Abstract

This research aims to know the farmer income of pine SAP tappers in the village of Tangkulowi sub-district of Kulawi, Sigi Regency. Determination of the respondents in this research was conducted by the census method, that is taken from the population. The population in this study was as many as 42 people tappers and it was taken samples as many as 42 people as well. Methods of analysis used was the income analysis.The results of the analysis showed that the income earned  byfarmers of pine SAP tappers in the village of Tangkulowi sub-district of Kulawi Sigi Regency was Rp. 2,157,403.18 per harvesting season or Rp. 3,082,004.54 for a month. The income average per season of pine SAP tappers farmers harvest was obtained for three weeks. Earned income of  farmers of pine SAP tappers in the village of Tangkulowi sub-district of Kulawi Regency Sigi quite large that is reached Rp. 3,082,004.54 per a month that means it is greater than the Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) of Central Sulawesi 2016 was Rp. 1,670,000 for a month. Key Words : Acceptance of farmers, Farmers income and Revenue analysis

Abstract

The aim of this study was to observe the form of seaweed marketing chain, the amount of margin in each marketing chain, and seaweed marketing efficiency in each marketing chain. Respondents selected as sample were seaweed farmers and a trader. Samples of seaweed farmer were chosen by using simple random sampling method. There were 25 respondents interviewed from the total of 50 population. Sample of trader respondent was chosen by using tracing sampling method, and there was 1 trader respondent interviewed. The total number of respondents interviewed was 26 respondents. Result of marketing analysis showed that marketing margin observed in chain I was IDR 4.500; and no marketing margin was observed in chain II because seaweeds were directly sold to cunsumers. Marketing chain of seaweed in Lalombi village consisted of two chains, namely:1. Seaweed Farmer → Trader→ Consumer.2. Seaweed Farmer → Consumer.In the first chain, selling price received by seaweed farmers was 60% with the efficiency value was 40%. In the second chain, selling price received by seaweed farmers was 100% with the efficiency value was 0%; and therefore seaweed marketing chain more efficient was the second marketing chain.Key Words: Marketing analysis, seaweed.

Abstract

Agricultural development in Central Sulawesi is directed to increase the production and income of farmers. One main stay commodity that can increase the income of farmers is a valley commodity onion Palu. The fried onion industry has enough potential to be developed, in addition to extending the use fulness of valley red onion Palu also able to increase household income. Research this aims for knowing magnitude income and profitability business that obtainable business fried onion CV. Agro Lestari City Palu. Determination locations research selected in deliberate (purposive), with consideration that fried onion this constitute false one center business with capacity production  fried onion the most in City Palu that is 57,600 kg per year. Respondents in this research that led the company and two employees. Data that in gather is data primary and data secondary. The analysis method is the analysis of revenue (  = TR - TC) and profitability analysis. The results showed the presence of additional capital of as big as  IDR. 100.000.000 with an interest rate of 18% per year, the business crown fried onions obtainan average value of 35.45% economic profitability, while the value of equity earnings yield an average value of 34.26%. Abstract

