Abstract

Kebutuhan bahan aspal sebagai salah satu bahan pembuatan prasarana jalan tidak diiringi denganpeningkatan kualitasnya, sehingga perlu dilakukan peningkatan bahan aspal guna memeperpanjangumur perkerasan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan variasi kadarlignin pada aspal penetrasi 60/70 terhadap karakteristik Marshall dan mencari kadar lignin terbaikDilakukan pengujian dengan variasi penambhan kadar lignin sebesar 0%, 3%, 6% dengan suhurendaman standar pengujian dan suhu percobaan sesuai dengan kondisi cuaca di Indonesia yangmempunyai dua musim, yaitu musim panas dan musim penghujan yang disimulasikan denganvarasi suhu rendaman 45ºC dan suhu tinggi 75ºC, selanjutnya akan dibandingkan dengan hasilpenelitian terdahulu yang mengggunakan aspal termodifikasi Jaya Aspal Polimer (JAP) danTaftpack-Super (TPS) 5%.

Abstract

Jakarta and Bandung city with a distance about 150 km must be taken more than three hours by highway or railway due to the ever-increasing mobility with limited infrastructure capacity.  This study analyzes the economic and financial feasibility of the Jakarta – Bandung high speed rail project and calculates the NPV, BCR, IRR, PI, and PP. The government through the SOE and China International Railway consortium initiated the construction of a high speed rail from Halim to Tegalluar with a 142,3 km rail length and an average speed of 250 km/h, construction began in 2015 and is expected to be completed by 2020. The analysis is done with assumption of 75% occupancy rate, with discount rate of 2% and 3,46%, and feasibility of the project by doing comparison of feasibility method that is NPV ≥ 0, BCR > 1, IRR > r, PI > 1, and PP is faster than NPV positive. In the highest value feasibility analysis obtained with 75% occupancy rate and discount rate 2%. If only calculate the economic benefits obtained value of NPV = 3.279.703.704,18 ≥ 0, BCR = 1,00 > 1, IRR = 6,45% > r, PI = 0,65 < 1, PP = 33,76 > 29 year. If only calculate the financial benefits obtained value of NPV = 8.677.268.827,83 ≥ 0, BCR = 1,01 > 1, IRR = 5,50% > r, PI = 0,79 < 1, PP = 34,47 < 38 year. If calculate the economic and financial benefits obtained value of NPV = 1.543.396.683.112,40 ≥ 0, BCR = 1,56 > 1, IRR = 105,46% > r, PI and PP can not be calculated because the positive value of NPV in the first year (2020).

Abstract

Hambatan  kelancaran  lalulintas  jaringan  jalan  perkotaan  memiliki  dampak  pada  kesejahteraanumum  masyarakat.  Besarnya  arus  lalu  lintas  di  daerah  persimpangan  pada  jam  sibuk  (sore)mengakibatkan  kemacetan  panjang  dan  meningkatkan  kejenuhan  pada  pengguna  lalu  lintas.Sehingga  diperlukan  analisis  lalulintas  antara  persimpangan  untuk  mengetahui  kinerjapersimpangan  tersebut.Penelitian  ini  menggunakan  metode  Manual  Kapasitas  Jalan  Indonesiauntuk  mengevaluasi  dan  menganalisis  kinerja  persimpangan.  Lokasi  penelitian  ini  adalahpersimpangan  Jl. Wolter Monginsidi – Jl. M. Husni Thamrin dan Jl. Wolter Monginsidi – Jl.Raden  Saleh,  Bandar  Lampung  karena  persimpangan  tersebut  menunjukan  kemacetan  danpotensi/resiko  penurunan  tingkat  layanan  jalan.  Hasil  yang  didapatkan  pada  persimpangan  Jl.WolterMonginsidi – Jl. M. Husni Thamrin memiliki nilai kapasitas (C) 2363 smp/jam dan perilakulalu lintas derajat kejenuhan (DS) 0,8834, tundaan simpang (D) 15,08 det/smp dan peluang antrian(QP) 31,23-53,10% dan persimpangan Jl. Wolter Monginsidi – Jl. Raden Saleh memiliki C = 2484smp/jam,  DS  =  0,8151,  D  =  13,55  det/smp  dan  QP  =  26,76-53,10%.  Tinggat  pelayanan  dipersimpangan Jl. Wolter Monginsidi – Jl. M. Husni Thamrindan Jl. Wolter Monginsidi – Jl. RadenSaleh pada hari – hari sibuk dikategorikan pada tingkat E. Kata kunci : Volume kendaraan, Kecepatan rata rata dan Waktu paling sibuk

