Abstract

Hospital is a health service institution with preventive, curative, rehabilitative and promotive service activities. Hospital solid medical waste contains hazardous materials (infectious, toxic and radioactive) if not managed properly it can pollute the environment and is considered a link in the chain of spread of infectious diseases. This study aims to look at the solid medical waste management system at the Puri Husada Tembilahan Regional General Hospital. This research is a qualitative research with a research design using observation design. This research was conducted in January-May 2023 at the Puri Husada Tembilahan Regional General Hospital (RSUD). The informants in this study were 1 head of non-medical support, 1 person in charge of environmental sanitation, 1 nurse, 1 person of tps lb3 and a cleaning officer. The instruments in this study used observation sheets and interviews. Data analysis was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Inadequate human resources (HR). Standard operating procedures (SOP) at Puri Husada Tembilahan Hospital already exist and are on the way. The Operational Fund for the management of solid medical waste is taken from the capitation fund. The facilities and infrastructure used when managing solid medical waste are safety boxes and trash cans. The stages of sorting, storing and transporting solid medical waste are still not appropriate according to PermenLHK No. 56 of 2015, but the collection stage already meets the requirements of PermenLHK No. 56 of 2015. medical solid waste management at Puri Husada Tembilahan Hospital is not in accordance with the provisions of PermenLHK No. 56 of 2015. Abstract

Nursing care is a scientific method of nursing in developing the body of nursing science. Nursing care is a means of developing nursing discipline and nursing practice which the characteristics of nursing and differentiate the nursing profession from other professions. This development can be carried out continuously through nursing research. Standard nursing language is one of the nursing innovations that is continuously carried out to develop the body of nursing knowledge and the quality of nursing care. The SDKI is a diagnostic standard that can be used in nursing clinical decision making based on ease of use, clarity of diagnostic reasoning and completeness of the types of diagnoses available as well as language standards. SIKI is all treatment carried out by nurses which is based on knowledge and clinical judgment to achieve outcomes. SLKI is the final result of nursing intervention which consists of indicators or criteria for problem recovery results. This community service method is in the form of lectures, namely socializing documentation of nursing care based on SDKI, SLKI and SIKI to inpatient nurses at Sansani Hospital Pekanbaru. Community service results for 20 participants consisting of room nurses and students of the Al Insyirah Institute of Health and Technology, showed that the percentage of participants' knowledge before (pretest) they were given material on documenting nursing care based on SDKI, SIKI at Sansani Hospital Pekanbaru was 80%, and after (posttest) they were given material, participants' knowledge increased to 100%. There was an increase in the knowledge of implementing nurses before and after providing material for documenting nursing care based on SDKI, SLKI and SIKI at Sansani Hospital

Abstract

Tingginya angka turnover karyawan dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi perusahaan karena dapat merusak layanan dan kualitas pelanggan dan berdampak langsung bagi kinerja perusahaan. Salah satu upaya mencegah tingkat turnover karyawan yang tinggi adalah dengan meningkatkan komitmen organisasi. Tingginya turnover karyawan dapat menjadi indikasi adanya permasalahan terkait dengan komitmen organisasi. Turnover perawat pada rumah sakit tidak terjadi begitu saja, namun hal tersebut tercipta karena adanya keinginan untuk keluar dari perawat. Permasalahan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah perawat belum memahami tentang pentingnya komitmen organisasi dan masih tingginya angka turnover intention di RSIA Annisa Pekanbaru. Diseminasi dilakukan kepada 20 perawat dan bidan di RSIA Annisa Pekanbaru. Evaluasi terhadap kegiatan dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur pengetahuan perawat tentang komitmen organisasi dalam menurunkan turnover. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pemahaman perawat tentang pentingnya komitmen organisasi sehingga dapat menurunkan angka turnover perawat di RS Annisa Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Discharge planning merupakan proses berkesinambungan yang dilakukan seorang perawat untuk mempersiapkan perawatan mandiri pasien pasca rawat inap. Pada kenyataanya pelaksanaan disharge planning belum terlaksana secara optimal oleh perawat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan perawat dalam melaksanakan discharge planning di Rumah Sakit. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahap yaitu persiapan, perancangan metode, perancangan media, sosialisasi dan worksop serta evaluasi kegiatan. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 15 perawat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini peserta antusias mengikuti kegiatan dari awal sampai akhir, dengan rata-rata pengetahuan perawat meningkat dari 11,87 menjadi 13,93 dengan nilai p value 0,001 (<0,05). Berdasarkan hasil uji statistic didapatkan bahwa adanya pengaruh sebelum dan sesudah dilaksanakan sosialisasi tentang discharge planning. Keberhasilan discharge planning tidak terlepas dari peran seorang perawat dalam melaksanakan standar operasional prosedur yang telah ditetapkan di Rumah Sakit. Kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar, seluruh peserta mengikuti kegiatan dari awal sampai akhir. Berdasarkan hasil pretest dan postest maka diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan perawat terhadap pelaksanaan discharge planning. Abstract

