Abstract

This research aims to explore how students’ interest plays a role in their ability to memorize the Qur’an in the Tahfizul Qur’an program at MTs Negeri 1 Banjarnegara. The study utilizes a descriptive qualitative approach, gathering information through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Participants in this research include tahfiz students, tahfiz teachers, and the program coordinator. The data were processed and analyzed following Miles and Huberman’s framework, which involves phases of reducing data, displaying it, and drawing conclusions. The findings indicate that student interest positively and significantly affects their Qur’anic memorization achievements, both in terms of amount and quality. Higher interest is associated with more effective memorization. Additionally, this interest is influenced by internal factors, such as motivation and satisfaction, as well as external factors, including family and teacher support, all of which help foster a successful tahfiz learning process. The study underscores the necessity of developing and maintaining student interest to maximize the outcomes of the tahfiz program.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the mandatory muthola'ah program at the Fatkhul Mu'in Ali Masykur Wonosobo Islamic Boarding School, and its contribution to improving students' literacy. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews with caregivers, educators, boarding school administrators, and students, as well as documentation. Triangulation techniques were used to ensure data validity. The results of the study indicate that the mandatory muthola'ah program implemented in a structured manner every night for 45 minutes is able to build disciplined and independent learning habits. Through this program, students are accustomed to reading yellow books, writing summaries, discussing in groups, and expressing opinions logically. The implementation of this program is also supported by the vision of the boarding school, and intensive mentoring from the administrators. This program contributes significantly to improving students' literacy both academically and in character. The study highlights some students who are less motivated, have difficulty reading Arabic texts, and are afraid of making mistakes during discussions. Patient and consistent coaching indicates that these obstacles can slowly be overcome.

Abstract

Curriculum renewal is a reality that is currently occurring in educational development in Indonesia. One of them is the Independent Curriculum which is currently being developed. The concept of independent learning was initiated by Nadiem Makarim which can be a solution or problem that teachers have been facing. In implementing the Independent Curriculum, it is important for every educator to emphasize the freedom, independence and creativity of students. It is important to understand this emphasis approach to the study of fiqh. Learning fiqh is important because a student’s ability to understand and laearn religion is not only related to understanding. With the Merdeka Curriculum, it is hoped that fiqh lessons can be understood more easily and have more fun. The purpose of this research is to: 1) to determine class X fiqh learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Wonosobo; 2) to find out the implementation of the independent curriculum in class X fiqh learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Wonosobo; 3) to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing the independent curriculum in class X fiqh learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Wonosobo. The method used in this research is descriptive. Data collection techniques use observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods.

Abstract

The family in RI Law No. 52 of 2009 is defined as the smallest unit in society, which includes husband and wife, or husband, or wife and children, or father and mother and their children. Family harmony can affect the formation of children's intelligence because family is the most important foundation in a child's life. Intelligence itself is interpreted as thinking. Spiritual intelligence is a complete soul or thought that is formed from an activity to solve problems in accordance with the meaning contained therein. Nowadays, there are many families where the intelligence of their children is not balanced because of their busy schedules, low awareness of the importance of balancing the formation of their children's intelligence, and parents' lack of knowledge about spiritual intelligence. This research was conducted using a qualitative field method. With data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. With data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results obtained from this study were only about 35.3% of parents who understood well about spiritual intelligence, 64.7% of parents who thought that spiritual intelligence was only closely related to learning/knowledge about religion and had nothing to do with other. This study also found that 27.7% of pre-school-age children in Sawangan hamlet, RT 03/RW 01, had good spiritual intelligence and had been formed according to indicators in spiritual intelligence, although it could be said that it was not optimal. Meanwhile, as many as 72.2% of pre-school aged children ranging from 2 to 4 years of age have spiritual intelligence that has not been formed properly so that it does not meet the indicators of spiritual intelligence itself.

Abstract

Ilmu pengetahuan memegang peran vital dalam kehidupan manusia, dan bagi para pemikir Islam, ilmu tidak bisa dipisahkan dari agama dan Tuhan. Pendidikan Islam bertujuan tidak hanya untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan tetapi juga untuk memandu amal saleh yang berorientasi pada kebahagiaan manusia dan keridhaan Allah SWT. Kitab "Minhajul ‘Abidin" karya Imam Al-Ghazali menekankan integrasi ilmu dan amal dalam pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan induktif untuk menganalisis korelasi ilmu dan amal dalam kitab tersebut dan relevansinya dengan pendidikan Islam masa kini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ilmu dan amal merupakan dua elemen yang tak terpisahkan dan harus diterapkan secara bersamaan dalam pendidikan Islam. Tahapan yang dijelaskan dalam " Minhajul ‘Abidin " mencakup ilmu, taubat, godaan, rintangan, pendorong, faktor-faktor perusak ibadah, dan syukur kepada Allah. Tahapan ini memberikan panduan praktis dalam menjalankan kehidupan beragama yang lebih holistik. Integrasi ilmu dan amal dalam pendidikan Islam mampu membentuk karakter yang utuh, menguatkan iman, meningkatkan ketaqwaan, dan membimbing perilaku yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Pendekatan holistik ini tidak hanya relevan untuk pendidikan Islam masa kini tetapi juga memberikan fondasi yang kokoh bagi pengembangan karakter dan spiritualitas individu. Integrasi ini menanamkan nilai-nilai etika, mendorong pemikiran kritis, dan mengadaptasi metodologi pendidikan untuk memenuhi tuntutan era modern. Pendidikan yang menyeluruh dan integratif ini dapat membentuk generasi yang cerdas secara akademis, berakhlak mulia, dan mampu berkontribusi positif dalam masyarakat

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: 1) untuk mengetahui pembiasaan shalat jam’ah siswa di MTs Al Manshur Popongan, 2) untuk mengetahui Kedisiplinan Shalat Jama’ah di MTs Al Manshur Popongan, 3) untuk mengetahui cara mengiplentasikan pembiasaan Shalat berjama’ah di Mts Al Manshur Popongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode etnografi. Penelitian ini menggambarkan secara obyektif dari obyek yang diteliti, dengan cara memberikan pertanyaan kepada responden sehingga mendapatkan jawaban yang diperlukan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu MTs Al Manshur Popongan (sesepuh pesantren, kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi yang dilanjutkan dengan analisis data Miles Huberman dan dikuatkan dengan model Triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan peserta didik diantaranya adalah: 1) keteladanan; 2) pembiasaan; 3) pemahaman; 4) perintah; 5) larangan; 6) hukuman atau sanksi. Pembiasaan shalat berjamaah tersebut dalam pelaksanaannya akan membentuk sikap kedisiplinan seperti sikap disiplin ibadah, disiplin belajar, disiplin sikap dan disiplin waktu pada peserta didik. Namun, dalam pembiasaan shalat berjamaah di MTs Al Manshur Popongan belum mencapai maksimal karena selain gedung yang kurang besar, dan akhirnya menyebabkan peserta didik secara bergantian melakukan shalat berjamaah di sekolah.
