Abstract

This thesis aims to find out the implementation of Arabic language learning with the textbook "Al Muyassar Fi Fahm Qawaid Al Arabiyah Bi Al Thawila" at Takhassus Al Qur'an Junior High School. This thesis uses a qualitative approach, where the type of research is descriptive in the field. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that learning Arabic using the Al-Muyassar fi Fahm Qowaid Al-Arabiyyah bi Al-Thowila textbook is effective in improving understanding of Arabic grammar, especially in the discussion of qowaid. Systematic learning structures, table-based approaches, and step-by-step exercises help students understand language patterns more clearly. The lecture, question and answer, drill, and group discussion methods enrich the learning process, making it more interactive. Periodic evaluations ensure students' understanding before moving on to the next material. Overall, this combination of textbooks and teaching methods has been shown to significantly improve students' Arabic language skills. The teacher appreciated the systematic and gradual presentation of the material, as well as the use of tables that helped in understanding nahwu and shorof. The Arabic language learning is supported by a systematic book structure, teacher competence, a conducive learning environment, and active student involvement. These factors help students understand nahwu and shorof better. However, some obstacles are still faced, such as limited vocabulary, limited learning time, and differences in students' ability to understand the material. Therefore, more varied teaching strategies and additional support are needed to optimize learning outcomes.

Abstract

Learning problems in schools are often caused by uninteresting methods and media, which reduce students’ interest and learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effect of using flashcard learning media on students' learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) for fourth-grade students at SD Al-Madina Wonosobo. The research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design using a nonequivalent control group. The sample consisted of two classes: the experimental class used flashcards, while the control class applied the lecture method. Data were collected through pretests and posttests and analyzed using t-tests and gain tests. The results showed a significant difference in learning outcomes between the two classes, with higher posttest scores and gain values in the experimental class. The use of flashcards effectively enhanced students' understanding of the material, especially memorization topics such as Asmaul Husna, and created a more engaging and interactive learning atmosphere. The implications of this research suggest that visual learning media such as flashcards can be an effective strategy to improve students' learning achievement and motivation in IRE classes, while also encouraging teachers to be more innovative in applying suitable learning media.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Fiqih Wadhih learning in improving the quality of students' prayer practices at TPQ Manbaul Hikmah 1 Wonoboyo, Temanggung. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that Fiqih Wadhih learning is systematically implemented using lecture, demonstration, memorization, and direct practice methods. Students gain a solid understanding of the requirements, pillars, and proper procedures of prayer. The routine of congregational prayers and a supportive environment contribute significantly to enhancing the students' prayer quality. However, differences in students' comprehension levels still exist, requiring more intensive guidance and reinforcement of prayer habits outside TPQ hours.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the implementation of the Al-Qur'an reading activities in cultivating the interest of reading the Al-Qur'an among the members of Rohis at SMK Negeri 1 Wonosobo. To identify the problems in this study, the author uses a descriptive qualitative research methodology with field research type. The results of this study show that: 1) The implementation of the Al-Qur'an reading activities in extracurricular has been quite good, this activity is conducted once a month with the division of 1 juz per person. 2) In relation to the implementation of the Al-Qur'an reading activities in the Rohis extracurricular, fostering the reading interest of the Al-Qur'an among Rohis members at SMK Negeri 1 Wonosobo, this is evidenced by the fact that not a few Rohis members have been consistent in reading the Al-Qur'an. Initially, they only read 3 or 4 times a week, but after participating in the Al-Qur'an reading activities, they now read the Al-Qur'an every day. 3) For the internal hindrances, they lie in the varying abilities of Rohis members in reading the Al-Qur'an, which means that some children are still not fluent in their reading and have not yet mastered the rules of Tajweed. Meanwhile, the external hindering factors include several extracurricular activities that take place at the same time as the Rohis extracurricular activities, and other obstacles include the need for a special Rohis coach to teach Reading and Writing the Qur'an (BTQ). The supporting factors for this activity are adequate school facilities, a positive and motivating environment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of religious tolerance education at Wonosobo State Vocational High School 1 and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of its internalization. This research employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that religious tolerance education is not only applied in classroom learning but is also manifested in the social life of the school community. The school provides worship facilities for non-Muslim students, invites external religious teachers, and adjusts the activity schedule so as not to interfere with religious practices. Both Muslim and non-Muslim teachers actively foster mutual respect and inclusivity among students. The main supporting factors include open-minded school leadership, a school culture that appreciates diversity, and interfaith collaboration among teachers. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors involve social interactions among students that occasionally lead to friction, as well as limited monitoring of students' behavior outside school, particularly on social media. In general, the implementation of religious tolerance education at this school has been effective and can serve as a model for applying diversity values in education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the scramble method to improve the Arabic language learning outcomes of class X students of MA Takhassus AlQur'an Wonosobo. The article is a quantitative field research with an experimental approach. The research was conducted during the months of March to May 2025, involving 54 respondents as samples including control and experimental classes, taking data from observations, tests, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research showed that the application of the Scramble learning method had been carried out according to the learning implementation plan, using pre-tests and post-tests in the experimental class went well and received positive responses from students. There was an increase in students' Arabic language learning outcomes after applying the method in the experimental class, as evidenced by the results of the hypothesis with a gain test obtained a result of 0.624 (high category), the control class obtained a gain test result of 0.079 (moderate category). Real effectiveness can improve learning outcomes proven through t-test calculations obtained t_count results of 11.591 and t_table of 2.006 at a 5% error level and 2.673 at a 1% error level with dk = 27 + 27-2 = 52. This finding strengthens the Scramble method can be considered to improve student learning outcomes. Research recommends that in the teaching and learning process, it is possible to plan and consider various methods in learning so that students feel interested and not bored..

