kebakaran yang baik dan dapat melindungi gedung dari insiden kebakaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem proteksi kebakaran di PT. Muba Electric Power Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam kepada 7 informan. Penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan  menggunakan 3 jenis informan, yaitu informan utama, informan kunci, dan informan pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem proteksi kebakaran aktif yang berada di PT. Muba Electric Power Kabupaten berupa APAR (70%) dan sumber air (akses pasokan air) (80%). Sedangkan, sistem proteksi kebakaran pasif yang berada di PT. Muba Electric Power Kabupaten berupa jalur evakuasi (70%), pintu darurat (50%), petunjuk arah (75%), titik kumpul (100%). Secara keseluruhan, sistem proteksi kebakaran yang berada di PT. Muba Electric Power mendapatkan skor 45,5% (kurang).Kata Kunci : Kebakaran, Sistem Proteksi, Perusahaan

Abstract

Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) are one of the most common occupational health problems, especially among workers who do heavy physical work, such as porters. This study aims to identify risk factors for MSDs in porters at grocery agents in Prabumulih City, South Sumatra, using a cross-sectional study design. This study involved seven main variables, namely work posture, age, nutritional status, length of service, workload, smoking habits, and exercise habits. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, with a sample of 73 respondents selected by simple random sampling. The instruments used in this study included a characteristic questionnaire, Nordic Body Map (NBM), Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC), and Cardiovascular Load (%CVL) measurements. Data analysis was carried out univariately and bivariately using the Chi-Square test. The results showed a significant relationship between work posture (p=0.003), age (p=0.045), nutritional status (p=0.004), length of service (p=0.002), workload (p=0.001), and exercise habits (p=0.014) with MSDs complaints. Meanwhile, smoking habits (p=0.072) did not show a significant relationship with MSDs complaints. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that ergonomic factors and worker characteristics play an important role in the emergence of MSDs complaints.

Abstract

Workload is the amount of work that must be carried by a position or organizational unit and is the product of the volume of work and the time norm. Researchers conducted a pre-survey of 10 employees at Bank BTN KC Padang in the Teller and Marketing section, 8 employees who were pre-survey respondents answered "Yes" or 80% experienced workload with psychological fatigue (burnout), while 2 employees who were pre-survey respondents answered "No" or 20% did not experience workload with psychological fatigue (burnout). The research design is quantitative descriptive. The population is 51 people, and all populations are sampled with a total of 51 people. In this study, the authors used the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) scale, and the authors used a workload scale based on the dimensions of the Nasa-Task Load Index (NASA-TLX). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of workload on burnout. In this study it was found that there was an effect of the workload variable on the level of frustration on burnout which resulted in employees feeling insecure, hopeless and irritable. Thus it is expected that superiors pay more attention to the intimacy of fellow employees and build a sense of solidarity to avoid the things above and pay attention to the safety and health of employees to build a sense of security at work.
