Abstract

This study aims to enhance company profitability through product combination planning using the De Novo Programming approach. In a competitive business environment, product combination planning becomes crucial for maximizing profits. By applying De Novo Programming, companies can identify high-profit products based on empirical data. The study evaluates five products produced by the company and highlights the flagship product, X3 (Flange and Spigot Piece), which has proven to yield a significant profit of Rp. 11,062,500,000. Through the allocation of additional budget in the De Novo Programming formulation, the study demonstrates an increase in profit to Rp. 11,858,093,000. This approach aids the company in determining an optimal product combination without the need to produce less popular products, thereby positively impacting overall profitability. By combining empirical analysis and computational approaches, this study provides valuable guidance for companies to make smarter and more profitable planning decisions.

Abstract

Pada penentuan aliran barang dengan metode Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) adalah ditentukannya nilai rating untuk menempatkan suatu unit dengan unit lain. Biasanya nilai rating itu bersifat mutlak, sangat penting, penting, cukup, tidak penting dan tidak dikehendaki. Permasalahannya adalah dalam menentukan nilai sangat penting , penting , cukup dan tidak penting ketika masalah tata letak fasilitas logistik akan di implementasikan. Dalam penelitian ini, ingin dikembangkan suatu metode dalam menentukan nilai riil dari ARC dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori fuzzy dan perbandingan berpasangan dari AHP dengan model penilaian dinamis untuk menilai tingkat konsistensi dari perencana. Hasil Akhir penelitian ini diharapkan diperolehnya suatu model yang mampu memberikan nilai yang lebih tepat dari permasalahan penempatan fasilitas atau departemen pada suatu perusahaan. Untuk menguji keakurasian model maka dilakukan dengan menggunakan simulasi komputer.

Abstract

Produk unggulan desa juga memiliki potensi untuk peningkatan kesejahteraan, penguatan identitas daerah, dan mendukung sustainable development. Pada umumnya,produk unggulan desa diproduksi dengan cara-cara tradisional, namun proses-proses tradisional mempengaruhi terjadinya keterbatasan hasil produksi, minimnya kualitas, dan minimnya perkembangan pola pikir masyarakat terkait implementasi teknologi pada proses produksi. Salah satunya pada produksi dage di Desa Ciberung, Kecamatan Ajibarang, Kabupaten Banyumas, Jawa Tengah, pada proses produksi tradisional yang dilakukan masyarakat untuk memproduksi dage seringkali mengakibatkan kegagalan. Sehingga suatu modul IOT yang terintegrasi dengan dashboard Antares dibuat untuk melakukan pemantauan suhu dan kelembaban udara secara aktual. Berdasarkan alat yang dibuat didapatkan bahwa suhu aktual saat proses fermentasi ada pada rentang 27oC – 28,5oC dan kelembaban udara pada rentang 81,9% – 83,3%, suhu dan kelembaban udara tersebut masih dalam batas aman untuk proses fermentasi produk dage. Pada program ini, masyarakat juga mendapatkan edukasi terkait teknologi IOT pada proses produksi UMKM.

Abstract

The canned food industry is experiencing growth in this modern era. Canned food has become a popular choice due to its convenience in storage and preparation. Canned food manufacturers continue to develop new products and improve the quality of existing products to meet the increasingly diverse consumer demand. Challenges in improving company performance require companies in the canned food industry to constantly enhance the performance of their supply chains to remain competitive in the global market. This research aims to measure the performance of the canned food industry supply chain by implementing SCOR and integrating it with AHP. Based on the performance measurement results, PT XZY, a canned food company, has a SCOR score of 76.58, indicating that the company's performance is considered good. The lowest KPIs are Delivery performance and Return performance.

Abstract

This research develops a research model where satisfaction is a mediating variable in the influence of e-service quality on loyalty. Then, perceived value acts as a moderating variable of the influence of satisfaction on loyalty. The object of this research is electronic commerce (e-commerce) in Indonesia. The sample in this study was 260 respondents taken using a purposive sampling technique. The respondent criteria used are that the respondent has an account at an online shop such as Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, and other online shops. Respondent also has made purchases at these online shops. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires. Hypothesis testing is carried out using simple regression analysis, mediation tests, and moderation tests using the Hierarchical Moderated Regression (HRM) technique. Research finds that partially e-service quality has a significant influence on Satisfaction and also on Loyalty. Satisfaction also has a significant influence on loyalty. This research also found that satisfaction is a variable that can mediate the influence of E-service quality on loyalty. However, on the contrary, this research found that perceived value does not moderate the influence of satisfaction on the loyalty of E-Commerce users.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa Kalisari dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Halal Food Tourism berbasis digital branding bertujuan untuk meningkatkan brand awareness dan pemasaran produk UMKM melalui platform digital, terutama Instagram. Program ini melibatkan serangkaian kegiatan mulai dari analisis situasi awal, identifikasi masalah, penetapan tujuan, rencana pemecahan masalah, pelaksanaan kegiatan, hingga evaluasi hasil. Melalui pendekatan ini, UMKM tahu lokal diberdayakan dengan literasi digital dan keterampilan branding, serta masyarakat didorong untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam pengembangan pariwisata halal di daerah. Evaluasi program melibatkan penilaian tingkat kepuasan peserta dan dampak positif bagi ekonomi lokal. Program ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Kalisari melalui peningkatan daya saing produk halal secara digital.

