Abstract

The purpose of this study was 1) To determine the effect of motivation and on employee performance at the Regional Representative Council Secretariat in Brebes Regency 2) To determine the effect of leadership on employee performance at the Regional Representative Council Secretariat Brebes 3) To determine the effect of motivation and leadership together the same to the performance of employees in the Secretariat of the People's Representative Council of Brebes. respondent from this study were 55 people. Data sources used were questionnaire, observation, interview and literature study. This research method is descriptive research with a quantitative approach, namely the data used in the form of numbers that are analyzed using statistics. Oriented research is more focused on matters relating to the influence of motivation and leadership on employee performance. The research object revolves around factors motivational factors that influence employee performance include physiological aspects, appreciation, security and self-actualization and leadership and employee performance. From the results of data analysis conducted, it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship of motivation (X1) to employee performance (Y). It can be seen in the results of multiple regression tests obtained regression coefficient 0.265 (X1), which indicates that every one percent increase in motivation will cause an increase employee performance is equal to the coefficient value. And there is a positive relationship between leadership (X2) on employee performance (Y) this can be seen in the results of multiple regression tests obtained regression coefficient 0.362 (X2), which shows that every one percent increase in leadership will cause an increase in employee performance at the coefficient value.Keyword: motivation, leadership, performance

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the behavior of investors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) before and during (early) the COVID-19 pandemic. This study is an extension of references to understand market reactions in response to future crises. This study is an event study with a time window of 76 trading days before and after the first case was officially announced by the authorities in Indonesia. Taking a sample of stocks included in the Liquid Index (LQ) 45, this study measures the abnormal return and transaction volume during the pre and post-first official announced cases and test the whole data by t-test. The results of data analysis indicate that there is no difference in abnormal returns, but there is a significant difference in transaction volume. These findings indicate that, in general, the Indonesian market is quite efficient, as evident from the absence of different abnormal returns. On the other hand, the market also appears to be cautious in making investment decisions amid uncertainty.

Abstract

Survey penyusunan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kinerja Kepolisian Resor Brebes dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dan sekaligus sebagai wahana penyerap aspirasi masyarakat baik yang berupa saran, harapan, sekaligus komplain terhadap pelayanan yang telah diberikan selama ini untuk dijadikan pedoman kebijakan, program dan strategi guna peningkatan pelayanan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan di peroleh nilai hasil penelitian Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat di Kepolisian Resor Kabupaten Brebes sebesar 81,30 dan berada pada katagori SANGAT BAIK.

Abstract

Avian infectious bronchitis is one of the diseases that can lead to losses in broiler farming. To investigate its impact, we conducted a recapitulation of plasma maintenance (RHPP) results data gathered from 5 clusters that tested positive for avian infectious bronchitis using PCR and ELISA tests. Subsequently, the RHPP data underwent quantitative analysis using paired sample t-test method. The results of this analysis revealed significant differences in the variables of performance index (PI), feed conversion ratio (FCR), and medicine costs within several clusters before and after being infected with avian infectious bronchitis. This study was important for the future to address zero hunger issues.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh sistem informasi manajemen, budaya kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Niaga Indoguna Yasa. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian sejumlah 46 orang karyawan. Data untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui teknik kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang diterapkan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan sistem informasi, budaya kerja, dan Motivasi kerja memengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara parsial dan simultan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of consumer trust, price perception, and risk perception on purchasing decisions with purchase intention as a mediating variable at PT. Bangun Anugrah Beton Nusantara (PT. BABN). Respondents in this study were consumers who had purchased products from PT. BABN. A total of 145 respondents were selected using convenience sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results showed that consumer trust, price perception, and risk perception had a significant effect on purchase intention. However, only price perception and risk perception had a direct effect on purchasing decisions, while the direct effect of consumer trust was not significant. Purchase intention proved to be the strongest determinant in explaining purchasing decisions (32.5%) and effectively mediated the relationship between the three independent variables and purchasing decisions. This finding confirms that the company's marketing strategy should prioritize the formation of purchase intention to encourage consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kepercayaan Pelanggan, Kemudahan Penggunaan Aplikasi dan Keamanan Data Pelanggan Mengenai Kepuasan Pelanggan saat Menggunakan Shopee PayLater (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa Di Kota Tegal). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian tidak diketahui, sehingga teknik Sampling Purposive digunakan untuk memilih sampel. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 100 pelanggan yang ditentukan sesuai dengan kriteria spesifik. Perolehan data dilakukan dengan survei atau kuesioner. Pendekatan analisis yang diadopsi meliputi uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan riset yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil Kepercayaan pelanggan berdampak pada kepuasan pelanggan saat memakai Shopee PayLater, Kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi mempunyai pengaruh pada kepuasan pelanggan saat memakai Shopee PayLater, Keamanan data pelanggan berdampak pada kepuasan pelanggan saat memakai Shopee PayLater (studi kasus pada mahasiswa di Kota Tegal).

Abstract

Sebagai lembaga public yang pemberian pelayanan kepada masyarakat, Polres Pemalang ingin mengetahui seberapa besar pelayanan yang diberikan dapat memuaskan masyarakat sebagai pengguna layanan. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan maksud guna mengetahui seberapa besar kinerja Kepolisian Resor Pemalang dalam pemberian pelayanan kepada masyarakat dan sekaligus sebagai sarana yang dapat menyerap aspirasi masyarakat yang dapat berupa keluhan, saran serta harapan atas pelayanan yang telah diberikan Polres Pemalang. Hal tersebut sangat diperlukan guna dijadikan pedoman dalam penentuan kebijakan, program serta strategi yang harus ditempuh guna meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Jenis penilitian ini adalah kajian kuantitatif yang sifatnya deskriptif, yaitu pengolahan dan analisis dengan mempergunakan pengolahan statistik mempergunakan pengolahan data Sebaran frekuensi. Variabel kajian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan yang meliputi: Akuntabilitas, Tanggung Jawab, Orientasi Pelayanan, Efisiensi Pelayanan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat di Kepolisian Resor Pemalang sebesar 91,54 dan berada pada katagori sangat baik. Guna mempertahankan kinerja Kepolisian Resor Pemalang diperlukan peningkatan layanan dengan memanfaatkan system informasi dalam berbagai jenis layanan masyarakat pada Polres Pemalang, agar pelayanan yang diberikan lebih efisien dan efektif dalam biaya, waktu, tenaga serta mewujudkan transparasi pelayanan publik yang lebih baik.
