Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Peran karang taruna dalam penumbuhkembangan moral generasi muda di Desa Maria Kecamatan Wawo Kabupaten Bima. (2) Apa saja faktor yang mendukung karang taruna untuk menumbuhkembangkan moral generasi muda di Desa Maria Kecamatan Wawo Kabupaten Bima. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karang taruna pelopor dan generasi muda di Desa Maria dengan informan pengurus karang taruna pelopor Desa Maria, kepala Daesa Maria Kecamatan Wawo Kabupaten Bima. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu tehnik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang sudah terkumpul dianalisis dengan deskripsi melalui langkah reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran karang taruna dalam penumbuhkembangan moral generasi muda di Desa Maria Kecamatan wawo kabupaten bima, penumbuhkembangan moral generasi muda dengan melalui beberapa program kerja dari karang taruna. Permaslahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh karang taruna yaitu Sarana dan prasarana, dukungan dari pihak kelurahan dan masyarakat, Faktor penghambat, Masalah anggaran, Kurang aktifnya generasi muda karang taruna dalam mengikuti kegiatan, Kurang tenaga Pembina. Upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan  seperti : 1) sarana dan prasarana, 2) mengadakan rapat dengan pengurus karang taruna dan pemuda, 3)  mengadakan dialog dengan pemerintah desa. ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine: (1) The role of youth organizations in the moral development of the younger generation in Maria Village, Wawo District, Bima Regency. (2) What are the factors that support youth organizations to develop the morale of the young generation in Maria Village, Wawo District, Bima Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenology. The subjects of this research are the pioneer youth organizations and the younger generation in Maria Village with the informant of the Maria Village pioneer youth organization, the head of Maria Village, Wawo  District, Bima Regency. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation techniques. Then the data that has been collected is analyzed by description through data reduction steps, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the role of youth organizations in the moral development of the young generation in Maria Village, Wawo District, Bima Regency, the moral development of the younger generation through several work programs from youth organizations. The problems faced by youth organizations are facilities and infrastructure, support from the village and community parties, inhibiting factors, budget problems, lack of active youth generation in participating in activities, lack of coaches. Efforts to overcome problems such as: 1) facilities and infrastructure, 2) holding meetings with youth and youth organizations, 3) holding a dialogue with the village government.

Abstract

PPKn sebagai salah satu mata pelajaran yang dibelajarkan pada jenjang Pendidikan SMP menujukkan potensi untuk diintegrakannya kearifan lokal. Oleh karena itu, agar pembelajaran PPKn di wilayah Sumbawa menjadi kontekstual, maka kearifan lokal yang diintegrasikan idealnya adalah kearifan lokal Suku Samawa. Dengan demikian maka sangat penting penelitian dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi dan memetakkan kearifan lokal suku samawa yang dapat diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran PPkn SMP. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitataif deskripsti. Untuk mengempulkan data digunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa terdapat berbagai bentuk kearifan lokal masyarakat suku samawa yang dapat diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran PPKn, meliputi kearifan loakal yang tidak berwujud nyata, yaitu bahasa daerah, khususnya bahasa lisan, yakni bahasa Samawa, dan juga kearifan lokal berwujud nyata, meliputi: (1) tradisi perkawinan antara lain tradisi Bakatoan/meminang, Tradisi Nyorong/mengantar mahar, tradisi Barodak, (2) pakaian adat, yakni baju Lamung untuk perempuan, dan baju Gadu untuk laki-laki, (3) rumah adat, yaitu istana dalam lokal yang ditopang 99 tiang sesuai dengan jumlah asamaul husna, Berbagai bentuk kearifan lokal tersebut menjadi identitas Suku Samawa sehingga dapat diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran untuk membantu siswa mencapai  Kompetensi Dasar (KD), antara lain KD. 3.6, Kelas VII semester II, yaitu “Memahami keberagaman suku agama, rasa, budaya, dan gender”.Civics as one of the subjects taught at the junior high school level shows the potential for the integration of local wisdom. Therefore, in order for Civics learning in the Sumbawa region to be contextual, the ideally integrated local wisdom is the local wisdom of the Samawa Tribe. Thus, it is very important research with the aim of identifying and mapping the local wisdom of the Samawa tribe that can be integrated in PPkn SMP learning. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. To collect data, interview, observation, and documentation techniques were used. The results of the study show that there are various forms of local wisdom of the Samawa tribe that can be integrated in Civics learning, including local wisdom that is not tangible, namely regional languages, especially spoken language, namely Samawa language, and also tangible local wisdom, including: (1 ) marriage traditions include the Bakatoan tradition/ask, the Nyorong tradition/deliver the dowry, the Barodak tradition, (2) traditional clothing, namely Lamung clothes for women, and Gadu clothes for men, (3) traditional houses, namely the local inner palace which supported by 99 pillars according to the number of asamaul husna, these various forms of local wisdom become the identity of the Samawa tribe so that they can be integrated in learning to help students achieve Basic Competence (KD), including KD. 3.6, Class VII semester II, namely "Understanding the diversity of religious ethnicities, tastes, culture, and gender".

