Abstract

Sumber daya pendidikan selalu berbanding lurus dengan ekonomi pendidikan karena seiring dengan semakin tajamnya persaingan akibat perkembangan teknologi yang sangat drastis dan diiringi dengan mode industri 5.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana berjalannya manajemen strategi proses pengembangan sumber daya pendidikan di SMK Al-Kalam Bani Marwan dengan harapan terbangun sebuah pemikiran substantif yang utuh (tidak terdikotomis dan parsial). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif, adapun data yang diperoleh berdasarkan observasi, wawanara, kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi penelitian. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan beberapa faktor yang harus dibenahi dalam pengembangan sumber daya diantaranya kesadaran akan tupoksi sumber daya manusianya yang masih kurang diperhatikan dan kurangnya sosialisasi dalam bidang-bidang tertentu seperti sumber daya keuangan dan sumber daya bukan manusia di lingkungan SMK Al-Kalam Bani Marwan Kabupaten Lebak. Dengan adanya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukan bahwa strategi pengembangan sumber daya pendidikan di SMK AL-Kalam Bani Marwan Kabupaten Lebak yaitu meningkatkan sumber daya pendidikan untuk menciptakan sumber daya yang profesionalisme dan bertanggung jawab baik dengan cara pemberian pelatihan yang sesuai dan model yang tepat untuk diterapkan pada sumber daya keuangan dan program Pendidikan

Abstract

Pembiayaan merupakan faktor utama dalam proses pendidikan. Dengan adanya proses pembiayaan maka segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan kemajuan pendidikan akan tercapai. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah SIT Citra Az-Zahra Jakarta Barat. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah/Wakil Kepala Sekolah,. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitan ini menunjukkan bahwa Penganggaran pembiayaan di sekolah SIT Citra Az-Zahra terlebih dahulu melakukan penyusunan anggaran yang selain disesuaikan dengan 8 standar pendidikan juga disesuaikan dengan skala prioritas utama. Kemudian menentukan jumlah dana yang dibutuhkan dalam jangka waktu satu tahun. Dari 8 standart yang telah ditentukan tersebut nantinya akan dipilih hal apa yang diprioritaskan dalam pembiayaan. Perencaan anggaran pembiayaan pendidikan di SIT Citra Az-Zahra dilakukan sebelum awal ajaran baru. Dan diikuti oleh kepala sekolah, bendahara, guru, tenaga kependidikan, yayasan, dan komite. Renacan yang disusun adalah menetukan rencana anggaran, sumber dana yang didapat, memasukkan anggaran yang telah dirancang ke dalam RAPBS dan RKAS, pelaksanaan atau penggunaan anggaran, sampai dengan pengesahan serta pengawasan penggunaan anggaran. Sumber dana yang didapat berasal dari dana pemerintah yang berupa BOSDA dan BOSREG yang digunakan untuk biaya operasional kegiatan pembelajaran dan sesuai dengan 8 standart pendidikan. Dan dana yang didapat kedua berasal dari infak atau SPP yang digunakan untuk pembangunan gedung dan kegiatan outingclass dan outbond.

Abstract

Folklore as an oral heritage that is entrenched in the community has values that can increase understanding of legends and culture and move people's awareness of the importance of life values. One of them is folklore related to the natural environment. In Indonesia, folklore is not only an oral tradition that is told but also formalized in the education curriculum, especially at the elementary education unit or elementary school level. Folklore that developed in disaster-affected communities was built to provide disaster mitigation education. The purpose of this study was to analyze folklore in elementary school students in an environmentally friendly- based disaster mitigation effort in the Pelabuhanratu Sukabumi area, West Java and Parangtristis Jogjakarta. Using descriptive qualitative methods, this folklore research in elementary schools is discussed using an analysis of disaster mitigation and an environmentally friendly lifestyle. The results showed that folklore contributed to disaster mitigation for elementary school students in Pelabuhanratu Sukabumi and Parangtritis Jogjakarta utilizing several folk stories whose purpose was to build children's understanding and awareness, then for the practical stage it was done through simulation, and for the habituation stage it was done through routines. Values, the values taught are more about protecting the environment to prevent disasters, providing an understanding of the dangers of disasters, and explaining what to do in the event of a disaster.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education as an educational institution to educate the life of the nation needs support from the central, regional and community levels. With that, the government launched the PAUD Education Operational Assistance (BOP) program. However, in practice, it is felt that the provision of BOP is no longer relevant to the real needs of students. This fact is due to the amount of BOP funds until 2020 has not changed and has not followed various economic conditions (inflation). This study aims to describe the management of the operational costs of Raudhatul Athfal Nurul Huda Bogor's education, especially in the 2022/2023 school year. This type of research uses qualitative data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study prove that the management of the operational costs of the Raudhatul Athfal Nurul Huda Bogor education is going well, because there is a planning process by holding an association between school principals, administration, teachers and school committees to make an activity budget for the next one year and collect requirements for disbursing Educational Operational Assistance from the government. In practice, the sources of funds received from both the government and parents of students have been allocated properly. This BOP is supervised by the school principal, teacher council and the chairman of the foundation as internal supervisors and supervisors from the sub-district as external supervisors.

