Abstract

Industri jasa perhotelan di Kabupaten Brebes sangat banyak, hal ini menyebabkan persaingan yang sangat ketat dan mendorong pihak manajemen hotel mencari cara agar dapat menarik konsumen dengan mengetahui bagaimana perilaku konsumennya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklan terhadap brand image hotel, untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand image terhadap tingkat hunian kamar hotel, untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga terhadap tingkat hunian kamar hotel, untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap tingkat hunian kamar hotel. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 110 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM. Hasil dari penelitian ini meliputi: (1). Iklan berpengaruh positif terhadap brand image hotel diterima. (2). Brand image berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat hunian kamar hotel diterima.(3). Harga berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat hunian kamar hotel diterima. (4). Kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan diterima. (5). Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat hunian kamar hotel diterima. (6) Dan adanya pengaruh tidak langsung pada variabel iklan dan kualitas layanan terhadap tingkat hunian kamar hotel.

Abstract

Abstract The sales volume of MSME players in the Mitra Mandiri group is declining. Sales volume is one of the determining factors that greatly affects the achievement of net profit, while profit or profit is an important means for the survival of a business. This research uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research through associative research. Data were obtained using a) primary documents in the form of questionnaire answers from respondents, b) literature studies derived from several literature and other supporting readings. The results of this study found the value of the correlation coefficient of R Square of 0.637 and the value of the double coefficient of determination R2 = 0.798 and adjusted R Square of 0.630. The coefficient of determination of 0.637 states the amount of contribution of business capital (X1) and marketing strategy (X2) of 63.70% to the sales volume (Y) of MSME players of Mitra Mandiri Brebes. The correlation coefficient of 0.637 states the simultaneous influence of independent variables of business capital and marketing strategies on dependent variables of sales volume. Based on the regression equation 27.745 + 0.231 X1 + 0.451 X2. it can be interpreted that each increase in the units of the business capital variable (X1) and marketing strategy (X2) will increase the variable sales volume by 0.231 units of working capital, plus 0.451 units of marketing strategy, at a constant of 27.745. Abstract

This research aimms to examine the inflluence of product quality, service quality and facilities on customer satisfaction at Pondok Jahe Geprek Samsudin. In this a research, quantitative methods were used with a descriptive design. The sampling technique uses a purposive samplings. So, data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to customers who bought food or drinks at Pondok Jahe Geprek with a total of 75 respondents. This research instrument is a ratio scale and data analysis uses multiple linear regression. It was found that the product quality variable (X1) partially did not have a significant influence on customer satisfactions, with a calculated t value of 0.188 < 1.993 t table and a significance value of 0.852 > 0.05. Then the service quality variable (X2) partially has a significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable, with a calculated t value of 2.834 > 1.993 t table, and a significance value of 0.006 < 0.05. Then, the facility variable (X3) partially does not have a significant influence on customer satisfaction, with a calculated t value of 1.664 < 1.993 and a significance value of 0.101 > 0.05. Apart from that, simultaneously all x variables have an influence on the y variable with the calculated f value of 3.984 > 2.73 f table and a significance value of 0.018 < 0.05. The implication of these findings is that service quality has a significant influence on the level of partial customer satisfaction. Then product quality, service quality and facilities simultaneously have an impact or influence on the level of customer satisfaction. The conclusion of this a research is that the variables of products quality, service quality and facilities have been proven to simultaneously influence the level of customer satisfaction. Suggestions for future researchers are to increase the number of research samples and examine other variables it that have not being study and have the possibility of influencing the customer satisfaction variable.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Parereja, Kecamatan Banjarharjo, Kapubaten Brebes. Mitra kegiatan ini adalah pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang ada di Desa Parereja. Desa Parereja mempunyai potensi yang baik untuk berwirausaha. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan bertumbuhnya pelaku usaha di desa tersebut. Seiring dengan bertumbuhnya pelaku usaha, terdapat permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu masih kurangnya pengetahuan tentang tata kelola usaha, khususnya pada bidang pembukuan terutama masih kurangnya pemahaman dan kesulitan dalam menentukan harga pokok produksi. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan dengan memberikan pemahaman melalui sosialisasi terkait pentingnya dalam menentukan harga pokok produksi sebagai dasar dalam penentuan harga jual produk yang dihasilkan. Selain itu juga memberikan wawasan terkait perhitungan harga pokok produksi sebagai stategi dalam meningkatkan kesuksesan usaha. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian ini adalah metode ceramah dengan memberikan materi dilanjutkan dengan diskusi dan tanya jawab dalam penentuan harga pokok produksi dan evaluasi. Hasil yang telah dicapai dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan pelaku UMKM terkait harga pokok produksi secara umum dan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini, pelaku usaha dapat mengetahui cara menetapkan harga pokok produksi, sehingga pelaku UMKM dapat meminimalisir kerugian.

