Abstract

Menerapkan pelayanan prima menjadi suatu keharusan disetiap lingkungan didalam instansi komersil maupun non-komersil untuk dapat meningkatkan jiwa kompetitif setiap bagiannya. Sederhananya, pelayanan prima (excellent service) merupakan pelayanan untuk memenuhi standar kualitas yang sesuai dengan harapan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui implementasi pelayanan prima yang dilaksanakan Universitas Siliwangi dan juga kendala yang dihadapi instansi Universitas Siliwangi dalam merealisasikan pelayanan prima disetiap unit pelayanannya. Metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi digunakan sebagai prosedur dalam acuan dan arahan untuk menyelesaikan penelitian, adapun key informan yang terdiri dari kepala bagian akademik dan kemahasiswaan (1 Orang), karyawan pusat informasi dan pelayanan terpadu (2 Orang), dosen (3 Orang) dan mahasiswa Universitas Siliwangi (4 Orang) akan di interview untuk mendapatkan data-data terkait pelayanan prima. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa Universitas Siliwangi sudah melakukan yang terbaik dalam merevitalisasi berbagai layanan kepada mahasiswa, dengan menerapkan standar mutu pelayanan dari Undang-undang pelayanan publik yang baru nomor 25 Tahun 2009 menjadi pedoman berbagai instansi layanan masyarakat. Sedangkan layanan yang harus dilengkapi diantaranya tempat parkir yang masih kurang representatif, staff tenaga kependidikan dilengkapi fasilitas penunjang perangkat komputer serta alur gambar layanan pusat informasi dan pelayanan terpadu (PINTU). Implementing excellent service becomes a necessity in every environment in commercial and non-commercial agencies to be able to increase the competitive spirit of each part. Simply put, excellent service (excellent service) is a service to meet quality standards in accordance with customer expectations and satisfaction. This study aims to determine the implementation of excellent service carried out by Siliwangi University and also the obstacles faced by Siliwangi University agencies in realizing excellent service in each service unit. The qualitative method with a phenomenological approach is used as a procedure in referencing and directing to complete research, while key informants consist of heads of academic and student affairs (1 person), information center employees and integrated services (2 people), lecturers (3 people) and students Siliwangi University (4 people) will be interviewed to get data related to excellent service. The results of the study found that Siliwangi University has done its best in revitalizing various services to students, by applying service quality standards from the new Public Service Law number 25 of 2009 to guide various community service agencies. While services that must be completed include a parking lot that is still less representative, educational staff is equipped with supporting facilities for computer equipment as well as an integrated information center and PINTU service flow chart.

Abstract

This research problem originates from learning difficulties focused on students' mathematical abilities, especially in microeconomic theory courses. With various backgrounds, the differences in the abilities of each student, including those originating from learning motivation, learning activities, and peers. This research method uses a survey. The population in this study were students of Economics Education at the Teaching and Education Faculty of Siliwangi University Class of 2019, 2020, and 2021, totaling 323 students with a sample of 179 students. The data collection techniques in this study also used questionnaires and documentation. As data analysis techniques used were prerequisite analysis tests with normality tests, linearity tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests, then using statistical analysis multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing with the F test (Simultaneous), t-test (partial) and the coefficient of determination. The research results show that the coefficient of determination (R square) in this study is 0.643 or 64.3%. The study results show that: 1) Learning motivation positively and significantly affects students' mathematical abilities in the microeconomic theory course with a sig. 0.031 and t-count 2.172 and a large influence of 23.9%. 2) Learning activities positively and significantly affect students' mathematical abilities in microeconomics theory courses with sig. 0.027, and t-value count of 2.235, and a large influence of 21.2%. 3) Peers positively and significantly affect students' mathematical abilities in microeconomics theory courses with sig. 0.033 and t-value count 2.146 and a large influence of 19.2%. 4) a positive and significant influence exists between learning motivation, learning activities, and peers on students' mathematical abilities in the microeconomic theory course with a sig. 0.033 <0.05 and Fcount value 6.848 > Ftable 2.656.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that students often engage in academic cheating behaviors while pursuing their studies in college. This research is conducted to determine the influence of pressure, opportunity, rationalization, capability, and arrogance on academic cheating behavior among students majoring in Economics Education from the 2020, 2021, and 2022 cohorts, both partially and simultaneously. This study utilizes a quantitative method in the form of a survey with an explanatory survey design. The population of this study consists of all students from the Faculty of Teacher Tarining and Education, from the 2020, 2021, and 2022 cohorts. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling with the Proportionate Startified Sampling method, which resulted in sample size of 188 students. Data collection is done through questionnaires, and data analysis is conducted using the SPSS 26.0 for Windows software. The research findings are as follows: 1) There is significant influence of pressure on academic cheating behavior with a significance value of 0,046. 2) There is a significant influence of opportunity on academic cheating behavior with a significance value of 0,001. 3) There is a significant influence of rationalization on academic cheating behavior with a significance value of 0,000. 4) There is a significant influence of capability on academic cheating behavior with a significance value of 0,000. 5) There is a significant influence of arrogance on academic cheating behavior with a significance value of 0,030.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh penundaan dalam mengerjakan tugas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh regulasi diri, konformitas dan adiksi internet terhadap prokrastinasi akademik. MePenelitian ini menggunakan metode survei ekspalantori. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MAS Daarul Abroor dengan populasi yang berjumlah 156 peserta didik kelas IPS. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan jenis sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji hipotesis menujukan bahwa 1) Regulasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prokrastinasi akademik dengan nilai thitung sebesar -5,116, 2) Konformitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap prokrastinasi akademik dengan nilai thitung sebesar 0,737 dan 3) Adiksi internet berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prokrastinasi akademik dengan nilai thitung sebesar 6,162. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa regulasi diri, konformitas dan adiksi internet memiliki pengaruh terhadap prokrastinasi akademik sebesar 50,7%.

Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas X IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Cihaurbeuti Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh model discovery learning berbantuan media Canva untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode eksperimen dengan desain kuasi eksperimen bentuk nonequivalent control group design. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh peserta didik kelas XI IPS SMAN 1 Cihaurbeuti Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Kelas yang dipilih menjadi sampel peneitian yaitu kelas XI IPS 4 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPS 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Data diperoleh melalui tes yaitu berupa pretest dan posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa di kelas ekperimen (2) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa di kelas kontrol (3) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa antara kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol. Maka kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu penggunaan model discovery learning berbantuan media Canva dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The problem addressed in this study is the excessive consumption of non-essential needs among high school students in Tasikmalaya, coupled with their inability to establish a priority scale for their consumption patterns. This research employs a quantitative survey method with an explanatory survey design. The study's target population includes all public high school students in Tasikmalaya City, specifically those in class XI. The sampling technique utilized in this study is probability sampling, employing proportionate random sampling, resulting in a sample size of 367 students. Data collection is carried out through the use of questionnaires, while data analysis is performed using the SPSS 25.0 for Windows program. The results indicate the following: 1) There exists a significant correlation between financial literacy and consumptive behavior, with a significance value of 0.045. 2) Peers exert a notable influence on consumptive behavior, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.029. 3) Cognitive dissonance also significantly impacts consumptive behavior, with a significance value of 0.029. 4) The combined effect of financial literacy, peers, and cognitive dissonance on consumptive behavior is significant, demonstrated by a significance value of 0.000.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini yaitu membekali guru dengan kompetensi khusus terkait penyusunan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dan Publikasi Ilmiah pada guru ekonomi Kabupaten Pangandaran yang tergabung dalam MGMP Kabupaten. Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) merupakan salah satu jenis karya tulis yang dianggap sulit di kalangan guru. Selain karena angka kreditnya yang cukup tinggi, PTK berkaitan dengan tugas guru dalam pembelajaran di ruang kelas. Banyak guru yang mengalami kendala dan hambatan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pengembangan profesi guru yang satu ini. Secara umum, permasalahan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan PTK sering berawal dari keterbatasan. Terbatasnya waktu, kemampuan menulis laporan, dan persyaratan keterbatasan saat mengikuti prosedur kenaikan pangkat. Rencana kegiatan akan dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Pangandaran, bekerjasama dengan mitra yaitu MGMP Ekonomi Kabupaten Pangandaran dan SMAN 1 Parigi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan penyampaian materi, serta pendampingan dalam praktek penyusunan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dan Publikasi Ilmiah serta oleh narasumber yaitu Dosen Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi. Hasil PTK yang sudah dibuat akan direview oleh pakar dan dapat dimanfaatkan oleh Guru untuk berbagai keperluan terkait profesinya, termasuk dipublikasikan pada jurnal ilmiah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of PBL in improving students' critical thinking abilities in the Theory of Money subject. This study was conducted using the Quasi Experimental Design research method in the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design using pretest and posttest. The data collection technique was in the form of an explanation test on the theory of money material according to the indicators of critical thinking abilities. The results of this study, where the experimental class using the problem based learning model had a difference before and after treatment, the control class using the discovery learning model had an effect before and after treatment, and there was a difference in students' critical thinking abilities between the experimental class and the control class based on the hypothesis test that the Sig. (2-Tailed) value indicates that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the results of the N-Gain test, 77% shows that the application of the problem based learning model is effective in improving students' critical thinking.

Abstract

Students and lecturer activity have an important role in achieving the objectives of learning. In fact, many students are tired of learning in classes that it causes the student’s critical thinking ability to have discussions. Efforts to enhance the critical thinking ability in learning process include implementing the Think Pair Share and Think Talk Write.The objectivesof this research are to know: 1) Enhance critical thinking ability by using the Think Pair Share Method on Pretest and Posttest; 2) Enhance critical thinking ability by using the Think Talk Write Methodon Pretest and Posttest; 3) Difference in critical thinking ability between Think Paire Share Method and Think Talk Write method.Research Method with a quasi experiment. Data analysis techniques involve t-test and N-Gain test. The research finding indicate that: 1) There is a difference in critical thinking ability when using Think Pair Share Method; 2) There is difference in critical thinking ability when using Think Talk Write Method; 3) Critical Thinking Ability difference between Think Pair Share method and Think Talk Write Method.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether parenting style can affect student learning achievement, to determine whether discipline can affect student learning achievement, to determine whether learning motivation can affect student learning achievement, and to determine whether parenting style, discipline, and learning motivation collectively can affect student learning achievement. The method used by the author in this research is the survey method. The population in this study was all 180 students of class XI IPS (Social Sciences) at SMA Negeri 1 Ciamis, with the sampling technique used being proportionate random sampling, resulting in a sample of 125 students. The research findings show that there is a significant positive partial influence of parenting style, student discipline, and learning motivation on learning achievement. Furthermore, there is a significant simultaneous influence of parenting style, student discipline, and learning motivation on the learning achievement of students in the Economics subject for Class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Ciamis.