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the quality of Civics learning through the implementation of Lesson Study implementation of cooperative learning model in MAN 2 Mataram Model. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, because the main concern of this study is to analyze the implementation of Lesson Study. The outputs of this research are scientific articles and PPKn learning tools in the form of lesson plans and learning media. Collecting data in this study using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed qualitatively with the steps of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Lesson Study of the application of the cooperative learning model in Civics subjects at MAN 2 Mataram Model had been carried out for 3 cycles. Each cycle consists of three activities, namely: (1) planning, (2) implementation, and (3) reflection. In cycle 1, the planning carried out was the reconstruction of the lesson plans for class XI in the first semester, the main material: basic concepts of obligations and human rights by integrating cooperative learning models of a combination of Talking Stick and Snowball Throwing types, as well as developing PowerPoint media. At the time of implementation, the model teacher was the PPKn teacher at the school. Meanwhile, the research team acted as observers. The results of cycle 1 reflections show that there are positive things that must be maintained, among others, PowerPoint media that is attractive and easy to understand and a pleasant classroom atmosphere. However, there are also other things that must be improved, namely the existence of learning activities that are not carried out according to the lesson plan. In class 2, the planning carried out was the reconstruction of the lesson plans for class XI semester I, the main material: the substance of obligations and human rights in Pancasila by applying the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model, as well as the development of PowerPoint media. At the time of implementation, the model teacher was the lead researcher. Meanwhile, members of the research team and PPKn teachers acted as observers. The results of cycle 2 reflection show that the implementation of learning is in accordance with the lesson plan. In class 3, the planning carried out is the reconstruction of the lesson plans for class XI semester I, the main material: Cases of human rights violations in Indonesia by applying a cooperative learning model of a combination of Make Match and Snowball Throwing types, as well as developing PowerPoint, video, and paired cards media. At the implementation stage, the model teacher is the PPKn teacher at the school. Meanwhile, the research team acted as observers. The results of the reflection of cycle 3 show that the implementation of learning is also in accordance with the lesson plan.

