Abstract

Latar Belakang: Imunisasi merupakan langkah preventif yang efektif dalam mencegah penyakit menular pada anak. Namun, di beberapa daerah cakupan imunisasi dasar masih rendah, salah satunya di Polindes Bantan Timur, UPT Puskesmas Selat Baru, Kabupaten Bengkalis. Kepatuhan orang tua dalam memberikan imunisasi kepada anak dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti pengetahuan, persepsi, jumlah anak, kualitas layanan imunisasi, serta aksesibilitas fasilitas kesehatan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan orang tua dalam pemberian imunisasi pada anak di daerah Polindes Bantan Timur, UPT Puskesmas Selat Baru. Metodologi Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua yang memiliki anak usia 0-12 bulan di Polindes Bantan Timur, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 57 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square untuk melihat hubungan antar variabel. Hasil: Tuliskan secara singkat tentang hasil Penelitian. Hasil Penelitian melaporkan hasil utama/temuan termasuk (jika relevan) tingkat signifikansi statistik dan interval kepercayaan. Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan ibu (p=0,000), persepsi orang tua (p=0,000), jumlah anak (p=0,000), kualitas layanan imunisasi (p=0,000), serta jarak pelayanan kesehatan (p=0,000) dengan kepatuhan orang tua dalam pemberian imunisasi pada anak. Abstract

Nursing care is a scientific method of nursing in developing the body of nursing science. Nursing care is a means of developing nursing discipline and nursing practice which the characteristics of nursing and differentiate the nursing profession from other professions. This development can be carried out continuously through nursing research. Standard nursing language is one of the nursing innovations that is continuously carried out to develop the body of nursing knowledge and the quality of nursing care. The SDKI is a diagnostic standard that can be used in nursing clinical decision making based on ease of use, clarity of diagnostic reasoning and completeness of the types of diagnoses available as well as language standards. SIKI is all treatment carried out by nurses which is based on knowledge and clinical judgment to achieve outcomes. SLKI is the final result of nursing intervention which consists of indicators or criteria for problem recovery results. This community service method is in the form of lectures, namely socializing documentation of nursing care based on SDKI, SLKI and SIKI to inpatient nurses at Sansani Hospital Pekanbaru. Community service results for 20 participants consisting of room nurses and students of the Al Insyirah Institute of Health and Technology, showed that the percentage of participants' knowledge before (pretest) they were given material on documenting nursing care based on SDKI, SIKI at Sansani Hospital Pekanbaru was 80%, and after (posttest) they were given material, participants' knowledge increased to 100%. There was an increase in the knowledge of implementing nurses before and after providing material for documenting nursing care based on SDKI, SLKI and SIKI at Sansani Hospital

Abstract

Tingginya angka turnover karyawan dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi perusahaan karena dapat merusak layanan dan kualitas pelanggan dan berdampak langsung bagi kinerja perusahaan. Salah satu upaya mencegah tingkat turnover karyawan yang tinggi adalah dengan meningkatkan komitmen organisasi. Tingginya turnover karyawan dapat menjadi indikasi adanya permasalahan terkait dengan komitmen organisasi. Turnover perawat pada rumah sakit tidak terjadi begitu saja, namun hal tersebut tercipta karena adanya keinginan untuk keluar dari perawat. Permasalahan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah perawat belum memahami tentang pentingnya komitmen organisasi dan masih tingginya angka turnover intention di RSIA Annisa Pekanbaru. Diseminasi dilakukan kepada 20 perawat dan bidan di RSIA Annisa Pekanbaru. Evaluasi terhadap kegiatan dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur pengetahuan perawat tentang komitmen organisasi dalam menurunkan turnover. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pemahaman perawat tentang pentingnya komitmen organisasi sehingga dapat menurunkan angka turnover perawat di RS Annisa Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Discharge planning merupakan proses berkesinambungan yang dilakukan seorang perawat untuk mempersiapkan perawatan mandiri pasien pasca rawat inap. Pada kenyataanya pelaksanaan disharge planning belum terlaksana secara optimal oleh perawat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan perawat dalam melaksanakan discharge planning di Rumah Sakit. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahap yaitu persiapan, perancangan metode, perancangan media, sosialisasi dan worksop serta evaluasi kegiatan. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 15 perawat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini peserta antusias mengikuti kegiatan dari awal sampai akhir, dengan rata-rata pengetahuan perawat meningkat dari 11,87 menjadi 13,93 dengan nilai p value 0,001 (<0,05). Berdasarkan hasil uji statistic didapatkan bahwa adanya pengaruh sebelum dan sesudah dilaksanakan sosialisasi tentang discharge planning. Keberhasilan discharge planning tidak terlepas dari peran seorang perawat dalam melaksanakan standar operasional prosedur yang telah ditetapkan di Rumah Sakit. Kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar, seluruh peserta mengikuti kegiatan dari awal sampai akhir. Berdasarkan hasil pretest dan postest maka diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan perawat terhadap pelaksanaan discharge planning. Abstract

Documentation of nursing care is the responsibility of nurses in improving the quality of nursing services. Nursing documentation is an indicator of quality in assessing the quality of services provided by nurses. Good supervision can improve the competence and performance of nurses in the room. Supervision is a manager's professional support in providing assistance and direction to nursing staff to develop their abilities and competencies of nursing staff. Sansani Hospital in documenting care has made a policy that the application of nursing care documentation is according to standards, but the implementation is still not up to standard. The implementation of supervision in the documentation by the supervisor has not been optimal. Therefore, the IbM team will conduct clinical supervision training for the model group in documenting nursing care. IbM is carried out for 1 year, while the targets in this IbM are the head of the room and the team leader at Sansani Hospital. The solutions offered are socialization of clinical supervision and documentation of nursing care and simulation of the implementation of group model clinical supervision. IbM's output target is clinical supervision training on a group model in nursing care documentation developed in the form of modules and publications in online media. After the training, it was found that there was an increase in knowledge about the supervision of the model group in the documentation of nursing care.

