Abstract

Stock zakat in Indonesia holds significant potential to support socio-economic development; however, it still faces several challenges, particularly in terms of financial literacy and investor participation. Data shows that only around 10% of investors are aware of their zakat obligations on stock ownership, despite the increasing number of investors annually. This study focuses on the implementation of Islamic philanthropy, specifically stock zakat, at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) West Nusa Tenggara branch in collaboration with BAZNAS NTB and BAZNAS Mataram city. Data collection methods include observation between, and documentation. The findings indicate that collaboration between financial institutions and zakat organizations can enhance the transparency and accountability of stock zakat distribution. Therefore, the potential of stock zakat can be optimized to support inclusive and sustainable regional economic growth. Abstract

The utilization and processing of Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA) is part of the solution to overcome health problems. Among the family medicinal plants, turmeric and Javanese ginger have benefits as immunomodulators. The purpose of this activity is to Increase Student Knowledge About the Utilization and Processing of TOGA: Formulation of NUIGUM (Nutraceticals Immune Booster Gummy Candy) Turmeric Extract (Curcuma longa) and Javanese Ginger (Curcuma xanthorriza) as an Immune Booster with Variations of Adding Siwalan Sugar (Borassus flabellifer l). The method used is socialization and education on the importance of the benefits and processing of TOGA to students of grades X and XI Pharmacy as an indicator of Asta Cita science, technology and health. The results of this activity show an increase in the percentage of student knowledge from 10% to 85%. This community service is expected to open new business opportunities for students while supporting the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely a healthy and prosperous life.

Abstract

Calophyllum incrassatum is one of the plant species of the Calophylloceae family and is found endemic in Kalimantan and Sumatra. This study aims to isolate chromanone acid compounds from the stem bark of C. incrassatum and determine the relationship between structure and activity against murine Leukemia P-388 cells. The extraction method used was maceration using methanol solvent, partitioned with n-hexane and ethyl acetate solvents. Separation and purification of n-hexane and ethyl acetate extracts by vacuum liquid chromatography, pressed column, and radial. Two chromanone acids derivatives, isoapetalic acid (1), and methyl isoapetalic (2), have been successfully isolated from the stem bark of Calophyllum incrassatum. The structures of the two compounds were identified and elucidated using spectroscopic techniques such as UV, IR, and 1D and 2D NMR. The cytotoxic activity against murine leukemia P-388 cells of compounds 1-2 showed IC50 values of 8.51 and 1.47 µg/mL, respectively, and compound (2) exhibited high cytotoxic activity

Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Seni Budaya khususnya materi pokok memahami gerak tari tradisional dengan menggunakan penerapan metode demonstrasi. Hal ini disebabkan karena proses pembelajaran yang bersifat konvensional yakni lebih terpusat pada guru. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Seni Budaya tentang gerak tari tradisional di kelas VIII 3 SMP Negeri 1 Kualasimpang melalui penerapan metode demonstrasi. Manfaat Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini yaitu memberikan sumbang pemikiran dalam merenovasi pembelajaran dari teacher center ke student center melalui penerapan metode demonstrasi. Dengan demikian, siswa akan terlibat secara langsung dalam mencari, menemukan, dan menggali pengetahuannya sendiri. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari 2 siklus. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari guru (observer) dan siswa melalui observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian dari siklus I sampai siklus II, diperoleh data bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran melalui penerapan metode demonstrasi mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan dari pembelajaran sebelumnya yang menggunakan metode ceramah. Jadi, kesimpulannya adalah penerapan metode demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Seni Budaya tentang gerak tari tradisional berdasarkan unsur pendukung tari iringan di kelas VIII 3 SMP Negeri 1 Kualasimpang.

Abstract

Environmental preservation needs to be considered to avoid conflicts and social protests in the mining world, especially in the communities around the mines. Conflicts of social resistance and efforts to preserve the environment through protests to preserve the environment in West Nusa Tenggara. This research method is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The results of this research indicate that exploration permits without regard to sociological and ecological conditions cause social conflict. Furthermore, the form of social conflict is in the form of demonstrations and protests on a large scale by closing the main access to West Nusa Tenggara - East Nusa Tenggara, burning state facilities and social vulnerability. It is hoped that the results of this research are related to the policies and granting of mining business licenses to pay more attention to social problems.

Abstract

This research aims to improve students' learning outcomes through the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model in the sixth grade of thematic learning at SD Baiturrohman GMI Jember. The results obtained from the research show that the cooperative learning model, specifically the Team Games Tournament (TGT), can enhance students' learning outcomes. In the first cycle, students' learning outcomes were categorized as follows: excellent (10.5%), good (26.4%), less good (52.6%), and not good (10.5%). In the second cycle, the number of students actively achieving excellent results increased to 31.6%, good results to 57.9%, less good results to 10.5%, and there were no students categorized as not good.

Abstract

Education is critical because, without education, it is difficult for society to develop and will be left behind. Education is one of the efforts to improve the quality of human energy sources, encompassing both physical, mental, and spiritual aspects. The problem-based learning (PBL) learning model is one of the learning models that can help students develop their critical thinking skills to solve problems. This study aims to determine the influence of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model on students' critical thinking skills. The method used in this study is a literature review. A total of 15 relevant articles were selected and analyzed to determine the influence of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model on students' critical thinking skills. The results of this literature review indicate that the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model has a significant impact on improving students' critical thinking skills. Through Problem-Based Learning (PBL), students engage in a real-world problem-solving process, encouraging them to think analytically, critically, and creatively.
