Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mengakibatkan perubahan dalam hal transaksi pembayaran. Transaksi pembayaran yang awalnya secara tunai kini beralih menjadi non tunai atau cashless yaitu dengan menggunakan e-wallet. Banyaknya aplikasi e-wallet dapat mempermudah dalam hal pembayaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan perbandingan penerimaan pembayaran e-wallet DANA dan OVO pada generasi Z. Prosedur dari penelitian ini dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert, populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu generasi Z dikota karawang, teknik sampel yang digunakan non-probability sampling dengan metode purpose sampling. Sampel yang diperoleh yakni, 200 responden. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa generasi Z di kota karawang paling banyak menggunakan e-wallet DANA dibandingkan dengan OVO, dilihat dari jumlah responden DANA sebesar 124 responden dan OVO sebesar 76 responden.

Abstract

Application playlist music start lots favored by people in Indonesia. There are several playlist music presented in the Play Store and the App Store. Among them Joox, Spotify, YouTube Music, and more lots again. This is interesting for we find out which one is the most suitable and popular in society. Objective study is to know comparison of Playlist Music applications among them Joox, Spotify, and YouTube Music among society. Diffusion Technology Theory was chosen as the framework for evaluating the reception of 3 apps. The procedure study started with collecting data based on variables from Diffusion Technology Theory. Collected data processed with the use of Application smart pls. Research results This shows variable influencing variables _ reception Joox Music Playlist application, Spotify and YouTube Music, among others Profit Relative (RA) effect to Activity Listen Music (Y), Compatibility (CT) matters to Activity Listen Music (Y), Complexity (CX) matters to Activity Listen Music (Y), Triability (TR) effect to Activity Listen to Music (Y), Observability (OB) influence to Activity Listen to Music (Y). Research results this can be used by providers of Playlist Music apps to develop possible features, liked by fans Music Playlists application.

Abstract

The online-based teacher administration system is expected to overcome problems in filling out teacher administration. At present, regulatory arrangements are still carried out physically, so educators spend most of their time working on these matters. Therefore, a superior administration system is needed. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for educators to manage administration online. In the process of making this system, researchers used the Linear Sequential Model method or commonly called the waterfall which is able to display accurate and useful information in assisting the development of this software. The results of this study are a website-based teacher administration system application that functions to make the work of educators much faster and the data stored in this application is much safer than manual administration.

Abstract

The fashion business today is one of the promised businesses. Thrity-One Collection Boutique is one of the business traders in the fashion sector that will be built in Karawang Regency. The purpose of this research is to develop a business strategy using the Business Model Canvas at Thirty-One Collection Boutique. The research method used is qualitative, data collection is done by interviewing fashion enthusiasts and fashion actors. This study analyzes the business model used by Thirty-One Collection Boutique using the Business Model Canvas, then analyzes each element using a SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats). The results of this study are a business strategy to increase productivity and see the risks that may be faced by the Thirty-One Collection Boutique Store and to help business actors to minimize the risks that may arise and find out the potential that can be developed in the Thirty-One Collection Boutique Store business.

Abstract

Level obesitas dapat di identifikasi berdasarkan kebiasaan makan dan kondisi fisik yang terdiri dari beberapa parameter yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat akurasi dari prediksi level obesitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat prediksi level obesitas dengan akurasi yang baik. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan membanding algoritma machine learning dan deep learning, dataset diambil dari data level obesitas pada individu dari negara Mexico, Peru dan Kolombia yang didasarkan pada kebiasan makan dan kondisi fisik, data tersebut terdiri dari 17 atribut dan 2111 record. Berdasarkan hasil analisis algoritma machine learning didapati akurasi dari random forest sebesar 96,37%, decision tree classifier sebesar 88,33%, logistic regression sebesar 73,66%, naïve bayes sebesar 56% dan KNN sebesar 88,96%. Sedangkan deep learning didapati akurasi sebesar 86,05%. Algoritma machine learning random forest memiliki akurasi yang paling baik dan dapat memprediksi presentase akurasi serta level obesitas.

