Abstract

Tour guides are guidelines used by guides in providing services to tourists. This paper aims to discuss the register of city tour scouting programs, the use of French vocabulary, phrases and conversation in the tourism profession. The method used in this paper is a case study through tourism scouting training activities by tourism stakeholders. The source of the research data is the text of online tourism promotion media and examples of the results of the city tour program preparation exercise. The conclusion of this paper shows that tour guide is a professional field of tourism that has its register of French that must be understood and mastered by tour guides. With the use of a tour guide register, communication between guides and French tourists can be well established.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the formation of participatory regional development planning policies in the Municipality of Bima in the perspective of collaborative governance while at the same time finding new models or concepts in the formation of development planning policies in the Municipality of Bima in the perspective of collaborative governance to make it more participatory. Participatory regional development planning is a spirit transmitted by the central government through the implementation of regional autonomy as a form of government responsibility in increasing public political participation, capturing community aspirations and increasing the degree of democratization in state management. This study uses a qualitative research method with an exploratory descriptive approach and uses an all-systems thinking approach through the learning process, namely Soft System Methodology (SSM). The results of this study indicate that the formulation of regional development planning policies in Bima Municipality from the point of view of the concept of collaborative governance does not yet reflect a participatory policy formation process. The dynamics of collaboration which is the core of participatory in principled engagement has not been effective because the government's role is still very dominant. The implication is that shared motivation has not been properly structured and finally the capacity for joint action that reflects the unification of all resources as a participatory spirit has not occurred.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konstruksi realitas sosial budaya atas produkkomersial yang diiklankan melalui media televisi. Kontruksi sosial budaya atas produkdipandang sebagi tanda, seperti halnya bahasa sebagai tanda verbal, sehingga usahamedia iklan mengkonstruksi makna sosial budaya yang melekat pada diri produkmenjadi tanda yang berstruktur dalam pikiran konsumen. Menggunakan pendekatankualitatif, data yang dikumpulkan melalui hasil rekaman iklan-iklan komersial televisi.Penelitian menggunaan tinjauan semiotika Barthes sebagai metode untuk menganalisislapisan-lapisan pemaknaan sebagai realitas tanda (realitas denotasi, konotasi dan mitos).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengiklan telah melakukan berbagai cara persuasifuntuk menggiring konsumen untuk menggunakan produk yang dipromosikan, sehinggafungsi iklan yang dilakukan oleh produsen tidak menekankan pada fungsi ataukegunaan produk tetapi fungsi sosial budaya yang dikonstruksi, bagaimana menjaditanda yang berstruktur, dan alamiah seperti halnya bahasa yang digunakan dalamberkomunikasi. Pesan-pesan iklan telah menjadi konsumsi makna sosial budaya bagikonsumen yang kemudian diaplikasikan makna-makna tersebut ke dalam kehidupansosial budaya sebagai suatu hal wajar.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) merancang pengajaran keterampilan berbicara melalui kecerdasan komunikatif, kecerdasan linguistik, dan kecerdasan motorik dalam program yang diungkapkan dalam pengajaran bahasa Arab di Universitas Maulana Malik Ibrahim Negara Islam Malang, (2) pengetahuan tentang efektivitas pengajaran keterampilan bicara melalui kecerdasan komunikasi, Kecerdasan linguistik, dan kecerdasan motorik dalam program tersebut terungkap dalam pengajaran bahasa Arab di Universitas Maulana Malik Ibrahim Negara Islam Malang. Para peneliti menggunakan pendekatan R&D. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, resolusi dan pengujian. Peneliti menggunakan dua cara untuk menganalisis data, yaitu analisis data kualitatif dan analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) keterampilan mengajar berbicara melalui kecerdasan komunikasi, kecerdasan linguistik, dan kecerdasan motorik dalam program yang diungkapkan dalam pengajaran bahasa Arab di Universitas Maulana Malik Ibrahim Negara Islam Malang. Perancang terdiri dari tujuan pendidikan, karakteristik siswa, Pembelajaran, dan evaluasi, dan (2) penggunaan pendidikan keterampilan berbicara melalui kecerdasan komunikatif, kecerdasan linguistik, dan kecerdasan motorik dalam program yang diungkapkan dalam pengajaran bahasa Arab di Universitas Maulana Malik Ibrahim perancang pemerintahan Islam Malang memperoleh gelar efektif setelah tes (t-test) Dalam T. Hasil program SPSS tampaknya sangat nyata (sig <0,05). Selain itu, hasil t-akun adalah 6.709 lebih besar dari T-tabel 0,05,36 = 1,688.

Abstract

Storytelling represents a story about a tourist destination. Travelers have stories about objects, and they become the Storyteller of the objects visited. This article aims to explore the use of travelers to the objects visited and how their knowledge becomes storytelling. The tourist destination that is object of study is the karst tourist destination Rammang-Rammang, a place in the Karst mountain cluster Maros-Pangkep Indonesia.  This paper will use narration theory as a communication system for creating stories against an object. The results of this study showed that elements are forming the stories Rammang-Rammang as the attraction of ecotourism, namely living culture Rammang-Rammang, mangrove trees, Nipah palm, rivers, boats, karst, caves, Empang and house Traditional Bugis. Tourists can tell stories (myths) from the elements of the stories. Tourists as storytellers against Rammang-Rammang Ecotourism as a media promotion of tourism. Tourists, as the storyteller promotes objects visited.

