Abstract

Pembangunan yang dilakukan pada kawasan budaya dihadapkan pada tantangan untuk melestarikan budaya lokal tersebut agar tidak hilang. Pelestarian budaya lokal sering dianggap sebagai penghambat pembangunan atau kemajuan. Sementara itu konsep pariwisata saat ini sering digunakan untuk dapat mengakomodir antara pembangunan dan pelestarian budaya lokal. Hal ini juga yang dapat ditemukan di permukiman adat Kasepuhan Ciptagelar yang berada di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi pembangunan dan pelestarian yang dilakukan di lokasi penelitian yang merupakan kawasan permukiman adat dan keterkaitanya dengan faktor pariwisata. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Data yang digunakan berfokus pada data primer. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dengan informan yang telah ditentukan (purposive sampling) dan observasi pada lokasi penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukan jika terdapat pembangunan di kawasan permukiman adat untuk mengakomodir kegiatan wisata. Pembangunan yang dilakukan tidak hanya dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah daerah saja, namun juga inisiatif dari komunitas adat Kasepuhan Ciptagelar sendiri. Selain itu, adanya pandangan hidup menerima perubahan dan juga kepatuhan komunitas adat untuk tetap menjaga tradisinya membuat pembangunan tersebut bukan merupakan ancaman bagi komunitas tersebut. Pembangunan yang saat ini telah dilakukan justru merupakan cara adaptasi untuk dapat mempertahankan keberdaaan dan keberlanjutan komunitas adat Kasepuhan Ciptagelar.

Abstract

Kasepuhan Ciptagelar has unique customs and culture that are still maintained today and does not close itself from the development of the times, but accepts it consciously. Over time, traditional settlements are faced with challenges to be able to meet their needs. This can change land use in this traditional settlement. This study aims to determine changes in land use and its relation to cultural factors. This research uses qualitative methods. The research was conducted in Kasepuhan Ciptagelar traditional settlement area between of 2001 to 2022. The research was carried out by reconstructing land use maps in Kasepuhan Ciptagelar which then identified changes from year to year. Furthermore, an analysis of the cultural factor in influencing land use changes in these settlements is carried out. The results of the analysis shows that during the research period there has been a continuous land use change. Cultural factors also influence the land use changes. The ngalalakon tradition became a major factor in the early period of settlement development. The perspective of accepting changes of era by the Ciptagelar community can be interpreted as an adaptation of settlements to keep up with the times and this perspective also makes continuous changes to Kasepuhan Ciptagelar.

Abstract

Previous research often perceived peri-urbanization as a spatial phenomenon that occurs in big cities, which creates problems for suburban areas. This article present empirical evidence of peri-urbanization in small city using the case of Tallunglipu District as a peri-urban area of Rantepao, North Toraja. Comparing the physical, social, and economic data ini 2010 and 2020 using a descriptive statistical analysis, this article found that the higher the physical, social, and economic change, the higher tendency of having a strong urban character, which indicates urbanization, and vice versa. The peri-urban development in Tallunglipu Distric can categorized into five typologies: (1) areas that have high changes in physical, social, and aspects, (2) area with high changes in physical and social aspects but low in economic aspects, (3) area with high changes in social aspect but low on physical and economic aspects, (4) area with high changes on physical aspect but low on social and economic aspects, (5) areas with low changes on physical, social, and economic aspects. Peri-urban typology based on the characteristics of level of changes can provide information for the government in formulating patterns of urban land use in peri-urban areas.

Abstract

Managing the Geopark involves the integration between several aspects; conservation, education, and the sustainable community economic development. Multistakeholder is responsible for managing the Geopark. To make it effective, the stakeholders should work equally balanced. This study is aimed to evaluate the management effectiveness of Geopark in Geotourism track with specified theme. The method that was used in this study is descriptive quantitative approach, with the help of rating scale to analyze partial scoring and managing, as well as in each aspect and as a whole. This research was done at Rinjani-Lombok Geopark which focused on Geotourism track 2: the Ancient Volcanic Mountains Trail in Sembalun Valley and Geotourism Track 3: The Youngest Volcanic Mountain, Rinjani. The respondents were chosen by non-probability-sampling method, which is purposive sampling. It consists of Geopark management, government, locals, and tourists. As a result, it is shown that the management effectiveness is considered average, and also there are some imbalances found among the aspects mentioned. Educational aspect has the lowest efficiency, while the rests of the aspects are on average level. There are several indicators that influenced in educational aspect, and one of them is caused by the worst management.

Abstract

Transportation and land use have a retroactive reciprocal relationship. As an impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, there are changes in the intensity of acticities in certain districts. This ultimately has an impact on people’s mobility patterns, especially in terms of using public transportation, as proven by the drastic decrease in the number of assangers. This study aims to identify the relationship between land use and fluctuations in the number of Trans Jogja passengers during the Covid-19 pandemic. The analysis was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. The findings of this study shows that the variation in fluctuations in the number of passegers that occur is a consequence of the variation in the characteristics of the area around the Trans Jogja corridor. Tourism distric with a high density of activities tend to be more sensitive to a certain conditions. The greater the impact received by a land use due to certain conditions, in this case the Covid-19 pandemic, the greater the influence on the public transportation corridor through it.

