Abstract

ABSTRAKKata Kunci    : Permasalahan SantriPenelitian yang berjudul “Identifikasi Permasalahan Santri Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Komplek YPUI Kampung Keuramat Kecamatan Kuta Alam Kota Banda Aceh”, Penelitian ini mengangkat masalah bidang kesehatan, keadaan penghidupan, rekreasi dan hobi/kegemaran, kehidupan sosial-keaktifan, hubungan pribadi, masalah muda-mudi, kehidupan keluarga, agama dan moral, penyesuaian terhadap sekolah, masa depan dan cita-cita serta masalah dalam bidang penyesuaian terhadap kurikulum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh santri di Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum.. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif Kuantitatif yaitu menggambarkan suatu kondisi atau perstiwa secara sistamatis, aktual dan akurat mengenai fakta dan sifat populasi atau daerah tertentu. Subjek penelitian adalah Santri Baru Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Komplek YPUI Kampung Keuramat Kecamatan Kuta Alam Kota Banda Aceh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Angket DCM (Daftar Cek Masalah). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran presentase bidang permasalahan santri baru Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum bidang kesehatan 25%, keadaan penghidupan 15%, rekreasi dan hobi/kegemaran 37%, kehidupan sosial-keaktifan 81%, hubungan pribadi 34%, masalah muda-mudi 20%, kehidupan keluarga 28%, agama dan moral 4%, penyesuaian terhadap sekolah 29%, masa depan dan cita-cita 76%, penyesuaian terhadap kurikulum 9%. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa santri baru Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum mempunyai masalah presentase teringgi pada bidang kehidupan sosial-keaktifan.

Abstract

Adolescence is a time for individuals to prepare themselves into adulthood, there are many developmental tasks that must be passed by teenagers one of them adalan choose and set career direction. At this time many teenagers often have problems related to understanding, planning and establishing themselves with regard to career, The problem makes many students who are confused in choosing majors in college. These problems also occur due to the absence of regular guidance and counseling hours so that services provided to students, especially those related to careers are very limited. Therefore, it takes a medium that students can use independently in planning their career. This study aims to develop the media in the form of a self-understanding module on a career that is worth using both independently and as a medium in providing career guidance services. The method used in this research is research and development method. This research data is sourced from material experts, media experts, teachers and students, this research data obtained from the questionnaire. The results of this research validate the product with the material expert to conclude that the module is in good category while validari with the media expert to produce conclusion that the module is in very good category. Materials experts and media experts also provide suggestions for module improvements. The user trials of counseling and student counseling teachers after the revised module are in the good category according to the teacher and are excellent according to the students. Continuing trial use where students are given tests before the module is given, after which the students are given one week to read the module and then given the same test again. In the paired sample t-test, it is found that there is an increase in students' understanding before and after reading self-understanding module about career.

Abstract

 Penelitian yang berjudul pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok untuk mengembangkan empati siswa melalui teknik psikodrama, akan membantu siswa dalam mengembangkan empatinya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk melihat pengaruh pemberian layanan bimbingan kelompok melalui teknik psikodrama dalam mengembangkan empati siswa. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian pra-eksperimen one group pre-post test design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa yang memiliki empati rendah, sedangkan sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 10 siswa yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan paired sample sign-test menggunakan uji Z. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa post-test lebih besar dari pada pre-test yaitu 89,9 ≥ 66,2 dan dengan hasil uji Z yaitu 3,16 lebih besar dari harga kritiknya yang bernilai 1 dengan nilai α 0,05. Artinya terdapat perbedaan yang positif dan signifikan sebelum dan setelah diberikannya layanan bimbingan kelompok melalui teknik psikodrama dalam mengembangkan empati siswa. Melalui teknik psikodrama juga membuat siswa menjadi mampu memahami kondisi dan menghargai pendapat orang lain dalam layanan bimbingan kelompok. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap empati siswa setelah mengikuti layanan bimbingan kelompok melalui teknik psikodrama dapat diterima.Kata Kunci : Empati, Bimbingan Kelompok, Teknik Psikodrama

