Abstract

Fara Ariyanti Risma Ayu, 2025. Analysis of the Influence of Supervision and Work Ability on Employee Performance through Public Service Quality at Bank Jatim Sumenep Branch Office. Postgraduate Program, Wijaya Putra University, Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type and involves 86 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Smart PLS. The purpose of the study was to determine the direct and indirect effects of supervision and work ability on employee performance, with public service quality as a mediating variable. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Supervision has a significant effect on public service quality, but is not significant on performance directly; (2) Work ability has a significant effect on service quality and employee performance; (3) Public service quality has a significant effect on employee performance; (4) Supervision and work ability also have an indirect effect on performance through public service quality.

Fatima, 2025. The Influence of Work Ability on Performance Mediated by Civil Servant Motivation . Postgraduate Program, Wijaya Putra University, Surabaya . Based on its approach, this research is included in the explanatory research type . The research sample was 71 respondents. The objectives of this research are 1) To test and analyze the significant influence of work ability on the performance of the apparatus of Proppo District , Pamekasan Regency . 2) To test and analyze the significant influence of work ability on the motivation of the apparatus of Proppo District ,Pamekasan Regency. 3) To test and analyze the significant influence of the motivation of the apparatus on the performance of the apparatus of Proppo District , Pamekasan Regency. 4) To test and analyze the significant indirect influence of work ability on the performance of the apparatus of Proppo District, Pamekasan Regency mediated by the motivation of the apparatus. The research results show that : 1) work ability has a significant positive effect on the performance of the apparatus of Proppo District , Pamekasan Regency with an original sample value of 0.284 . 2) work ability has a significant positive effect on the motivation of the Proppo District apparatus in Pamekasan Regency with an original sample value of 0.481. 3) the motivation of the apparatus has a significant positive effect on the performance of the apparatus of Proppo District, Pamekasan Regency with an original sample value of 0.658 . 4) work ability has a significant positive effect on the performance of the apparatus of Proppo District , Pamekasan Regency mediated by the motivation of the apparatus with an original sample value of 0.316.

Abstract

This study aimed to analysed managerial skills of the principal of SD Islam Permata Mojosari, focusing on two aspects: developing school plans and leading the school in utilizing school resources, specifically human resources. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. Participants in this study included the principal, teachers, staff, school supervisors, school committee chair, and treasurer. Data analysis used the techniques of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings indicated that the principal of SD Islam Permata Mojosari demonstrated effective managerial skills in developing school plans. The planning process involved all school members, from the formation of the planning team to monitoring and evaluation. This was evident in the comprehensive and structured strategic plan, annual work plan, and school income and expenditure budget. In leading the school, the principal exhibited effective managerial skills in managing human resources. This was evident in open and collaborative communication with teachers and staff, providing appropriate guidance and motivation, and efforts to improve teacher competence through training and Professional Teacher Group. This study concludes that the managerial skills of the principal of SD Islam Permata Mojosari, Mojokerto Regency, have contributed to improving the quality of education at the school.

Abstract

This study, conducted by Fara Ariyanti Risma Ayu (2025), analyzes the influence of supervision and work ability on employee performance through the mediating role of public service quality at Bank Jatim Sumenep Branch. Employing an explanatory research design with a quantitative approach, the study involved a sample of 86 respondents and used SmartPLS for data analysis. The objectives were to: (1) describe supervision, work ability, public service quality, and employee performance; (2) examine the direct and indirect effects of supervision and work ability on performance, with public service quality as a mediator. Findings show that supervision has a positive but insignificant direct effect on employee performance (original sample = 0.024; p = 0.749), while it has a positive and significant impact on public service quality (0.293; p = 0.000). Work ability significantly influences both public service quality (0.586; p = 0.000) and employee performance (0.316; p = 0.000). Public service quality itself significantly affects employee performance (0.624; p = 0.000). Indirectly, supervision positively and significantly influences employee performance through public service quality (0.183; p = 0.000), as does work ability (0.365; p = 0.000). In conclusion, although direct supervision does not significantly impact employee performance, it contributes through its strong influence on service quality. Work ability is shown to be a crucial factor, both directly and indirectly, in enhancing performance. These findings emphasize the importance of improving service quality as a strategic mediating factor in boosting employee outcomes within the banking sector

The objectives of this research are 1) To test and analyze the significant impact of sanctions discipline work towards promotion position Kangayan District Regency Sumenep. 2) To test and analyze the significant influence of sanctions discipline work on performance Kangayan District employee Regency Sumenep. 3) To test and analyze the significant influence of performance employee towards promotion position Kangayan District Regency Sumenep. 4) To test and analyze the significant influence of work disciplinary sanctions on promotions. Position Kangayan District, Sumenep Regency, which is mediated by employee performance. The research results show that: 1) sanctions discipline Work influential positive significant towards promotion position Kangayan District Regency Sumenep with mark original sample of 0.251. 2) sanctions discipline Work influential positive significant to performance Kangayan District employee Regency Sumenep with mark original sample of 0.526. 3) performance employee influential positive significant to promotion position Kangayan District Regency Sumenep with mark original sample of 0.335. 4) work disciplinary sanctions have an effect positive No significant to promotion position Kangayan District, Sumenep Regency, which is mediated by employee performance with mark original sample of 0.176.

Analysis of the Influence of Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance Through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Study on Pamekasan Regency Health Service Employees.)  Postgraduate Program, Wijaya Putra University, Surabaya. Based on its approach, this research is included in the type of explanatory research. The research sample was 51 respondents. The objectives of this study were 1) To test and analyze transformational leadership has an influence on the performance of Pamekasan District Health Office employees. 2) To test and analyze transformational leadership has an influence on the organizational citizenship behavior of Pamekasan District Health Office employees. 3) To test and analyze organizational citizenship behavior has an influence on the performance of Pamekasan District Health Office employees. 4) To test and analyze transformational leadership has an indirect influence on the performance of Pamekasan District Health Office employees through organizational citizenship behavior. The research results show that: 1) transformational leadership has no significant effect on the performance of Pamekasan District Health Office employees with an original sample value of 0.126. 2) transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on the organizational citizenship behavior of Pamekasan District Health Office employees with an original sample value of 0.506. 3) organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive effect on the performance of Pamekasan District Health Office employees with an original sample value of 0.516. 4) transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on the performance of Pamekasan District Health Office employees mediated by organizational citizenship behavior with an original sample value of 0.261.

Abstract

The Influence of Information Technology on Improving the Quality of Public Services Through the Performance of Health Care Workers (A Study of Health Care Workers at the Pegantenan Community Health Center in Pamekasan Regency, Wijaya Putra University Graduate Program). The type of research is cross-sectional because within a specific time frame/simultaneously, the researcher conducted observations and recorded the responses provided by the respondents using a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 54 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SEM-PLS. The objectives of the research include: 1) To test and analyze whether information technology has an impact on the quality of public services. 2) To test and analyze the influence of information technology on the performance of healthcare workers. 3) To test and analyze the influence of healthcare workers' performance on public service quality. 4) To test and analyze the indirect influence of information technology on public service quality through healthcare workers' performance. The research results indicate that: 1) Information technology significantly influences the improvement of public service quality. 2) Information technology has a significant impact on the performance of healthcare workers. 3) The performance of healthcare workers has a significant impact on improving service quality. 4) Information technology has an indirect and significant impact on improving service quality, mediated by the performance of healthcare workers.