Abstract

Community Supervisor according to Law No. 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System (SPPA) in Article 1 paragraph (13) is a functional law enforcement official who carries out community research, guidance, supervision, and assistance to children in and outside the criminal justice process. This research aims to find out the role of Community Supervisors in assisting Children Who Face The Law at the Correctional Center Klas II Mataram. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The subject in this study is the Community Supervisor. Data collection techniques use observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study shows that the Community Supervisor in assisting children who face the law consists of assistance at the investigation stage, the prosecution stage, the trial stage, and the trial. The internal factors that affect the Community Supervisor in assisting children who face the law are Human Resources, the area of work area, and the budget of funds. While external factors consist of cooperative relations with other agencies and coordination with parents / guardians and the community.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1) To find out the efforts made by the village government in handling child marriage in Saba Village, Janapria District, Central Lombok Regency. 2) To find out the factors that influence the village government's efforts in handling child marriage in Saba Village, Janapria District, Central Lombok Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The subjects in this study were the village head and village staff and the informants were community leaders and the head of the hamlet. Data was collected by means of observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis was carried out by data reduction and data presentation. The results showed that 1) there were 2 efforts made by the Saba Pemdes in dealing with child marriage, namely preventive efforts and repressive efforts. Preventive efforts include socialization related to child marriage, discussions and posyandu. Repressive efforts include receiving reports, mediating to parents, mediating to children, handling cases and advocating. 2) There are inhibiting factors for pemdes efforts including the parental factor, the drop-out factor in children's education, the low level of family economics, the customary offense factor and the free association factor. 3) There are supporting factors for pemdes efforts, including support factors from the child's parents and the education factor that the child is currently taking, which reduces the chances of child marriage.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of personality development programs for children correctional education and the factors that influence the implementation of the coaching program personality for correctional students in LPKA class II Central Lombok.The research approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Research subjects and informants This was determined by purposive sampling technique. The data that has been collected is analyzed systematically descriptive method through data reduction steps, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results in this study are the implementation of personality development programs for correctional students in LPKA Class II Central Lombok includes: implementation of fostering devotion to God The Almighty, awareness of the nation and state, intellectual, attitude and behavior, health physical and spiritual, legal awareness and healthy reintegration with society. Factor internal implementation of personality development includes coaching facilities, human resources people, the quality of the personality development program, the cooperative attitude of the students correctional facilities and adequate budget. External factors of the implementation of the coaching program personality, namely the cooperation with related agencies.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pernikahan pada anak usia sekolah di Desa Paok Pampang Kecamatan Sukamulia Kabupaten Lombok Timur; (2) Faktor penyebab terjadinya pernikahan pada anak usia sekolah di Desa Paok Pampang Kecamatan Sukamulia Kabupaten Lombok Timur; (3) Upaya pemerintah desa dalam menangani pernikahan pada anak usia sekolah di Desa Paok Pampang Kecamatan Sukamulia Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pernikahan anak usia sekolah di Desa Paok Pampang Kecamatan Sukamulia Kabupaten Lombok Timur masih tergolong cukup tinggi. Faktor penyebab pernikahan anak di Desa Paok Pampang adalah faktor lingkungan, faktor budaya dan faktor pendidikan. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Desa Paok Pampang Kecamatan Sukamulia Kabupaten Lombok Timur untuk menekan laju dari pernikahan anak usia sekolah adalah dengan membuat suatu Peraturan Desa (Perdes), sosialisasi, diskusi, dan ceramah-ceramah tentang pencegahan pernikahan pada usia sekolah.Abstract:  This study aims to determine: (1) Marriage of school-age children in the village of Paok Pampang Sukamulia District East Lombok Regency; (2) Factors that cause marriage in school-age children in Paok Pampang Village, Sukamulia District, East Lombok Regency; (3) The village government’s efforts in dealing with marriage for school-age children in Paok Pampang Village, Sukamulia District, East Lombok Regency. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman analysis technique. The results showed that the marriage of school-age children in Paok Pampang Village, Sukamulia District, East Lombok Regency was still quite high. Factors causing child marriage in Paok Pampang Village are environmental factors, cultural factors and educational factors. Efforts made by the Paok Pampang Village Government, Sukamulia District, East Lombok Regency to reduce the rate of marriage of school-age children are to make a Village Regulation (Perdes), socialization, discussions, and lectures on prevention marriage at school age.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan usaha sadar dan terencana untuk mewujudkan suasana proses pembelajaran agar peserta didik secara aktif dan kreatif dapat mengembangkan potensi diri diantaranya: spiritual keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kepribadian, kecerdasan, akhlak mulia, serta keterampilan yang diperlukan dirinya Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa Program Studi PPKn FKIP Unram terhadap pembelajaran daring pada mata kuliah Sistem Politik dan Pemerintahan Indonesia di masa New Normal. Berdasarkan tujuan khusus maka penelitian ini memiliki urgensi dalam rangka memberikan informasi terkait persepsi mahasiswa Program Studi PPKn FKIP Unram terhadap pembelajaran daring pada mata kuliah Sistem Politik dan Pemerintahan Indonesia di masa New Normal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengungkapkan gejala atau fenomena yang terjadi. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di Program Studi PPKn FKIP Unram. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan kuesioner yang berisi jenis pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang dibagikan dengan menggunakan google form. Teknik Analisis data dilakukan dengan tahap reduksi data, tahap display data dan tahap penarikan kesimpulan. Luarannya adalah Publikasi ilmiah pada jurnal terakreditasi Sinta dan rekomendasi kebijakan. Hasil menunjukkan Persepsi Mahasiswa Program Studi PPKn FKIP UNRAM terhadap Pembelajaran Daring Pada Mata Kuliah Sistem Politik dan Pemerintahan Indonesia di Masa New Normal dapat dikatakan baik. Kemudian proses pembelajaran daring pada mahasiswa Program Studi PPKn menggunakan berbagai macam penggunaan Learning Management System (LMS). Adapun yang menjadi kendala dalam proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring adalah koneksi internet yang tidak stabil dan hal ini perlu diantisipasi agar pembelajaran daring lebih efektif guna peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan hasil belajar peserta didik yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Program Sabtu Budaya adalah kegiatan kokurikuler yang dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk pembelajaran berbasis budaya di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses implementasi program Sabtu Budaya sebagai penguatan Civic Disposition dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi program Sabtu Budaya sebagai penguatan Civic Disposition di SMP Negeri 15 Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan data yang sudah di telah di ambil menunjukan bahwa bentuk implementasi program Sabtu Budaya sebagai penguatan Civic Disposition di SMP Negeri 15 Mataram yaitu : 1) Menanyikan lagu daerah, 2) Tata cara berbusana adat sasak, 3) Permainan musik daerah, 4) Tata cara membuat makanan khas sasak, 5) Tarian Massal, 6) Pameran karya siswa. Faktor pendukung implementasi program Sabtu Budaya antara lain yaitu, kompetensi guru  sebagai pelaksanan program Sabtu Budaya, dukungan dan kerjasama guru dan staff, ketersediaan tempat pelaksanaan, dan ketersediaan fasilitas program Sabtu Budaya.Hambatan yang diterima yaitu tidak adanya panduan program Sabtu Budaya, tidak adanya tim khusus program Sabtu Budaya, kurangnya partisipasi siswa dan orang tua dalam program Sabtu Budaya.