Abstract

AbstractThis study explores the readiness of study programs to meet the nine-criteria policy set by the National Accreditation Agency for Higher Education (NAAHE/BAN-PT) in Indonesia and identifies strategies for achieving superior accreditation ratings. Using a qualitative case study approach, the research involved document analysis, observations, and in-depth interviews with fifteen key stakeholders. Data were analyzed through the CIPPO evaluation model. The findings reveal that: 1) the task force team meticulously prepared for the accreditation process across all stages; 2) effective coordination exists between university leaders, faculties, and study program teams; 3) accreditation criteria are clearly outlined with relevant and valid data; 4) all CIPPO elements are fulfilled, although student research integration remains suboptimal; 5) achieving superior accreditation enhances the university’s image and motivates further development in higher education, especially globally. Since the implementation of the nine-criteria policy in 2019, only one study program within the Ministry of Religion's Islamic Religious Universities has achieved superior accreditation, highlighting the significant challenges faced. Continuous improvement of the tridharma of higher education and expand cooperation both nationally and internationally.AbstrakPenelitian ini menggali kesiapan program studi dalam memenuhi kebijakan sembilan kriteria yang ditetapkan oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (BAN-PT) di Indonesia dan mengidentifikasi strategi untuk mencapai peringkat akreditasi unggul. Dengan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan analisis dokumen, observasi, dan wawancara mendalam dengan lima belas pemangku kepentingan kunci. Data dianalisis menggunakan model evaluasi CIPPO. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa: 1) tim task force mempersiapkan proses akreditasi dengan teliti di semua tahap; 2) terdapat koordinasi efektif antara pimpinan universitas, fakultas, dan tim program studi; 3) kriteria akreditasi dijelaskan dengan jelas dengan data yang relevan dan valid; 4) semua elemen CIPPO terpenuhi, meskipun integrasi penelitian mahasiswa masih kurang optimal; 5) pencapaian akreditasi unggul meningkatkan citra universitas dan memotivasi pengembangan pendidikan tinggi lebih lanjut, khususnya di tingkat global. Sejak implementasi kebijakan sembilan kriteria pada tahun 2019, hanya satu program studi di lingkungan Perguruan Tinggi Agama Islam Kementerian Agama yang meraih akreditasi unggul, menyoroti tantangan signifikan yang dihadapi. Abstract

Education financing is a very important component in the process of providing education. Funding is funding issued either by individual students or members of the public, as well as the government for the smooth running of education and the use and use of financing effectively and efficiently. This study aims to describe the financing of education in junior high schoolsAn Naja Boarding School which includes educational funding sources as well utilization and use of the financing. As for approach and the method in this study uses descriptive qualitative data from interviews, observations, and document studies. Data analysis techniques were carried out using qualitative analysis techniques which included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. While the data validity technique, researchers used data and method triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that the financing system for SMP An Naja Boarding School is centralized, centered on the foundation. schools offer educational fees that are affordable to education customers, and are lower when compared to private educational institutions in the area. Educational resources and use include: students, BOS funds, regular regional donors, incidental grants, waqf and grants, and activity proposals. Sources of education costs are allocated to all the needs of schools and also Islamic boarding schools. The analysis of educational costs produces investment costs, operational costs, and educational personal costs.Keywords: Education Financing, Effectiveness Cost Analysis

Abstract

Education is a crucial element in everyday life, playing an essential part in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor development of individuals. Improving the quality of education continues to evolve, especially through the management of educational institutions. One effective method in strategic planning to improve the quality of education is SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis identifies strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in an organization, helping to formulate strategies that maximize strengths and opportunities and minimize weaknesses and threats. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method to examine the relevance of SWOT analysis in improving the quality of education. The study results show that SWOT analysis provides a comprehensive picture of the internal and external conditions of educational institutions, helps create a vision of the future, and develops relevant and innovative programs. Thus, the application of SWOT analysis in strategic planning can improve the overall quality of education, through identifying and utilizing strengths and opportunities as well as managing weaknesses and threats.

Abstract

The digital economy era demands that economics teaching in high schools transform from a lecture-based approach to competency-based learning that is contextualized to the technology-based workplace. This study aims to analyze the heterogeneity of pedagogical practices in competency-based economics teaching through the discourses of three Economics teachers at SMAN 1 Tangerang Selatan in the digital economy era. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving three purposively selected teachers. Data were obtained through semi-structured interviews, a review of lesson plans/assets (RPP/ATP) and learning media, and descriptive notes on learning practices. The results indicate three main patterns of pedagogical practices: a conventional lecture-memorization-based pattern, an innovative digital pattern integrating e-commerce simulations and financial applications, and a hybrid pattern combining elements of both. The discussion shows that this heterogeneity is influenced by teaching experience, understanding of competency-based curriculum, and the availability of ICT infrastructure, and is in line with the TPACK framework and the findings of several previous studies. It is concluded that the variation in practices reflects teachers' negotiation process between traditional learning norms and the demands of digital transformation. This study's recommendations emphasize the importance of TPACK-based professional development programs and cross-school follow-up studies to strengthen the implementation of competency-based economics learning in the digital era.

