Abstract

A motorbike is a type of transportation that runs on an engine and has two wheels. Used is something that has been called not new. Human need for transportation means the most in the use of motorbikes. Economic limitations of some people choose to buy used motorbikes. In the selection, it is difficult to help consumers determine the choice of vehicle to be purchased. This is because there are so many types of motorbikes in one brand. This study aims to recommend a reference solution as a basis for consideration in selecting a used motorbike. This decision support system in solving this problem uses AHP and TOPSIS. The AHP method was chosen because it produces weighted criteria. Meanwhile, TOPSIS was chosen because for ranking determination, it is expected to provide the best used motorbike recommendation solutions to buyers

Abstract

Stunting describes a state of chronic malnutrition during growth and development since early life. This situation is represented by the height z-score for age (TB/U), which is less than minus 2 standard deviations (SD), based on WHO growth standards.Data from the Semarang City Health Office stated that the results of monitoring nutritional status based on indicators of body length for age (PB/U) or height for age (TB/U) the incidence of stunting in the city of Semarang was 20.37%. This research will make it easier to determine information regarding the classification of stunting nutritional status in toddlers. Stunting data will be processed and used as information regarding normal or not stunting nutritional status in toddlers. With this information, it can make it easier to collect data on toddlers who experience stunting nutritional status, besides that it can also be used to hold counseling to increase stunting nutritional levels and prevent stunting in toddlers by using the Naive Bayes Classifier. The accuracy result of the Naive Bayes Classifier method in classifying stunting nutritional status is 88%

Abstract

Kalimas Village is currently still using conventional methods in providing population data services so that the recording process takes a long time. The solution to overcome this is to create a web-based program that has features of recording and reporting population data. With this website, employees don't need books and Microsoft Word to make notes that happen twice. Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is a business approach that focuses on analyzing workflows or business processes that occur within an institution or organization. The author applies the BPR method to identify the workflow of the system that is running at the Kalimas Sub-District office and get an idea for creating a web-based application to help speed up the process of serving population data in Kalimas Sub-District. The results of this study are in the form of a population administration system to record SKTM, KTP, KK, Birth Certificates, Death Certificates, Transfer Certificates, and Coming Transfer Letters. Parties who can use this application are kelurahan employees, village heads, and admins. The application generated from this research has the benefit of making it easier for Kalimas Village employees to manage population data and making it easier for the Lurah to monitor the Kalimas Village population data.

Abstract

The report from Riskesdas shows that there is a 2x increase in diabetes every year in Indonesia. This is due to an increase in factors such as human population, age, obesity, irregular eating patterns and lack of physical activity. The increase in a factor that causes diabetes in Indonesia must be prevented. The first step in preventing diabetes is to detect the risk factors for diabetes that may occur. Influencing factors include behavioral factors and sociodemographic factors The increase in diabetes in a country is due to late identified factors. The number of factors that are collected in order to detect whether a person has diabetes or not requires a fairly large data processing system. The data used in this study are diabetes data obtained from the Pima Indian Diabetes Database with attributes of pregnant, glucose, diastolic, triceps, insulin, BMI, history of diabetes, age and 300 data output. The Naive Bayes Classifier method can be used to classify diabetes in women based on pregnant, glucose, diastolic, triceps, insulin, BMI, history of diabetes, age and output. The accuracy result of the Naive Bayes Classifier method in classifying diabetes in women is 84% of 300 data which is divided into 2, namely 275 data as training data and 25 data as test data.

