Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the online New Student Admission System (PPDB) at SMPN 21 Batam in Batam City and to determine the factors that support and hinder its implementation. The research approach used to examine the effectiveness of the New Student Admission System (PPDB) at SMPN 21 Batam is qualitative. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. Admission of new students online is quite efficient, but when viewed from the effectiveness point of view, it is actually effective because there are still many people who do not understand the procedure for registering online. Based on the results of interviews conducted by researchers with several research informants, it can be seen that the community has been able to adjust to the online new student registration system. The continuation of PPDB online, it was concluded that the implementation or continuity of online PPDB at SMP Negeri 21 Batam is getting better, people are increasingly understanding.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the quality of licensing services at the Investment Office and the One Stop Integrated Service in Indragiri Hilir Regency. The results of the study are based on a quality dimension consisting of: Simplicity, the applicant states it is clear and easy to understand. Clarity of terms, quite clear with the proposed conditions. Certainty Time, is not good because it is not in accordance with the stipulated time. Accuracy which includes, has been well received because it is in accordance with applicable regulations. Security is good enough and there is legal certainty. Responsibility, that the responsiveness of employees in providing assistance to licensing applicants is good enough. Completeness of Facilities and Infrastructure, is quite good. Ease of Access, it is quite good and the location of the service is easily reached by the community. Discipline, courtesy and hospitality are good. Comfort, it's good it's just necessary to add a seat and for supporting facilities are quite satisfied because the provision of supporting facilities such as smoking rooms, toilets etc., for the cleanliness of the office is also quite good.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini, penulis melakukan eksplorasi komposisi musik dengan pendekatan melalui aspke-aspek kehidupan yang sering dijumpai yaitu motor mesin 2 stroke. Penulis menyusun elemen musik dari inspirasi menjadi sebuah komposisi musik Thrash Metal sebagai proses penyampaian visualisasi. Kajian pada penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa sumber buku untuk mendukung penelitian ini. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian bersifat kualitatif deskriptif. Nuansa tegang diciptakan menggunakan teknik pemilihan harmoni menggunakan akor triad lalu menambahkan nada extension di beberapa akor, pattern ritme banyak menggunakan teknik traditional blast dan inverse skank bleast yang payung besarnya adalah teknik blast beat pada drum, dan menerapkan riff dengan ritme yang konstan pada gitar.Kata kunci: Visual, Nuansa, Adrenalin, 2 stroke ““600 METER”: Composition for Combo Band Formation: An Inspiration from Riding a 2 Stroke Motorcycle EngineIn this study, the author conducted an exploration of music composition by approaching through aspects of life that are often found, namely motorcycles that have 2-stroke engine specifications. Compiling musical elements from inspiration into a Thrash Metal music composition as a process of delivering visualization. The author uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The tense nuance are created using harmony selection techniques using triad chords and then adding extension tones in several chords, many rhythm patterns using traditional blast techniques and inverse skank bleast whose big umbrella is the blast beat technique on the drums, and applying riffs with a constant rhythm on the guitar.Keywords: Visuals, Feel, Adrenaline, 2 strokes

Abstract

The oil and gas industry in Indonesia, including PT XYZ which manages domestic oil and gas, faces high complexity and risk. PT XYZ's operations are supported by several offshore platforms and facilities which have various potential risks. Process safety is a top priority to prevent major incidents or major accidents. PT XYZ uses Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) which needs to be revalidated every five years to ensure procedures comply with current conditions. This research focuses on the FSO Federal II facility owned by PT XYZ, a 200 thousand barrel capacity crude oil storage vessel with a high potential risk of major incidents. PT XYZ uses the HAZOP and HAZID methods in PHA to identify risks. However, PT XYZ does not yet have a direct control system for workers. This research aims to create a risk control system that can be used by Federal II FSO workers as a work guide. This work guide will help in handling undesirable events that have the potential to cause major incidents. Proposed improvements include creating a work guidance document based on risk identification using Bowtie Analysis, which produces a mapping diagram of causes, peak events, hazards and consequences. The bowtie diagram will be simplified to make things easier for workers, considering the large number of processes in FSO Federal II. This guideline will help workers prevent major incidents from occurring.

Abstract

The results showed that: 1) Principal leadership had a significant positive effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.011 and a p-value of 0.011. 2) Principal leadership has a significant positive effect on effectiveness with an original sample value of 0.582 and a p-value of 0.000. 3) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on effectiveness with an original sample value of 0.269 and a p-value of 0.024. 4) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.282 and a p-value of 0.005. 5) Effectiveness has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.369 and a p-value of 0.007. 6) Principal leadership has a significant positive effect on teacher performance mediated by effectiveness with an original sample value of 0.215 and a p-value of 0.014. 7) Work discipline has no significant positive effect on teacher performance which is mediated by effectiveness with an original sample value of 0.099 and a p-value of 0.069.

The results showed that: 1) Apparatus performance had a significant positive effect on service quality with an original sample value of 0.211. 2) Apparatus performance has a significant positive effect on work productivity with an original sample value of 0.340. 3) The level of education has a significant positive effect on service quality with an original sample value of 0.389. 4) The level of education has a significant positive effect on work productivity with an original sample value of 0.608. 5) Work productivity has a significant positive effect on service quality with an original sample value of 0.402. 6) Apparatus performance has a significant positive effect on service quality mediated by work productivity with an original sample value of 0.769. 7) The level of education has a significant positive effect on service quality mediated by work productivity with an original sample value of 0.863.

Mahrudi, 2023. The Effectiveness of Leadership Style, Competence, in the Order of Improving Apparatus Performance Mediated by Commitment, Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program. This type of research is explanatory, namely to test the hypotheses between the hypothesized variables that will be tested for truth. by using a quantitative approach, the research sample was 42 respondents. In this study the data will be processed using SEM-PLS data analysis. The aims of this study are: 1) To describe the leadership style, competence, commitment and performance of the apparatus. 2) To test and analyze the influence of leadership style on apparatus performance. 3) To examine and analyze the influence of leadership style on apparatus commitment. 4) To test and analyze the effect of competency on device performance. 5) To test and analyze the influence on apparatus commitment. 6) To test and analyze the influence on apparatus performance. 7) To examine and analyze the indirect influence of leadership style on apparatus performance mediated by Commitment. 8) To examine and analyze the indirect effect of competence on apparatus performance which is mediated by Commitment. The results of the study show that: 1) Leadership style has no significant effect on apparatus performance. 2) Leadership style has a significant effect on attention. 3) Competence has no significant effect on device performance. 4) Competence has a significant effect on attention. 5) Commitment has a significant effect on apparatus performance. 6) Leadership style has no significant effect on apparatus performance which is mediated by commitment. 7) Competence has a significant effect on the performance of the apparatus which is mediated by the liver.