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact that variations in the number of collisions on thecharacteristics of the mixture laston (AC-BC) with reference to the Specifications Bina Marga,2010.This study uses a gradation on common specifications, 2010 for a mixture of Asphalt Concrete -Binder Course (AC-BC) fine gradations for middle limit and lower limit.Based on the analysis of data processing obtained that the bitumen content is used for middle limitis 6.75% and the lower limit of 7.1%. From the test results on a collision Marshall 2x55, 2x65,2x75, 2x85, 2x95 in the middle of the boundary does not meet all the parameters because the valueof Marshall Marshall Quotient (MQ) and value of voids Filled With Asphalt (VFA) did not enterthe specifications Bina Marga, 2010. While testing the limits Marshall Under the collision 2x55,2x65, 2x75, 2x85 Marshall has met all parameters. Abstract

There are possible problems arise during construction of project that can cause delays. Delays can cause losses in the form of fines, overhead costs, additional salaries and rental tools and other. To overcome the problems, there are some ways to achieve project completion in due time. The purpose of this study was to analyze the acceleration of the project duration by utilizing crashing method and its impact on project cost. The object of the case study was the construction of Lampung Regional Police Headquarter. The scenario utilized was increased the number of workers by 35% and the added working hours by four hours. The results show by increasing the number of workers across eleven project activities, the project duration was crashed to 252 days or two days earlier than the scheduled time and the project cost was decrease to Rp. 23,964,647,646.00 or 0.908% lower than the scheduled cost. The results also show by adding four more working hours across ten project activities, the project duration was crashed to 253 days or one day earlier than the scheduled time and the project cost was decreased to Rp. 23,995,417,215.00 or 0.781% lower than the scheduled budget. Keywords: Project Acceleration, Crashing method, increase of the number of workers, the addition of working hours

Abstract

The high value of side friction on the road cause a decrease in performance of the road. Theamount of side friction affects the capasity and speed of ride vehicles. The aim of this research wasto analize the factors that affect the performance degredation of traffic condition on some sidefriction and determine planning solutions to improve the traffic performance.This research are obtained by doing survey of traffic volume (LHR) to see the density of vehicles,then surveys the side friction to see the influence of interference and spot speed surveys bothdistrubed and undistrubed side friction. This research doing in 500 meters in a market segment ofBandarjaya Plaza. Next calculation use the Manual Capasity of Indonesian Road in 1997 for theOutside Urban Road.Based on calculation, then obtained the highest value of the degree of saturation of 1,01 to lineBandarjaya with a volume of vehicles by 1395 pcu/hours, while the capacity of road only 1384pcu/hours. It is indicate the state of the roads is very saturated, so that the necessary repairs theroad performance. The highest level of side friction affecting road performance degredation in theform of vehicles in and out the side road area, so it made procurement solutions median crossingthe road in an attempt to eliminate the vehicle.Keywords : side friction, traffic volume, national road

