This study aims to analyze and explain as well as identify obstacles in the supervision of prevention of narcotics distribution in Bengkalis Class IIA Penitentiary. In this study, an empirical juridical approach is applied which remains based on normative premises where the operational definition is taken from laws and regulations to then look at the reality on the ground. Primary data were obtained from observations and interviews with leaders, officers and prisoners of Class IIA Bengkalis Penitentiary. Secondary data was obtained from documentation owned by the Bengkalis Class IIA Penitentiary and from literature studies.The conclusion of the study is that supervision in preventing drug trafficking in the Bengkalis Class IIA Penitentiary has followed the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) in the Decree of the Director General of Corrections of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number: PAS-416.PK.01.04.01. 2015 and Decree of the Director General of Corrections of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number: PAS-36.OT.02.02 of 2020. The results of the evaluation show that there are several obstacles in supervision, such as: Executing Officers do not yet have the ability to identify types of narcotics and do not have standard expertise as self-reliance coaches; There is no x-ray sensor device for inspection of objects that are prohibited from entering and objects attached to the body; Minimal training facilities and infrastructure.

Archives are records or letters that are useful and have value, so it is important to store them properly. In this modern era, archives can be stored in digital form, namely in the form of images, sound, video, writing and so on. Digital archives can be managed through computer programs and stored on digital data storage media. With this transformation, it is certainly very easy for interested parties, such as institutions/organizations that own archives. With digital archive storage media connected to the internet, these archives can be accessed whenever and wherever they are. Nusa Mandiri University as one of the tertiary institutions in Indonesia which always carries out the tri dharma of higher education collaborates with the community in carrying out one of the tri dharma, namely community service. The civitas of Nusa Mandiri University held community service activities with Baitul Halim Mosque Youth (RBH), which is an organization formed by teenagers in the Tegal Parang area, South Jakarta. The community service this time raised the theme of Digital Archives Management as a Source of Information for Baitul Halim Mosque Youth Using Google Drive and Dropbox.

This study aims to determine the impact of COVID-19 toword buses and the income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Tamalanrea sub-district, Makassar City. This research is a qualitative research with qualitative descriptive analysis method using data collection such as documentation and theoretical studies. Based one the results of research in the Tamalanrea District, Makassar City. COVID-19 has had a significant impact on the culinary trade business, the culinary industry and handicrafts, SMEs have also experienced a decline income during the COVID-19 pandemic and some are even threantened with bankruptcy. The government must make policies that can help the economy of SMEs in the midset of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this way, ME actors are able tu survive in their respective business despite the decline in income.

Pelatihan Scripting dan Testing Website diadakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknologi informasi warga Rukun Warga 013 Kelurahan Cipinang Melayu. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam mengenai pengembangan dan pengujian situs web, yang sangat penting dalam era digital saat ini. Pelatihan mencakup materi dasar hingga lanjutan tentang scripting menggunakan bahasa pemrograman seperti JavaScript, serta teknik-teknik testing untuk memastikan kualitas dan keamanan situs webPelatihan ini diharapkan dapat membekali peserta dengan kemampuan praktis yang dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari maupun dalam pengembangan usaha. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi komunikasi dan informasi di lingkungan Rukun Warga 013 melalui pembuatan situs web komunitas yang informatif dan interaktif.Diharapkan pelatihan ini dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan dan berkelanjutan bagi warga, serta mendukung terciptanya masyarakat yang lebih melek teknologi dan siap menghadapi tantangan digital di masa depan.

One significant technique in image processing is morphological image operations, which include methods such as opening and closing. This research explores the application of the opening and closing methods in improving the quality of banana images. The Opening process effectively reduces noise and eliminates small, unwanted details, improving the clarity of the image. However, the Closing process presents some challenges, particularly in altering the natural texture of the banana and blurring fine lines. Careful adjustments are necessary to avoid reducing the visual quality of the image. The study begins with pre-processing steps such as image cleaning and contrast adjustment to enhance the image clarity. The Opening operation, using mathematical morphology and a structural element, removes unwanted small elements from the image, making fine lines and textures more visible for further analysis. The Closing operation, applied after Opening, fills small gaps and connects separated parts of the banana image, restoring the original structure and maintaining image continuity. The combined application of opening and closing methods significantly enhances the quality of banana images by improving clarity, preserving structural integrity, and optimizing overall visual appearance.

