<![CDATA[The study aim to describe and analyze the development of alae sektare beach tourism village in improving welfare. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Field research data collection techniques using observation techniques and interview techniques. The research data analysis technique uses triangulation from Milles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data display and verification. The results of the study indicate that the development of the alae sektare beach tourism village in improving the welfare of the community can be done: first, through the allocation of village funds where village funds managed by the village government are partially allocated to develop the alae sektare beach tourism sector and also improve other facilities Second, the development of community resources. the community is actively involved in the management of alae sektare beach tourism by conducting coaching for the development of community knowledge. third, highlighting local wisdom with the appearance of traditional arts and also serving traditional food to attract visitors. This traditional menu is a superior menu that is in great demand by visitors. The conclusion that the management of the alae sektare beach tourism village through the allocation of village funds is still not optimal so that in the future it is hoped that the village government will prioritize village funds for the development of beach tourism to realize the economic independence of the lantik village community in the srimeulue district]]>

<![CDATA[Presently, people are increasingly interested in investing in gold, a stable financial instrument purchased at Antam. This secured and efficient website provides online gold sale and purchase services to the public, with delivery through boutiques and couriers. However, the transaction method compliance questions with Sharia principles because gold is delivered several days after payment, which has the potential to conflict with the concept of Yadan bi Yadin. This research aims to analyze whether online gold sale and purchase on Antam website is in accordance with the concept of Fiqh Muamalah and Maqashid Sharia. Data were collected from preliminary sales and analyzed using the content method. The result showed that online gold sale and purchase at Antam, does not conflict with the principle of Yadan bi Yadin, because non-cash is permitted, provided gold is not used as an official means of exchange (money) and the transaction meets the pillars and conditions of Salam sale and purchase. Based on the perspective of Maqashid Sharia, this service fulfills the objectives of Sharia. In conclusion, the practice of sale and purchase gold online on the official Antam website is in accordance with Sharia.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini menjelaskan ketahanan kearifan lokal peusijuek masyarakat Aceh dalam wacana globalisasi budaya. Globalisasi budaya sebagai penyebaran gagasan, makna, dan nilai telah melampaui tapal batas kebudayaan karena dibantu oleh internet, media, dan perjalanan luar negeri sehingga menjadi tantangan bagi kearifan lokal masyarakat, namun peusijuek dinilai masih eksis di Aceh hingga saat ini dan dilaksanakan dalam berbagai upacara adat maupun kegiatan formal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat proses tranformasi yang dilakukan masyarakat Aceh dalam mempertahan kearifan lokal peusijuek sebagai warisan budaya masyarakat Aceh di masa yang lalu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan antropologi untuk mengidentifikasi indikator yang digunakan oleh masyarakat Aceh dalam menjaga eksistensi kearifan lokal serta mengembangkan nilai kearifan lokal melalui model kekinian sehingga lebih muda diterima sesuai dengan trend kehidupan generasi milenial. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Aceh Barat dengan pertimbangan lokus yang sangat memungkinkan untuk diamati penulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan proses tranformasi nilai kearifan lokal peusijeuk melibatkan berbagai dimensi seperti lembaga pendidikan, lembaga adat dan juga tingkat kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya nilai kearifan lokal. The Sustainability of local wisdom Peusijuek in culture globalization This study explains the resilience of the local wisdom of the Acehnese "peusijuek" in the discourse of cultural globalization. Cultural globalization as the dissemination of ideas, meanings, and values has transcended cultural boundaries because it is assisted by the internet, media, and foreign travel so that it becomes a challenge for the local wisdom of the community, but "peusijuek" is considered to still exist in Aceh today and is carried out in various traditional ceremonies, as well as formal activities. The goal of this research is to examine the Acehnese people's transformation process in preserving the local wisdom of peusijuek as a cultural heritage of the Acehnese people in the past. The method used in this study is qualitative research with an anthropological approach to identify indicators used by the Acehnese people in maintaining the existence of local wisdom and developing the value of local wisdom through contemporary models so that they are more easily accepted by the life trends of the millennial generation. This research was carried out in Aceh Barat Regency with the consideration of locus that is very possible to be observed by the author. The results of the study show that the process of transforming the value of local wisdom into peusijeuk involves various dimensions such as educational institutions, traditional institutions, and also the level of public awareness of the importance of local wisdom values. ]]>

