Abstract

Good local government performance, especially related to the realization of good corporate governance, can be created if there is good communication between agencies, employees and compact collaboration to synergize policies that facilitate public services. To optimize government performance, one of which is the Boyolali District Archives and Library Service through collaborative relationships between employees so as to create intense two-way communication. This study aims to identify social networks related to collaboration between employees using the Social Network Analysis method and a total of 40 people as respondents, but only 32 people filled out the questionnaire data completely. The indicators used in viewing the research results are density values, degree centrality values, closeness centrality values, betweenness centrality values, and clique values. The results of the analysis obtained a network density level of 14.8% (considered weak because it is less than 50 percent). Employee number 21 has the highest degree centrality value and betweenness centrality value, then employee number 9 has the highest closeness centrality. This research concludes that there is a good collaborative relationship between the four departments in the Archives and Library Office of Boyolali Regency, namely the Operations department, the Service department, the Archives department, and the Librarian department.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the level of student satisfaction with the use of the Academic Information System (STARS) at Satya Wacana Christian University (UKSW) using the PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service) framework. The research method used was a survey with a structured questionnaire distributed to a sample of students from various study programs at UKSW. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and the PIECES Framework to measure STARS performance from the user's perspective. The research results show that although STARS has provided good performance in several aspects, there are areas that require improvement to increase user satisfaction. The implication of this research is the importance of using a framework such as PIECES in evaluating information systems to thoroughly understand user needs and perceptions, as well as providing a strong basis for improvement and development of better systems in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian membahas software engineering berbasis website dengan hybrid model integrasi pada universitas terkait. Rumusan masalah penelitian menghasilkan software engineering berbasis website mudah digunakan serta diakses mahasiwa berstatus aktif, menghasilkan software engineering layanan berbasis website mampu melacak status aduan, dan efektivitas serta efisiensi hybrid model integrasi antara metode Agile Scrum dan V-Model dalam development software engineering. Hasil penelitian untuk menyelesaikan masalah menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan dukungan hybrid model integrasi Scrum dan V-model sehingga mengusulkan integrasi Scrum V-Plus berbasis website, hybrid model integrasi memanfaatkan kelemahan masing masing metode agar saling melengkapi, sehingga peranan Scrum sebagai tahapan awal perancangan lalu dikembangkan V-model secara terstruktur dan tersistematik kedalam modul development proses software engineering. Dengan adanya Model Integrasi Scrum V-Plus yang berjalan maka dilakukan rancangan prototype model, design dan pengujian website sebagai media validasi pembuktian bahwa dokumentasi proses bisnis secara terstruktur memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kolaborasi metode dalam menghasilkan produk. Penelitian mengusulkan Model Scrum V-Plus Hybrid yang diadopsi dari kolaborasi kedua metode untuk berperan penting terhadap tahapan perancangan engineering terstruktur, fleksibel secara keseluruhan dalam mengintegrasikan beberapa tahapan, sehingga rancangan software terlaksana dengan baik dibuktikan model integrasi website bagi mahasiswa berstatus aktif menggunakan open data base connectivity restfulAPI pada deployment diagram berdasarkan model class diagram yang dilengkapi dengan boundary, entity dan conrol. Hybrid model integrasi memiliki dampak signifikan dibandingkan penggunaan secara terpisah dengan dibuktikan integrasi testing.