Documentation of nursing care is the responsibility of nurses in improving the quality of nursing services. Nursing documentation is an indicator of quality in assessing the quality of services provided by nurses. Good supervision can improve the competence and performance of nurses in the room. Supervision is a manager's professional support in providing assistance and direction to nursing staff to develop their abilities and competencies of nursing staff. Sansani Hospital in documenting care has made a policy that the application of nursing care documentation is according to standards, but the implementation is still not up to standard. The implementation of supervision in the documentation by the supervisor has not been optimal. Therefore, the IbM team will conduct clinical supervision training for the model group in documenting nursing care. IbM is carried out for 1 year, while the targets in this IbM are the head of the room and the team leader at Sansani Hospital. The solutions offered are socialization of clinical supervision and documentation of nursing care and simulation of the implementation of group model clinical supervision. IbM's output target is clinical supervision training on a group model in nursing care documentation developed in the form of modules and publications in online media. After the training, it was found that there was an increase in knowledge about the supervision of the model group in the documentation of nursing care.

Abstract

Nursing services play an essential role in improving the quality of healthcare, with nursing care documentation serving as a key indicator of nurses’ performance. However, documentation practices in many hospitals remain suboptimal and often fall below the required standards. This Community Service Program (PkM) aimed to improve the quality of nursing care documentation through training on the nursing process based on the 3S model (Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standards, Nursing Outcomes Standards, and Nursing Interventions Standards) at RSIA Annisa Pekanbaru. The training was conducted over one year using seminars and hands-on practice, involving 20 inpatient nurses and nursing students. Evaluation results showed an increase in participants’ knowledge from 90% (pre-test) to 100% (post-test) after receiving the training materials. Participants also demonstrated high enthusiasm in understanding the importance of applying the 3S model to enhance documentation quality. This program successfully improved nurses’ competencies and produced outputs such as a training module, a mass media publication, and a draft manuscript for submission to a nationally accredited journal. In conclusion, training on the nursing process using the 3S approach proved effective in improving the quality of nursing care documentation and supporting the professionalism of nurses in healthcare services

Abstract

Pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan merupakan bagian penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan karena berfungsi sebagai alat komunikasi, bukti legal, penjamin mutu, serta dasar evaluasi kinerja perawat. Namun, di berbagai rumah sakit masih ditemukan ketidaktepatan dan ketidaklengkapan dokumentasi yang berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor individu, psikologis, dan organisasi yang berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit Tipe A Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitik, dilakukan pada September 2024 hingga Agustus 2025. Sampel sebanyak 125 perawat dipilih melalui teknik proportional simple random sampling. Pengolahan data meliputi editing, coding, processing, dan cleaning, kemudian dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya variasi karakteristik perawat terkait usia, pendidikan, lama kerja, motivasi, stres kerja, supervisi, imbalan, dan struktur organisasi, yang berpotensi memengaruhi kualitas pendokumentasian. Mayoritas perawat belum melakukan pendokumentasian secara optimal karena beban kerja tinggi, keterbatasan waktu, serta kurangnya apresiasi. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi dasar perbaikan