Abstract

This research aims to explore how students’ interest plays a role in their ability to memorize the Qur’an in the Tahfizul Qur’an program at MTs Negeri 1 Banjarnegara. The study utilizes a descriptive qualitative approach, gathering information through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Participants in this research include tahfiz students, tahfiz teachers, and the program coordinator. The data were processed and analyzed following Miles and Huberman’s framework, which involves phases of reducing data, displaying it, and drawing conclusions. The findings indicate that student interest positively and significantly affects their Qur’anic memorization achievements, both in terms of amount and quality. Higher interest is associated with more effective memorization. Additionally, this interest is influenced by internal factors, such as motivation and satisfaction, as well as external factors, including family and teacher support, all of which help foster a successful tahfiz learning process. The study underscores the necessity of developing and maintaining student interest to maximize the outcomes of the tahfiz program.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the mandatory muthola'ah program at the Fatkhul Mu'in Ali Masykur Wonosobo Islamic Boarding School, and its contribution to improving students' literacy. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews with caregivers, educators, boarding school administrators, and students, as well as documentation. Triangulation techniques were used to ensure data validity. The results of the study indicate that the mandatory muthola'ah program implemented in a structured manner every night for 45 minutes is able to build disciplined and independent learning habits. Through this program, students are accustomed to reading yellow books, writing summaries, discussing in groups, and expressing opinions logically. The implementation of this program is also supported by the vision of the boarding school, and intensive mentoring from the administrators. This program contributes significantly to improving students' literacy both academically and in character. The study highlights some students who are less motivated, have difficulty reading Arabic texts, and are afraid of making mistakes during discussions. Patient and consistent coaching indicates that these obstacles can slowly be overcome.

Abstract

Curriculum renewal is a reality that is currently occurring in educational development in Indonesia. One of them is the Independent Curriculum which is currently being developed. The concept of independent learning was initiated by Nadiem Makarim which can be a solution or problem that teachers have been facing. In implementing the Independent Curriculum, it is important for every educator to emphasize the freedom, independence and creativity of students. It is important to understand this emphasis approach to the study of fiqh. Learning fiqh is important because a student’s ability to understand and laearn religion is not only related to understanding. With the Merdeka Curriculum, it is hoped that fiqh lessons can be understood more easily and have more fun. The purpose of this research is to: 1) to determine class X fiqh learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Wonosobo; 2) to find out the implementation of the independent curriculum in class X fiqh learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Wonosobo; 3) to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing the independent curriculum in class X fiqh learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Wonosobo. The method used in this research is descriptive. Data collection techniques use observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods.

Abstract

The family in RI Law No. 52 of 2009 is defined as the smallest unit in society, which includes husband and wife, or husband, or wife and children, or father and mother and their children. Family harmony can affect the formation of children's intelligence because family is the most important foundation in a child's life. Intelligence itself is interpreted as thinking. Spiritual intelligence is a complete soul or thought that is formed from an activity to solve problems in accordance with the meaning contained therein. Nowadays, there are many families where the intelligence of their children is not balanced because of their busy schedules, low awareness of the importance of balancing the formation of their children's intelligence, and parents' lack of knowledge about spiritual intelligence. This research was conducted using a qualitative field method. With data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. With data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results obtained from this study were only about 35.3% of parents who understood well about spiritual intelligence, 64.7% of parents who thought that spiritual intelligence was only closely related to learning/knowledge about religion and had nothing to do with other. This study also found that 27.7% of pre-school-age children in Sawangan hamlet, RT 03/RW 01, had good spiritual intelligence and had been formed according to indicators in spiritual intelligence, although it could be said that it was not optimal. Meanwhile, as many as 72.2% of pre-school aged children ranging from 2 to 4 years of age have spiritual intelligence that has not been formed properly so that it does not meet the indicators of spiritual intelligence itself.
