Abstract

Indonesia is a country with various types of uniqueness, ranging from ethnicity, religion, culture, and race. Indonesia is a place of diversity wrapped in great unity and integrity and full of meaning in real life. Of course, this diversity must be maintained properly and should not just fade away. Therefore, a greatly nationalist attitude is needed. The spirit of Nationalism is the more significant implication that the Indonesian nation must have in facing challenges, threats, obstacles, and disturbances both within and outside the country. The aim of this research was as a way or method to fight radicalism not only in Islamic boarding schools in Pesisir Barat Regency but in all Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia by developing activities in Islamic boarding schools that can internalize the values of Nationalism. Pondok Pesantren Pesiisr Barat Regency does not have a especially program of activities for internalizing the values of nationalism, but only through daily activities in the pesantren, in instilling the norms of nationalism. The form of these activities consists of intracurricular activities, namely; the Koran, and rihlah ilmiyah and extracurricular activities, namely; khitobah and hadroh.Keywords: Diversity, Nationalism, RadicalismIndonesia merupakan Negara dengan berbagai macam keunikan di dalamnya, mulai dari suku, agama, budaya, dan ras. Indonesia menjadi tempat keberagaman yang dibungkus dengan persatuan dan kesatuan yang kuat dan penuh dengan makna dikehidupan kenyataan. Tentu adanya keberagaman ini harus dijaga dengan baik dan tidak boleh luntur begitu saja. Maka dari itu dibutuhkanya sikap nasionalisme yang kuat. Jiwa Nasionalisme merupakan implikasi penting yang harus dimiliki oleh bangsa Indonesia dalam menghadapi tantangan, ancaman, hambatan, dan gangguan baik yang datang dari dalam dan luar negeri. Namun, muncul berbagai masalah sosial yang mengganggu keutuhan bangsa Indonesia. Salah satu masalah yang berkembang di masyarakat Indonesia saat ini adalah penyebaran radikalisme. Paham ini berpotensi besar diterapkan pada generasi muda di lingkungan akademik terutama di lembaga pendidikan pondok pesantren di Indonesia. Tujuan jangka panjang penelitian ini adalah sebagai cara atau metode untuk melawan radikalisme tidak hanya di pondok pesantren Kabupaten Pesisir Barat tetapi di seluruh lembaga pendidikan pesantren di Indonesia dengan mengembangkan kegiatan-kegiatan di pondok pesantren yang dapat menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Nasionalisme.Kata Kunci: Keberagaman, Nasionalisme, Radikalisme

