Abstract

The Boyolali District Civil Service, Education, and Training Agency (BKP2D) serves as a platform for exchanging information with Civil Servants (PNS) in Boyolali Regency. The Boyolali Regency Government continuously develops and improves the website to ensure the quality and satisfaction of its users. However, the level of user satisfaction with the BKP2D website among its users is not yet known. Therefore, the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method is employed to determine the extent of user satisfaction with the website. This method involves measuring variables that encompass content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. The BKP2D website for Boyolali Regency can be accessed at http://bkp2d.boyolali.go.id/. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires through Google Forms to 379 respondents. The data from the questionnaires were processed using SPSS for descriptive statistical analysis. The research results indicate an average score of 3.29 (satisfied), which means that users generally find the BKP2D website satisfactory

Abstract

Bioinformatics is a science that studies the management and analysis of biological information. Bioinformatics includes application of mathematics, statistics, and informatics to biological problems to solve. Bioinformatics can store data generated by the genome project with regular and high degree of accuracy. Basic local alignment search is one of the methods used to process penyejajaran molecular data sequences. In 2009, there is a virus that attacks the respiratory tract that is the swine flu. The virus is spread around the world, so that retrieved the journal research on diverse virus DNA sequences in different endemic countries. Therefore, in this study will be explained about the process sequence alignment of the H1N1 swine flu virus. H1N1 Weiss AF 250365.2 and H1N1 Swine AF250364.2 have 90% similarity level.

Abstract

A lathe machine is a tool capable of cutting metal into specific shapes, qualities, and dimensions as planned. Damage to a lathe machine is often difficult to identify and requires specialized handling; it typically needs to be transported to a workshop, which is both time-consuming and labor-intensive. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an expert system using the Forward Chaining algorithm to diagnose malfunctions in lathe machines. Forward Chaining is an inference method that initiates tracking by tracing data based on the facts of the observed symptoms. These symptoms are compared against standard rules and processed to generate solutions for the identified issues. The expert system is designed as a web-based application using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database. This system is intended to assist lathe machine operators and novice mechanics in identifying and addressing damages based on observed symptoms. Validation testing of this web-based expert system yielded a result of 83.3%, demonstrating its effectiveness in assisting users.
