Abstract

Maximum output from the operation of solar cell depends on the temperature of the solar cell, solar radiation, wind speed, the state of the earth's atmosphere, the orientation of the solar cell and the position of the location of the solar cell against the sun (tilt angle). Solar Tracker is a device that automatically change the orientation of a solar panel towards the position of the sun and increasing the insolation. Initially the solar tracker is set up using LDR then image processing-based settings can reduce tracking errors. Image-based solar tracker still uses a full-sized computer that requires a lot of energy and space. This research aims to improve the accuracy of the direction of the solar panel and optimize the output of the solar panel by increasing the angle of solar radiation (insolation) using the Solar Tracker with a camera sensor and a Raspberry Pi minicomputer. The use of cameras is intended to reduce errors from LDR-based systems and the use of Raspberry Pi replaces full-sized computer. The method to track position of the sun is by tracking the pixel with highest value. From the output analysis the solar panel proved to be optimized by the application of Raspberry Pi-integrated camera solar tracker. The comparison of the output power between the stationary solar panel and the solar panel installed on the Raspberry Pi-integrated camera solar tracker is 1: 1,389 (21,5487W: 29,8822W) in the no-load test and 1: 1,2042 (6,0344W: 7, 2671W) in tests with a 12V-5W bulb load.

Abstract

Information systems in an organization have an important role in providing information to management in order to control various complex processes within an organization. The implementation of information systems in the Batik Professional Certification Institute, can help the management of Batik LSP in controlling processes in organizations, ranging from participants, assessors, Competency Test Places, to scheduling competency tests. Information systems designed to build must be through a test before use. Information system testing is carried out to determine whether or not the application is suitable for use by users. This study aims to conduct a series of tests on information systems that have been designed to build. The method used is experimental, using the AppPerfect Web Test application and the Functional Test questionnaire (Black Box Testing) instrument provided to users. The purpose of this study, to determine the extent to which these two test methods can be reliable in testing the information system of professional certification institutions that are built. Based on the analysis carried out, the AppPerfect Web Test application is in line with the results of the function test by the user. In other words, functional testing can be done by users or with the AppPerfect Web Test application, or both.

Abstract

Public street lighting is a complement to the road and is placed on the left or right side of the road or in the middle of the median of the road to illuminate the road. The public street lighting that has been operating is usually rarely maintained, and problems will arise in the street lighting that can reduce the illumination value. This study aims to determine the illumination value, whether it is the SNI 7391:2008 standard or not, by means of measurements and simulations on the Jenderal Sudirman Pemalang road. measurement using a digital lux meter (AS803) and simulation using the software DIALux evo 10.1. Based on simulation results with the SNI 7391:2008 standard and an illumination value of 11-20 lux, the study recommends replacing the installed lamp with a 70 W LED lamp. The result of this study is that replacing a 70 W LED lamp can reduce the cost of electrical energy consumption by Rp 3,037,338 and reduce electrical power consumption by 2,102.4 kWh

Abstract

Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P3) menjadi program andalan pemerintah dalam kurikulum merdeka guna menananmkan niliai karakter luhur bangsa susuai nilai Pancasila dalam menghadapi era Society 5.0. Mengatasi masalah yang timbul berkaitan dengan karakter generasi muda, pemerintah telah menerbitkan buku pedoman dan pengembangan karakter P3 untuk setiap satuan pendidikan. Namun isntrumen penilaian karakter P3 belum dikembangkan sama sekali. Instrumen Penilaian sikap P3 digunakan untuk menilai sejauh mana siswa dapat mengimplementasikan karakter P3 dalam lingkungannya, serta untuk mengevaluasi program penanaman P3 secara kuantitatif melalui sistem operasi Android. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengembangakan instrumen penilaian untuk guru terhadap pendidikan karakter P3 siswa SD berbasis android pada fase B. Pendekatan yang digunakan ialah Research and Development metode 4D dari Thiagarajan. Reliabilitas intereter, reliabelitas tes, validitas isi, validitas konstruk dan reliabelitas konstruk dievaluasi setelah pengembangan dan penerapannya pada sampel 640 siswa di 5 SD di Kota Mataram. Instrumen final terdiri dari 25 item dari 6 dimensi P3. Validitas isi dilakukan oleh 3 ahli dan 3 praktisi pendidikan. Reliabelitas Intereter menggunakan formula Ebel, kemudian reliabelitas tes menggunakan formula Alpha Cronbach’s. Sedangkan analisis Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) menggunakan metode SEM pada software Lisrel 8.8 guna membuktikan validitas dan estimasi reliabelitas konstruk instrumen. Mempertimbangkan semua hasil, instrumen yang dikembangkan memiliki sifat psikometrik yang diperlukan untuk dianggap sebagai instrumen yang valid dan andal untuk mengukur sikap P3 siswa SD di kota Mataram.