Abstract

Abstract: Online learning at the elementary, kindergarten, and PAUD levels leaves many problems. The problem from the teacher's point of view is that they have to provide gadgets that can be used in operating, managing online meetings, and providing internet quotas in organizing meetings and online learning. In making learning media, teachers must also provide computers that can be used in making multimedia-based learning media. The problem that is quite serious is that teachers are not yet ready to manage online classroom learning and the readiness to make learning materials using multimedia-based learning tools that can attract students' attention. Efforts that can be carried out to face the challenges of limited capacity and ability of teachers in designing and making multimedia-based learning media are increasing teacher competence through training and mentoring. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to hold a training or mentoring for PAUD teachers. This training is carried out by introducing and providing tutorials on how to use Microsoft PowerPoint software. The result of this service is the teacher's understanding of making multimedia-based learning media that can be seen from discussions and questions and answers. In addition, the results of this service increase the ability of teachers in software applications for making learning media.Keywords: training; mentoring; multimedia; learning; PAUD teachers  Abstrak: Pembelajaran daring pada tingkat SD, TK dan PAUD menyisakan banyak masalah. Masalah dari sisi guru adalah harus menyediakan gadget yang mampu digunakan dalam pengoperasian, pengelolaan pertemuan secara daring serta menyediakan kuota internet dalam penyelenggaraan pertemuan dan pembelajaran secara daring. Dalam membuat media pembelajaran, guru juga harus menyediakan komputer yang mampu digunakan dalam membuat media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia. Masalah yang cukup serius adalah guru belum terlalu siap mengelola pembelajaran kelas secara daring maupun kesiapan pembuatan materi pembelajaran menggunakan tool pembelajaran berbasis multimedia yang dapat menarik perhatian siswa. Usaha-usaha yang dapat dilaksanakan guna menghadapi tantangan keterbatasan kapasitas dan kemampuan guru dalam merancang dan membuat media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia adalah meningkatkan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam mencapai standar minimal yang dapat digunakan dalam merancang dan membuat media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka perlu diadakan pelatihan atau pendampingan kepada para guru PAUD. Pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan cara mengenalkan dan memberikan tutorial bagaimana penggunakan perangkat lunak Microsoft Power Point. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah pemahaman guru mengenai pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia yang dapat dilihat dari diskusi dan tanya jawab. Selain itu hasil dari pengabdian ini menambah kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan aplikasi perangkat lunak untuk pembuatan media pembelajaran.Kata kunci: pelatihan; pendampingan; multimedia; pembelajaran; guru PAUD

Abstract

Abstract: Various specifications and prices for a laptop make potential buyers confused about choosing it. Information technology with its technological developments has produced a system that can provide alternative decisions for decision-making problems.This study aims to develop a system that can select the best laptop from several alternatives.                There are 5 parameters used in determining the priority of alternative laptops. They are hard disk drive, RAM, processor, operating system and price.The alternative of the decision making system also consists of 5 alternatives.The method used in the MultiAttribute Decision Making (MADM) research is a combination of 2 methods. These methods are SAW and TOPSIS methods.The SAW method is used to optimize the parameter weighting process and the specific TOPSIS method to complete the alternative ranking process.This hybrid method can produce a more precise MADM process because it uses two methods, each of which has characteristics in accordance with the process specifications. Keywords: laptop; multi attribute decision making; SAW; TOPSIS  Abstrak: Spesifikasi dan variasi harga yang beragam dari sebuah laptop membuat calon pembeli menjadi kebingungan dan ragu dalam memutuskan jenis atau tipe laptop mana yang akan dibeli. Teknologi informasi beserta dengan perkembangan teknologinya dapat menghasilkan suatu system untuk membantu memberikan alternative  keputusan untuk suatu permasalahan pengambilan keputusan. Pengembangan sistem yang dapat memilih laptop yang tepat dari beberapa alternatif  yang  ditawarkan merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Ada 5 parameter yang digunakan dalam  menentukan prioritas alternatif  laptop, yaitu hard disk drive, RAM, prosesor, sistem operasi dan harga. Laptop yang ditawarkan sebagai alternatif juga sebanyak 5 jenis. Metode yang digunakan padaMulti Attribute Decision Making (MADM) adalah kombinasi dari 2 metode, yaitu metode SAW dan TOPSIS. Metode SAW digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan proses pembobotan parameter dan metode TOPSIS spesifik untuk menyelesaikan proses perangkingan alternatif. Metode hybrid ini dapat menghasilkan suatu proses MADM yang lebih tepat karena menggunakan dua metode yang masing-masing mempunyai karakteristik sesuai dengan proses yang dilakukannya. Kata kunci: laptop; multi-attribute decision making; SAW; TOPSIS

Abstract

Dalam suatu Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja (LPK), di dalam program kerjanya selalu melaksanakan penilaian terhadap karyawan terutama para pengajar yang dilaksanakan setiap tahun. Hal ini dikarenakan pengajar merupakan bagian paling kritikal dalam terciptanya kualitas suatu lembaga pelatihan kerja. Penilaian dilaksanakan agar dalam pelaksanaan pengajarannya dapat menampilkan performa yang maksimal sehingga peserta pelatihan akan tertarik dengan performa pengajar. Selain itu pengajar juga memiliki peranan pernting dalam memberikan pembelajaran yang berkualitas. Untuk mendukung pemilihan pengajar terbaik yang diambil dari beberapa kriteria dan alternatif dibangun sebuah sistem dengan metode ELECTRE. Metode ini merupakan metode yang unggul dengan berlandaskan analisis antara concordance (kesesuaian) dan discordance (ketidaksesuaian). Metode ELECTRE mengolah data dan informasi menjadi alternatif yang dapat diandalkan juga sekaligus memberikan perangkingan pada alternatif yang sesuai yang diharapkan mampu memberikan hasil berupa alternatif yang terbaik. Sehingga penelitian ini dapat memberikan keputusan pilihan yang tepat pada sasaran pengajar, objektif, efektif dan efisien di LPK Anametri Learning Center.