Abstract

Driver fatigue is a critical issue in the logistics industry, contributing significantly to accidents and operational inefficiencies. The system utilizes IoT devices, including physiological and vehicular sensors, to monitor real-time data, such as Heart Rate Variability (HRV), Galvanic Skin Response (GSR), and Acceleration Variance (AV). Blockchain integration ensures secure, immutable data storage and transparency, with smart contracts automating fatigue alerts and management actions. The research results show that HRV increased from 50 ms to 70 ms, reflecting better stress recovery, while AV decreased from 0.85 m/s² to 0.45 m/s², indicating more stable driving behavior. Fatigue alerts dropped by 60%, from 25 to 10 alerts per observation period, demonstrating the system’s effectiveness in early fatigue detection and prevention. The study concludes that the IoT-blockchain integration provides a robust, scalable solution for mitigating fatigue-related risks, enhancing driver safety, and fostering operational efficiency in the logistics sector.

Abstract

Container throughput is an important indicator for measuring the efficiency of a kontainer terminal. Kontainers that enter and exit are those transported to and from the terminal, respectively. Kontainers are stacked in the kontainer yard before they leave the terminal. Handling these kontainers accounts for a major workload at the terminal. Therefore, accurate short-term forecasting of daily kontainer gate-in and Gate-Out at a kontainer terminal is crucial for operational planning. While most forecasts are made at the strategic level of overall kontainer throughput, this study focuses on the daily kontainer gate-in and Gate-Out quantities with a case study at the TPKNM Makassar Kontainer Terminal. The study results show that the Epoch for each training set and performance metrics for each feature are 10, 50, and 100. Based on this, the difference in prediction performance with different epoch sizes is quite significant. The larger the Epoch, the smaller the MSE level.

Abstract

Blockchain logistics represents the integration of blockchain technology into the logistics sector, aiming to enhance efficiency, transparency, and security across supply chain processes. From an Islamic economics perspective, digital transformation must align with core values such as justice, transparency, and honesty to support the development of fair and sustainable logistics systems. The decentralized nature of blockchain offers promising solutions for building supply chains rooted in Islamic ethical principles. This study conducts a bibliometric analysis to examine the development and research trends of blockchain logistics within the context of Islamic economics. Using VOSviewer software, relevant scientific publications were analyzed based on bibliographic data sourced from reputable academic databases. Bibliometric parameters—such as the maximum number of authors per document and the minimum number of documents per author—were applied to identify key contributors and dominant research themes. The bibliometric mapping reveals the growth trajectory of blockchain logistics research framed by Islamic values. The visualization highlights research clusters, prominent authors, co-authorship networks, and publication trends that illustrate the evolution and scholarly interest in this interdisciplinary area. Emerging themes suggest a convergence between blockchain-driven logistics innovation and ethical economic practices advocated in Islamic teachings. The findings provide a comprehensive overview of the current landscape and collaboration opportunities in blockchain logistics research through an Islamic lens. This study contributes to the strategic positioning of future research by identifying gaps, potential synergies, and critical areas for development. Ultimately, it offers a foundational reference for scholars seeking to explore the integration of Islamic ethical principles within the advancement of blockchain-enabled logistics systems.

Abstract

Fatigue is a critical issue in labour-intensive small industries, especially in traditional food production such as tofu manufacturing. This study aims to develop a fatigue classification model using a decision tree algorithm by integrating subjective assessments of the work system through the Macroergonomic Organizational Questionnaire Survey (MOQS) and objective physiological indicators, specifically Cardiovascular Load (CVL). The research was conducted in a tofu home industry located in Kalisari Village, Banyumas, Indonesia. Primary data were collected from 10 workers through MOQS questionnaires and heart rate measurements taken at rest and during work. CVL values were calculated and used as labels for classification into three categories: low, moderate, and high fatigue. Meanwhile, MOQS dimension scores (organization, job, personal, environment, and technology) were transformed into interval data and used as classification features. A decision tree model was built using the CART algorithm and visualized for interpretability. The results show that all workers experienced at least moderate fatigue, with 20% categorized as high fatigue. The decision tree revealed that the dimensions of organizational and personal factors were the most influential in predicting fatigue levels. The model provides a practical and interpretable tool to support decision-making in scheduling, workload balancing, and ergonomic interventions. This study demonstrates a novel approach to combining macroergonomic assessments and physiological data with machine learning for practical fatigue risk management in small-scale food production environments.