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and prove the influence of scientific reasoning ability and argumentation performance of students who follow the PjBL-STEM learning model assisted by e-LKPD with conventional models in learning Physics class XII IPA SMAN 15 Bandar Lampung. The research design was quasi-experimental (quasi-experimental), and the pretest posttest design was used. The population in this study were all students of class XII IPA. The research sample was determined by random sampling technique. The sample in this study was XII IPA 1 as the control class and class XII IPA 3 as the experimental class. Data was collected using test questions, questionnaire sheets and observation sheets. Hypothesis testing using t test and Manova test. The results showed that there was an effect of scientific reasoning ability and student argumentation performance between students who took the PjBL-STEM learning model assisted by e-LKPD and students who followed the conventional learning model based on the results of the Manova test with an F value from Wilks' Lambda. = 43.208 and the significance value = 0.000. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is an influence of scientific reasoning ability and argumentation performance of students who follow the PjBL-STEM learning model assisted by e-LKPD with conventional learning models in learning Physics class XII IPA SMA Negeri 15 Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the validity of the e-worksheet based on the Expression Learning model to construct students' computational skills in direct current electric circuit material. This research was development research using Design, Development, and Research (DDR) which consisted of the analysis, design, development, and evaluation stages and used the mixed method to analyze the data. The instrument used to determine the validity of the developed e-worksheet product was an e-worksheet validation sheet. The e-worksheet validation sheet consisted of product and constructs design validity sheets which were validated by five experts who judged that the developed e-worksheet is very valid, with an average score for the construct validation test of 91.5% and an average score for design test validation of 89%. The research findings showed that ExPRession learning model-based e-worksheet assisted with Heyzine to construct computational thinking skill in direct current electric circuits material is very valid. This study provides evidence that applying the ExPRession learning model to the e-worksheet can construct students' computational thinking skills as one of the skills needed in the 21st century by teaching students the use of Microsoft Excel.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) question instrument with a variety of IT-based stimulus using a valid and reliable Wondershare Quiz Qreator (WQC) on kinematics material, describe the appropriate CBT settings for IT-based question instruments using this WQC, the difference in average number of students answering the questions correctly on variation of the situation used and the level of difficulty of the questions. This study uses research and development methods.  The research design used was adapted from the research design of Borg & Gall with limited only to the 7th stage, namely research and data collection, product planning, initial product development, early stage trials, revision of test results, field trials, and products.  end.  The question instrument developed has a cognitive level of analyzing (C4), evaluating (C5), and creating (C6).  Prior to field testing, the instrument was tested by experts which consisted of a material validation test with a score of 3.37 (very valid), constructs with a score of 3.16 (valid), language with a score of 3.15 (valid), and CBT settings with a score of 3.24 (valid).  The research sample for field trials, namely 22 students of class X MIA MA Al-Hidayat Gerning.  The results of the data obtained were analyzed with the help of SPSS software.  The question instrument contains 3 very difficult questions, 9 moderate questions, and 12 very easy questions.  Based on the results of the study, the HOTS test instrument developed was valid and reliable with Cronbach's alpha value of 0.874 which was in very good criteria.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to evaluate the impact of the ReQOL model on high school students' critical thinking and cognitive learning outcomes. This experimental research method uses pre-test and post-test questions to collect quantitative data from the results of students' critical thinking assessments. All of the pupils in the XIPA class at SMA Negeri 1 Natar made up the study's population. Purposive sampling is used to choose the research sample. Class X IPA III served as the control class in this study, and class X IPA VIII served as the experimental class. Test questions and observation logs were used to obtain the data. Utilizing independent sample T tests and effect size. According to the findings, there was a difference between students who used the ReQOL learning model and those who used Direct Instruction when learning about harmonic vibrations. This difference was based on the significance values of the test Smirnov, which were 0.076 for the pre-test and 0.167 for the post-test in the experimental class. The level of significance of the data is revealed to be 0.000 < 0.05 based on test results from an independent sample T test, indicating that the ReQOL model has a significant impact on improving high school students' critical thinking abilities and academic performance. Based on these results it can be concluded that there is an influence of critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes following the ReQOL learning model in class X IPA physics at SMA Negeri 1 Natar.