Abstract

Batik is a sort of cultural heritage fabric that originated in many areas of Indonesia. Each area, particularly Semarang in Central Java, has its own batik design. Unfortunately, due to a lack of knowledge, not all residents are able to recognize the types of Semarang batik.  Therefore, this study proposed an automated approach for classifying Semarang batik. Semarang batik was classified into five categories according to this method:  Asem Arang, Blekok Warak, Gamblang Semarangan, Kembang Sepatu, and Semarangan. Since color was able to distinguish batik patterns, it is necessary to analyze color features based on the color space in order to generate discriminative features.  Color features were produced based on the RGB, HSV, YIQ, and YCbCr color spaces. Four different kernels were used to feed these features into the Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier. The experiment was conducted using a local dataset of 1000 batik images classified into five classes (each class contains 200 images).  In order to evaluate the method, cross-validation was performed using a k-fold value of 10. The results showed that the proposed method could reach an accuracy of 1 in all SVM Kernels when employing the YIQ color space, which was consistent across all tests.

Abstract

Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ) Raudhatul 'Ulum is a community-based religious education institution established at the initiative of Jamaah Musholla Al Iman aimed at kindergarten and elementary school age children in the area of ​​RW 01, Kelurahan Manyaran, West Semarang District, Semarang City. The learning system at TPQ Raudhatul 'Ulum is done face-to-face every afternoon. In mid-March 2020 when the Covid-19 pandemic began to hit Indonesia, face-to-face learning had to be replaced with online learning. When the pandemic is under control, a new normal era will be implemented with learning using a blended learning system. The application of blended learning is to simultaneously apply three learning strategies that are combined into one form of learning, namely: online learning, face-to-face learning and independent learning. The application of the blended learning strategy creates problems for TPQ Raudhatul 'Ulum teachers, namely: teachers are not yet skilled in online learning management as a basis for blended learning, teachers are not yet skilled in the use of software for the preparation of online learning media, teachers are not yet skilled in preparing materials and assignments in independent learning, teachers are not yet skilled in the use of online learning support tools. The priority solution in this PKM is the implementation of training and assistance in blended learning-based learning management. Teachers are also given software training for the preparation of online learning media in accordance with the concept of blended learning. Training on the preparation of materials and assignments in independent learning was also carried out, as well as training in the use of online learning support tools.

Abstract

Keamanan pesan dalam berkomunikasi menggunakaan telepon atau smartphone sangatlah penting. Mengingat isi atau data dalam pesan tersebut sangatlah rahasia. Perkembangan teknologi telekomunikasi di era gobalisasi yang terjadi sangat pesat membantu masyarakat untuk komunikasi dan salah satu teknologi komunikasi adalah menggunakan perangkat telepon. Telepon genggam atau smartphone telah dilengkapi dengan berbagai fitur dan salah satu diantaranya adalah layanan pesan singkat (SMS). Akan tetapi pesan yang dikirim melalui telepon atau smartphone yang dirasa adalah data yang sangat penting dapaat menimbulkan ancaman kebocoran isi data dalam pesan tersebut saat melakukan proses komunikasi. Maka dari itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian pada pengembangan perangkat lunak untuk meningkatkan keamanan pesan melalui enkripsi dan dekripsi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis keamanan dengan mengimplementasikan algoritma RC6 pada aplikasi kriptografi dan SMS berbabsis android. Aplikasi ini menggunakan Android Studio 4.0 sebagai editor dan algoritma RC6. Proses dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan enkripsi pesan asli untuk menghasilkan ciphertex pesan. Kemudian mendekripsi ciphertext pesan masuk menjadi pesan asli. Dengan penerapan kriptografi untuk pesan SMS , tingkat informasi yang diharapkan keamanan pesan dapat ditingkatkan sehingga pesan akan lebih aman dari akses yang tidak sah atau tidak bertanggung jawab. Serta memberi rasa nyaman dan tidak khawatir akan kebocoran isi pesan tersebut oleh pengirim kepada penerima pesan. Kata kunci : Android, Dekirpsi, Enkripsi, RC6, SMS.