Abstract

Pertanyaan yang akan ditelusuri dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1). Bagaimana manajemen pusat TIK Jardiknas di SMK?, 2). Bagaimana implementasai e-learning pada pusat TIK Jardiknas di SMK?, 3). Bagaimana model konseptual pembelajaran berbasis e-learning yang sesuai di SMK?. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan naturalistik dalam observasi dan pengumpulan datanya, dan peneliti dalam penelitian ini berfungsi sebagai instrumen utama. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan kesimpulan: 1). Pusat TIK Jardiknas SMK di Jawa Tengah belum berfungsi maksimal sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsinya, 2). Pusat TIK Jardiknas SMK di Jawa Tengah belum bisa menjadi pusat pembelajaran dan pengembangan implementasi e-learning, 3). Kegiatan-kegiatan di pusat TIK Jardiknas hanya berlangsung jika ada dana dari pusat, 4). Pada saat ini di Jawa Tengah baru ada 2 SMK (5,7 %) yang sudah merintis implementasi e-learning, 5). Guru-guru SMK di Jawa Tengah belum bisa melakukan implementasi e-learning, 6). Siswa-siswa SMK di Jawa Tengah belum optimal memanfaatkan pusat TIK Jardiknas untuk e-learning, 7). Pusat TIK Jardiknas SMK memerlukan biaya operasional tambahan selain dukungan dana dari Direktorat PSMK maupun Pustekom, 8). Sistem pengendalian dan tanggung jawab atas proses pembelajaran menggunakan e-learning di SMK belum berjalan, 9). Manajemen pusat TIK Jardiknas dan implementasi e-learning di SMK belum efektif ditinjau dari prinsip-prinsip manajemen, 10). Tidak ada evaluasi secara berkala oleh kepala sekolah terhadap capaian kinerja pusat TIK Jardiknas SMK. Rekomendasi penelitian meliputi: 1). Dibutuhkan kepala SMK yang berwawasan global dan mempunyai komitmen terhadap implementasi e-learning, 2). Mengoptimalkan Tupoksi pusat TIK Jardiknas sehingga bisa menjadi agen kemajuan pendidikan yang berbasiskan TIK, 3). Disusun standard operational procedure (SOP) untuk pengelolaan pusat TIK Jardiknas SMK, 4). Menjalin kerjasama dengan instansi lain untuk peningkatan kualitas guru, 5).Meningkatkan kesiapan guru-guru SMK dalam proses pembelajaran dengan e-learning lewat pelatihan dan workshop, 6). Mengoptimalkan kesiapan siswa SMK  dalam proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan e-learning, 7). Membangun model manajemen e-learning yang efektif dan efisien, 8). SMK harus melakukan pengembangan dan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mencari model implementasi e-learning.Question that will be traced in research this is the: 1). How ICT center Jardiknas management in SMK ?, 2). How implementasai e-learning at ICT center Jardiknas in SMK ?, 3). How conceptual model study bases on appropriate e-learning in SMK ?. Research Method that used by method qualitative with naturalistic approach in its observation and data collecting, and researcher in this research as the main instrument.  Research Result produces conclusion: 1). ICT center Jardiknas SMK in Central Java has not yet functioned maximal in accordance with its key task and function, 2). ICT center Jardiknas SMK in Central Java can not have yet centered implementation e-learning, 3). Activities ICT center Jardiknas only takes place if there is fund from center, 4). Today in new Central Java there is 2 SMKs (5,7 %) this time has blazed the way implementation e-learning, 5). Teachers SMK in Central Java have not yet can conduct implementation e-learning, 6). Students SMK in Central Java has not yet been optimal exploit ICT center Jardiknas for e-learning, 7). ICT center Jardiknas SMK cost moneys addition operational besides fund support from Direktorat PSMK and also Pustekom,8). Operation System and responsibility to the study process use e-learning in SMK not yet walked, 9). ICT center Jardiknas Management and implementation e-learning in SMK has not yet been effective evaluated from management principles, 10). There is no evaluation periodically by headmaster to performance of ICT center Jardiknas SMK. Research Recommendation covers: 1). Required head SMK that with vision of global and have comitment to implementation e-learning,2). Optimalization ICT center Jardiknas function so it's can become agent of education progress that based ICT, 3). Compiled procedure operational standard (POS) for ICT center Jardiknas SMK management, 4). Braid cooperation with other institution for improvement of teacher quality, 5). Improve readiness of teachers SMK in course of study with e-learning pass training and workshop,6). Optimalization readiness of student SMK in course of study by using e-learning, 7). Develop management model effective and efficient e-learning, 8). SMK must conducts furthermore development and research to look for implementation model e-learning.

