Abstract

Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) is a problem of searching shortest route from origin point and back to the same point by considering transportation capacity. VRP is varian of Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP). In this research a metaheurstics method called Partial Comparison Optimization (PCO) was developed to search close optimal solution in order to solve combinatorial optimization such as TSP. Some data instance from TSPLIB was used to evaluate the performance of PCO. The numerical result showed that this proposed optimisation algorithm could achieve near optimum solution.

Abstract

One of the UKM loans issued is adequate equipment. This happened in an effort to cut Styrofoam in the village of Kalisari Semarang, which still uses cutters in the Styrofoam cutting process. To overcome this problem, a study was carried out to design a Styrofoam making tool that can help the Styrofoam cutting process.The design of the tool uses Anthropometry and economic analysis as well as work analysis with the RULA method. Anthropometric data used are elbows in the sitting position, stretches of hands forward, stretches of hands to the side, height of popliteal. The data that has been obtained is then tested for data uniformity, data sufficiency test, and percentile selection. The result of the RULA score when cutting Styrofoam manually is 7 with a high level of risk that needs to be taken now.The results of this study consist of work facilities that use semi-automatic styrofoam. Analysis of work posture with the RULA method produces a RULA score of 3 with a small level. Aids try on the Styrofoam cutting area, and produce tools that can be used quite well, cutting workers that can be done easily and neatly. This tool can also help in cutting Styrofoam compared to the previous manual process. Keywords: RULA, Anthropometry, Product Design, Ergonomics

Abstract

Abstrak Perusahaan “X” adalah Cabang Distributor es krim Campina di Magelang. Perusahaan mengelola 13 jenis produk jadi (multi item). Di perusahaan ini, sering terjadi kondisi overstock  atau kelebihan persediaan pada produk jenis tertentu dan kondisi stockout atau kekurangan persediaan pada produk jenis tertentu pula. Hal ini terjadi karena untuk masing-masing produk dengan berbagai tipe/jenis tersebut memiliki tingkat penjualan yang berbeda-beda.  Perusahaan “X” mengelola 13 jenis es krim yang siap dipasarkan. Kendala yang dihadapi untuk penyimpanan es krim adalah ruang penyimpanan dan biaya persediaan. Untuk menetapkan jumlah pemesanan es krim pada perusahaan “X” menggunakan metode Lagrange Multiplier.  Jumlah pemesanan optimal untuk 13 jenis es krim yaitu (1) Fantasi Orange Grape = 327 unit, (2) Viola = 127 unit, (3) Fantasy = 148 unit, (4) Big Time = 84 unit,(5) Didi Cup 129 unit, (6) Hula-hula = 114 unit, (7) Olympia Cup = 176 unit, (8) Tropicana = 153 unit, (9) Heart = 86 unit, (10) Double Stick =106 unit, (11) Double Cone = 100 unit, (12) Bazzoka Vanilla = 57 unit dan (13) Bazzoka Coklat = 69 unit. Jumlah pemesanan ini menghasilkan biaya persediaan/nilai total omset baru sebesar Rp 5.700.302,00 dan volume ruang terpakai sebesar 92.819 ml. Abstract

Selain masalah klasik yaitu pemasaran, permodalan, legalitas, SDM dan produksi selama Pandemi Covid-19, UMKM menghadapi masalah lain: penurunan omset sebesar 78,4%, dari total 306 sampel sebanyak 96,4% UMKM Jawa Tengah.Mereka mengalami penurunan permintaan pasar. Akibat keterbatasan sumber daya, sebuah sistem baru yang diperlukan untuk memperbaiki kinerja bisnisnya. Penelitian bertujuan menghasilkan model konseptual baru dalam mengembangkan sistem pendampingan usaha berkelanjutan bagi UMKM untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan bisnis dengan melakukan rekayasa ulang proses. Penelitian dilakukan dengan meninjau riset terdahulu, mencari celah dan mengembangkannya menjadi sebuah model sebagai dasar pengembangan sistem. Rekayasa ulang proses bisnis diawali dengan penyusunan model pemetaan fungsional yang melibatkan unsur hexaheliks. Dengan menerapkan model konseptual rekayasa ulang proses bisnis menggunakan indikator kinerja utama dapat membantu UMKM dalam melakukan rekayasa ulang proses melalui pendampingan usaha berkelanjutan oleh pihak kedua.

