Abstract

Pada pengurasan minyak tahap secondary recovery, air diinjeksikan ke dalam reservoar untuk mendorong minyak ke lubang sumur. Di beberapa lapangan proses pendorongan menghasilkan efisiensi penyapuan (sweep efficiency) rendah. Hal tersebut dapat terjadi oleh beberapa faktor, selain mobilitas air jauh lebih tinggi dari pada minyak ada faktor lain yang sulit dikontrol yaitu: chanelling, thief zones, dan high permeability zones. Problema yang ada di dalam reservoar tersebut menyebabkan air injeksi akan mengalir melewati minyak dan terjadi water break through lebih awal. Teknologi untuk memperbaiki efisiensi penyapuan pada kasus di atas disebut selective plugging atau pro- file modification. Teknologi konvensional menggunakan gel, polimer, dan busa untuk memperbaiki efisiensi penyapuan. Teknologi ini mempunyai nisbah sukses yang rendah, terutama disebabkan penempatan gel yang sulit di reservoar. Teknologi terkini adalah Microbial Profile Modification (MPM) dengan menggunakan mikroba in situ yang menghasilkan biopolimer, biofilm, dan biomassa untuk menyumbat zona permeabilitas tinggi. Studi ini merupakan kajian laboratorium untuk mengamati seberapa besar terjadinya penurunan permeabilitas dari sebuah rancangan MPM yang akan diaplikasikan di lapangan.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of management of educational facilities and infrastructure at MTS Negeri 2 Medan. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of management of educational facilities and infrastructure at MTs Negeri 2 Medan in the Planning, Use and Maintenance of facilities and infrastructure section. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type with research subjects including the Deputy Principal of the school in the field of facilities and infrastructure. Data collection uses interviews, observation and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: (1) Planning for educational facilities and infrastructure at MTs Negeri 2 Medan by looking at and classifying consumable and non-consumable items and planning is carried out at the start of each new lesson. So the principal, deputy principal in the field of facilities and infrastructure and administration make initial observations to see the school needs proposed by the teachers and see what needs are the most urgent. (2) One way of using facilities and infrastructure is by making a schedule for their use. For example Laboratory The IPA who makes the schedule is the head of the Laboratory IPA. (3) Maintenance of facilities and infrastructure at MTs Negeri 2 Medan, with maintenance carried out every day, cleaning classrooms, courtyards, tables, chairs and toilets. As for other treatments, if an item is damaged but the item needs to be used, it is included in emergency care. Maintaining facilities and infrastructure at MTs Negeri 2 Medan has a special expert who is given responsibility for maintaining facilities and infrastructure so that the school principal is not too burdened.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Environmental dynamics shown by the uncertain situation faced by the company. Uncertain situation due to a catastrophic event is one of the factors that need to be anticipated by the company. This study aimed to analyze the effect of dynamic marketing capabilities to the performance of the creative industries and the dynamic moderating influence of the environment on their relationship in situations of disaster that struck the Yogyakarta area.This study was conducted with 103 respondents. Respondents include business entrepreneurs of creative industries in Yogyakarta, especially in small and medium business group. Hypothesis testing is done by regression analysis and regression analysis moderation. The results showed only two of the four hypotheses were supported, where strategic flexibility significantly affect firm performance, while dynamic environment do not moderate the relationship between the two. ABSTRAK Dinamika lingkungan ditunjukkan dengan adanya situasi yang tidak menentu yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan. Situasi yang tidak menentu akibat peristiwa bencana merupakan salah satu faktor yang perlu diantisipasi oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kapabilitas pemasaran dinamis terhadap kinerja industri kreatif dan pengaruh moderasi kedinamisan lingkungan terhadap hubungan keduanya dalam situasi pascabencana yang melanda wilayah Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 103 responden. Responden penelitian meliputi pengusaha bisnis industri kreatif di Yogyakarta, khususnya dalam kelompok usaha kecil dan menengah . Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan regression analysis dan moderation regression analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hanya dua dari empat hipotesis yang didukung, dimana strategic flexibility berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap firm performance, adapun dynamic environment tidak memoderasi hubungan keduanya. Kata kunci: Kemampuan Pemasaran Dinamik, Orientasi Pasar, Fleksibilitas Strategis, Dinamisme Lingkungan Dan Kinerja Perusahaan

Abstract

This research aims to implement a direct method in improving students' English skills. The hands-on method is known as a teaching approach that focuses on using the target language directly in the learning process. This research is a type of research that collects data from literature. The data collection technique in this study is documentation, namely looking for written sources that contain information on the topics discussed. The results show that the application of the direct method is effective in improving students' English comprehension and skills, as well as increasing their motivation in learning. The implication of this study is the importance of applying direct methods in an educational context to support students' English communication skills holistically.

Abstract

Protection of press freedom in countries experiencing armed conflict is a critical issue to ensure transparent and accurate access to information during a crisis. Although international legal instruments exist, such as the Geneva Conventions and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, their implementation often faces challenges, including physical violence against journalists, restrictions on access to information, and intimidation. This study evaluates the effectiveness of international legal protections and identifies key challenges faced by journalists in the field. In addition, the study makes recommendations for strengthening international law enforcement, support for international organizations, national legal reform, and journalist training. These efforts are expected to improve the protection of press freedom and ensure that critical information remains accessible during times of conflict