Abstract

Information technology (IT) is an important aspect of company management and resources. Many companies have used this system to help run their business processes. The research objective is to determine the influence of the variables content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timeliness on user satisfaction of the Sunfish application. Method: The method used to analyze user satisfaction is EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction). In this research, it is a quantitative study with a research sample of 65 respondents. The results of the analysis using SPSS are based on the t test results for the content variables 2.091, accuracy 2.117, format 4.397, ease of use 2.661 and timeliness 2.146. Thus, the EUCS variable, both simultaneously and partially, has a significant effect on user satisfaction of the Sunfish application at PT. Banyak perusahaan yang telah menggunakan sistem tersebut membantu menjalankan proses bisnisnya. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui pengaruh variabel konten, ketepatan, format, kemudahan penggunaan, dan ketepatan waktu berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi sunfish. Metode: metode yang digunakan untuk Analisa kepuasan pengguna adalah EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 50 responden. Hasil analisis menggunakan SPSS 18 berdasarkan hasil uji t nilai untuk variabel content 1,384, accuracy 0,930, format 2,400, ease of use 2,042 dan timeliness 2,657. Dengan demikian variabel EUCS secara parsial hanya variable format, kemudahan penggunaan, dan ketepatan waktu yang dapat memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi sunfish di PT. Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) binaan Kampung KB Sembada, Desa Samirono untuk memperoleh legalitas bisnis melalui pendampingan pengurusan perizinan berusaha. Ada tiga perijianan yang didampingi, yaitu Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB), Sertifikat Halal, dan Sertifikat Produksi Pangan-Industri Rumah Tangga (SPP-IRT). Peserta kegiatan ini berjumlah 18 UMKM. Ada tiga tahapan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini. Pertama, sosialisasi perizinan berusaha. Kedua, pendataan dan pendampingan perizinan berusaha. Ketiga, pendaftaran perizinan berusaha. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dari tanggal 5 sampai 23 September 2023. Dari 18 UMKM, hanya 13 UMKM yang berkomitmen untuk didampingi dalam kegiatan pengurusan perizinan, tiga UMKM sudah memiliki izin berusaha lengkap, dan dua UMKM tidak bersedia mengurus perizinan berusaha karena merasa belum membutuhkannya. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah terdapat 10 (sepuluh) UMKM yang mendapatkan NIB, delapan UMKM yang telah mengajukan permohonan untuk Sertifikat Halal, dan 6 (enam) produk UMKM yang telah terbit SPP-IRT. Produk UMKM yang telah terbit SPP-IRT masih memiliki kewajiban memenuhi komitmen mengikuti penyuluhan keamanan pangan dan memenuhi persyaratan cara produksi pangan dalam jangka waktu tiga sampai enam bulan, sehingga Kampung KB Sembada masih harus terus melakukan pendampingan hingga kewajiban tersebut terpenuhi. Kata kunci: kampung KB; perizinan berusaha; UMKM ABSTRACTThis community service activity aims to help Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) assisted by Kampung KB Sembada, Samirono Village, obtain business legality through assistance in processing business permits:Business Permit Number (NIB), Halal Certificate, and Household Food-Industry Production Certificate (SPP-IRT). Participants in this activity were 18 MSMEs. There are three stages in this community service. First, socialization of business licensing. Second, data collection and business licensing assistance. Third, registration of business permits. This service activity was held from 5 to 23 September 2023. Of the 18 MSMEs, only 13 were committed to being assisted in the business permits, three had complete business permits, and two were unwilling to take care of business permits because they felt they did not need them. This community service activity shows that 10 MSMEs have had NIB issued, eight MSMEs have submitted applications for Halal Certificate, and six MSME products have had SPP-IRT issued. MSMEsproducts that have been issued SPP-IRT still must fulfill their commitment to follow food safety education and satisfy the requirements for suitable food production methods within a period of three to six months so that the Kampung KB Sembada still have to continue to assist until this obligation fulfilled. Keywords: kampung KB ; business permits; MSME

Abstract

The GKJ Synod Office is the administrative center for the Javanese Christian Churches, managing several service units such as correspondence, licensing for institutions/foundations, finance, and publishing materials for spiritual development. The GKJ Synod Office still faces issues related to employee data management, requiring technology to help address these challenges. The research uses the Design Thinking method, as it focuses on a user-centered approach, understanding the problems and limitations of users to create designs that align with their needs. This study results in a User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) model for a web-based employee information system that can be adopted by synods of churches across Indonesia. System testing was conducted to measure user satisfaction with the design of the employee information system, using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The final result for the admin was 88, and for the superadmin, it was 91. Based on the SUS Score interpretation criteria, the resulting system design received a grade (A), an adjective rating of (excellent), and acceptability ranges (acceptable), indicating a high level of user satisfaction.