Abstract

UMKM Herbal bu Pini merupakan bidang usaha yang bergerak pada bidang produksi dan penjualan produk herbal atau yang lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat sebagai jamu. Saat ini, metode penjualan yang dilakukan adalah secara konvensional yakni penjualan di sebuah kios. Dengan metode ini, maka menyebabkan luasan jangkauan penjualan terbatas pada skup tertentu saja yaitu hanya pada area tempat berjualan. Disertai dengan diberlakukannya kebijakan PPKM yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah guna menanggulangi pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pula pada hasil penjualan bagi UMKM tersebut. Seiring dengan metode pembelanjaan melalui platform digital yang mulai digemari oleh masyarakat, penerapan e-commerce dapat dimanfaatkan oleh UMKM untuk dapat mulai bergerak menuju arah digitalisasi sebagai sarana dalam penyebaran produk ke berbagai daerah. Dengan diterapkannya e-commerce pada UMKM ini, jangkauan pemasaran dan penjualan produk dapat mengalami peningkatan sehingga pendapatan bagi UMKM ini secara tidak langsung mampu mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

Stasiun kerja (work station) adalah area, tempat, atau lokasi dimana aktivitas produksi akan diselenggarakan untuk mengubah bahan baku menjadi sebuah produk yang memiliki nilai tambah. Perancangan stasiun kerja yang benar akan dapat memberikan keselamatan dan kenyamanan kerja bagi operator yang selanjutnya akan berpengaruh secara signifikan dalam menentukan kinerjanya. Melihat begitu pentingnya perancangan stasiun kerja bagi operator dalam menunjang kinerjanya, maka dalam hal ini didesainlah stasiun kerja yang optimal bagi operator sehingga operator tersebut dapat melakukan pekerjaan sehari-hari dengan lebih nyaman. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan antara lain adalah dengan menyesuaikan ukuran tempat kerja dengan dimensi tubuh agar tidak melelahkan, pengaturan suhu, cahaya dan kelembaban sesuai kebutuhan tubuh manusia.

Abstract

The SN Multi-Business Cooperative (KSU) was founded in 2011 in Semarang Regency. This cooperative operates in the storage of pure cow's milk with a total of around 300 milk farmers located around the cooperative. The problem that often arises is the dependency on receiving milk by the milk factory. Milk that has been sent to the dairy factory can be rejected by the milk factory for various reasons. In the field of marketing, KSU SN established a business entity with the name CV MSN which is located on Jalan Tirto Agung, Semarang. Product delivery logistics activities have so far been carried out with four-wheeled vehicles and using two-wheeled vehicles. To transport milk, each driver uses a bag or styrofoam which is used to transport milk products. Apart from being impractical, the transport process is messy, and the milk temperature cannot be maintained. To overcome this problem, milk transport boxes are designed to be able to transport milk more effectively, maintain product temperature, be ergonomic and increase the capacity of milk that can be distributed because previously they used boxes made of cork or styrofoam. This motorbike will be equipped with a milk storage device in the form of a detachable cooler box or a portable cool box. In this design the anthropometry or body dimensions used are the forward span with the 50th percentile so that all workers can use this tool. with the portable tolbox design, increasing the duration of milk storage time from 8 hours to 24 hours so that marketing and sales departments can take longer to distribute milk products and distribute more capacity

