Abstract

High-speed railway technology development necessitates the development of a communication system that supports various components of train operation facilities, such as train control, safety communication, and others. The construction of fhigh-speed railway in Indonesia in the Jakarta-Bandung area uses the Chinese Train Control System (CTCS) Level 3 signaling system, which makes the Global System for Mobile Communication-Railway (GSM-R) a wireless signaling network system. Because there are already existing GSM-based public telecommunications services, known as public GSM, on the same frequency used by a number of cellular operators in Indonesia, the use of GSM-R poses implementation challenges. This will result in reduced service quality and revenue for protected cellular network operators due to the use of these frequency bands to support the operation of high-speed railway services in Indonesia. In this study, an evaluation was carried out to look for other potentials from using the GSM 900 MHz frequency band, which can be used as an option to be implemented on high-speed trains in Indonesia. The research begins with calculating the estimated potential loss of revenue from using telecommunications network operators. This data will be analyzed in terms of the economic feasibility of several other frequency band choices for implementing the GSM 900 MHz frequency band on high-speed trains in Indonesia, so that it is hoped that this will become a new consideration that can become a solution and recommendation in the application and use of GSM-R technology in Indonesia.

Abstract

Moral decadence in students requires character strengthening to form the nation's generation by the goals of national education as stated in the 2003 National Education System Law. The formation of student's character can be realized through strengthening the Pancasila student profile in a learning process. The use of learning media that is interactive and integrated with moral values ​​is one of the efforts to realize the Pancasila student profile. So this research aims to produce a mathematical logic E-Book that is feasible and effective for use in the learning process to support strengthening the profile of Pancasila students. This type of research is R&D (Research and Development) development research which refers to the ADDIE development model. The subjects in this research were class XII students at Pringsewu Muhammadiyah High School. The data analysis techniques used are feasibility tests based on material expert assessments, learning design expert assessments, learning media expert assessments, user (teacher) assessments, effectiveness tests based on observations of student activities, student response questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests. The research results show that based on expert assessment, the material is substantially correct there are no conceptual errors and the average in other aspects is 4.4, so the e-book is considered appropriate. Meanwhile, based on trials, it was obtained that student activity results reached an average of 94.3%, positive student responses reached 86.8% and student learning results reached 88.89%, so it can be concluded that e-books are considered effective in learning. Abstract

ABSTRAKKalibrasi polarimetri (PolCal) dari citra radar aperture sintetis berbasis darat (GB SAR) sangat penting dalam aplikasi analisis spasial empiris. Studi ini menyajikan prosedur pra-pemrosesan dan metode kalibrasi untuk memperoleh citra kompleks polarisasi tunggal dengan kualitas tinggi yang terkalibrasi. Pemrosesan data GB SAR menjadi citra kompleks tunggal diterapkan dalam riset ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan kalibrasi polarimetri eksternal pada radar gelombang kontinu frekuensi bertahap (SFCW) di pita frekuensi C yang dihasilkan oleh perangkat VNA menggunakan satu trihedral dan dua dihedral CR dengan sudut kemiringan yang berbeda. Setelah pra-pemrosesan, teknik kalibrasi yang diterapkan menunjukkan ketidakseimbangan saluran antara saluran polarisasi yang berbeda (co-pol and cross-pol) dapat diatasi dengan baik.Kata kunci: Kalibrasi Polarimetri, Radar Apertur Sintetis Berbasis Darat (GB SAR), Ketidakseimbangan Saluran ABSTRACTPolarimetric calibration (PolCal) of ground-based synthetic aperture radar (GB SAR) images is critical in empirical spatial analysis applications. This study provides the preprocessing procedures and calibration method required for obtaining highquality calibrated polarimetric single-look complex imagery. The technique of converting GB SAR data into single-look complex images is examined. This work aimed to perform an external polarimetric calibration of the C-band steppedfrequency continuous wave (SFCW) radar produced by VNA employing single trihedral and two dihedral CRs with varying tilt angles. Abstract

This study aims to design a digital radio network using a single-frequency network (SFN) and Digital Radio Mondiale (DRM) technology in Indonesia. The single frequency used is 87.1 MHz. Based on the ITU Radio Regulation, this frequency channel is still part of the broadcasting allocation for Region 3 and has not been used for analog radio in Indonesia. SFN design and simulation were carried out using existing analog transmitters owned by RRI to cover the entire territory of Indonesia. The simulation uses CHIRplus_BC software, which is based on recommendations, reports, and ITU-R publications on parameters and technical provisions of SFN. The technical provisions that are a limitation in SFN design are the maximum distance between transmitters of 75 km. However, the existing transmitter location of RRI transmitters is not evenly distributed throughout Indonesia, so not all transmitters can be used. Therefore, this design requires 3 scenarios in order to cover 95% of the population of Indonesia. The first condition in this plan is to use the existing transmitter sites owned by LPP RRI with a maximum distance of 75 km between the transmitter locations. The second condition is to use the transmitter sites owned by TVRI to cover the remaining blank spots in regions not covered by RRI's locations. If both of them still could not cover all regions in Indonesia, then it will need to add some new transmitters in blank spot locations. The simulation result showed that service in all regions in Indonesia requires at least 330 transmitters consisting of 153 existing RRI transmitters, 45 TVRI transmitters and 132 new transmitters with a settled technical parameter. To be able to cover all regions of Indonesia through SFN design, RRI still needs to build new transmitters as much as 40% of the total transmitters needed