Abstract

AbstrakMasalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa kelas II SDN Curug 01 Kota Depok dalam pembelajaran Tematik. Hal tersebut dikarenakan sistem pembelajaran yang diberikan guru di kelas tersebut masih kurang menarik, sehingga menyebabkan siswa kurang bersemangat dalam mengikuti pelajaran yang diberikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas II SDN Curug 01 Kota Depok dalam pembelajaran Tematik dengan menggunakan media gambar. Metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang terdiri dari 2 siklus dan tiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara,  dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif menggunakan rumus prosentase (%) data angket untuk melihat keberhasilan penerapan penggunaan media gambar di dalam kelas dalam rangka meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan aktivitas guru dalam mengunakan media gambar pada siklus I diperoleh 74,58%, sedangkan pada siklus II diperoleh 89,58%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan peningkatan aktivitas guru dalam usaha meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa serta aktivitas siswa. Dan hasil observasi motivasi belajar siswa terdapat peningkatan dari siklus I diperoleh 72,15% menjadi 85,24% pada siklus II. Hal ini berarti terjadi peningkatan rata-rata motivasi belajar siswa meningkat sebesar 15,09%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapatkan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media gambar dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran tematik yang diberikan guru kepada siswa di sekolah tersebut.Kata kunci: media gambar, motivasi belajar, pembelajaran tematik. AbstractThe problem in this study is the low learning motivation of second grade students at State Elementary School (SDN) Curug 01 Depok City in thematic learning. This is because the learning system provided by the teacher in the class is still less attractive, which causes students to be less eager to take part in the lessons. This research was conducted with the aim of enhancing the learning motivation of second grade students at State Elementary School (SDN) Curug 01 Depok City in thematic learning, using image media. This research method is Classroom Action Research which consists of 2 cycles and each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out qualitatively and quantitatively using a percentage formula (%) questionnaire data to see the successful application of the use of media images in the classroom in order to improve student learning motivation. Based on the results of observations of teacher activities in using media images in cycle I obtained 74.16% while in cycle II it was 87.91%. This shows an increase in teacher activity in an effort to increase student motivation and student activity. And the results of observation of student learning motivation there is an increase from cycle I obtained 70.15% to 85.24% in cycle II. This means an increase in the average student learning motivation increased by 15.09%. Based on the results of the research obtained, it can be concluded that the application of learning using image media can improve students' learning motivation in thematic learning had given by the teacher to students at the school.Keywords: picture media, learning motivation, thematic learning.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze how education contributes to the quality and development of human resources in Indonesia, particularly in enhancing their capabilities and serving as an investment in the economic sector. The research method used is a systematic literature review. The data sources include relevant journals from the past five years (2020–2025) and official data from research or survey institutions as well as from the government. The results show that economic factors—especially poverty, unemployment, and GRDP per capita—play a significant role in shaping Indonesia’s Human Development Index (HDI). Although GRDP per capita provides a positive contribution, unemployment and poverty have more substantial and negative impacts on human development. These findings indicate that improving human development in Indonesia requires targeted policies to reduce unemployment and poverty, alongside strategic investments in education, healthcare services, and job creation. The post–COVID-19 pandemic period, particularly between 2021 and 2023, represents a crucial phase in the context of recovery and improving the population’s quality of life. The pandemic has transformed many aspects of life, from how people work to how they interact and access services. On one hand, the pandemic has worsened health and education conditions, but on the other hand, it has also driven innovation and adaptation across various sectors. Keywords: Education, Human Resource Investment, Indonesian Economy, Human Resources Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pendidikan dapat berkontribusi dengan kualitas dan sumber daya manusia di Indonesia, khususnya untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan menjadi investasi dalam dunia perekonomian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah systematic literatur review. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah jurnal yang relevean selama 5 tahun terakhir (2020-2025) dan data resmi dari lembaga penelitian/survey maupun dari pemerintah. Hasil penelitian telah menunjukan faktor-faktor ekonomi—terutama kemiskinan, pengangguran, dan PDRB per kapita memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk Human Development Index(HDM) Indonesia. Meskipun PDRB per kapita memberikan kontribusi positif, pengangguran dan kemiskinan memiliki dampak yang lebih substansial dan negatif terhadap pembangunan manusia. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan pembangunan manusia di Indonesia memerlukan kebijakan yang terarah untuk mengurangi pengangguran dan kemiskinan, di samping investasi strategis di bidang pendidikan, layanan kesehatan, dan penciptaan lapangan kerja. Periode pascapandemi COVID-19, khususnya antara tahun 2021 dan 2023, merupakan fase krusial dalam konteks pemulihan dan peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Pandemi telah mengubah banyak aspek kehidupan, mulai dari cara kita bekerja hingga cara kita berinteraksi dan mengakses layanan. Di satu sisi, pandemi telah memperburuk kondisi kesehatan dan pendidikan, namun di sisi lain, pandemi juga telah memicu inovasi dan adaptasi di berbagai sektor.