<![CDATA[[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik IFR pada BUS di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik scoring. Data penelitian didapatkan dari website resmi masing-masing BUS berupa keterangan/informasi keuangan dan nonkeuangan yang diamati pada tahun 2020. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata BUS telah berhasil mengungkapkan variabel isi dengan cukup luas. Diketahui, 10 dari 13 bank atau 77% dari sampel penelitian telah berhasil menyajikan item pengungkapan dengan skor 70% - 79,9%. Sementara sisanya mendapatkan skor sebesar 60% - 69.9%. Kurang lebih ada 8 BUS yang berhasil mempertahankan dan meningkatkan skornya dalam variabel ini. Sedangkan untuk variabel tampilan, peringkat pertama diraih oleh BNIS dengan skor 75% atau setara dengan 15 dari 20 item pengungkapan yang diujikan. Sementara, rata-rata BUS telah menggunakan lebih dari 50% item indikator tampilan yang diujikan. Tetapi, masih ada dua BUS yang menggunakan item indikator tampilan di bawah 50%, yaitu BSMI dan BCAS dengan skor 45%. Untuk variabel ketepatwaktuan menunjukkan hasil yang kurang memuaskan. Dimana skor terbesar didapatkan oleh BRIS dengan skor mencapai 36%. Sementara sisanya, hanya mampu mengungkapkan item indikator ketepatwaktuan berkisar antara 9% - 27%.] ]]>

<![CDATA[Islam is a perfect religion that governs all aspects of life, including choosing a spouse and determining the right time to marry. However, given the high divorce rate in Indonesia, particularly in Jember, as indicated by data from the Central Statistics Agency at the beginning of 2023, where 6,000 residents of Jember filed for divorce, this signifies the unpreparedness of married couples regarding their rights and obligations in fulfilling their duties. This situation serves as the basis for conducting pre-marriage counseling at SMK Tunas Bangsa regarding determining the appropriate time to marry. Pre-marriage counseling involves systematic guidance and support to help students understand the best time to start a family and build confidence in preparing systematically for marriage if they wish to proceed. This study was conducted using a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design, involving a pretest, followed by counseling, and then a posttest. The results of the counseling showed an increase in students' knowledge regarding tips for finding the right partner for marriage according to Islamic perspectives.]]>

<![CDATA[In Indonesia, oil palm is the main plantation product, this plant has a high economic value and makes a significant contribution to the country's foreign exchange earnings thanks to its main products, namely Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Palm Kernel Oil (KPO). This study aims to 1) Analyze the effect of price on the income of oil palm farmers in Mekar Indah Village. 2) Analyze the effect of fruit quality on the income of oil palm farmers in Mekar Indah Village. 3) Analyze the effect of land area on the income of oil palm farmers in Mekar Indah Village. 4) Analyze the effect of price, fruit quality and land area on the income of oil palm farmers in Mekar Indah Village. The method used is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained from this study are that simultaneously the variables of price, fruit quality and land area have a significant effect on the income of oil palm farmers in Mekar Indah Village. While partially the price and land area affect the income of farmers in Mekar Indah Village, while the quality of the land does not affect the income of farmers in Mekar Indah Village. <![CDATA[Vaksinasi merupakan salah satu uapaya pemerintah untuk mencegah penularan covid-19 pada setiap individu masyarakat. Dengan adanya vaksin dapat memberikan antibody yang kuat sehingga dapat mencegah penularan covid-19 tersebut. Namun banyak masyarakat yang tidak mau melakukan vaksin terutama di Kecamatan Simeulue Barat. Untuk itu diperlukan peran seorang Camat untuk mengajak masyarakat di daerah ini untuk mau melaksanakan vaksinasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran camat dalam melaksanakan vaksinasi covid-19 di Kecamatan Simeulue Barat Kabupaten Simeulue dan untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi camat dalam pelaksanaan vaksinasi covid-19 di Kecamatan Simeulue Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi tahap mereduksi data (data reduction), menyajikan data (data display), dan menarik kesimpulan (conclusion). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Camat Kecamatan Simeulue Barat dalam vaksinasi covid-19 melakukan beberapa peran yaitu bekerjasama dengan pihak kesehatan dan tim Satgas Covid-19 dalam melaksanakan vaksinasi, melakukan sosialisasi vaksinasi covid-19 kepada masyarakat hal-hal yang perlu dilakukan oleh masyarakat untuk menghindari dari virus corona serta memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat tentang manfaat vaksinasi dan memberikan himbauan kepada masyarakat untuk melaksanakan vaksinasi covid-19. Kendala yang dihadapi Camat Simeulue Barat dalam melaksanakan vaksinasi disebabkan karena kurang percaya masyarakat terhadap vaksinasi Covid-19 yang diberikan oleh pemerintah, ketakutan masyarakat terhadap efek yang ditimbulkan setelah vaksinasi Covid-19 terhadap tubuh penerima vaksin covid-19 tersebut dan karena banyaka tersebar berita-berita Hoak dari media sosial dan juga media massa.]]>