Abstract

Companies that can meet the needs and desires of their consumers will usually be much more competitive compared to others, especially companies that can exceed the needs and desires of these consumers (Besterfield, 1999: 89). Rumah Soap is one of the UMKM that produces various kinds of liquid soap, including dishwash (dishwashing soap), liquid detergent, hand soap, shampoo, body foam, etc. The problem to be discussed in this research is how to design the needs and technical characteristics of consumers on liquid soap products. The objectives to be achieved are to identify the needs and technical characteristics of liquid soap products based on the HOQ, as well as to design liquid soap products that meet the needs of the community. The house of quality or also known as the House of Quality (HOQ) is the first stage in the application of the QFD methodology. The stages in the HOQ begin with identifying consumer needs and wants by determining Voice Of Customer (VOC), making a planning matrix, determining the level of customers in the competition, determining technical description (Voice Of Engineer), making a technical response matrix, determining the relationship between the attributes of needs and characteristics. technical (Inter Relation matrix), create a technical correlation matrix (draw a map of the interdependence and interrelationships between technical characters, company/organizational difficulties, technical benchmarks, create a target matrix. Consumers want 12 variables of need for laundry detergent which are dominated by needs in the category of product design and quality product characteristics. The QFD design shows detergent products, with the characteristic of "change in raw materials" as a priority technical characteristic that can improve the quality of laundry detergent with a Relative Importance Level (TKR) of 31.827%. To improve the quality of laundry detergent products, Rumah Soap UMKM should pay attention to the following proposals to produce laundry detergent.

Abstract

Koperasi Serba Usaha (KSU) Susu Nusantara terletak di Kecamatan Getasan Kabupaten Semarang. Susu sapi yang ditampung dikoperasi ini diolah dengan cara didinginkan hingga mencapai suhu tertentu dan dikirim ke pabrik-pabrik susu dan restauran serta kafe. Permasalahan yang sering muncul adalah adanya ketergantungan penerimaan susu oleh pabrik susu. Susu yang sudah dikirim ke pabrik susu dapat ditolak oleh pabrik susu dengan berbagai alasan. Untuk membawa susu, olahan setiap pengendara motor menggunakan tas keranjang yang terbuat dari kain tebal yang di letakan di belakang. Dengan menggunakan tas keranjang ini kurang praktis karena apabila pengendara akan mengisi bahan bakar maka tas keranjang harus diambil terlebih dahulu. Dengan perancangan rangka dudukan cool box portable ini perancangan rangka dudukan cool box portable agar memudahkan dalam menambah atau mengisi bahan bakar. pengembangan rangka dudukan tolbox portable dapat mengangkut susu lebih efektif, perancangan rangka dudukan pendingan yang dapat di copot atau cool box portable yang secara ergonomis serta agar memudahkan dalam menambah atau mengisi bahan bakar. Rangka dudukan cool box dapat di copot sehingga tidak mengganggu pengendara terutama saat harus menambah atau mengisi bahan bakar.

Abstract

The problem encountered by the Kenongo Sari Farmer Group in Purwosari Village, Sukorejo District, Kendal Regenc is the marketing aspect where coffee products for hotels, restaurants, and coffee shops were disrupted due to the effects of the Covid 19 Post Pandemic, where there was a decrease in turnover due to the closure of the coffee industry from upstream to downstream. In addition, the coffee produced by farmer groups located at the base of Prau Mount with a height of 1000 to 1400 MASL is less well known among Indonesian coffee connoisseurs, because the name Kenjur Coffee lacks promotion. Therefore this community service activity is carried out to promote and elevate the potential of Kenjur Cofee through the preparation of a digital marketing strategy. The method used is business assistance in creating social media, product branding, and conducting training for members. From the results of this 6-month assistance, it was obtained that there was a change in the mindset of business owners in implementing digital technology, having digital skills, and having media for promotion and marketing: Instagram social media, Google My Business, new logo, and new packaging. In the future, it is hoped that community service partners can increase turnover and have a wider range of product marketing