Abstract

Nursing services play an essential role in improving the quality of healthcare, with nursing care documentation serving as a key indicator of nurses’ performance. However, documentation practices in many hospitals remain suboptimal and often fall below the required standards. This Community Service Program (PkM) aimed to improve the quality of nursing care documentation through training on the nursing process based on the 3S model (Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standards, Nursing Outcomes Standards, and Nursing Interventions Standards) at RSIA Annisa Pekanbaru. The training was conducted over one year using seminars and hands-on practice, involving 20 inpatient nurses and nursing students. Evaluation results showed an increase in participants’ knowledge from 90% (pre-test) to 100% (post-test) after receiving the training materials. Participants also demonstrated high enthusiasm in understanding the importance of applying the 3S model to enhance documentation quality. This program successfully improved nurses’ competencies and produced outputs such as a training module, a mass media publication, and a draft manuscript for submission to a nationally accredited journal. In conclusion, training on the nursing process using the 3S approach proved effective in improving the quality of nursing care documentation and supporting the professionalism of nurses in healthcare services

Abstract

Bekawan Public Health Center, as one of the primary health service centers in Indragiri Hilir Regency, plays a strategic role in the implementation of toddler classes. Based on the preliminary study conducted on March 3, 2025, data was obtained showing that the number of toddlers aged 0-59 months in the working area of Bekawan Public Health Center is 220 individuals. The number of toddler classes available is 10 toddler classes spread across 5 villages. The goal of this research is to determine if there is an effect of the implementation of toddler class coverage on the achievement of minimum service standards (SPM) for toddler health services at Bekawan Public Health Center. This type of research is a correlation quantitative study with a cross-sectional study approach, conducted from February to July 2025. The population in this study includes all toddlers (0-59 months) registered in the working area of Bekawan Public Health Center and attending toddler classes. The sample in this study consists of 13 registered toddlers (0-59 months).

Abstract

Breast milk is the best food for babies. Breast milk is specifically made for human babies. The nutritional content of breast milk is very special and perfect and meets the needs of infant growth and development. Oxytocin massage is a stimulation to stimulate the release of the hormone oxytocin through oxytocin massage, providing a sense of comfort and instilling confidence in the mother that breast milk will definitely come out and the mother can provide exclusive breastfeeding. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design. This design consists of one group given a pretest before being given treatment, then given treatment and then a posttest to determine the results. The research was conducted in July-August 2025. The sample size was 31 people taken using purposive sampling technique. The results of the study showed that the lowest breast milk production before oxytocin massage was 0 cc while the highest production was 2 cc with an average breast milk production of 0.3 cc. The lowest breast milk production after oxytocin massage was 0 cc while the highest production was 4.3 cc with an average breast milk production of 1 cc. Bivariate test analysis, namely parametric statistical tests using Paired t-test, obtained a p-value < (0.05) which is 0.000 < α = 0.05 which means that oxytocin massage is effective in increasing breast milk production in postpartum mothers. From these results, health services need to implement oxytocin massage as a method to increase breast milk production in postpartum mothers.

Abstract

Pijat oksitosin merupakan metode stimulasi yang bertujuan merangsang pelepasan hormon oksitosin sehingga memberikan rasa nyaman, meningkatkan relaksasi, serta menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri ibu dalam memberikan ASI secara eksklusif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini difokuskan pada upaya peningkatan produksi ASI melalui penyelenggaraan seminar dan pelatihan pijat oksitosin bagi ibu hamil sebagai persiapan menghadapi masa nifas dan menyusui. Tahap awal kegiatan dilakukan dengan pemilihan peserta dari populasi sasaran berdasarkan kriteria ibu hamil yang mendekati waktu persalinan dan masa nifas. Pelaksanaan kegiatan menunjukkan tingkat antusiasme peserta yang tinggi, tercermin dari jumlah kehadiran yang optimal serta partisipasi aktif dalam sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab. Penyuluhan disampaikan secara interaktif dengan memanfaatkan media visual berupa presentasi PowerPoint dan video edukatif yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peserta. Penggunaan media yang informatif dan mudah dipahami terbukti efektif dalam menyampaikan konsep dan manfaat pijat oksitosin. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan edukasi visual yang tepat sasaran berperan penting dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesiapan ibu hamil untuk mengoptimalkan produksi ASI pada masa nifas dan menyusui.

Abstract

Timely delivery of emergency services is a critical priority in healthcare systems worldwide, with both speed and accuracy in patient care serving as essential indicators of service quality. This study investigates the relationship between nurses' response time and patient satisfaction in the emergency department of Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital, Pekanbaru. A quantitative, cross-sectional design was employed from December 2023 to July 2024. The study population consisted of family members accompanying patients to the emergency department. Using accidental sampling and the Slovin formula, a total of 94 participants were selected. Data were analyzed using the Chi-Square statistical test. Among the respondents, 83 individuals (88.3%) rated the response time as fast, while 11 (11.7%) perceived it as slow. In terms of satisfaction, 72 respondents (76.6%) reported being satisfied, whereas 22 (23.4%) expressed dissatisfaction. Chi-Square analysis revealed a statistically significant association between response time and patient satisfaction (p = 0.003, p < 0.05), indicating that faster response times are positively correlated with higher levels of patient satisfaction in the emergency department.
