Sansani Pekanbaru is a hospital located on Jl. Soekarno Hatta No. 501, Air Hitam Kec. Payung Sekaki, Pekanbaru City.. Along with the times, Sansani Hospital is required to be able to provide quality services. Quality nursing care is what patients want. One of the efforts to improve the quality of service is through the implementation of the Interdisciplinary Bedside Round which is part of the nursing round. In implementing this program, the proposing team has prepared a method plan that was carried out during the process. The training activities use counseling methods, role play, and mentoring. The results showed that the mean of knowledge before being given training was 6.33 (SD 0.500) and the mean of knowledge after being given training was 6.78 (SD 0.441). The results of the bivariate analysis showed a p value of 0.035 (0.05) which means that there was a significant effect before and after training.

Penyakit Diabetes mellitus (DM) tidak dapat disembuhkan secara total namun dapat dikontrol. Salah satu faktor yang memperberat terhadap ketidakstabilan gula darah adalah kecemasan yang berpengaruh terhadap fungsi fisiologi tubuh. Dampak terjadinya kecemasan yang secara tidak langsung akan mempengaruhi penurunan kualitas hidup. Untuk menurunkan kecemasan pasien dapat dilakukan terapi Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR). Kegiatan dilakukan dengan melakukan pengukuran skala kecemasan menggunakan skala HARS, penyuluhan dan demonstrasi. Kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar mulai dari persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Petugas kesehatan diharapkan dapat menggunakan PMR sebagai kombinasi dalam mengurangi kecemasan dan kadar gula darah untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien yang menderita penyakit DM.Kunci: Diabetes Mellitus, Kecemasan, Terapi Progressive Muscle Relaxation

Patient safety is a very serious global health problem. In recent years, countries have realized the importance of patient safety. The application of patient safety management in the hospital plays a very important role in preventing or minimizing adverse patient safety incidents. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the implementation of patient safety in Inpatient Rooms at Teluk Kuantan Hospital. This type of research was quantitative with a correlation design. The study was conducted from December 2020 to March 2021. The population in this study were nurses in the Inpatient Room with a total sample of 49 people who were taken using Disproportionate stratified random sampling. The results of this study found that the majority of the nurse's knowledge level was in the good category, namely 24 people (49.0%), the majority of the respondents 'attitudes were in the good category, namely 24 people (49.0%), the majority of the respondents' education level was intermediate, namely 36 people (73.5%), the majority of patient safety facilities were in the adequate category, namely as many as 33 people (67.3%) and the majority of the application of patient safety targets in the good category, namely 24 people (49.0%). There is a relationship between the level of knowledge (p value 0.000), attitude (p value 0.009), education (p value 0.034) and facilities and infrastructure (p value 0.000) with the application of patient safety goals in inpatient room nurses at Teluk Kuantan Hospital. It is suggested to Teluk Kuantan Regional Hospital to motivate nurses to improve their education to a higher level so that the implementation of patient safety targets can be carried out well and provide socialization to all parties to better understand the patient safety target indicators.

Komunikasi terapeutik yang dilakukan perawat dengan tidak baik akan memberikan ketidaknyamanan tersendiri kepada pasien sehingga menghasilkan perasaan tidak puas atas pelayanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah hubungan komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien post operasi di ruangan tulip Rumah Sakit Sansani Pekanbaru Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 45 responden yang diambil dengan teknik Insidental sampling. Desain penelitian adalah cross sectional .Hasil penelitian ini hubungan komunikasi terapeutik perawat dari 16 (35,6%) responden dengan tingkat kepuasan cukup puas sebanyak 15 (93,8%) responden cukup baik dalam menerapkan komunikasi terapeutik. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh P Value = 0,000 dimana α=0,05 ini berarti p < α sehingga (Ho) ditolak yang berarti ada hubungan antara komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien post operasi di ruang Tulip Rumah Sakit Sansani Pekanbaru. Diharapkan rumah sakit dapat meningkatkan penerapan komunikasi terapeutik serta adanya monitoring evaluasi secara berkala pelaksanaan komunikasi terapuetik bagi pasien