Abstract

AbstractTraffic jam is a problem that always exists as an area develops, especially at the Untung Suropati intersection in Bandarlampung City. To solve the problem, a fly over is built and a feasibility study is needed.Feasibility studies conducted are reviewed in terms of traffic performance using pkji method. In terms of economy, it is reviewed from BCR and NPV parameters by analyzing saving of vehicle operating costs variables and Vehicle Travel Time Value.With the development, the degree of saturation for the direction of Labuhan Dalam – Labuhan Ratu decreased from 0.57 to 0.32, for the direction of Labuhan Ratu – Labuhan Dalam reduced from 0.66 to 0.32, for way Halim – Rajabasa reduced from 0.80 to 0.41 and for rajabasa direction – Way Halim reduced from 0.82 to 0.46 so it is said to be feasible in terms of traffic performance. In terms of economy obtained bcr value is 10,059 and NPV is Rp 398,062,846,073.96. So in terms of economics it is said to be feasible.Keywords: Feasibility, Flyover, Traffic jam

Abstract

Metode penanganan kerusakan perkerasan jalan dapat dilakukan dengan prinsip greenroads, yaitu menggunakan material yang didaur ulang (recycle) yang bisa didapat dari hasil pengerukan atau pembongkaran lapis perkerasan jalan yang telah mengalami kerusakan atau RAP (Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement). Namun perlu dilakukan pengujian kembali untuk meninjau parameter marshall pada campuran aspal berbahan dasar RAP, mengingat material tersebut merupakan bahan daur ulang yang telah mengalami penurunan kekuatan. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai IKSbenda uji campuran AC-WC dengan persentase RAP 25%, 50%, 75% menggunakan KAO berturut-turut 5,8%, 5,6%, dan 5,4% sebesar 96,63%, 91,82%, dan 86, 27%. hal ini menunjukkan nilai IKS pada campuran RAP 25% dan 50% memenuhi persyaratan yang disyaratkan Bina Marga yaitu sebesar 90%, sedangkan RAP 75% tidak memenuhi standar.

Abstract

AbstractBicycles are an sustainable mode of transportation because they do not produce exhaust gas. Motor vehicle exhaust gas is one of the causes of global warming. The bicycle lane facilities in Metro City aim to get Metro City as an friendly city to cyclists. This study aims to find out the level of effectiveness of bicycle lanes in Metro City. The research methods used for the effectiveness of bicycle lanes are the BCI (Bicycle Compatibility Index) method which refers to the reference (Harkey et al., 1998), the BLOS (Bicycle Level Of Service) method which refers to the reference (Sprinkle Consulting Inc., 2007) and the Guttman method which refers to the reference (Guttman, 1944). The BCI and BLOS model methods result for bicycle lanes in metro city on average get a C rating which means the road conditions are quite suitable (quite safe and comfortable) for cyclists. The obtained of C rank is inseparable from the high volume of traffic and inadequate road body width in some roads. Guttman's method for bike lanes in Metro City resulted in a percentage of 55,55% which means it is suitable for use. Although it is appropriate, but there is still something that needs to be improved on the facilities and there needs to be a policy related to the use of bicycles and bicycle lanes.Keywords: effectiveness, bicycle lane, Metro City, Bicycle Compatibility Index, Bicycle Level of Service, Guttman

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of temperature variations on the mixing processof the asphalt concrete AC-WC (Asphalt Concrete-Wearing Course) subtle gradations in themiddle limit and lower limit of the Marshall parameters with reference to specifications of BinaMarga, 2010.From the results of experiments conducted that the optimum asphalt content is used to middle limitusing a asphalt content of 5,7% and 6,8% for the lower limit after that mixing was done usingtemperature variation of 120 o C, 130 o C, 140 o C, 150 o C, and 160 o C.To a mixture of Laston AC-WC subtle gradations middle limit grading 5,7% asphalt contentmixing temperature using a temperature of 120 o C, 130 o C, 140 o C, 150 o C, 160 o C and still meet allstandards of marshall parameters. Ideal mixing temperature variations in the middle limit ofmixing temperature 150 o C-160 o C. While the lower limit to the level of 6,8% asphalt contentmixing temperatures between 120 o C-160 o C did not meet the specifications, because the MQ valuebelow the minimum value of 250 kg / mm.Keywords: Mixing temperature, 2010 Specification, Marshall, Asphalt Concrete-Wearing Course(AC-WC) Subtle Gradation.