Abstract

Students benefit from science process skills when students try and try to solve problems from the instruments that have been disseminated through this research. To overcome student problems that occur in the classroom during the learning process, they must acquire adequate science process skills. Teachers must be able to understand the skills well so that students can get the needed needs. This study aims to determine the profile of science process skills of VIII grade junior high school students at SMP Negeri 2 Sembawa. The results of this study are expected to be used as a guide for science teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Sembawa in overcoming students' difficulties in mastering science concepts in schools. This quantitative research was conducted by testing using the Basic Skill Process (BAPS) instrument. The research sample consisted of 81 junior high school students in class VIII at SMP Negeri 2 Sembawa. Researchers obtained learning data based on the results of the Science Process Skills (SPS) test. The SPS test consists of 25 understanding of SPS concepts. The results of the study revealed that the percentage results of students' process skills for each indicator were observing 28.39%, communicating 63.20%, classifying 61.23%, predicting 49.91%, and inferring 40.74%. Based on these percentages, it can be seen that the highest indicators achieved by students are indicators of communication and classification, while the lowest indicators achieved by students are indicators of observation and data inference. The category of mastery of science process concepts for SMP Negeri 2 Sembawa students is included in the medium category. the quality of learning to improve the ability to observe students by increasing the ability of the five senses. Learning that involves a lot of students' sensory abilities is also needed to stimulate science process skills to be achieved properly.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is important for every educational institution from elementary school to college. In reality, the learning and learning process at school does not go well, especially in the thinking ability of students, thinking ability is a cognitive domain that provides a knowledge process from the knowledge that will be obtained by students. To overcome the difficulties of learning environmental pollution science class VII, it is important to use an approach that facilitates a thorough understanding of the concept. Teachers are facilitators in learning, of course, can provide solutions to problems that occur during the teaching and learning process, 21st century teachers are no longer as teacer centers but as facilitators in the learning process to achieve learning goals. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of problem-based learning-based e-module product development to improve the learning outcomes of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Blambangan Umpu Way Kanan. This research is a development research using the ADDIE approach, with 30 research samples to test the effectiveness of the product using the N-Gain test. The results of the study can be concluded that the results of the development carried out by researchers on environmental pollution material are known to be very effective e-modules based on problem-based learning to improve the learning outcomes of Science Class VII SMP Negeri 1 Blambangan Umpu Way Kanan with the results of 71% there are changes when before and after using e-module development products.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a computer-based test instrument using the valid Wondershare Quiz Creator (WQC) to measure HOTS in temperature and heat material. This study uses research and development research methods and the research design used refers to the research design by Borg & Gall. Data analysis was performed by means of internal validation tests by a team of experts. This test instrument has been tested by experts consisting of the material validation test with a score of 3.10 (valid), construction with a score of 2.88 (valid), and language with a score of 3.63 (very valid). The CBT setting on this product is also very valid with an average score of 3.68. The sig value of the difference in the level of validity and complexity in the types of multiple choice, multiple response, matching, and sequence items obtained was> 0.05, which indicates that there was no difference in the average validity and complexity between the four types of questions at each cognitive level. Keywords: Test instruments, Wondershare Quiz Creator (WQC), HOTS.  DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpmipa/v22i1.pp45-51

Abstract

This research is a development research that uses the ADDIE Design Research and Development (R&D) model which consists of 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The purpose of this study is to describe the validity and practicality. Augmented reality-assisted flashcards on linear motion material to increase students' learning interest. Product validity was assessed by 3 experts consisting of aspects of material and construct assessment as well as aspects of media and design assessment with an overall average score of 3.64 with a very valid category. The practicality of the product is assessed from the readability aspect and the teacher's perception aspect by obtaining an overall average percentage of 95% in the very practical category. Based on the analysis of the results of the data, it was concluded that the product resulting from the development of augmented reality-assisted flashcards on linear motion material was valid and practical to increase students' interest in learning.Keywords: flashcards, augmented reality, learning interest, linear motion.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpmipa/v24i1.pp291-297

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the practicality and effectiveness of electronic student worksheets based on ethnoscience in training smart risk-taking behavior and a growth mindset. The research employed a hybrid type III mixed-method with a sequential explanatory design, combining quantitative and qualitative approaches. The subjects of the study were junior high school students in Lampung Province, selected randomly. The worksheets were developed based on ethnoscience principles, integrating local culture, traditional knowledge, and scientific knowledge, with validity tested by experts. Quantitative data were collected through product validity tests and hypothesis testing, while qualitative data were gathered through interviews and observations. Quantitative analysis showed a validity score of 91.60% with very high criteria, and hypothesis testing indicated significant differences between the experimental and control classes in the ability to exhibit smart risk-taking behavior and a growth mindset. Based on these results, it is concluded that ethnoscience-based worksheets are effective in training smart risk-taking behavior and a growth mindset, emphasizing the importance of integrating local cultural context in educational tools to enhance learning outcomes and personal development.