Aims: Hospital violence against health care providers, particularly nurses, is a significant problem in every healthcare setting in the world. The purpose of this study was to analyze workplace violence among nurses at an Accredited Hospital in Pekanbaru city. Methods: The type of research used in this study is quantitative research with an analytic descriptive approach. The sample in this study were the nurses in RSUD X and RS Y, amounting to 50 people. In this study using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The questionnaire was adopted from the Texas Center for Nursing workforce studies regarding workplace violation against nurses survey. Results: The results of research at RSUD X found that 100% of respondents stated that there was no evaluation of the effectiveness of the impact of violence at work policies, 92% of respondents said they did not know about policy changes based on evaluations of violence prevention programs in the workplace, 100% of respondents stated that violence training in the workplace work is not provided, the results of research at the RS Y found that of the 25 respondents as much as 40% of respondents stated the availability of verbal violence policies from patients or visitors, 48% of respondents stated that the policy of preventing violence in the workplace was needed related to incident reporting, 36% of respondents stated that appropriate technical training is needed to reduce conflict, 72% of respondents 28 stated the availability of follow-up support such as counseling for nurses who experience verbal / physical violence. Conclusions: The results of this study can be used as one of the considerations in efforts to overcome and prevent work stress in nurses and as information for management regarding problems faced by nurses at work.

An indicator of the hospital quality is incidence of the nosocomial infections. Nosocomial infections are infections acquired by patients while being treated in the hospital. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent and control nosocomial infections to prevent nosocomial infections. The aim of this study was to determine the factors related to the nosocomial infections prevention and control by the nurses at RSUD Kota Dumai. The type of research was observational analytic with cross sectional approach. The population in this study was all nurses in the Hospital Installation Room Dumai City Hospital totaling 183 nurses with a sample of 125 respondents. The sampling technique was purposive sampling and the data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using computerization chi square tests. The results showed that the majority of 78.4% of the respondents have low education, the majority of 80.8% of the respondents have high motivation, the majority of 79,2% of the head room's supervision is good, and the majority 76% of the Nosocomial infections prevention is high. The results of statistical tests showed that there was a relationship between education (p value = 0 , 043), motivation (p value = 0.0 30 ), and supervision (p value = 0.0 03 ) with the prevention of nosocomial infections by the nurses in Dumai City Hospital. It was better for the RSUD Kota Dumai management team to increase the commitment in efforts to prevent a non-social infection in the hospital, especially in the inpatient installation room. Furthermore, the nurses supervision enhanced by the head room and the nursing field to increase the motivation and the performance of the nurses in the room

Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai Puskesmas adalah penerapan fungsi manajemen oleh kepala Puskesmas. Unsur-unsur yang terdapat pada fungsi manajemen saling berkesinambungan dalam mendukung peningkatan kinerja sebuah organisasi. Apabila penerapan fungsi manajemen suatu organisasi baik, maka kinerja organisasi juga akan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen oleh kepala Puskesmas dengan kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Pangkalan Kuras 1. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional study. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 57 pegawai dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pelaksanaan fungsi planning (p=0,000) dengan kinerja pegawai. Tidak ada hubungan antara pelaksanaan fungsi organizing (p=0,222) dengan kinerja pegawai. Ada hubungan antara pelaksanaan fungsi actuating (p=0,010) dengan kinerja pegawai. Ada hubungan antara pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen controlling (p=0,020) dengan kinerja pegawai. Diharapkan kepada kepala Puskesmas penelitian ini untuk dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan evaluasi dalam peningkatan kinerja.