Sharia economic dispute resolution in Indonesia can be resolved through litigation and non-litigation. Through litigation becomes the absolute authority of religious courts, while non-litigation can be through deliberation, mediation or sharia arbitration bodies. The problem in this study is about the disparity in the decision of religious court judges in deciding disputes over mudharabah muqayyadah contracts submitted in religious courts, namely Decision Number 1695 / Pdt.G / 2012 / PA. Js, Number 5/Pdt.G/2014/PTA. Jk and Number 272 K / Ag / 2015, which in its contract mentions the sharia arbitration body as a dispute resolution institution. The purpose of this study is to analyze the judge's consideration of the disparity of the three rulings. This type of research is literature research and the nature of analytical descriptive research. The data obtained was sourced from the document of the South Jakarta Religious Court Decision Number 1695 / Pdt.G / 2012 / PA. Js, Jakarta High Religious Court Decision Number 5/Pdt.G/2014/PTA. Jk and Supreme Court Decision Number 272 K / Ag / 2015. Data collection techniques by means of library and documentation methods. Data analysis using qualitative analysis research methods. The results of this study showed that the South Jakarta Court Decision granted the Plaintiff's lawsuit by not considering the authority of the religious court in resolving the dispute despite the difference in contract clauses, the Jakarta High Religious Court stated that the religious court was not authorized to adjudicate the dispute because there was an arbitration clause in the contract, while the Supreme Court ruled that the religious court was authorized to resolve the dispute with consideration under Article 1343 and Article 1344 of the Civil Code, that is, the will of the parties takes precedence.Keywords: contract mudharabah muqayyadah, sharia economics, dispute resolution

AbstrakPraktek Gadai syariah (rahn) sekarang tidak hanya di Pegadaian Syariah saja, tetapi telah merambah juga ke Lembaga-Lembaga Keuangan Syariah seperti Bank Syariah. Bank Syariah dalam uapaya meningkatkan pelayanannya kepada nasabah telah mengeluarkan produk layanan gadai, khususnya Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Pringsewu. Akad yang digunakan oleh Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Pringsewu dalam produk ini adalah akad Qardh dalam rangka Rahn dengan syarat-syarat yang cukup mudah yaitu KTP dan jaminan berupa emas. Karena jaminan yang diagunkan berupa emas, pihak Bank sesuai dengan akad perjanjian dengan nasabah akan melakukan penjualan barang gadai (jaminan) apabila nasabah tidak dapat melunasi hutangnya pada saat jatuh tempo. Praktek penjualan barang gadai telah diatur dalam Kompilasi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah dan juga Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan perspektif Hukum Ekonomi Syariah terhadap pelaksanaan penjualan barang gadai di Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Pringsewu. Penelitian ini merupakan upaya untuk memperkaya khazanah keilmuan terkait masalah konsep penjualan barang gadai, dan dapat berguna sebagai informasi bagi pegadaian syariah maupun Lembaga Keungan Syariah dan masyarakat atau pihak-pihak yang ingin mengetahui prosedur penjualan barang gadai. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan yang menghimpun data kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif melalui pendekatan induktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa Pelaksanaan penjualan barang gadai di Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Pringsewu ada yang sesuai dengan Hukum Ekonomi Syari’ah, dan dan ada yang tidak. This study on the implementation of the Tahfizh Al-Qur’an program in enhancing spiritual intelligence was conducted to obtain insights into how this program is applied at Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) Zam-Zam Banyumas Junior High School to foster the spiritual intelligence of its students. The aim of the research is to describe the implementation of the Tahfizh Al-Qur’an program in enhancing the spiritual intelligence of students at MBS Zam-Zam Banyumas Junior High School, focusing specifically on the program’s concept, implementation, and impact. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with field research methods. Data analysis was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the Tahfizh Al-Qur’an program positively impacts students’ spiritual development at MBS Zam-Zam Banyuma Junior High School, evidenced by their respectful speech and conduct, care for others and the environment, and performing acts of worship independently. Thus, memorizing the Qur’an strengthens students' spirituality, faith, and piety toward Allah Swt., as reflected in their daily behavior.