Abstract

Early detection of cancer is crucial. This study aims to increase the efficiency of breast cancer detection using the modified k-nearest neighbor (k-NN) algorithm. Since k-NN faces challenges with sensitivity to k values and computational complexity, a modification of k-NN was proposed, namely a multi-objective k-NN model. It was developed to incorporate multi-objective optimization and local density to create a more robust and efficient classification algorithm. The model dynamically determines the k value based on the sample density, optimizing accuracy and efficiency. Breast cancer data were collected from the University of Wisconsin Hospitals, Madison. The experimental results showed that the multi-objective k-NN model outperformed traditional k-NN and k-NN with feedback support. The proposed model achieved an accuracy of 93.7%, with precision values of 93% for the negative cancer class and 94% for the positive cancer class. These results indicate that the multi-objective k-NN model provides superior accuracy and precision in breast cancer detection, demonstrating its potential for clinical applications.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the dominant trends in color and composition within aesthetic photography on Instagram and explore their influence on user interaction, specifically likes and comments. Given the growing role of visual aesthetics in digital marketing, understanding these elements is crucial for content creators, brands, and businesses aiming to maximize engagement. Unlike previous studies that focus on general social media engagement, this research integrates technology-driven qualitative analysis using ATLAS.ti, enabling structured coding and thematic identification of visual elements. Methods: A qualitative content analysis was conducted on 591 Instagram posts tagged with #AestheticPhotography and #VisualAesthetic. Data was collected using Instagram scraping (PhantomBuster), extracting both visual (color palettes, composition techniques) and textual (captions, metadata) elements. The ATLAS.ti software was used to analyze recurring visual patterns and color extraction was performed via Google Colab and Python for accuracy. Result: The results show that natural colors (48.18%) and pastel tones (30.90%) are dominant in aesthetic photography, contributing to higher engagement due to their harmonious and calming effect. Composition techniques such as center alignment (40.51%) and the Rule of Thirds (23.27%) significantly correlate with user interaction, as they align with cognitive load theory and visual perception principles. Additionally, short captions (≤10 words) were more effective in enhancing engagement, receiving 8,876 likes and 4,432 comments on average, compared to longer captions. Novelty: This study bridges the gap between visual aesthetics and computational analysis, using ATLAS.ti to systematically examine social media trends. Unlike previous studies that focus solely on quantitative metrics, this research provides qualitative insights into how color and composition influence engagement. The findings offer practical guidance for content creators, designers, and marketers, suggesting that strong visual composition and color harmony can enhance audience engagement.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi memberikan dampak positif maupun dampak negatif bagi masyarakat. Salah satu bentuk dampak negatif perkembangan teknologi adalah munculnya aktivitas pencurian data. Hal tersebut merupakan aktivitas yang dapat menghambat kegiatan masyarakat khususnya kalangan organisasi atau perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi pengelolaan data yang dapat menampilkan riwayat aktivitas operasi data yang terjadi pada collection serta menampilkan response dari proses pengelolaan data dalam bentuk message notifikasi realtime. Untuk mendukung proses pengembangan aplikasi yang diinginkan, maka dibutuhkan teknologi yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pendukung pengembangan aplikasi dan teknologi utama yang digunakkan adalah MongoDB Change Streams dan Websockets. Lalu untuk memastikan aplikasi telah bekerja sesuai dengan requirements user dan juga planning, maka aplikasi akan melalui tahap pengujian black box. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi pengelolaan data dengan notifikasi realtime serta riwayat log berbasis web. Dengan aplikasi tersebut, user dapat mengelola data serta melakukan pemantauan terhadap seluruh aktivitas pengelolaan data yang terjadi pada collection sehingga hal tersebut dapat mencegah terjadinya aktivitas pencurian data.

Abstract

The E-KohortKIA application is a web-based application launched by the Indonesian Ministry of Health for use in Puskesmas and Health Offices throughout Indonesia as a solution to various problems caused by manual use of the KIA Cohort. This application can be accessed via computer or smartphone and is currently being implemented by the South Central Timor District Health Service for Maternal and Child Health (KIA) services. In using this application, various possible risks can occur that can disrupt application performance, therefore it is necessary to carry out a risk management analysis. The aim of this research is to determine various possible risks that could occur in implementing the E-KohortKIA application and to carry out risk treatment for these possible risks. This research uses qualitative methods by collecting data through interviews and observations, as well as data processing and risk management analysis using the ISO 31000 framework including the risk assessment stage and risk treatment stage. The results of this research found 23 possible risks, most of which were due to system and infrastructure factors. These possible risks include 13 possible low level risks, 8 possible medium level risks, and 2 possible high level risks. There are 2 possible risks that have a high and maximum level of risk severity so that they have the potential to disrupt or inhibit or even stop application performance. This research also provides recommendations for risk treatment proposals for various possible risks and can be used by users to maintain application performance.