Abstract

Abstract: This research is entitled "Analysis of Difficulties of Guidance and Counseling Internship Students in Implementing the Internship Program ". The purpose of this study was to determine the difficulties of guidance and counseling students in carrying out the practice of field experiencein internship program. The research method is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were internship students from the Counseling Guidance Department who implemented the 2015/2016 internship program. The research data was obtained from students through the interview. Data analysis techniques are carried out by data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of this study indicate that, some students have difficulty in making syllabus, compiling annual, semester, and daily programs, some students are able to develop material, only using media and learning resources that are suitable to be applied to students, in preparing student lesson plans difficulties as well as in the implementation of learning activities and assessment of learning outcomes or evaluating student learning outcomes, feeling inadequate in setting materials and learning objectives as well as in selecting and organizing materials, media, and student learning resources, difficulties in managing routine tasks, learning facilities, and time, classroom management, as well as the use of learning strategies and in using language and behavior, as well as being less able to foster positive attitudes of studentsKeywords: Student difficulties, internship program Abstrak: Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Kesulitan Mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam Melaksanakan Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan”. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kesulitan mahasiswa bimbingan dan koseling dalam melaksanakan praktik pengalaman lapangan. Metode penelitian adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah Mahasiswa PPL Jurusan Bimbingan Konseling yang melaksankan PPL tahun 2015/2016. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari mahasiswa melalui wawacara. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, sebagian mahasiswa kesulitan dalam membuat silabus, menyusun program tahunan, semesteran, dan harian, beberapa dari mahasiswa mampu dalam mengembangkan materi, hanya saja kurang menggunakan media dan sumber belajar yang cocok untuk diterapkan kepada siswa, dalam penyusunan RPP mahasiswa merasa kesulitan begitu juga dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran dan penilaian hasil belajar atau mengevaluasikan hasil belajar siswa, merasa kurang mampu dalam menetapkan bahan dan tujuan pembelajaran begitu juga dalam memilih dan mengorganisasi materi, media, dan sumber belajar siswa, kesulitan dalam pengelolaan tugas rutin, fasilitas belajar, dan waktu, pengeloaan kelas, begitu juga dalam penggunaan strategi pembelajaran dan dalam menggunakan bahasa dan perilaku, serta kurang mampu dalam menumbuhkan sikap positif pada siswa.Kata kunci: Kesulitan mahasiswa BK-Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL)

Abstract

Analysis of student needs is an important activity in the process of implementing the BK in order to reach effectiveness, efficiency and achievement of service goals. This study aims to find out the implementation steps of analyzing the needs of students in the preparation of guidance and counseling programs in State Junior High Schools within the Banda Aceh city area. This research includes the type of descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were BK teachers, principals, homeroom teachers and subject teachers from Banda Aceh State Middle School 1, Banda Aceh Public Middle School 2, Banda Aceh Public Middle School 4 and Banda Aceh State Middle School 17. The data collection technique used is interview. While the data analysis technique is done in three steps, namely data reduction, data display and verification. The results of the study show that; (1) The activity of analyzing the needs of students begins with the preparation stage which includes the needs assessment phase, activities to obtain elements, set the basis for planning; (2) The steps taken by the BK teacher in the activity of analyzing student needs include identification of data, application of instrumentation, collecting data, analyzing / interpreting data and following up; (3) The parties involved in the activity of analyzing the needs of students namely the principal, homeroom teacher and subject teacher.

