Currently the Regional Secretariat of NTB have not specific applications which help to support the trip of the governance in conducting the business trip. The reason of the Regional Secretary of NTB wants to have a business trip information system because it still using a simple manual recording with the help of Micrososoft Exel and business trip reports are not able to provide detailed infotmation. To achieve this, required software development process in the form of an information system of business trip in the Regional Secretariat of NTB. The system was built by using CodeIgniter framework with PHP and HTML. The information system of the business trip in Secretary of NTB was made according to assigment letter, warrant official travel and warrant approval tasks. The business trip information system was expected to help the business trip section to create the assigment letter, warrant official travel and warrant approval tasks be better, and to help in the process of data search business trip. Based on the results of the test that have been done on the design of the official travel information system, that was tested to 30 respondents with the percentage of respondents statement of the employee was 44% who chose the statement agree, and 56% strongly agree that selecting statement. While, the percentage of respondents statement from the student with a different question was 53.3% who chose the statement agreed, and 46.7% strongly agree that selecting statement. This study discusses "Student Satisfaction Analysis on Teaching and Learning Activities in Informatics Engineering Program University of Mataram Using Importance Performance Analysis Method". Students are required to fill out a teaching and learning questionnaire from all courses. The questionnaire consisted of questions relating to teaching and learning activities. Students give perceptual value and expectation value on every questionnaire question. Then the relationship between perceptual value and expectation value is analyzed using Importance Performance Analysis method. From the analysis results can be known which variables should be prioritized for improvement and which variables are excessive and does not require priority.

Department of Population and Civil Registration of Mataram City does not yet have a system that can process population data to be visualized into maps and lack of information causing people not to know information about the area and population data in Mataram city. This study aims to design and build a Geographic Information System (GIS) that is useful to visualize and publish population data to the community in the city of Mataram. The system is built using PHP, HTML and JavaScript as the main programming language. The system integrates with the Google Map API to visualize population data into maps that provide information by population classification. The system is tested by the BlackBox method and the MOS (Mean Opinion Score) method. Blackbox test shows that all functions are running well and testing using MOS shows that the average rating of respondents and community apparatus in DUKCAPIL regarding the system agree, with the percentage of 42.44% and strongly agree with the percentage of 38.89%.

Treatment for outpatient installations (IRJA) NTB provincial hospitals have used hospital management information systems, but this is still not effective. The information system is not effective because registration centred in the main hall. The centralized registration caused the accumulation of patient queues that occurred in each IRJA polyclinic, and this was due to the absence of an integrated queue number between registrations carried out in the main hall and IRJA polyclinics. Therefore, the governance of information architecture processes needs to be applied to optimize information systems. We use COBIT 4.1 to conduct governance. The aim is to get existing and expected outpatients from Prov. NTB Hospital. So, it can help to manage information architecture to perform quality and competitive outpatient services. The results showed the IT processes selected in PO2 (Determine Information Architecture) and AI4 (Activate and Use). We reach the maturity level of all IT processes at level 3 (the specified process) for conditions as they are and 5 (optimized) for conditions that will occur. The level of maturity can help the NTB Provincial Hospital to improve its services.

The author made modifications to several parts of the ZRP routing protocol, named PASHORT-ZRP. In this study, the authors conducted 5 experiments with which resulted in an increase in throughput on PASHORT-ZRP in the area of ??1000×1000 m2 of 52.081 % for node 20, 81.475 % for nodes 60, and 34,912 % for node 100. Results of average end-to-end delay in PASHORT-ZRP contains a decrease of 0.737 % for node 20, 0.365 % for node 60, and 0.939 % for node 100 in area 500×500 m2. The results of the packet delivery ratio on PASHOR-ZRP found an increase of 64.931% for node 20, 7.763% for node 60, and 26.644% for node 100 in the area of ??500×500 m2. in the 1000×1000 m2 area the results of routing overhead on PASHORT-ZRP contain a decrease of 36,815 % for node 20, 56.267 % for node 60, and 37.538 % for node 100.

Decisions of specialization classes in high school students can be made based on the recommendations of the psychology test results. At SMAN 1 Selong in collaboration with a certified institution namely Biro Instrumentasi Bimbingan dan Konseling Empatik Mataram to execute the tests. In this case, the psychological test system is still manual, the manual system of psychological testing activities requires a lot of cost and time. The results of these psychological tests are analyzed manually by institutional experts to obtain results from specialization classes and require a long time. Based on these problems, an online psychology test application was designed and built to streamline time costs. Psychological test results are analyzed automatically using the weighted product method to get the results of recommendations accurately and quickly. The criteria used by the weighted product method to obtain student specialization class recommendations are 13 criteria consisting of sub-tests on psychological tests. The suitability between the results of expert recommendations and weighted product recommendations is 70%. System testing uses the method of BlackBox testing and Mean Opinion Score (MOS). The results of testing the BlackBox method on functions that exist on the system have valid conclusions or the system can run as expected. The results of testing using MOS with 30 respondents on average 4.4 categorized the system running well.