Abstract

The PeduliLindungi app has supported the government in controlling the spread of COVID-19. The purpose of this research is to explore new user needs and create design prototypes for the latest features of the PeduliLindungi application. Design thinking is used to know empathizing, define, ideate, and prototype. Figma Tools was chosen to develop a prototype that visualizes the latest features of the PeduliLindungi application. The results of this research are information about pain points from application users, problem statements, problem solving ideas, and user interface features for the new PeduliLindungi application. Based on the results of user pain points, the features developed are covid-19 event advertisements, Online Registration, Night Mode, Covid-19 educational videos, Tourist Visits, and Vaccine History. Based on the evaluation results using the Single Easy Question (SEQ), it is found that advertising, registration, night mode, and vaccine history are worth 7, meaning that the level of use is basic to use. Tourist visits and educational videos are worth 5.75, which means that improvements need to be made by taking into account notes from respondents during the testing process.

Abstract

SIAKAD is a website-based application designed to facilitate academic management and academic activities by universities. The SIAKAD system contains sensitive and important information from lecturers and students such as personal, academic, and financial information. Seeing the importance of information security, universities must be able to ensure that their SIAKAD is protected by a strong and reliable security system. To find out threats that can be exploited by hackers, it is necessary to analyze security holes in a system. The research procedure was carried out through (1) Terminal, Zenmap, Whois, Wappalyzer as tools for foot printing or data collection, (2) OWASP ZAP as a tool for conducting Vulnerability Scanning. The results of this study revealed that there were 11 vulnerabilities found, consisting of 5 medium vulnerability levels and 6 low level vulnerabilities. In addition, to deal with these vulnerabilities, this research also discusses solutions that can be alternatives for increasing information security in higher education SIAKAD.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah usaha untuk mencerdasakan kehidupan bangsa. Institusi pendidikan sebagai penyelenggaraan pendidikan dituntut untuk dapat melaksankan tugasnya dengan baik sesuai dengan harapan masyarakat dan pemerintah. Penyelenggaraan pendidikan tidak akan berjalan dengan baik tanpa ada perencanaan yang matang, untuk itu dibutuhkan sebuah pendekatan yang dapat digunakan untuk mendongkrak kemampuan organisasi dalam menyelanggarakan pendidikan. Salah satu dari alat yang dapat digunakan untuk merencanakan penyelenggaraan pendidikan yaitu Balanced Scorecard. untuk itu dalam penelitian ini akan membahas adopsi konsep Balanced Scorecard dalam penyusunan rencana strategi pendidikan.

Abstract

The education sector has adopted technology and digitization. To create appropriate technology that can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes in education, especially higher education, innovations are needed that can provide value to tertiary institutions. The right support is needed to achieve value in academic services as the heart of higher education. However, many universities still have not been able to provide maximum service. This research aims to create a chatbot model to support effective academic services for tertiary institutions. This research belongs to the type of research design science research (DSR). The research procedures were carried out by collecting data, categorizing data, creating chatbot models, model evaluation, and model implementation. Data was collected by inviting resource persons through focus group discussions (FGD), with the criteria being prospective students, university students, and the public interested in academic services in tertiary institutions. The resource persons were asked questions about the academic services needed. Based on the data obtained, there were 257 questions related to academic services. Service categorization is the process of classifying questions based on the functions of divisions or departments in tertiary institutions. Based on the data collection and service categorization results, a chatbot model is created, followed by model evaluation and implementation. The research analysis results show that the academic management chatbot model that uses the SVM algorithm can classify questions asked through chatbots with an accuracy of 57%, performing to support higher education academic services.

Abstract

Software quality is affected by its development process. The software development process, in general, goes through several stages, including project management, system requirements analysis, architecture, and design, implementation and testing. On each of these stages it cannot be separated from the process of capturing, storing, transferring and sharing knowledge between the developer and the stakeholders. This systematic review aimed to analyze the knowledge management process in the software development process. In this systematic review we used the Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) guidelines. We reviewed twenty-two works of literature from several publisher sources and analyzed the knowledge management process in software development. The analysis revealed that the knowledge management process has an essential role in improving the quality of software developed. As a conclusion of this systematic review, knowledge management is one of the factors in determining software quality.