Abstract

This study is entitled the application of Diniyah Education in SDN 24 Banda Aceh City. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of Diniyah education programs in Banda Aceh City SDN 24 and factors that hinder and support the implementation of Diniyah education in Banda Aceh City SDN 24. The approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research location is SDN 24 Kota Banda Aceh. Data collection techniques used are by observation, interview, and documentation. Based on research results obtained that the application of diniyah education in SDN 24 Banda Aceh City is an Islamic-based education to improve student morals so that they have moral values accompanied by good morals of Islamic religious values. In this program, elementary school students are required to master the eight books, namely Masailal Muhtadin, Date, Worship, Uswatun Hasanah, Tauhid, Fardhu'ain, Juz Amma, Prayers of Shalat, Tahsinul Kitab (students taught to read the book), and other materials. The factors that support the implementation of Diniyah education at SDN 24 Banda Aceh City are the enthusiasm and willingness of students who are so happy with Diniyah activities. So this makes it easier for teachers / religious teachers to deliver the material. Second; teaching factors that are able to incorporate learning media (such as learning while playing, singing Islamic songs or blessings so as not to cause students to get bored, able to provide motivation for students. While the inhibiting factors that become obstacles are the absence of syllabus or teaching materials targeted by the education department and the lack of Parental support Some parents are less supportive of diniyah activities, this is evidenced by the lack of interest in attending students during the morning hours.Keywords: Implementation Of Diniyah Education, Primary School ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul penerapan pendidikan diniyah di SDN 24 Kota Banda Aceh. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan program pendidikan diniyah di SDN 24 Kota Banda Aceh dan faktor yang menghambat dan mendukung terlaksananya pendidikan diniyah di SDN 24 Kota Banda Aceh. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan penelitian deskriptif. lokasi penelitian yaituSDN 24 Kota Banda Aceh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara observasi, wawancaradan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwapenerapan pendidikan diniyah di SDN 24 Kota Banda Aceh merupakan pendidikan berbasis Islami untuk memperbaiki akhlak pelajar agar memiliki nilai moral dengan dibarengi akhlak yang baik nilai-nilai agama Islam. Dalam program ini, siswa sekolah dasar dituntut untuk menguasai kitab lapan, yaitu Masailal Muhtadin, Tarikh, Ibadah, Uswatun Hasanah, Tauhid, Fardhu’ain, disamping itu Juz Amma, Do’a Shalat, Tahsinul kitab (siswa di ajari membaca kitab), dan materi-materi lainnya.Faktor yang mendukung terlaksananya pendidikan diniyah di SDN 24 Kota Banda Aceh adanya antusias dan kemauan siswa yang begitu senang dengan kegiatan diniyah. Sehingga ini memudahkan guru/ ustad/ah untuk menyampaikan materi. Kedua; faktor tenaga pengajar yang mampu berkalaborasi dengan media pembelajaran (seperti belajar sambil bermain, menyanyikan lagu Islami atau shalawat sehingga tidak menyebabkan siswa bosan, mampu memberikan motivasi bagi siswa. Sedangkan faktor penghambat yang menjadi kendala yaitu tidak adanya silabus atau bahan ajar yang ditargetkan oleh dinas pendidikan serta kurangnya dukungan orang tua. Sebagian orang tua kurang mendukung kegiatan diniyah, ini dibuktikan dengan kurangnya minat hadir siswa pada saat jam diniyah.Kata Kunci: Penerapan Pendidikan Diniyah, Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

This study was talking about the social adjustment of students who are affected by parent-child attachment. A good relationship between parent-child, will assist children in adapting himself with the social environment. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of parent-child attachment style to the social adjustment of students in junior high school 18 Banda Aceh. This research method is descriptive with quantitative approach. The population of this study  numbered 420 students, while 204 students are the study’s sample. The data collection technique was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques to find out   the representation of the two variables: quantitative descriptive analysis, while the formula used to see the effect of the coefficient of determination (R2). The result of this  research  determined that most parent-child attachment style and social adjustment of each middle category is 72.5% and 67.2%. The determination coefficient of analysis result (R2) is 29%, while 71% are influenced by other factors.Keywords: Parent-Child Attachment, social adjustmentABSTRAKHubungan yang baik antara orangtua-anak, akan membantu anak dalam menyesuaikan dirinya dengan lingkungan sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kelekatan orangtua-anak terhadap penyesuaian sosial siswa di SMP negeri 18 Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 420 siswa,  sedangkan sampel penelitian 204 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah angket. Teknik analisis data untuk melihat gambaran kedua variabel yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, sedangkan untuk melihat pengaruh digunakan rumus koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian mengambarkan bahwa sebagian besar gaya kelekatan orangtua-anak dan penyesuaian sosial masing-masing berada pada kategori sedang yaitu 72,5% dan 67,2%. Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 29%, Sedangkan 71% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya.Kata kunci: Kelekatan orangtua-anak, Penyesuaian sosial

