Abstract

This study aims to describe the Effectiveness of the Long Term Contraception Method Family Planning Program in Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is descriptive with qualitative methods. Research data obtained from interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis uses interactive data analysis from Miles and Huberman. Based on the results of the study obtained information that the Family Planning Program in Indragiri Hilir Regency is quite effective in suppressing the population growth rate. Judging from the several indicators used to measure Program Effectiveness, namely: Seen from the Program Objectives. Program Objectives in this case, the Fertile Age Couple. The effectiveness of the Targets as seen from the number of EFAs as active KB participants over the past 4 years has continued to increase, but those using the Long-Term Contraception Method have decreased each year. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the quality of family planning services and its constraints in the Trucuk District area of Bojonegoro Regency. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques with interview observation and documentation. Processing and data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the quality of family planning services seen from 1) Tangible has a fairly good room. 2) Reliable is good. 3) Responsiveness provided by officers is good. 4) Assurance of the community is satisfied and happy in using health services. 5) Emphaty given by the officers gives a friendly and pleasant impression. As for the constraints: 1) public knowledge about contraception is still low. 2) low level of community education. 3) KB culture is very low.Keywords: services, family planning

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of the quality of health services on inpatient satisfaction at RSUD Puri Husada Tembilahan. This type of research is explanatory research (explanatory research). Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire), Observation (Observation) and Documentation. Determination of the sample of this study uses the incidental sampling method that is taking patients who need services at RSUD Puri Husada Tembilahan. The results of the study using a partial test (t test) found that the independent variables, namely responsiveness, assurance, physical evidence, attention and reliability partially significant effect on the dependent variable, namely patient satisfaction in RSUD Puri Husada Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir Regency. From the F test results obtained an F count of 19,029 and a significance level of 0,000. Because the significance level is 0,000 <0.05, the hypothesis is accepted. This means that responsiveness, guarantees, physical evidence, attention and reliability together have a significant effect on patient satisfaction at RSUD Puri Husada Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir Regency.Keywords: satisfaction, responsiveness, guarantee, physical evidence, attention, reliability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the effectiveness of male contraception family planning programs, supporting and inhibiting factors in Kasiman District, Bojonegoro Regency. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques by observation, interview and documentation. Processing and data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the Men's Contraception Family Planning Program in Kasiman District, Bojonegoro Regency had been implemented and was quite effective in suppressing the population growth rate. The socialization of the Men's Contraception Family Planning Program has been done well and is quite effective, the socialization media used to introduce the Men's Contraception KB Program uses posters and leaflets as well as cooperation with other parties. The obstacle in the implementation of the Men's Contraception KB Program is people's understanding that the Men's Contraception Family Planning Program can affect sexual relations with their partners.Keywords: effectiveness, family planning, male conting.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the policy of appointing state civil servants in structural positions and the factors that influence them in Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research and data collection with in-depth interviews. The process of implementing ASN appointment in Indragiri Hilir Regency there are 5 stages including planning, announcement, registration, selection and appointment. Planning is carried out based on the proposed workforce needs and the slack of officials in the region which are forwarded to each agency. The announcement phase was carried out by the Baperjakat Team after it was discovered that the SKPD needed employees and had been scheduled beforehand. The registration and selection stage for the appointment of the State Civil Apparatus in Indragiri Hilir Regency is the core stage in the appointment process. The final stage in the process of appointing a State Civil Apparatus in a position in Indragiri Hilir Regency is the appointment stage. This stage was carried out after the ASN candidate had carried out the examination and was declared eligible to become a State Civil Apparatus.Keywords: appointment, state civil apparatus

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to directly analyze the influence of motivation, competence, and training factors on the performance of family planning counselors. To analyze the influence of indirect factors of competence motivation, training on the performance of family planning counseling through the quality of cadre services. This type of research is explanatory research. This research uses a quantitative research approach. The population of this research is all family planning program cadres in Sukosewu sub-district. Bojonegoro with 116 people. Sampling technique using total sampling so that the sample in this study was 116 people. To do data analysis using path analysis. The results showed that motivation, competence and training directly had a significant effect on the performance of family planning counselors in Sukosewu District, Bojonegoro Regency. Competency motivation has an influence on the performance of family planning counseling through the quality of cadre services. Only training variables that have no influence on the quality of cadre services in Sukosewu District, Bojonegoro Regency through the performance of family planning counseling.Keywords: motivation, competence, training, performance, service quality

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the level of community satisfaction as a service user based on the Ministry of Education and Culture No. 14 of 2017. Nine elements that are used as indicators of measuring community satisfaction with public service providers are requirements, systems, mechanisms and procedures, completion time, fees / rates, Product specifications for types of services, Competence of implementers, Behavior of implementers, Handling of complaints, Suggestions and input, Services and Infrastructure. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, the study population is outpatient poly patients who redeem prescription drugs and meet the sampling criteria in the Pharmacy Installation, sampling techniques using non-probability sampling methods by means of purposive sampling where the determination of the sample with special consideration so that it is suitable to be made sample. Calculation of the Community Satisfaction Index of service units in the Bojonegoro Youth Main Inpatient Clinic obtained a value of 74.49 that falls into the category of service quality C and the performance of the service unit falls into the unsatisfied category.Keywords: health services, community satisfaction index.

Abstract

One of the goals of health services is to increase the degree of community life, because with good health will be able to make the community independent and can create prosperity for themselves. Health is a basic human need to live properly and carry out its role in society, so as to obtain prosperity. This study aim to determine and describe the quality of BPJS Health membership service in Tuban Operational Office. The method used is Service Quality (SERVQUAL). The sampling technique is using accidental sampling technique. The result showed that the quality of BPJS Health service in Tuban Operational Office was still not in line with community expectation, because the Q value was calculated base on the service quality formula Ôëñ 1. The value of each dimension was as follows : Tangible dimension 0.928; Reliability dimension 0.923; Responsiveness dimension 0.721; Assurance dimension 0.704; and Empathy dimension 0.872. Abstract

The Raskin program is actually part of the government's efforts to overcome the problem of poverty. The location of this research is in the Village of Kuala Lahang, Gaung Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency with the aim of describing the process of implementing a program of rice assistance for poor families, to describe the effectiveness of the rice assistance program for poor families and to describe the supporting factors and obstacles to the implementation of the family rice assistance program poor. Data sources were obtained that relate to the RASKIN distribution and distribution process, mainly sourced from beneficiary households (RTS) beneficiaries and RASKIN management teams at the village and sub-district levels using the method of observation, interview and documentation. The results of the study revealed that the implementation of the rice assistance program for poor families in Gaung District had not been carried out effectively in accordance with the applicable provisions and procedures.

Abstract

This study is to determine the effect of work motivation, career development and leadership that have a significant effect on employee performance at the Fire and Rescue Service of Indragiri Hilir Regency. The research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that both partially and simultaneously have an effect on motivation, leadership and career development partially affect the performance of the employees of the Fire and Rescue Service of Indragiri Hilir Regency. Motivation as the variable that has the most dominant influence on the performance of the employees of the Fire and Rescue Service of Indragiri Hilir Regency.
