Abstract

In today's business environment, consumers find what they are looking for faster and can reach the same products. In this situation, competition is increasing in traditional areas and anywhere where communication spreads. This study aims to test and analyze the increase in purchasing decisions on Fatigon Hydro Coco isotonic drink products, by exploring conceptual models. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with survey. 156 respondents were taken with purposive sampling.  From the results of this study, the authors concluded. The first hypothesis is that brand extension has a significant effect on brand image. The second hypothesis is that product quality has a significant effect on brand image. The third hypothesis is that brand awareness has no effect on brand image. The fourth hypothesis is that brand expansion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The fifth hypothesis is that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The sixth hypothesis is that brand awareness has no effect on purchasing decisions. The seventh hypothesis is that brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This research is expected to make a theoretical contribution to the literature in this context

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the mediating role of achievement motivation with knowledge management and compensation on the performance of lecturers at XYZ College. Quantitative research methods were used in this research with a sample of 62 permanent lecturers divided into several study programs using proportional random sampling from a total population of 165 lecturers. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire in the form of closed answers on an interval scale of 1-10 with the help of an online questionnaire which is then processed and compiled into data frequency tabulations which are then analyzed using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 program. The research results are based on direct and indirect hypothesis testing that (1) Knowledge management has a significant positive effect on lecturer performance (2) Compensation has no effect on lecturer performance (3) Knowledge management has a significant positive effect on achievement motivation (4) Compensation has a significant positive effect on achievement motivation (5) Achievement motivation has a significant positive effect on lecturer performance (6) Achievement motivation positively and significantly mediates knowledge management on lecturer performance (7) Achievement motivation significantly positively mediates compensation on lecturer performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of developing a basic theoretical model and a new empirical research model to resolve the gap in previous research results regarding perceived value in increasing repurchase intention through customer satisfaction and customer trust felt by a company. The object of this study is DANA users in the city of Serang. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique, namely the accidental sampling method. With the population size not known for certain and a sample of 160 people or respondents. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS) with smartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study showed that: 1) Perceived Value has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention; 2) Perceived Value has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction; 3) Perceived Value has a positive and significant effect on Customer Trust; 4) Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention; 5) Customer Trust has a positive and insignificant effect on Repurchase Intention. 6) Customer Satisfaction is able to mediate between Perceived Value and Repurchase Intention through partial mediation; 7) Customer Trust is not able to mediate between Perceived Value and Repurchase Intention through zero mediation.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of safety knowledge and safety management practices on safety performance, with safety motivation as a mediating variable, at PT. Shinko Plantech. The research aims to understand how workers’ awareness and implementation of safety procedures contribute to overall safety outcomes in the workplace, and to what extent motivation affects this relationship. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method. Data were collected from 120 employees through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS software. The findings reveal that both safety knowledge and safety management practices have a significant positive effect on safety performance. Furthermore, safety motivation was found to mediate the relationship between the independent variables (safety knowledge and safety management practices) and the dependent variable (safety performance). These results highlight the critical role of fostering not only strong safety practices and knowledge but also enhancing employee motivation to achieve optimal safety performance. The study contributes to occupational safety literature and provides practical implications for improving safety standards in industrial settings.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) and brand image on consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as a mediating variable on Samsung smartphone users in Banten Province. Data analysis was conducted on 180 respondents using regression with smartPLS software version 4.1.1.2 which was used to test the seven hypotheses in this study. The results of this study indicate that: (1) electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) has a negative and insignificant effect on consumer loyalty. (2) brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. (3) electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) has a positive but insignificant effect on consumer satisfaction. (4) brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. (5) consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. (6) consumer satisfaction is unable to mediate the effect of electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) on consumer loyalty. (7) consumer satisfaction is able to partially mediate the effect of brand image on consumer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to thoroughly examine the relationship between work motivation and employee competence on job performance, while also exploring the role of leadership as a moderating variable in this relationship. The research focuses on how individual internal factors—namely motivation and competence—contribute to achieving optimal performance, and the extent to which leadership can strengthen the influence of these two variables. A quantitative approach with a descriptive and explanatory design was employed to provide a comprehensive overview and to test the causal relationships among variables. The research subjects included all employees of MTS Nurul Falah Kemuning and MTS Nurul Falah Gosali, totaling 88 individuals. A census sampling technique (total sampling) was applied, in which the entire population was used as the sample. Data collection and analysis were conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach, utilizing SmartPLS software to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the analysis. The findings reveal that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, indicating that enthusiasm and intrinsic drive play a crucial role in enhancing productivity and achieving performance targets. Similarly, employee competence was found to have a significant positive influence on performance, suggesting that skills, knowledge, and technical abilities are essential for effective task execution. The moderation analysis further indicates that leadership enhances the impact of both motivation and competence on performance, although the moderating effect is relatively modest. Overall, the study underscores that performance improvement is not solely dependent on individual factors, but also significantly influenced by the quality of leadership within the organizational environment.