<![CDATA[The Keuchik/Village Head is the one who sets the wheels in motion to organize village government, carry out village development, foster village community, and empower village community. The Keuchik has the authority to lead the implementation of village government and carry out other authorities in accordance with statutory regulations. In this research, an in-depth analysis was carried out on the role of Keuchik in the development of Teluk Ambun Village, Singkil District, Aceh Singkil Regency. The research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. In this research, it is described and analyzed in more depth regarding the topics raised. The Keuchik's Role in the Development of Teluk Ambun Village, Singkil District, Aceh Regency. Singkil has carried out his duties and roles well as expected, both as a motivator, mobilizer and facilitator. The role of the keuchik is very important in determining the progress of the development of Teluk Ambun Village. The obstacles found in the community's participation in the village are still less active. The low level of education in Teluk Ambun Village is one of the reasons for the lack of involvement of the village community in development, the village community believes that the task of village development is only delegated to the Keuchik and the apparatus as a whole without any community intervention. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui praktik dan tinjauan fikih muamalah terhadap sistem bagi hasil yang terjadi di Desa Bandar Negeri. Pada daerah ini berpotensi besar dalam kegiatan usaha perikanan khususnya tambak udang, melihat hal ini kerjasama sesuai dengan sistem syariah menjadi hal yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat yang mayoritas beragama muslim. Dimana pada praktiknya terdapat beberapa hal yang menjadi pertimbangan hukum dalam perjanjian bagi hasil ini. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data diolah dengan tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu praktik perjanjian kerjasama di Desa Bandar Negeri termasuk ke dalam akad mudharabah dalam pandangan fikih muamalah. Kesesuaian fikih muamalah terhadap akad mudharabah yang berada di Desa Bandar Negeri ditinjau dari rukun dan syarat sudah terpenuhi maka akad mudharabah yang terjadi di Desa Bandar Negeri sah menurut pandangan fikih muamalah This study aims to determine the practice and review of muamalah fiqh on profit sharing systems that occur in Bandar Negeri Village. This area has great potential in fishing business activities, especially shrimp ponds. Seeing this, cooperation in accordance with the sharia system is something that is needed by people who are predominantly Muslim. Where in practice there are several things that become legal considerations in this production sharing agreement. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method using primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data is processed in three stages, namely reduction, presentation, and data verification. Based on the results of the research conducted, namely the practice of cooperation agreements in Bandar Negeri Village is included in the mudharabah contract in the view of muamalah fiqh. The suitability of the muamalah fiqh for the mudharabah contract in Bandar Negeri Village in terms of the pillars and conditions that have been fulfilled means that the mudharabah contract that took place in Bandar Negeri Village is valid according to the muamalah fiqh view.]]>