The aim of research are to find out the amount of economical order EOQ (Economy Order Quantity), the time lengthand the amount of order at Industry Rapoviaka simple st. Lasoso No. 45 Sub District Palu West of Palu City on April until 2016. The source of the data from Rapoviaka simple industry. The analytical tool used in this research is theAnalysis of EOQ (Economic Order Quantity), Safety stock, ROP (Re-Order Point). Result from this study is that the number of the purchasing material at the most economical shoulder simple Rapoviaka industry with an average that is equel to 17,826 kg, for the month of 16,67 kg November, December amounted to 16,76 kg, January 18,56, February 18,54 kg, and March 18,60 kg, with a frequncy of 3 times the message ordering in a mounth, safety stock of raw material requirements per production in Novemeber     and December of 4,17 kg, for mounth January, February and March requirements per production 5,00 kg. to reorder point in November and December of 8,33 kg and in January, February, March, amounting 10,00 kg. The total cost of materials inventory shoulder simple Rapoviaka Industry average of Rp.191.295,73/mounth. Key Words : Chocolate, management, material inventory.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of revenue and oyster mushrooms in the village of the District Mpanau Biromaru Sigi. The research was conducted on oyster mushroom businesses located in the village of the District Mpanau Biromaru Sigi. Respondents consisted of 1 employee that business owners oyster mushrooms. The results showed that the income earned on oyster mushroom business in October IDR. 2,217,732 oyster mushroom businesses gain and deserve to be developed with a value of R/C of 1.73 indicates that any expenditure of IDR. 1.00 will earn revenue of IDR. 1.73. Key Words : Feasibility Analysis, Oyster Mushroom, Village Mpanau.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the number of economically purchase of raw materials, the total cost of the raw materials supplies, safety stock of raw materials and when to perform re-ordering of raw materials to the industry onions Fried Onions "Mahkota" in the city of Palu. The research was conducted on Industry Fried Onions "Mahkota" located at Jl. I Gusti Ngurah Rai from March to June 2016. The respondents were taken in this study that the company leadership fully responsible and know the raw material management of Industry Fried Onions "Mahkota". The results showed that: (1). economical purchase amount of raw materials every order was 3,000 kg, with a frequency purchase 4 times per 1 year; (2). total cost of supplies based on the EOQ method from January-December 2015 average of Rp. 3,000,000/year; (3). Safety stock of raw materials onions which should be available is 33.3 kg or 2,966.7 kg/ 3 months; (4). The length of time reordering reorder point (ROP) one day in order the arrival of raw materialson time.

Abstract

Sidera Village is a sweet corn producing area in District Sigi Biromaru Sigi Regency. Sweet Corn Farming in Sidera Village is a source of farmers income, which can be seen from the commoditys exploitation. The sustainability of the farm should be maintained to increase the production and income of farmers by maintaining or even increasing the produced production. The purpose of this study was to find out, knowing the amount of sweet corn farm income in Sidera Village Sigi Biromaru District. The study was conducted from October to January. Data analysis used in this research is Production Revenue analysis obtained that Sweet Corn Production in one planting season equal to 1,899.33 / Kg and average of income earned by farmer equal to Rp. 3,273,333./ha, while the total cost incurred by farmers on average amounted to Rp. 1.738.462./ha and Average income of Sweet Corn farming in Sidera Village Sigi Biromaru sub district Sigi Rp. 1.534.870 / ha. Keywords : Farming, Sweet Corn, Revenue, Sidera.

Abstract

Simagaya village is one of rice production centers in Balaesang sub-district Donggala regency. Farmer in that village applied the system of direct seeds planting due to the high cost for labor. The determination of research location was purposive sampling because this village is one of rice production center. This research aims to identify the income of rice field farm by applying direct seeds plant method. This research was conducted on April to May 2017. The respondent determined by simple random sampling. The number of respondent was 32 out of 116 farmers. Analysis technique used is income analysis. The result of this research showed that the average production obtained on the land area of 0.72 Ha/PS is 1.235.93 Kg with selling price of Rp. 7000/Kg then the total income is Rp. 8.624.500 while the total cost is Rp. 4.319.037. It provides income of Rp. 4.308.463/0.72 Ha/PS in one planting season. Keywords : Income Analysis, Rice Paddy, Simagaya Village.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of agricultural extansion and farming income of Rice  in Oloboju village, Subdistrict of Sigi Biromaru, Sigi Regency, during May to August, 2016. The location determining of this study was determined by purposive sampling. The number of respondents is 30 people who often follow counseling. Collecting data in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Analysis of the data used is the method of Chi Square and revenue analysis. The results of this study indicated that the role of agricultural extension educator components such as supervising of farmers so far so good. Abstract

Control of raw materials availability has positive impact to the continuity of production and increase corporate profits, and this also function to the production of breadfruit chips by Citra Lestari, a home industry of breadfruit chip. This study aimed to determine the amount of raw material purchase breadfruit chips were the most economical, knowing the right schedule to buy raw materials to made breadfruit chip and knowing the coming schedule to purchase raw material. The results showed that the use of raw materials to produce chip per period was 4,815 breadfruits year-1 with 140,000 as booking fee and 20,000 IDR as storage cost year-1. Therefore, The most economical was to buy 108 breadfruits for each production cycle, with optimal order frequency was 8 times with lead time of raw materials for 1 week, there were about 207 breadfruits used in a week, safety stock calculated as about 108 fruits for a week if every week there are maximum 250 fruits are needed, with lead time 1 week.
