Abstract

Population management is one of the services that the local government must offer. The Bandung Regency Government established E-Sakedap in response to widespread public complaints regarding population administration services. Sakedap is an online service for maintaining marriage and divorce certificates for non-Muslims, as well as birth, death, and moving in and out certifications for Indonesian nationals. Data from the research findings were collected, analyzed, and compared using the descriptive qualitative research method. The focus of the study is Sakedap's population administration service innovation in Ciparay Village, Bandung. Kurhayadi claims that the attribute theory of innovation—which takes into account comparative benefits, ease of observation, appropriateness, complexity, and the possibility of trying—is the theory used in the analysis. The research's conclusions, in particular the Sakedap in Program at the Ciparay Village Office, have been able to provide advantages in the form of simpler service because visiting the village is sufficient; visiting the Population and Civil Registry Office is not required. The village is quicker and uses less energy because you don't need to visit as frequently, so there is no need to spend money there either. The implementation of Sakedap is in accordance with the applicable laws, and E-Sakedap is in accordance with the community's demands in order to obtain services that will make population administration easier. There are no problems with Sakedap implementation in Ciparay Village, Bandung. People who lack technological skills and those who think complexity only grows are both wrong. The installation of Sakedap has allowed the community to readily track the scope of the service process for creating population administration records.

Abstract

A community service project called "Microsoft Office Utilisation Training in Cimekar Village to Improve Computer Skills for Village Apparatuses and Karang Taruna Management" aims to help village officials and youth organisations in Cimekar Village manage village administrative tasks more effectively. Not all village elders and youth committee members currently possess Microsoft Office proficiency. Many of them still have trouble using programmes like Microsoft Word and Excel. This act of community service was performed at the Cimekar Village Office Meeting Hall in the Cileunyi District of Bandung Regency on May 18–20, 2023. Setting goals and objectives, identifying and analysing issues or needs, choosing teams, coordinating with relevant parties, providing necessary resources, as well as creating implementation schedules, assessment procedures, and the final report, were all part of the planning process.

Abstract

The village fund is the origin of the APBN funds that are given to the village, transferred to the APBD district/city, and used to pay for the upkeep of government, the implementation of development, the development of civil society, and community empowerment. According to the regulations of the Finance Minister, the Minister of Village, Desert Village Development, and Transmigration sets priorities for the use of village money. The 2020 PDTT Permendes No. 13 on priority use of the village fund in 2021 specifies the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) as the top priority for the use of village finances. There are issues with the preparation and prioritisation of the village fund of the government of Kadongdong Village, which results from the lack of participation by all members of the community and the village government's lack of transparency towards the public. As a result, the public lacks understanding of how and what the priority programme of the nation's funds is. Based on the occurrence, researchers are eager to learn more about Kadongdong village in Garut's Banjarwangi district's Analysis Success Implementation Policy Priority Fund Village. According to Edward III's thesis, the success of policy execution depends on four factors: communication, resource availability, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research's findings indicate that Kadongdong Village's implementation of the village fund policy, which has been noted by researchers in the context of Kadong Dong Village, is not optimal. It is evident from this communication that the government of Kadongdong Village does not include the entire figure of the community in establishing the priority of the village fund.
