Abstract

Marketing Tuna fish in the village Bahari have a lot of difference between the relatively low price of the amount paid by the consumer at prices determined by the number of fishermen who certainly affect the marketing margin. Their involvement in the marketing mix to increase sales volume and marketing agencies in distributing fish species, cause marketing costs. This study aimed (1). Tuna Fish forms of marketing channels in the village of Bahari (2). Large marketing margins Tuna in the village of Bahari (3). The portion of the price received by the Tuna Fishermen in the village of Bahari (4).The level of marketing efficiency Tuna in the village of Bahari. Respondents in this study were fishermen who do production catching Tuna. Determination of the respondents conducted by using Simple Random Sampling (Simple Random Sampling). The number of respondents in this study were 30 fishermen from a total population of 100 people fishing tuna. Total population was taken from the 10 fishing groups, each group representing the three members of the fishermen. Then to respondents 5 Tuna fish traders used the assessment method (trancing method), in order to obtain each of the collectors 2 and 3 retailers. The results showed that the value of sales Tuna on Channel I that was obtained Tuna Fishermen in the village of Bahari District of Tojo Tojo Una-Una IDR.160,000,000 / kg and Channels II obtained IDR. 150,000,000 / kg Group Business Tuna Fishermen Village Maritime District of Tojo Una-Una well worth the effort, indicated by value analysis shows that the marketing channel Tuna Maritime Village District of Tojo Tojo Una-Una consists of two channels, namely: 1 . Fishermen Traders Gatherer → Collectors →Retailers→ Consumer Merchant Retailers. 2. Fishermen Traders Retailer → Consumer. Old Fish total marketing margin on first marketing channel that was IDR.10,000.00/ kg and marketing margins Tuna on a second marketing channel that wasIDR. 15,000.00/ kg. Part of the price received by fishermen on the first channel by 62% and part of the price received by fishermen on the second line by 83%.Marketing efficiency Tuna on the first channel of 12.5% and the efficiency of marketing of tuna fish on a second channel 13%. In both these marketing channels, marketing channels to II is more efficient than the first marketing channel where the efficiency of the marketing channel II is greater than I. channels Caused by comparison of total marketing costs incurred on the channel II is smaller than the channel I. In addition, the sale price received by fishermen (producer) on the second channel is greater.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the income of wetland rice farmers under direct seeding system in Ongka Trimuspasari village, Ongka Malino sub district, Parigi Moutong regency.  This research was carried out from January until February 2017. A Simple Random technique was used for respondent determination and Slovin formula for determining the respondent number of 30 farmers. The average revenue of the farmer using the direct seeding system was IDR 35,253,333/2.04ha or IDR 17,281,045.75/ha with the average total cost of 16,806,469/2.04ha or IDR 8,238,465.24/ha and the average income of IDR 18,446,864/2.04ha orIDR 9,042,581/ha.

Abstract

Copra is one of the processing coconut which cultivated by people in Indonesia. This commodity is generally used as a raw material for the manufacture of coconut oil is produced from the flesh of the coconut. Copra is a endoaperm of coconut which has been dried through a process of drying, the moisture content in endosperm about 50% was reduced to only 5-6%. Copra quality can be improved by performing storage the whole fruit in certain time before coconuts processed into copra. The purpose of this research is to know the revenue obtained in the processing of Copra Farmers in Pusungi Village Ampana Tete Sub-District Tojo Una-Una Regency. This research is determined by simple random method (simple random sampling) and Farmer copra populations as much as 102 people and the number of samples obtained as many as 31 respondents.The data used the primary and secondary data. Data analysis is an analysis of income used π = TR-TC. Production data is data processing of Copra in April-July 2016. The results of the analysis showed that the average income of farmers in Pusungi Village Ampana Tete Sub-District Tojo Una-Una Regency is Rp. 4,064,917. Income amounting to Rp. 4,064,917 retrieved from a reduction of between Rp. 9,393,947 reception with total cost amounting toRp. 5,329,030.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the characteristics and preferences of consumers in buying local apples and import apples at Bumi Nyiur Swalayan. This research was carried out at Bumi Nyiur Supermarket that located in S. Parman street Palu City. The location determination is done deliberately (Purposive) with a total of 50 respondents were by technical of Accidental Random Sampling. The analysis used the analysis chi square and analysis multiatribut fishbein. The analysis show that attribute into preferences of consumers of local apples at a price Rp. 30,000 - Rp. 39,999/kilogram, has a sweet taste slightly acid, greenish yellow colour, medium size, crunchy texture watery. On an import apples, attribute into preferences of consumers is a price > Rp. 50.000/ kilogram, sweet taste, reddish yellow colour, big size, crunchy texture watery. The attribute that most consumers consider the purchase decision-making of local apples in a row from the highest to the lowest is price, size, texture, taste and colour. Unlike the import apples which the value attitudes toward the attributes that most consumer consider in a row from the highest to the lowest is taste, size, price, and colour.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to know how appropriate alternative strategies to be applied inthe development of ground coffee on Bumi Mutiara Industry in the city of Palu. The research was conducted on ground coffee Bumii Mutiara Industry located at Jalan Mutiara Palu Palu Nagaya II No.29-30. Number of respondents 5 people consisting of 1 leader, 2 employees, 1 customer, and 1 person perindakop employees. The analysis method is the SWOT analysis. The results showed the total value obtained in the amount of 3.34 IFAS table with a score of 2.20 and the power of weakness score of 1.14 while the total value obtained EFAS, which amounted to 3.08 with a score of 1.80 opportunities and threats score of 1 , 28. Based on calculations of the value of the rating and weighting factors internal business development strategies Bumi Mutiara ground coffee as the X-axis is 1.06, while external factors as the Y-axis is 0.52. The alternative strategy is the right strategy SO. SO strategy is a strategy that can be used ground coffee industry Bumi Mutiara in creating strategies to use force to take advantage of existing opportunities.

Abstract

The fisheries as one of the support sub-sector of the agricultural sector in the economy has a role in national economic development. These roles provide added value and strategic value, as well as provide financial and economic benefits, particularly in the provision of protein foodstuffs, foreign exchange earnings, and the provision of jobs. This study aims to determine the added value obtained by tuna fish after being processed into tuna shreds in the home industry of Raja Bawang in Palu City. This research was conducted on Raja Bawang home industry in Palu City, the location determination was done purposively, considering that Raja Bawang home industry is an industry that has been producing tuna fish shreds. The study was conducted from March to April 2017. Respondents in this study were the leaders and employees of Raja Bawang household industry in Palu City. The analysis used is value-added analysis (Hayami Method). Based on the results and discussion of the research, it can be concluded that the production of tuna fish on the Raja Bawang home industry during April of 2017 using 75 kg of tuna fish and produce as many as 500 packs of abon tuna the amount of production of abon tuna fish in Raja BawangIndustry is Rp.4,558,838 and the added value obtained from processed tuna fish into tuna shred as much as Rp.62.995 / kg, with profit of Rp.29.934 or as much as 47,51%.

Abstract

Agricultural development aims to increase the yield and quality of production, increasing revenue and living standard, expanding jobs opportunities and improving industrial and export development. In line with that goal, one of the agricultural development policy is to develop farm subsector that has been navigate to development of public farm. Farm subsector is a job opportunity that absorb many work force, providing  raw material for processing industry and act in conserving environment, because of that, the effort to develop this subsector need to be increased. The purpose of this research is to know the income of cacao farmers in Bobo Village, knowing the cacao farm business revenue in Bobo Village Palolo Sub-District, Sigi District, was conducted in January – March 2017. Cacao farm business revenue in Bobo Village, Palolo Sub-District, Sigi district. The sampling method used in this research was Simple Random Sampling method, with 30 farmers as sample from 70 of cacao farmers population. Result of this research conclude that the average  of cacao farmers income is Rp. 31.421.939,84/1,42Ha or Rp. 22.128.126,65/Ha, the average of cacao farmers revenue in Bobo Village is Rp. 36.380.000/1,42Ha or Rp. 25.619.718,31/Ha, and the average of total cost of cacao farmers in Bobo Village is Rp. 4.958.060,16/1,42Ha or Rp. 3.491.591,67/Ha.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the Analysis of break even points of ginger coffee business at IKM Sal-Han in Palu City. The research was conducted at IKM Sal-Han jl. Sis-Aljufri No. 48 Palu in February 2017 to March 2017. Respondents in this study are the leader or owner of SMI Sal-Han and two employees of production. Analysis tool used in this research is Break Even Point. The results showed that break even point for ginger coffee packing product 200 g reached on production volume as much as 51 packaging with price Rp 25.000/packaging then the value of sale at the break even point of  Rp 1,275,000 /3 months, For ginger coffee packing product 300 g is achieved at 8 production volume at the price of Rp 45.000 / packaging then the value of sale at the break even point counted of Rp 3,600,000 / 3 months, for ginger coffee packing product 400 g reached on The production volume of 11 with the price of Rp 50.000/packaging then the value of sales at the break even point counted of  Rp 550,000 / 3 months and for the production of ginger coffee packing 500 g achieved on the production volume of 6 With the price of 50.000/packaging then the value of sales at the break even point of return counted of Rp 300,000 / 3 months.

Abstract

This research was conducted in home industry of “Sumber Urip Jamur” in Palu City Central Sulawesi on April 2015. The aim of the research is to know the feasibility of oyster mushroom cultivation in “Sumber Urip Jamur” in Palu. The determination of respondent has done as purposive method. The number of respondents were 3 respondents, they are the head and the exchequer of “Sumber Urip Jamur”. Data of this research comprise of primary and secondary data. The data were analyzed using business feasibility analysis of ROI and JWPM. The result of this research showed that the income of oyster mushroom is Rp. 6.000.000 and the profit is Rp. 2.719.757 and ROI produced is 19%. The business capital will return after 2,74 year of 17 months because the production of oyster mushroom improved from 6 to 10 kg per day while the payback period is 2,74. Business of oyster mushroom is feasible cultivated with range of score of R/C of 1,82.

Abstract

Research on profit maximization farming seaweed to determine the maximum advantage of  seaweed cultivation in Lalombi Village, Sub District of South Banawa, Donggala Regency, Determine the allocation the resources to maximize profits. Determination of the respondents selected the Systematic Random Sampling method. The method of sampling is that only the first element of a randomly selected sample, were subsequently selected elements systematically according to a pattern. Number of samples by taking 50% of the population of 60 farmers, in order to obtain a sample of 30 respondents who seek seaweed. The analysis used in this study is the analysis of Linear Programming. The analysis showed that the maximum benefit is obtained by of seaweed cultivation farmers in Lalombi village the amount of production as much as 21.173 kg /planting season which amounted to Rp 63.519.070/Planting     Season. Resource allocation based on the cultivation of seaweed research is to increase the profits of 423,26 HOK Labor, as 33.876, 84 Kg and Seed Capital amounting to Rp 84.692.100.
