Module of chemical formula and reaction equation with three levels representation based structured inquiry had been determined validity and practility. The research type was research and development (R and D). The development model was 4-D model the consist of 4 stages, namely: define, design, develop and disseminate. This research was limited to the stage of development, namely the validity and practicality tests. The research instruments were used observation questionnaire, validity and practicality. The modul was validated by 5 validators. Practicality test was carried out by 2 chemistry teachers and 24 XI grade students of IPA 2 SMAN Basa Ampek Balai. Data of the validity and practicality test were analyzed using the cohen kappa formula. The average kappa moment of validity test was 0,93 with a very high validity category. The average kappa moment of teacher and student practicality were 0,88 and 0,91 respectively with category very high practicality category. Thus, module of chemical formula and reaction equation with three levels representation based structured inquiry was valid and practice.

LKPD are one of the learning materials that can be used in the learning process. Buffer solution LKPD based on guided discovery learning with three levels chemistry representation. The type of this research was Research and Development (R and D) with the 4D development model. 4-D models that consist of four steps: define, design, develop, and disseminate. The research was limited on develop step. The research instrument that used questionnaire in the form of validity and practicality sheet. The LKPD was validated by three UNP chemistry lectures and two chemistry teachers of SMAN 5 Padang. The LKPD was practicalited by two chemistry teachers and 28 students XII MIPA 1 of SMAN 5 Padang. Data were analyzed by Cohen Kappa formula. The result of validity test showed that the LKPD had a very high validity category (k = 0,86). Practicality test result showed that the LKPD has very high practicality category (k = 0,80 dan k = 0,82). The LKPD was valid and practical.

Ethno-Vlog is one of the innovations of learning media to convey material to students. The purpose of this study was to develop a product in the form of learning media and to know the quality of its development seen from its validity and practicality in science learning. This research is development research referring to the ADDIE development model, namely Design, development, implementation, and Evaluation. The media is validated by validators, namely media experts and material experts. The data obtained will be analyzed by descriptive percentage. Furthermore, a practical test was conducted on the validated ethno-vlog media, to educators and students as media users. Based on the questionnaire given, the average value of media validation is 86.6% and material validation is 91.6% which is included in the very good category. Furthermore, the practicality test obtained from the responses of educators and students obtained an average score of 85.6% and 87% with a very satisfied category. It can be concluded that the product resulting from this research in the form of ethnoscience integrated cencaluk fermentation ethnolog media is suitable for use in science learning

Kemandirian dan motivasi belajar siswa melalui google classroom menjadi penting dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak google classroom terhadap kemandirian dan motivasi belajar siswa pada masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 52 siswa dengan sampel penelitian 52 siswa yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik total sempling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 30 pernyataan dengan skala likert dan wawancara terhadap siswa. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan dengan deskriptif perentase yang mengacu pada skala likert 1-4 maka diperoleh rata-rata kemandirian belajar 2,19 dan rerata motivasi belajar siswa diperoleh 2,46. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengunaan google classroom dalam pembelajaran pada masa pendemi covid 19 memberikan dampak yang sedang terhadap kemandirian dan berdampak kuat terhadap motivasi. Penggunaan google classroom pada masa pandemi covid-19 perlu ditingkatkan kualitas penggunannya dalam pembelajaran.

Students find it difficult to understand the material of chemical equilibrium. One of the efforts to overcome these student difficulties is to use a structured inquiry-based module equipped with three levels of representation. This study aims to determine the effect of using the module on students' mental models. This study used a posttest-only control design conducted in two schools. In the design, each school had two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. The two-tier diagnostic test instrument was used to test the mental models of 134 students. The hypothesis was tested by ttest using the SPSS 16.0 program. The results of the ttest for each school were 0.011 at SMAN 3 Padang and 0.008 at SMAN 13 Padang, with a 0.05 significance level. The results of the t-test showed that the use of the module affected students' mental models.

Modul bentuk molekul berbasis inkuiri terstruktur telah diuji validitas dan praktikalitasnya, namun belum diuji efektivitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan efektivitas penggunaan modul tersebut terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain one grup pretest-posttest design. Populasii penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Sungai Tarab. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling dan terpilih kelas X MIPA 3. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t pada taraf nyata 0,05 diperoleh thitung=2,62 dan ttabel=1,68 hal ini dapat diartikan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan modul bentuk molekul berbasis inkuiri terstruktur meningkat. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul bentuk molekul berbasis inkuiri terstruktur efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X.

An analysis of environmental literacy that integrates ethnoscience in sustainable science learning between scientific knowledge and problems in life, as well as the value of local wisdom. This study was aimed to determine the profile of ethnoscience integrated environmental literacy. This research uses a survey method with a sampling technique of cluster random sampling and conducting a Question Test and a Middle School Environmental Literacy Survey (MSELS) to students. The parameters of this study consist of knowledge of ecology, cognitive skills, attitudes and behavior. Descriptive data analysis used average score. Research findings indicate that the ethnoscience integrated environmental literacy of junior high school students obtained an average score of 61 (with a range of 100). The achievement of environmental literacy parameters for ecological knowledge, cognitive skills, attitudes and behavior are 48, 29, 73 and 71, respectively, while the results of the ethnoscience integrated environmental literacy analysis illustrate that the average Junior High School has implemented ethnoscience integration in environmental literacy well. So empowering knowledge and attitudes contribute to environmental literacy students.

Genotypic identification of bacteria is faster than phenotypic identification. This study aims to determine the group of lactic acid bacteria species from Tilatang Kamang Agam curd using the 16S rRNA gene. Bacterial chromosomal DNA was isolated using the kit wizard genomic DNA purification method. The 16S rRNA gene in chromosomal DNA was isolated by PCR method using BacF1 and UniB1 primers. The 16S rRNA gene fragment sequencing was carried out using the Dideoxy Sanger method. The sequenced nucleotide base sequences were analyzed using the BioEdit, BLASTn and MEGA X programs. The size of the 16S rRNA gene fragment of the bacterial isolate UBC-DTK-01 obtained was 1017 bp (base pair). The bacterial isolates belonged to the Enterococcus genus and Enterococcus faecalis species strain UBC-DTK-01.

The degree of polymerization (DP) of inulin plays important rolein inulin utilization.This study aims to determine and compare DP of inulin from dahlia tubers that wereextracted in fresh and extracted after storaging in 15 days.Extraction of inulin is carried out based on its solubility in hot water.DP of inulin was measured using a High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) instrument with variety of measurement conditions. HPLC with RID detector, Hi-plex H Column, 100% aquabidest mobile phase, flow rate of 0.6 ml / minute, and injection volume of 20 µl gave the best measurement results. Dahlia tubers extracted in fresh produce fructose content 1.02%, while extracted after storaging in 15 days produce fructose content 1.71%.Hence, DP of inulin from dahlia tubers extracted in fresh is greater than DP of inulin from dahlia tubers extracted after storaging in 15 days.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan efektivitas penggunaan modul tersebut terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain penelitian one group pretest-posttest. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMAN 5 Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Sebagai sampel penelitian terpilih kelas X MIPA 2. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t pada taraf nyata 0,05 diperoleh thitung = 43,355 dan ttabel = 2,00. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa penggunaan modul stoikiometri berbasis inkuiri terstruktur efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA
