Abstract

Abstract: One of the institutions that stated the poor handling of Covid-19 in Indonesia was the Lowy Institute. On March 13, 2021, Lowy Institute put Indonesia in 89th rank out of 102 countries that were successfully surveyed regarding the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is an attempt to critique the Lowy Institute's assessment. The COPRAS-AHP hybrid method was used. The AHP method, especially in the pairwise comparison section, is used as a method to determine the validity of the criterion weights. Five criteria were used in determining the ranking of the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic in countries in the Southeast Asian region. Each criterion is given a weight that is determined subjectively but by considering the level of importance of each criterion. The weighting of the criteria by using pairwise comparison resulted in: test per population, positive per test, vaccine per population, recovered per positive, deaths per positive. This study produces conclusions that are not much different from the Lowy Institute release. Indonesia is one of the countries where the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic is at a low level, Indonesia is ranked 10th out of 11 countries in the Southeast Asia region, with a utility value 16.29%.            Keywords: AHP; COPRAS; covid-19;pairwise comparison; ranking Abstrak: Salah satu lembaga yang menyatakan buruknya penanganan Covid-19 di Indonesia adalah Lowy Institute. Pada 13 Maret 2021 menempatkan Indonesia di peringkat 89 dari 102 negara yang berhasil disurvei berkenaan dengan penanganan pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan upaya kritisi terhadap penilaian Lowy Institute. Digunakan metode hibrid COPRAS-AHP. Metode AHP, khususnya pada bagian pairwise comparison digunakan sebagai metode untuk menentukan validitas bobot kriteria. Digunakan lima kriteria dalam menentukan pemeringkatan penanganan pandemi Covid-19 pada negara-negara di kawasan Asia Tenggara. Masing-masing kriteria diberikan bobot yang ditentukan secara subjektif namun dengan mempertimbangkan tingkat kepentingan masing-masing kriteria. Pembobotan kriteria dengan menggunakan pairwise comparison menghasilkan: kriteria tes per populasi, positif per tes, vaksin per populasim, sembuh per positif, meninggal per positif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan yang tidak jauh berbeda dengan rilis Lowy Institute. Indonesia adalah salah satu negara dengan penanganan pandemi Covid-19 berada dalam level yang relatif rendah, peringkat 10 dari 11 negara di kawasan Asia Tenggara, dengan nilai utilitas 16,29 %. Kata kunci: AHP; COPRAS; covid-19; pairwise comparison; pemeringkatan

Abstract

Stunting is caused by a lack of proper nutrition before and after birth. This research paper identifies and measures the risk of stunting during pregnancy and make recommendations for ranking pregnant women at risk. These aims to provide appropriate treatment and action to reduce mothers giving birth to children at risk of stunting. To make the optimal choice, the selection procedure for pregnant women at risk of giving birth to stunted children considers a variety of factors, including maternal age, maternal nutrition, arms circumference, hemoglobin, parity, birth interval, height, baby weight, and body mass index (BMI). Decision-maker’s expectation to reduce uncertainty and imprecision are represented linguistically by triangular fuzzy numbers. The triangular fuzzy numbers arithmetic approach is used to determine the selection process output. The ranking is determined from the alternative with the most parameter values to the alternative with the fewest parameters. Based on the results of the calculation, it was determined that PM (Pregnant Mother) had the highest score and was ranked first. That pregnant mother was declared as pregnant mother who had the lowest risk of giving birth to stunted baby

Abstract

Based on surveys and discussions in the field with the manager of the "Basuki" Garbage Bank, RT 02, RW 08 Sinar Waluyo Housing, Kedungmundu Village, Semarang, it can be seen that partner problems: 1) Joint management of the "Basuki" Garbage Bank is still relatively short, so the management who new managers must learn from scratch in waste management: 2) In the operational activities of the "Basuki" Garbage Bank, new managers must memorize the many types of waste and the unit price of waste that is worth selling: 3) In recording the entry and exit of waste data, there is no standard and standard format , because it is still in the learning stage; 4) Members cannot see waste management data directly, because waste management data is only recorded in a notebook. To realize community service in training at the "Basuki" Garbage Bank the method applied is a participatory action review which is implemented through training with the following stages: 1) Basic waste bank data recording training using a standard waste bank format; 2) Software training for recording waste bank data; 3) Software training for preparing waste bank reports.

Abstract

Teknologi blockchain telah mengalami perkembangan pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir dan telah menyentuh hampir setiap aspek informasi dan bidang teknologi komunikasi. Potensi blockchain dapat diterapkan di berbagai industri dan bidang, termasuk logistik, rantai suplai pasokan, IoT, dan layanan kesehatan. Dalam industri kesehatan, blockchain memiliki dampak yang signifikan. Namun penilaian kritis terhadap aplikasi blockchain dalam pelayanan kesehatan masih belum tersedia secara komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan landasan teknis tentang berbagai aplikasi kesehatan berbasis blockchain, dengan fokus pada perkembangan terkini di bidang ini. Studi ini akan membahas teknologi blockchain kontemporer yang telah diterapkan dalam industri kesehatan, termasuk berbagi data medis, manajemen rantai suplai medis, rekam medis elektronik, klaim asuransi kesehatan, farmasi industri, dan pemantauan pasien jarak jauh. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang penggunaan blockchain dalam aplikasi pelayanan kesehatan berbasis IoT dan menyediakan analisis SWOT yang komprehensif untuk membantu pemangku kepentingan dalam memahami manfaat, tantangan, peluang, dan ancaman yang terkait dengan teknologi ini. Diharapkan bahwa hasil survei literatur ini akan memberikan landasan yang kuat untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut dan penerapan blockchain dalam pelayanan kesehatan IoT yang aman, efisien, dan terpercaya.

Abstract

Metode Elimination Et Choice Transiting Reality (ELECTRE) diterapkan dalam pengembangan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan reseller terbaik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan dalam memilih reseller terbaik berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang relevan. Metode ELECTRE digunakan sebagai kerangka kerja dalam proses pengambilan keputusan karena kemampuannya dalam menangani berbagai kriteria yang kompleks dan memberikan hasil yang akurat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang mampu menghasilkan peringkat reseller berdasarkan tingkat kelayakan mereka terhadap kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Sistem ini dapat membantu manajer atau pengambil keputusan dalam memilih reseller yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan tujuan bisnis mereka. Keunggulan metode ELECTRE terlihat dari kemampuannya mengatasi kerumitan dan kompleksitas dalam pengambilan keputusan, sehingga hasil yang dihasilkan lebih informatif dan dapat diandalkan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode ELECTRE dalam sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan reseller terbaik yang efektif dalam membantu pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik dan terinformasi. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan sistem serupa di berbagai sektor yang memerlukan pengambilan keputusan yang optimal dalam pemilihan reseller atau entitas lainnya

Abstract

Chatbots are artificial intelligence software that can communicate with users to assist them in certain tasks or provide information. They can reduce the need for human interaction and make processes more efficient. However, when it comes to more specific tasks related to handling the problem of stunting in toddlers these services are usually unable to provide an appropriate response. Chatbots were created with the help of the Rasa framework, which was designed to adapt the various components of natural language understanding (NLU). This adjustment allows him to understand more complex questions from respondents such as those related to healthy feeding of toddlers. This research explained the use of the Rasa framework to enhance their capabilities, describe the testing and evaluation process, and present the performance results of the chatbot model in addressing the issue of stunting in toddlers. The model is then tested using a confusion matrix, precision, accuracy, and F1 score, which measures how accurate the chatbot's responses are to the user's input. The model had a precision, accuracy, and F1 score of 0.928, 0.932 and 0.930, respectively.

Abstract

Stunting occurs due to malnutrition which inhibits growth in toddlers. Stunting can also be caused by problems during pregnancy. This study aims to identify the risk of stunting during pregnancy and determine pregnant women who are at risk of this condition. By identifying and prioritizing critical factors that contribute to stunting in children under five, this research is expected to assist policy makers in developing effective solutions to reduce stunting rates. Handling the problem of stunting is important for the Government because it relates to the future generation of Golden Indonesia 2045. This study evaluates appropriate actions or therapies to reduce the risk of having children born with the potential to experience stunting. In the process of selecting pregnant women who are at risk of giving birth to children with the risk of stunting, a selection procedure is carried out that considers several factors such as the mother's age, mother's nutritional intake, arm circumference, hemoglobin level, parity, birth spacing, height, and mother's body mass index (BMI). The analytic network process (ANP) approach is used to determine the outcome of the selection process. The ranking is determined based on the calculation of the weighting of the criteria and sub-criteria in the ANP method. Based on the results of calculations using the ANP approach, PM 1 pregnant women get the highest score and are ranked first. These pregnant women are considered to have the highest risk of giving birth to babies with stunting risk.

Abstract

The process of choosing a gaming laptop involves considering a number of technical and performance factors in addition to budget factors. These factors include battery type, processor quality, graphics card quality, RAM capacity, and storage type. These are the main components that influence the gaming experience. In addition, ergonomics, design and sizing to suit individual preferences must be taken into account. This research aims to reduce the price factor borne by consumers so that it is not the only consideration in choosing a laptop using the AHP-TOPSIS method. The system development methods used are prototypes, modeling using UML and system development using PHP and MySQL. Based on the highest preference value, AHP-TOPSIS recommends that the HP Victus 16-R0017TX gaming laptop be selected as the best option. These suggestions can provide useful direction when choosing a gaming laptop that meets your needs in terms of speed and storage

Abstract

Mangga merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman buah yang berasal dari India. Mangga memiliki nama latin Mangifera indica L. dan termasuk dalam famili Anacardiacea. Perkembangan teknologi dan kecerdasan buatan telah menghadirkan berbagai inovasi ,salah satu aplikasi yang semakin berkembang adalah deteksi dan pengenalan objek menggunakan metode Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Dalam konteks ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode CNN dalam deteksi dan pengenalan jenis buah mangga secara real-time melalui platform Android. Proses perancangan aplikasi berbasis android ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman python dengan modul Tensorflow. Jenis buah mangga yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah : Mangga Arumanis, Mangga Apel, Mangga Golek, Mangga Kweni dan Mangga GedongGincu. Pengujian ini dengan memakai citra sebanyak 5 citra sebagai citra uji dan 100 citra sebagai citra latih dari 400 total citra. Dengan akurasi pengujian model sebesar 80%. Kata Kunci: Mangga, Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), Tensorflow, Deep Learning, Sistem Deteksi