Abstract

Poor quality of financial statements can have an impact on the inaccuracy of the information presented, thereby hindering data-based decision-making. This can also affect the accountability and transparency of financial management within government agencies. This study aims to investigate the influence of human resource (HR) competence, the implementation of the Agency-Level Financial Application System (SAKTI), and internal control on the quality of financial statement information at the Brebes Regency Religious Court Office. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. The research sample consists of employees who are directly involved in the financial reporting process. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using regression methods to test the relationship between these variables. Human resource competence has a positive and significant effect on improving the Quality of Financial Statement Information at the Brebes Regency Religious Court office by 66.5%. The implementation of SAKTI had a positive and significant effect on improving the quality of financial statement information by 17.5%. Internal Control had a positive and significant effect on improving the Quality of Financial Statement Information by 14.0%. HR competence, SAKTI implementation, and Internal Control simultaneously affect the improvement of the quality of financial statement information at the Brebes Regency Religious Court office. The variables of HR competence, SAKTI implementation, and internal control contributed 66.4% to the quality of financial statement information at the Brebes Regency Religious Court office, while the remaining 33,760% were influenced by variables that were not studied.

Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing the income of millennial farmers in Brebes Regency, Indonesia, a region known for its agricultural sector. The objectives are to determine the profile of millennial farmers and analyze the relationship between education level, knowledge of pests and fertilizers, mechanization, access to capital, and infrastructure, with the income level of young farmers. This research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative analyses. Quantitative analysis utilizes correlation and simple linear regression tests on data collected from a representative sample of millennial farmers in the region. Qualitative analysis is based on in-depth interviews with staff from the Brebes Regency Agriculture and Food Security Agency and millennial farmers themselves. Results indicate that education level, knowledge of pests and fertilizers, and the use of agricultural mechanization among Brebes millennial farmers are already at adequate levels. However, access to capital, particularly the size of cultivated land, is a more significant factor influencing farming activities and income among millennial farmers in Brebes Regency. Therefore, policy planning aimed at expanding the agricultural land available to young farmers is crucial for significantly improving the economic well-being of millennial farmers in Brebes Regency.

Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic was experienced by business actors, especially MSME business actors and had a huge impact on business actors who had just started a business. The Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world has made many changes, including the changing behavior of consumers. MSME actors must be able to adapt to existing conditions. Consumers prefer to make purchases onlineonline according to their circumstances and needs during a pandemic, but this right is also inseparable with regard to the quality of the product to be purchased, whether it meets their needs or not. The research objectives were to find out and analyze the influence of: social media on buying interest, product quality on buying interest, and social media and product quality on buying interest in UMKM Mitra Mandiri Brebes. The research population referred toFriends of the Umkm Mitra Mandiri account as of October 15, 2023 totaling 201 friends. Sampling using the Slovin formula with techniquesincidental as many as 67 respondents. The data uses primary data from the answers to the questionnaire. Hypothesis testing uses SPSS. The theoretical basis used is social media, product quality, and buying interest. The results showed social media partially has a significant effect on purchase intention, product quality partially has a significant effect on purchase intention, and social media and product quality simultaneously influence purchase intention

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of financial literacy on financial management, tax literacy on financial management, as well as the simultaneous influence of financial literacy and tax literacy on financial management in UMKM Mitra Mandiri, Brebes Regency. The study population consisted of 120 individuals, and the sample was determined using the Slovin formula with an incidental sampling technique, resulting in 92 respondents. Primary data were obtained from respondents’ questionnaire answers. Hypothesis testing was conducted using SPSS 25. The theoretical foundation employed includes the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), financial management in MSMEs, financial literacy, and tax literacy. The results indicate that both financial literacy and tax literacy have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, financial management, whether partially or simultaneously, in UMKM Mitra Mandiri, Brebes Regency.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the influence of Regional Head Policies and Rural Economic Development on Community Welfare in Pabedilan Subdistrict, Cirebon Regency. The purpose of this research was to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of these two independent variables on community welfare. The analysis was carried out using the SPSS program. The results of the partial correlation analysis revealed a positive and strong influence between regional head policies and community welfare (r = 0.746), as well as a positive and very strong influence between rural economic development and community welfare (r = 0.831). Simultaneously, an R value of 0.859 was obtained, indicating a strong relationship, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.738. This indicates that 73.8% of the variation in community welfare can be explained jointly by regional head policies and rural economic development, with a significant and strong effect.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of individual competence, work attitude, and internal communication on employee performance at PT Kido Mulia Indonesia. The background of this research is based on the importance of competent human resources, a positive work attitude, and effective internal communication in improving employee productivity. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The sample consisted of 99 respondents who are employees of PT KMI, selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results show that, partially, the variable of individual competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value greater than the t-table value and a significance level below 0.05. Similarly, work attitude and internal communication variables also have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly influence employee performance. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.736 indicates that 73.6% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 26.4% is explained by other variables outside the model. The managerial implication of this research emphasizes the importance for company management to enhance employee competence through training programs, foster a positive work culture, and strengthen effective internal communication systems. These actions are expected to support the sustainable improvement of employee performance.