Capacity Information System Parking Area at the Shopping Center aims to facilitate customers who come to the shopping center. Regarding the increasing information needs, services such as parking services will continue to be demanded to continuously improve information systems. This is to be able to present information that is able to provide comfort, convenience and security for drivers and service managers at this time.The weakness of the regulatory system that is usually the visitor has difficulty in finding an empty parking slot, so visitors have to spin around to find the slot that is used to park their vehicles in the parking area. When you have entered the parking area, the driver does not necessarily get an empty parking space and sometimes there is no parking attendant directing to the empty area, so that the time spent looking for more parking slots. In addition, motorists usually forget where they parked their vehicles before. Therefore a system is created that is able to minimize these problems. From these problems, a Parking Capacity Information System was created that can provide convenience for service drivers and parking service personnel. The ticket is given a slot number so that it is easy to park the vehicle, the screen is provided with a map of the parking lot, and reporting is made to facilitate the management.

Currently, cases of domestic violence are social and humanitarian problems that need attention. In 2020, the most dominant forms of domestic violence are psychological violence as much as 40%, sexual violence 26%, physical violence 22%, and economic 12%. The number of domestic violence cases in Indonesia also increased in 2019 from 1,419 cases to 2,389 cases in 2020. The increasing number of cases of domestic violence should be a serious concern for all parties. The Regional Technical Implementation Unit for the Protection of Women and Children (UPTD PPA) is a regional technical implementing unit formed by the regional government that can provide services for women and children who experience domestic violence, services, special protection, consultation, and others. The process of reporting domestic violence in Mataram City is still done conventionally, where people still need to visit the office to report incidents of domestic violence. Then the UPTD PPA will conduct a team discussion for the next action. From the current reporting process flow, the Mataram City UPTD PPA also still takes a long time to follow up on the domestic violence report. So there is still a lack of facilities and media that can assist the community in reporting domestic violence and assist the UPTD PPA in following up on reporting domestic violence. With the development of existing technology and the increasing number of people using android gadgets, from the problems above, researchers will design and build a Domestic Violence Reporting System in the City of Mataram to make it easier to report domestic violence directly without having to go to the authorities to handle the problem. The method that will be used for the development of this system is the Extreme Programming (XP) method.

The Government Office and Regional Development Agency (OTDA) have the main task of implementing regional autonomy by preparing the Regional Government Administration Report (LPPD). The preparation of LPPD for the NTB Province is still done manually, including the collection of data for each government affair and the calculation of government performance achievements found in various indicators, resulting in a lengthy data collection process for reporting. With the advancement of information technology, a solution can be provided to address the aforementioned issues by developing a web-based Local Government Administration Reporting Information System (SIPPDA) using the extreme programming development method. The system development is carried out using the Laravel framework. During the testing phase, unit testing is performed to verify the functionality of the system, and the results indicate that it runs smoothly without errors. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is then conducted in three iterations with different numbers of respondents. In the first iteration, with 5 respondents, the acceptance rate is 73.71%. In the second iteration, with 8 respondents, the rate is 89.86%, and in the third iteration, with 5 respondents, the rate is 79.5%.

User requirement analysis merupakan satu hal yang penting dilakukan dalam pembuatan sebuah user interface/user experience (UI/UX) menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD). Hal ini dikarenakan pada tahapan ini terdapat identifikasi dan dokumentasi kebutuhan pengguna. NTB mall adalah e-commerce pertama milik pemerintah daerah NTB dengan tujuan menjual produk unggulan daerah dari Usaha Mikro, Kecil Menengah (UMKM), Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) dan dibantu dengan pemantauan oleh Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis). Dalam pembuatan UI/UX NTBMall, diperlukan user requirement analysis yang kuat untuk mendapatkan penggunaan NTBMall yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. User requirement analysis dibagi menjadi beberapa tahapan secara berurutan. Penggunaan user requirement analysis telah terbukti menghasilkan UI/UX yang menarik, dibuktikan dengan hasil pengujian SUS bernilai 72.82 yang mengartikan bahwa user telah puas dengan aplikasi NTBMall.