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of teachers management professional development through the Teachers Working Group. This study is a mixed research conducted in ten districts /cities spread in Aceh Province, involving 37 Elementary Schools. The subject in this study include core teacher, teachers, chairman of the KKKS (Principal Working Group), as well as education offices chosen by purposive sampling. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Qualitative data analysis carried out by the procedure or steps such as data reduction, data display, and verification. The results showed that: (1) Profile of KKG in general consists of the components: (a) the legal basis, the name, position, and the nature of the organization, (b) the vision, mission, and futuristic goals, (c) membership, management and organizational structure, (d) Basic budget, and (e) the facilities and infrastructure for KKG; (2) the implementation of KKG is done through the regular and development activities; (3) The obstacles encountered in the implementation of KKG include: (a) inadequate facilities and infrastructure are inadequate, (b) financing needs to be improved, (c) the motivation of teachers is still low, (d) the principal supports to include teachers in routine activities are lacking due priority school activities, and (e) the support of local government and education authorities on the development of KKG is still lack; while (4) KKG development management evaluation done with the steps: (a) the supervision and monitoring, evaluation, and feedback.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil, implementasi, dan evaluasi sistem manajemen mutu pada SMK di Propinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif kuantitatif (mixed method). Data dikumpulkan melalui interview, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan EFAS, IFAS, dan SPACE Matriks. Adapun Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas 3 (tiga belas) SMK yang tersebar di wilayah Propinsi Aceh yang dipilih secara purposive sampling.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profil sistem manajemen mutu SMK di Propinsi Aceh dinyatakan melalui pernyataan visi, misi, tujuan, kebijakan, kerja sama dengan dunia usaha dan industri, dan unit produksi sekolah.Sekolah merujuk pada standar mutu ISO 9001 2008 dan Akreditas Nasional. Implementasi manajemen mutu tercermin melalui komitmen pimpinan puncak manajemen, peran tim pengembang sekolah, penyelenggaraan program, strategi, dan pelatihan, keterlibatan karyawan, perbaikan terus menerus, penerapan standar kualitas, komunikasi, serta kepuasan pelanggan. Evaluasi dilakukan secara terus menerus melalui audit internal dan eksternal sekolah, evaluasi diri sekolah dan instrumen pengawas.Kata kunci: manajemen mutu, sekolah menengah  kejuruan THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS ORGANIZATION 9001 2008 SYSTEM IN VOCATIONAL SCHOOLSAbstractThis study aims to describe and analyze the profile, implementation, and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) at Vocational Schools (SMK) in Aceh, Indonesia. The study was descriptive qualitative-quantitative (mixed method research). Data was collected through observations, interviews, and documentary study, and analyzed through IFAS, EFAS, and SPACE matrix. The results showed that the schools’ profiles comprising their visions, missions, school resources, policies, the cooperation with the world of work, and schools’ production units. TQM implementation was executed through top-management leadership, management commitment, the role of quality department, training and education, employee involvement, continuous improvement, supplier partnership, product/service design, quality policies, quality data and reporting, communication to improve quality, and customer satisfaction orientation and employee relations. The evaluation was conducted continuously by involving the internal and external auditors, the schools’ self-evaluation and the supervisors’ instruments. Abstract

Academic hardiness is a personality characteristic that can resist all academic pressures on students, while active procrastination is an activity or behavior that procrastinates intentionally, and repeatedly in completing academic tasks. The research objectives: (1) measure the level of active procrastination and academic hardiness of students, and (2) predict the relationship between academic hardiness and procrastination in students. The research uses a quantitative approach with the type of correlational research. The research population is active undergraduate students in one of the State Universities in Banda Aceh. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula, from a population of 22,798 students obtained a sample of 393 students. The Clustered Random Sampling technique was used in the selection of samples with batch as the cluster from the 2016 to the 2020 batch. The data collection technique used a questionnaire contains two scales; namely Revised Academic Hardiness Scale (RAHS) and Active Procrastination Scale (APS). The results showed that the average active procrastination level was in the medium category, with a percentage of 68.4% and the average academic hardiness level was in the medium category with a percentage of 67.4%. Research shows that there is a significant positive relationship between academic hardiness and active procrastination with a Pearson correlation of 0.308 and a probability value of 0.000 (ρ <0.05). The results of this study can be used as the basis for making a hardiness trainer program by the University Counseling Service Unit to increase academic hardiness in students so that they can fight all academic pressures.