Abstract

Pembatasan mobilitas untuk mengurangi bertambahnya kasus Covid-19 berupa penyekatan, pemberlakuan jam malam, serta penerapan protokol kesehatan ketika bepergian telah mengubah perilaku mobilitas masyarakat. Sayangnya, perubahan perilaku tersebut belum terdokumentasi dengan baik sehingga tidak terintegrasi dalam penyusunan kebijakan transportasi, dan akibatnya, pembatasan mobilitas menjadi tidak atau kurang efektif untuk menghambat laju kasus Covid-19 di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode konten analisis terhadap 193 artikel berita nasional, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi perilaku perjalanan yang dapat mempengaruhi kepatuhan (atau pelanggaran) terhadap pembatasan mobilitas di Indonesia. Identifikasi dilakukan dengan mengkategorikan perilaku perjalanan ke dalam respon spasial, temporal, dan institusional. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya kecenderungan pelanggaran pembatasan mobilitas (64% dari 193 pemberitaan) antara lain melalui pemilihan rute yang tidak dijaga petugas, serta bepergian pada jam ataupun periode yang dilarang. Temuan ini dapat menjadi masukan strategi preventif dalam perumusan kebijakan transportasi di masa mendatang, terutama terkait pembatasan mobilitas walaupun skalanya relatif lebih kecil, seperti pembatasan mobilitas melalui ganjil-genap ataupun penutupan jalan pada waktu-waktu tertentu.

Abstract

The rapid economic growth and significant urbanization in Kisaran City have posed several challenges in urban planning, including adequate housing, health facilities, education, and transportation. The city's development was also influenced by its colonial history, with the dominance of colonial power regulating the production and trade of plantation products as well as the lives of local people. The morphological transformation of the city from 1929 to 2022 reflects the challenges related to infrastructure, visual appearance, and the growth of the commercial sector, which have affected the lives of citizens and demanded the city's adaptation to the development of the times. Historical events, such as colonization by foreign powers and Chinese immigration, have affected the population growth of Kisaran and caused pressure on infrastructure and socio-economic inequality. This study aims to understand the morphology of Kisaran City and the factors that influence its transformation by using the methods of literature study, synchronic approach, and diachronic approach. The results of the study concluded that the morphological transformation of Kisaran City was influenced by the circulation system, which adapted to the needs and trends of society, and interacted with each other in forming the morphology of Kisaran City that continues to develop over time.

Abstract

Kecamatan Kadia saat ini masuk ke dalam kecamatan yang rawan terjadi kejahatan di Kota Kendari berdasarkan data dari Polres Kendari tahun 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pola spasial kejahatan yang terjadi berdasarkan aspek temporal terjadinya kejahatan sehingga dapat mengetahui karakteristik kejahatan di setiap dimensi waktu di Kecamatan Kadia agar memudahkan pencegahan terhadap kriminalitas serta mengidentifikasi daerah yang rawan terjadi pencurian di Kecamatan Kadia, mengingat keterbatasan personil kepolisian yang tidak memungkinkan untuk melakukan pengawasan di seluruh kawasan di Kecamatan Kadia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif kualitatif dengan metode analisis berupa Nearest Neighborhod Analysis untuk melihat pola kejahatan pencurian yang terbentuk, selain itu metode Kernel Density juga digunakan untuk melihat kawasan yang rawan terjadi pencurian berdasarkan lokasi kejadian. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa kejahatan di malam hari sampai dini hari memiliki pola kejahatan yang cenderung acak (random) dengan kawasan permukiman penduduk menjadi kawasan yang cenderung rawan terjadi kejahatan pencurian sedangkan kejahatan pencurian pada pagi hari sampai sore hari memiliki kecendrungan pola menyebar (dispersed) dengan kecendrungan terjadi di kawasan komersial dan permukiman penduduk.

Abstract

Ampera Light Rail Transit Station (LRT) in Palembang, located close to the BRT Trans Musi stop, and River Transport Pier. But the problem that arises is that the 3 modes are not yet integrated so that passengers still have difficulty switching modes quickly, easily and safely and don't yet have payment facilities (ticketing), namely one payment access for multimodal (smart cards). The purpose of this study was to determine passenger perceptions about the physical integration facilities of passengers and the payment integration system (ticketing) when they were going to switch modes that would be used as a reference in the form of a design of physical integration facilities and ticketing. The analytical method used is the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis), the results of interviews with informants and the results of observations in the fields that will be a reference in making design forms so that they can answer the problem. The results showed that according to passenger perceptions there were 19 service attributes that had low performance so improvements had to be made. The results of interviews with several informants concluded that in the Ampera LRT Station area needs to be improvement and improvement intermodal physical integration facilities, with the form of facilities namely eleveted corridors (sky bridge), not eleveted, closed, safe, comfortable, fast, and can accommodate disabilities.