ABSTRAK COVID-19 yang merupakan penyakit akibat coronavirus ditetapkan sebagai penyakit pandemic oleh World Health Organinization (WHO) disebabkan karena COVID-19 menyebar ke berbagai Negara di dunia termasuk indonesia. Penyebaran virus corona berdampak pada masyarakat yang terpapar baik secara fisik maupun psikologis. Adapun tujuan dilakukan kegiatan adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kesehatan jiwa masyarakat dengan adaptasi kebiasaan baru dan perubahan masalah psikososial akibat pandemic COVID-19. Jumlah peserta yang hadir sebanyak 18 orang. Metode pelaksanaan melalui penyuluhan. Berdasarkan data diatas didapatkan bahwa sebanyak 14 (77,8%) responden dengan kategori orang sehat, 1 (5,5%) dengan kategori gangguan mental emosional, dan sebanyak 3 (16,7%) responden dengan kategori indikasi gejala-gejala Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Diharapkan masyarakat dapat menerapkan adaptasi baru dalam upaya meningkatkan kesehatan menghadapi kondisi pasca COVID-19. Kata Kunci: Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru, Pasca Pandemic COVID-19 ABSTRACT COVID-19 which is a disease caused by coronavirus is designated as a pandemic disease by World Health Organization (WHO) due to COVID-19 spreading to various countries in the world including Indonesia. The spread of the corona virus has an impact on people who are exposed both physically and psychologically. The purpose of this activity is to increase public knowledge through community empowerment in improving people's mental health through adaptation of new habits and changes in psychosocial problems due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The number of participants who attended was 18 people. The method of implementation is through counseling. Based on the data above, it was found that as many as 14 (77.8%) respondents were in the category of healthy people, 1 (5.5%) were in the category of mental emotional disorders, and as many as 3 (16.7%) respondents were in the category of indications of Post Traumatic symptoms. Stress Disorder. It is hoped that the community can implement new adaptations in an effort to improve health in the face of post COVID-19 conditions. Rumah sakit merupakan instansi kesehatan tempat masyarakat atau pasien dalam menerima pelayanan kesehatan yang optimal. Setiap pasien menginginkan pelayanan kesehatan yang baik karena pelayanan kesehatan merupakan salah satu kebutuhan setiap orang. Semua orang menginginkan untuk dihargai, dilayani, dan ingin memperoleh kedudukan yang sama di masyarakat. Pada kenyataanya dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia sering terdapat perbedaan antara pasien satu dengan pasien yang lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasaan dengan loyalitas pasien dalam pelayanan asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Pekanbaru dengan sampel sebanyak 53 pasien. Variabel independen kepuasaan dan variabel dependen loyalitas pasien yang diteliti secara bersamaan dengan menggunakan lembar kuesioner guna mengetahui secara statistik seberapa besar hubungan kepuasaan dengan loyalitas pasien dalam pelayanan asuhan keperawatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 76% pasien menyatakan puas dengan pelayanan asuhan keperawatan di RS Bhayangkara dan sebanyak 60% pasien memiliki loyalitas yang tinggi dengan RS Bhayangkara. Hasil uji chi square menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara kepuasan pasien dengan loyalitas pasien dalam pelayanan asuhan keperawatan (p value=0,017). diharapkan bidang pelayanan keperawatan di RS Bhayangkara perlu meningkatkan monitoring dan evaluasi terkait kepuasan pasien secara berkala agar Skualitas asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan lebih baik lagi.

Background: Violence in the workplace affects the performance of nurses in providing nursing care. In addition, it can increase absenteeism, influence nurses' personal and professional lives, increase administrative stress and distrust, and increase staff burnout and turnover. Purpose: This study aims to analyze lateral violence in hospital nurses. Methods: The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted at an accredited hospital in Pekanbaru, in January 2019. Results: The sample of the study was nurses in the room with a total of 50 respondents and the data were analyzed univariately. Conclusion: The results of the study were obtained at Petala Bumi Hospital, as many as 100% of respondents: often treated politely and respectfully by co-workers, lateral violence from co-workers in the hospital is not a problem, the seriousness of a problem regarding lateral violence by co-workers is very serious category, never lose patience and become rude to coworkers, workload is a major cause of stress related to inadequate staff and resources to deal with while at Syafira Hospital Pekanbaru as many as 80% of respondents are often treated politely and respectfully by co-workers, 48% of respondents are lateral violence from co-workers in a large hospital or caused by many people, 36% of respondents are serious about a problem about lateral violence by co-workers very serious category, 48% of respondents sometimes lose their temper and become rude to coworkers, 64% of respondents workload the main cause of stress is related to inadequate staff and resources to deal.