Abstract

The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic in late December 2019 has significantly impacted the global and Indonesian education systems, resulting in a learning crisis and academic setbacks among students. In response, the government has pursued curriculum innovation, namely the independent curriculum, as a means to recover from the post-pandemic learning crisis. This study aimed to assess the success of the independent curriculum implementation at Senior High School Mover in Kota Ambon. The study focused on the planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up stages of the program, analyzing its context, input, process, and product aspects. Data were collected from five high schools and 60 teachers in Ambon City using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicated that the context evaluation of the curriculum emphasized the need for government and school support in terms of adequate funds and facilities. The evaluation of inputs demonstrated that teaching modules were an effective approach in meeting students' needs. The process evaluation revealed that teachers utilized the modules effectively during teaching. This research is expected to provide information about the implementation of independent curriculum in mobilizing high schools, especially in Kota Ambon so that schools can make improvements in the implementation of the kurikulum merdeka.

Abstract

Abstrak- Asap rokok dan kebisingan merupakan masalah yang sering terjadi di sekolah, sedangkan dalam penanganan masalah asap rokok dan kebisingan di sekolah belum maksimal karena belum terdapat alat yang mampu mendeteksi asap rokok sekaligus kebisingan yang diterapkan di sekolah. Pemantauan kondisi ruang kelas agar tetap kondusif perlu diadakan, maka dari itu dilakukan pengembangan alarm deteksi asap rokok dan kebisingan pada ruang kelas secara otomatis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru dalam memonitoring kondisi di ruang kelas ketika ruang kelas sedang tidak ada guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (RD), yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan mulai yaitu dari potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk, ambil data, analisis data, hasil dan pembahasan, simpulan serta selesai. Dalam penelitian dihasilkan alarm deteksi asap rokok dan kebisingan pada ruang kelas secara otomatis berbasis mikrokontroler yang terdiri dari Arduino Uno, sensor TGS 2600, sensor LM 358, Buzzer, LED, LCD dan Fan. Tahap pengujian meliputi uji coba kelayakan. Hasil analisis data dihasilkan persentase sebesar 82,63 dengan kategori valid. Hasil pengujian sensor asap rokok dan kebisingan sudah dikalibrasi sesuai kondisi sebenarnya. Alarm ini, bagian sensor asap rokok tidak dapat diimplementasikan di ruang kelas nyata, sedangkan bagian sensor kebisingan dapat diimplentasikan di ruang kelas nyata dengan menyetting tingkat kepekaan.  Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya, bagian sensor asap rokok dapat dikembangkan, mampu mendeteksi asap rokok pada ruang kelas nyata.