Abstract

Teknologi Long Range Wide Area Network (LoRaWAN) yang sangat pesat untuk sistem IoT tidak dapat disangkal karena komunikasi nirkabel LPWAN memimpin dalam skalabilitas, masa pakai, kapasitas, biaya, dan jarak transmisi. terutama karakteristik LoRaWAN yang dapat melakukan transmisi jarak jauh dan konsumsi energi yang rendah. Namun, konfigurasi jaringan yang tepat penting dilakukan untuk proses pertukaran paket data agar semua node dapat terhubung dengan konsumsi energi rendah. Menemukan konfigurasi yang optimal untuk mendapatkan hasil maksimal dari protokol transmisi LoRa merupakan hal yang tidak terpisahkan sebelum penerapan. Distance-Ring Exponential Stations Generator (DRESG) menghadirkan skema perutean yang memungkinkan perutean multi-hop dan mengurangi konsumsi energi node. Penelitian ini menggunakan simulasi model matematis untuk memperbaiki metode tersebut dengan mengimplementasikan pembagian klaster pada busur lingkaran dengan berbagai skema penyebaran node, yang memungkinkan sistem memiliki mekanisme perutean dinamis yang menyesuaikan dengan distribusi node. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan dengan kombinasi skema distribusi node random uniform centered dapat meningkatkan efisiensi energi antara jumlah virtual ring dan node adalah  3 ring dan 6 ring,  nilai bebas atau merata dari div 2 sampai dengan div 8 dengan critical node pada ring 1 dan memiliki energi terendah sebesar 0,56 mJ.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of transmitter power reduction policies implemented to mitigate spectrum interference between the GSM-R system and cellular networks on the Jakarta–Bandung High-Speed Railway (KCJB), with a specific focus on Indosat. Employing a quantitative descriptive method complemented by strategic management analysis (SWOT, IFE–EFE, QSPM), this study analyzes technical parameters (RSRP, traffic volume, active users) and business indicators (daily revenue, customer churn rate). Findings indicate significant service quality degradation, marked by a 35.7% decrease in RSRP coverage, 34% reduction in daily traffic volume, and 33% decrease in active users. Additionally, business performance suffered, reflected by 5.8% drop in daily revenue and a substantial rise in customer churn. Strategic analysis suggests joint spectrum management and installation of band-pass filters on the GSM-R side as the optimal mitigation strategy. This study underscores the necessity of coordinated technical and regulatory solutions to balance interference mitigation with telecommunication service sustainability.

Abstract

Tata kelola Teknologi Informasi (TI) telah menjadi topik penting dalam manajemen sistem informasi karena dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan perusahaan/organisasi maupun instansi pemerintah dalam mencapai tujuan. Penilaian tingkat kematangan di satuan kerja Divisi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (Div TIK) perlu dilakukan guna mengetahui kondisi tata kelola TI saat ini. Pengukuran tingkat kematangan dilakukan menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 2019 yaitu dengan memetakan tujuan organisasi ke dalam COBIT 2019 sehingga didapatkan Domain-domain yang berkaitan. Pengukuran tingkat kematangan pada satker Div TIK menunjukkan terdapat 8 Domain proses. Domain EDM01, APO07, APO08, BAI01, dan MEA04 berada pada level 3 sedangkan domain APO04, BAI11, dan DSS04 berada pada level 4. Pengukuran nilai kesenjangan antara tingkat kematangan saat ini dengan tingkat kematangan yang diharapkan juga dilakukan. Nilai kesenjangan terbesar terdapat pada domain APO04 dengan nilai 1,48, dan yang terkecil terdapat pada domain APO07 dengan nilai 0,59. Analisis perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan level kematangan diantaranya adalah dengan menilai secara berkala apakah mekanisme tata kelola TI yang disepakati beroperasi secara efektif; melakukan tinjauan rutin untuk menilai evolusi keterampilan; dan mengontrol layanan, aset, dan sumber daya TI.

Abstract

Twitter is one of the most dynamic social media platforms that provides real-time information through its trending topics feature, which reflects the most talked about issues among users. However, in Indonesia, trending topics are often dominated by entertainment, celebrity gossip or light-hearted viral content, and are not used to highlight or analyze more substantial social issues. This study aims to classify Twitter trending topics in Indonesia using three clustering algorithms: K-Means, DBSCAN, and Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA). Data was collected over a certain period and processed through a text preprocessing stage before applying the clustering algorithms. The results show that LDA without keyword filtering provides the most relevant and dominant topic classification, the bar chart results tend to be dominant in topic 0 there are as many as 160 topics with the main cluster relating to the Indonesian presidential election. These findings suggest that LDA outperforms K-Means and DBSCAN in identifying latent topic structures in Twitter data. This study contributes to a better understanding of trending topics and supports data-driven public opinion analysis and decision-making.
