Abstract

In this study, we explore the intersection of sustainable entrepreneurship and public service using a bibliometric analysis of the Scopus database from 1985 to 2023.Our findings highlight a significant development in research productivity since 2015, reflecting a focus on sustainability and governance. United States and China dominate the research landscape, this is a research gap where this research can be done in other countries as new research. The study highlights the potential for sustainable entrepreneurship to enhance public service delivery through innovation, governance, and technology. It also outlines future research directions and policy recommendations to promote sustainable practices within public services. The novelty of this paper is that it explores an interdisciplinary approach, using tools such as VOSViewer and Biblioshiny, to map research trends and identify research gaps in the literature. This study can provide recommendations for future research and policy development aimed at improving public service delivery through sustainable entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study compares the impact of outsourced and in-house Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) on productivity and stock accuracy in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Data was collected from a logistics services company in Palembang using quantitative methods, including measurements of productivity per person per hour and stock accuracy per SKU. Productivity was assessed based on items processed per unit time, while stock accuracy compared physical stock with system records. Additional data was gathered through a Google Form survey targeting operational staff and warehouse managers to understand the implementation of both WMS models. The survey covered critical processes such as putaway, picking, and inventory, providing insights into operational efficiency and challenges associated with each model. Dummy variable multiple regression was applied to evaluate the performance impact of each WMS model, supplemented by qualitative insights from structured interviews. Findings reveal that WMS in-house is better than outsourcing WMS. While 12.5% of respondents rated the outsourced WMS as inefficient, none reported inefficiencies in the in-house system. Additionally, 62.5% of respondents found the in-house WMS highly effective, citing smoother implementation and higher reliability. The in-house WMS also demonstrated superior operational efficiency, storage accuracy, and responsiveness. It provided better storage location guidance (33.3%) and faster, more accurate operator navigation (26.5%) compared to the outsourced system. Moreover, only 33.3% of respondents noted delays in resolving technical issues with the in-house system, versus 68.8% for the outsourced system. Statistical analysis further supported these findings, showing significant advantages for the in-house WMS in productivity (p=0.068) and stock accuracy (p=0.000). These results highlight the strategic advantages of adopting an in-house WMS, underscoring its role in enhancing operational efficiency and maintaining competitiveness in the dynamic FMCG market.

Abstract

The development of major arterial roads and pedestrian infrastructure in the Cibinong Raya area to prepare for hosting the U-20 World Cup in 2023, is a leading program that uses up to 30% of the Bogor Regency infrastructure budget. Development with a large budget requires appropriately applied stakeholder management of infrastructure assets, through supervision and control of road assets accommodated in the licensing activities for using the right-of-way, to reduce the risk of physical damage to assets due to violations. The Result-Based Management Model was used to evaluate the control of asset utilization in providing technical recommendations for right-of-way utilization. Then, through ordinal scale weighting followed by in-depth interviews, an innovation model for stakeholder management risk control was obtained that is appropriate for the use of right-of-way on major arterial roads in Bogor Regency. The weighting of the stakeholder management indicators showed that the risk control aspect was the weakest element so it was necessary to emphasize the integration of the Risk Control function into each management indicator.

Abstract

Research aims: This study conducts a systematic literature review to explore the evolving landscape of sustainable infrastructure investment and financing by applying the PRISMA method and bibliometric analysis to 4,308 publications from 2009 to 2023. From this corpus, 74 peer-reviewed journal articles were selected for in-depth analysis based on their relevance and methodological rigor. Design/Methodology/Approach: This systematic literature review employs the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) methodology to examine the financing and investment dimensions of sustainable infrastructure Research findings: The findings reveal that sectors such as renewable energy, green transportation, water and sanitation, healthcare, and digital infrastructure dominate discussions of sustainability due to their significant environmental and social impact. In terms of financing, traditional sources such as government budgets are being complemented by innovative mechanisms, including Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), green bonds, ESG-linked financing, and blockchain-based tokenization. Furthermore, the study identifies a research trend toward the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria, digital innovation, and collaborative governance as foundational elements of sustainable infrastructure development. This research contributes a conceptual framework for integrating green finance in sustainable infrastructure and highlights the interdisciplinary, technology-driven, and policy-relevant nature of this emerging domain.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the performance of supply chain management in the 25 kg medium rice product at PT. XYZ. The object of this study is the supply chain performance of 25 kg medium rice as measured using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) Version 12.0 method. The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive research type. The measurement results on level 1 metrics communicate Perfect Order Fulfillment performance (96% - Excellent), Order Fulfillment Cycle Time (100% - Excellent), Upside Supply Chain Adaptability (77% - Good), Cost of Goods Sold (89% - Marginal), and Cash-to-Cash Cycle Time (100% - Excellent). This study recommends PT. XYZ to improve its supply chain performance through Perfect Pick Put-Away, Inventory Based Accuracy, and Delay Inbound Supplier Shipment.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of partnership and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) capability on competitive advantage through entrepreneurial marketing. The research employs a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis, involving data collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observations from 56 culinary sector SMEs in Batam City. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that partnership and ICT capability positively and significantly affect entrepreneurial marketing, enhancing coordination and technology usage among SMEs. However, these variables do not significantly impact competitive advantage directly. On the other hand, entrepreneurial marketing demonstrates a positive and significant influence on competitive advantage, highlighting the importance of strong customer relationships and high-value product creation. Additionally, ICT capability significantly influences competitive advantage through entrepreneurial marketing, emphasizing the role of technology in enhancing business flexibility and marketing capabilities.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of government policies in facilitating the digital transformation of traditional SMEs in Kampung Rendang and Kampung Tenun, Indonesia. It explores how digitalization impacts business sustainability, MSMEs' challenges, and the opportunities enabled through government interventions. Employing a comparative case study approach, this research analyzes SMEs' adoption of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and financial technologies. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and policy analysis, focusing on government-led digitalization programs and SME adaptation strategies. The study finds that government initiatives—such as branding programs, digital training, and financial assistance—play a critical role in enabling SMEs to adopt digital tools. However, challenges persist, including low digital literacy, inadequate infrastructure, and regulatory inconsistencies. Despite these obstacles, digital platforms like Tokopedia, Shopee, and social media have facilitated access to broader markets and new business opportunities. This research offers a novel perspective by integrating digital transformation frameworks with social capital theory to understand how government policies shape the digital resilience of heritage-based S,MEs. It contributes fresh insights into the intersection of digitalization, cultural heritage, and SME empowerment in rural settings.
