Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions for Honda PCX brand motorbikes at TDM Bima dealers. The sample in this study was 52 respondents. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that partially or simultaneously the variables price, product location and promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda PCX brand motorbikes at TDM Bima dealers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of security, convenience, quality, and application features on customer satisfaction of Bank BPRS Dinar Ashri mobile banking service users. In today's digital era, mobile banking is one of the important services offered by banks to facilitate customer transactions. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through questionnaires distributed to mobile banking users. The results of the analysis show that the security, convenience, quality, and features of the application have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. From the results of this study, banks can identify factors that need to be considered to increase customer satisfaction with mobile banking services.

Abstract

Social service is a form of Community Service, aimed at helping others in a cooperative manner without expecting an imbalance of services. This social service is carried out by Lecturers, students and academics of Stie Bima. This activity is very beneficial for both students, lecturers and academics of Stie Bima in fostering a social spirit and concern. Community service activities in the form of sharing basic necessities are to increase togetherness, respect the preservation of nature, revive humanitarian values, build brotherhood. Assistance to those in need is very much needed to be able to help each other. The strong help the weak, those who live well help those who live in need. The methods used include planning, preparation of basic food packages, and implementation of activities carried out on February 14, 2025 with a gathering point on the Stie Bima campus. The results of the purpose of distributing basic necessities that we provide to underprivileged residents can help their economy so that they are able to maintain their lives, and the benefits can be felt by the community around RT / 6 RW / 2 Sarae sub-district.

Abstract

This research investigates the level of product completeness and service quality at UD. Sonia, Bima Regency. A descriptive research method with a quantitative approach was employed, with a sample of 100 respondents who had previously shopped at UD. Sonia. The findings indicate that UD. Sonia's product completeness exceeds 75% of the expected criteria, indicating a good performance. However, the service quality falls short of the expected criteria, scoring less than 75%. This study recommends that UD. Sonia focus on improving its service quality to enhance customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan membahas fenomena social climber, yaitu perilaku individu yang berusaha meningkatkan status sosialnya melalui berbagai cara, termasuk membangun citra, menampilkan gaya hidup, dan menonjolkan penampilan di hadapan orang lain. Individu semacam ini kerap menampilkan kehidupan yang lebih mewah atau berlebihan daripada kondisi nyata, dengan tujuan memperoleh pengakuan sosial lebih tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka (library research) dengan perspektif fenomenologi, menelaah hadis-hadis dari Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī dan Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim untuk memahami pandangan Islam terhadap perilaku social climber dan solusi yang ditawarkan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perilaku social climber cenderung bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai Islam karena mengandung sifat sombong, riya’, dan obsesi untuk terlihat lebih dari kemampuan nyata. Hadis menekankan pentingnya kejujuran, kesederhanaan, dan kerendahan hati dalam kehidupan sosial sebagai antitesis dari perilaku social climber. Kontribusi utama artikel ini terletak pada pemahaman kontekstual tentang social climber dari perspektif hadis, yang menunjukkan relevansi ajaran Islam dalam membentuk etika sosial dan moralitas kontemporer, serta memberikan panduan bagi individu untuk menilai dan mengendalikan ambisi mereka agar selaras dengan prinsip-prinsip agama.

Abstract

Vehicle electrification is becoming a growing trend in the transportation industry due to environmental concerns. Therefore, various global efforts are being made to develop electric-driven ships using environmentally friendly energy sources such as batteries. In the implementation of electric and solar-powered shipbuilding, there is always the potential for delays in completion. This is very detrimental to shipyard owners and even ship owners because it is not to the initial plan. Shipyard owners and shipowners must bear greater or unexpected costs due to delays in work. Other risks also have the potential to arise when electric and solar-powered ships are completed until operation. Delays in the completion of electric and solar-powered shipbuilding can be caused by various things. Through this research, the risk analysis of the development of the electric and solar-powered ship industry is discussed in terms of several aspects, namely market, legal, technical, socio-economic environmental, and financial aspects.

Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang paling banyak di derita di dunia yang tiap tahunya mengalami peningkatan sehingga sampai saat ini masih menjadi masalah utama di dunia, berdasarkan data perkiraan kesehatan global World Health Organization (WHO) tahun 2021 menyebutkan bahwa penderita hipertensi tercatat sebanyak 1,13 milyar (WHO, 2021). Kegawat daruratan medis kondisi hipertensi yang  tidak ditangani dengan cepat dan tepat dapat menimbulkan masalah kesehatan lainnya seperti kerusakan ginjal, penyakit jantung, penyakit stroke dan aterosklerosis. Salah satu penatalaksanaan non-farmakologis yang dapat dilakukan secara mandiri oleh penderita Hipertensi untuk menurunkan tekanan darah adalah Terapi genggam jari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas Terapi relaksasi genggam jari terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi di IGD Rs. Pelamonia Makassar. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan deskriptif, dimana data dikumpulkan melalui observasional terhadap pasien yang mengalami masalah Hipertensi dan mendapatkan Intervensi Terapi genggam jari dan relaksasi nafas dalam. Hasil Studi kasus menunjukkan bahwa Terapi genggam jari dan relaksasi nafas dalam terbukti efektif untuk menurunkan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi di tandai dengan terjadi penurunan tekanan darah. Nilai tekanan darah pasien hipertensi sebelum dilakukan intervensi adalah 190/115 mmHg dan setelah dilakukan terapi mengalami penurunan nilai tekanan darah menjadi 163/93 mmHg. Disarankan untuk melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut terkait validasi temuan ini dengan metode berbeda sehingga mampu meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang Terapi alternatif yang dapat digunakan dalam menurunkan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand awareness and brand trust on purchasing decisions for Revlon products. This type of associative research with primary data and sourced from research instruments in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert scale so that the type of data used is quantitative data. The research population is all consumers who have purchased Revlon products whose number is not known with certainty. The sample of this research was 96 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected by observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test multiple regression, multiple correlation coefficient, t test and f test. The results of the study show that band awareness and brand trust have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions for Revlon products.

Abstract

To increase competitive advantage and maintain market share in this modern era, companies carry out many sales strategies to achieve sales performance by innovating products and using social media marketing. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling with criteria such as age 20 years and over because they were considered capable of answering the questions in the questionnaire, so the number of samples in this research was 50 respondents. Data was processed using SPSS 26.0. From the results of the multiple linear regression test, there is a relationship between product innovation and social media marketing on purchasing decisions. The results of this research indicate that the product innovation variable (X1) has no effect on purchasing decisions. The research results show that the social media marketing variable (X2) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product innovation and social media marketing variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether or not there is a difference between product quality and price on the Shopee and Lazada Marketplaces. The research method used was comparative and the sampling technique was carried out using the Rao Purba technique because the population in this study was infinite so that the sample obtained was 96 respondents consisting of 48 respondents using the Shopee marketplace and 48 respondents using the Lazada marketplace. The analysis techniques used in this research are validity tests, reliability tests and Independent Sample t-tests. The results of this research show that there is no difference between product quality and price on the Shopee and Lazada Marketplaces.