Abstract

This study focuses on the importance of branding strategies in the education sector, with specific emphasis on Ngudi Waluyo University (UNW), a new private university in Semarang Regency. The objective of the research was to analyze and identify brand positioning strategies, brand identity strategies, brand personality strategies, and brand communication strategies employed by UNW. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing interviews, observation, and documentation as sources of direct, descriptive data. UNW's brand positioning strategy is built upon its vision and mission. The brand identity strategy centers around the symbol of UNW, which signifies sincerity, neutrality, and a cultured attitude in the university's contribution to national education, aiming for a glorious Indonesia. The brand personality strategy involves collaboration with competent stakeholders. UNW's brand communication strategy encompasses the establishment of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with various agencies, particularly schools in Central Java and Tri Dharma, as well as practice areas and government institutions such as the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of Central Java and the Government of Timor Leste. These MoUs also incorporate the KOKY program. To enhance its branding, UNW is advised to strengthen its position through innovative initiatives. By consistently improving the quality of education, UNW can establish a strong brand image and increase its competitive advantage in the education sector.

Abstract

Manajemen stres merujuk pada pengelolaan tanggapan fisik dan psikologis terhadap tekanan atau tuntutan dari lingkungan sekitar, melibatkan penggunaan strategi dan teknik untuk mengurangi dampak negatifnya pada kesejahteraan individu. Dalam konteks kepemimpinan, manajemen stres menjadi sangat penting karena kepala sekolah sering menghadapi tekanan kompleks dari berbagai pihak, termasuk guru, siswa, orang tua, serta regulasi dan kebijakan pendidikan. Manajemen diri mengacu pada kemampuan individu untuk mengatur dan mengelola diri sendiri, termasuk pengaturan waktu, emosi, dan motivasi. Kemampuan ini sangat vital bagi kepala sekolah dalam mengelola tugas-tugas administratif dan kepemimpinan yang kompleks. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor ini saling berhubungan dan mempengaruhi kinerja Kepala Sekolah, serta memberikan wawasan yang berguna untuk meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan dan manajemen di sekolah-sekolah menengah kejuruan Pemahaman yang mendalam tentang manajemen stres dan manajemen diri memiliki implikasi penting bagi peningkatan kinerja kepala sekolah di lingkungan pendidikan. Oleh sebab itu, perlu kajian untuk mengetahui hubungan manajemen stres dan manajemen diri terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah SMK Pusat Keunggulan khususnya Di Jawa Tengah. Dalam kajian yang telah teruji secara korelasi menunjukkan bahwa manajemen stres tidak ada hubungan dengan kinerja kepala sekolah dikarenakan kepala sekolah dapat menerapkan strategi untuk mengatasi stres. Manajemen diri berhubungan positif dengan kinerja, sebab manajemen diri yang baik akan berpengaruh baik pula terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

The use of standard AC and fluorescent lamps tends to be more wasteful. Based on observations, building C uses standard AC with a capacity that does not match the needs of the room and uses fluorescent lamps with minimal lighting intensity, so it is necessary to conserve energy to obtain opportunities for saving electrical energy while still paying attention to environmentally friendly aspects and occupant comfort. Electrical energy saving analysis is carried out through an energy audit by calculating the Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE). The pur-pose of this study is to obtain opportunities for saving electrical energy through energy conservation. Calculation of IKE values in 2019 and 2020 in building C is in the efficient category. Opportunities to save energy are carried out by replacing standard AC with low watt AC or inverter AC, resulting in savings of 28% and 30,6% with payback periods of 2,9 years and 3,8 years. Turning off the AC 15 minutes and 30 minutes before the end of working hours resulted in savings of 2,8% and 5,7% on standard AC, 2,9% and 5,8% on low watt AC and inverter AC. Energy saving opportunities by replacing fluorescent lamps with LED lamps obtained savings of 16,28% with a payback period of 4,4 years and the lighting intensity has met SNI with lighting intensity of 358-421 lux in the working room and 315-361 lux in the meeting room.