Abstract

This research is intended to find our about the kafa’ah concept according to Imam Maliki, then it is compared with the perspective of Imam Syafi’I. This article is conducted to study the conceptual ideas based on library research. This library research employed qualitative design. The daya were gathered via library study to arrange and interpret the concept in order promoting new point of view results. Those data can be in the forms of research paper, journal, books, and so forth which is related to the studied concept. The result of this study showed that the kafa’ah concept significantly and mostly used in the marital context. This concept shows the comparative implementation in the marital context in Indonesia, but it is actually explained to anticipate any kind of thing which may bring harm to the wife. Key words: marriage, kafaah, concept, Imam Maliki, Imam Syafii.

Abstract

Gender equality is an interesting issue to discuss if you look at the pros and cons that are often attached to this issue. The issue of gender equality began to spread in Indonesia in the 1990s. Many people misinterpret gender equality as if it is seen as an act or desire to put women in the world first. However, this is not the goal of gender equality itself. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, research data obtained by analyzing, describing, and summarizing various conditions, situations from various data collected in the form of interviews or observations regarding the problems studied that occur in the field. To help village development based on the SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS (SDGs) it must include 8 goals so that the millennium development goals can be fulfilled in accordance with what has been set by the government, regardless of everyone's gender.

Abstract

ABSTRACK This research aims to gain a deep understanding of the role of religiosity in shaping the work ethic of factory workers in LPKS Mynara Cikarang. In this research approach, a qualitative method was employed, focusing on data collection through in-depth interviews and participatory observation. The research respondents consisted of factory workers at LPKS Mynara Cikarang with diverse work experiences. The findings of this research depict religiosity not only as a series of religious rituals but also as a profound awareness that permeates moral values and personal engagement with God. These religious values provide a strong moral foundation, creating a work culture based on a moral calling rather than tasks as mere obligations. Religious practices, such as prayer and self-reflection, are not just rituals but also psychological strategies that positively impact the psychological well-being of workers. The research also highlights the challenges and opportunities in enhancing the work ethic of factory workers. Training and skills development are recognized as strategic pillars, while leadership roles that set positive examples and engage in open communication are identified as keys to motivating workers. However, high levels of stress and workload can hinder productivity, indicating the need for management policies that support employee well-being. Adaptation to technological changes is also crucial, requiring relevant training and effective communication. Overall, these findings provide a foundation for companies to develop holistic strategies that incorporate training, leadership, stress management, and technological adaptation to sustainably enhance the work ethic of factory workers.

Abstract

Pada abad ke-15 M, di Desa Sanrobone, Kabupaten Takalar, terdapat kerajaan dengan nama yang sama. Namun, perubahan sosial dan ekonomi membuat kondisi masyarakat tidak sebaik sebelumnya. Situs-situs penting seperti rumah adat Balla Lompoa, makam leluhur, dan masjid tua usang dimakan waktu. Sektor pertanian dan kelautan menjadi mata pencaharian utama, tetapi juga terdapat pengembangan UMKM. Artikel ini memberikan wawasan dan panduan bagi pengembangan desa wisata budaya di daerah lain dengan potensi budaya dan kearifan lokal yang kaya. Pendekatan pemberdayaan masyarakat menggunakan tujuh dimensi (7D) dan melibatkan survei, pelatihan, pendampingan, monitoring, dan evaluasi. Peneliti berinteraksi dengan Kepala Desa dan aparat desa, serta menggunakan literatur pendukung seperti jurnal, artikel, dan video. Tindakan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat yang diidentifikasi dalam survei, termasuk pelatihan UMKM, publikasi, dan pengelolaan desa wisata. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk menganalisis hasil dan tingkat antusiasme masyarakat. Pengembangan desa wisata budaya di Desa Sanrobone menghasilkan perubahan signifikan. Masyarakat mitra terampil mengelola UMKM, pemuda mahir dalam pengambilan gambar situs budaya, dan kelompok sadar wisata aktif dalam pengelolaan situs budaya serta pembuatan papan informasi. Kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang potensi wisata budaya meningkat, dengan rasa tanggung jawab bersama menjaga situs-situs tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to unveil the charm behind the political campaign billboards for the 2024 Kendari Mayor candidate that use propaganda language through social semiotics analysis. The data used in this study are two billboards from candidates for Mayor in Kendari City in 2024 who have the highest electability survey results or candidates who are popular in the people of Kendari City. This study used a qualitative approach to analyze written text and visual text on billboards. The results showed that the two billboards analyzed had similarities in using propaganda language, such as logos, slogans, background colors, and the color of candidates' clothes. This research shows that the object of billboard participants is used to attract the attention of the audience and that the propaganda language in billboards moves through various elements such as logos, slogans, photo techniques, color composition, image arrangement, background color, and color of the candidate's clothing.
