Abstract

ABSTRACT The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine the effect of workload on employee performance. 2) To determine the effect of workload on work stress. 3) To determine the effect of work stress on performance. 4) To determine the effect of workload on performance through work stress as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative research type and the research sample is 177 employees of RSUD H. Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja, Bulukumba Regency. This study uses path analysis for data analysis with the help of SPSS Version 26 Statistics program. The results of this study prove that: 1) Workload has a positive and significant effect on performance. 2) Workload has a positive and insignificant effect on work stress. 3) Job stress has a negative and significant effect on performance. 4) Job Stress does not mediate Workload on Performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions with purchase intention as an intervening variable for users of Wuling cars in Makassar City. This study uses primary data by taking data from questionnaires. The sampling technique in this study was probability sampling so that the number of samples used was 157 people. The data analysis technique in this study used (SEM) structural equation modeling with the help of smartPLS to be able to solve the problems and hypotheses that have been formulated in this study and used to test the relationships between variables. The results of this study indicate that Product Quality has no effect on Purchase Decision, Price has no effect on Purchase Decision, Product Quality has a significant effect on Purchase Intention, Price has a significant effect on Purchase Intention, Purchase Interest has significant influence on Purchase Decision, Product Quality has a significant effect significant effect on Purchase Decision through Purchase Interest and Price has no effect on Purchase Decision through Purchase Interest.

Abstract

Este tipo de investigación cuantitativa con una muestra de 150 encuestados a actores MIPYME en la ciudad de Makassar con muestreo utilizando la fórmula Hair. Mediante el procesamiento de datos utilizando SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) versión 4. Esta aplicación también se utiliza para probar o averiguar cómo las variables de capital intelectual, acceso a financiamiento y sistemas de información de gestión se relacionan con el desempeño de las MIPYME en la ciudad de Makassar. Los resultados de este estudio indican que el capital intelectual tiene un efecto positivo significativo en el desempeño de las MIPYME, el acceso a las finanzas tiene un efecto positivo significativo en el desempeño de las MIPYME y los sistemas de información gerencial (MIS) tienen un efecto positivo significativo en el desempeño de las MIPYME en la ciudad de Makassar.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Job Demands, Job Resources on Turnover Intention with Work Engagement as an Intervening Variable. This research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study were nurses who worked at the Faisal Islamic Hospital in Makassar The sample in this study was 96 nurses taken using the Slovin formula. The data collection method uses a quantitative method, where data collection uses a questionnaire distributed directly from the first source or place where the research object is carried out. Hypothesis testing was carried out using linear regression analysis for hypotheses 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, path analysis and Sobel test for hypotheses 6 and 7 using the SPSS program The results of this study indicate that Job Demands have a negative effect on Work Engagement, Job Resources have a positive and significant effect on Work Engagement, Job Demands have a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Job Resources have a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Work Engagement has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention , Job Engagement can mediate the influence of Job Demands on Turnover Intention and Job Engagement can mediate the influence of Job Resources on Turnover Intention Keywords: Job Demands, Job Resources, Turnover Intention, Job Engagement

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of workload and self-efficacy on performance with burnout as an intervening variable in health workers at the Islamic Faisal Hospital, Makassar. In this research, the variables used are workload and self-efficacy as independent variables, performance as the dependent variable, and burnout as the mediating variable. This research is quantitative research. The data source in this research comes from primary data, where the method for collecting data is using interviews and questionnaires which are distributed to all nurses at the Faisal Islamic Hospital in Makassar. The number of samples used was 110 samples. The data analysis technique in this research is using the Microsoft Excel computer program and your Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) version 26. The results of this research show that workload has a positive and significant effect on burnout, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on burnout, workload has an effect positive and significant effect on performance, self efficacy has a positive and significan effect on performance, workload has a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by burnout, self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by burnout. Abstract

Tiap perusahaan maupun organisasi pasti memiliki target atau tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam suatu periode tertentu. Sumber daya yang memiliki peran penting dalam pencapaian tujuan perusahaan maupun organisasi adalah sumber daya manusia. Bagi beberapa orang menyeimbangkan karir dan kehidupan pribadi bukanlah hal yang mudah, Saat ini gaya hidup Work-Life Balance semakin marak disuarakan oleh beberapa kalangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui orientasi kolektivisme berpengaruh terhadap work-life balance, 2) Untuk mengetahui gender berpengaruh terhadap work-life balance, 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi kolektivisme terhadap work-life balance dimoderasi oleh job satisfaction, 4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh gender terhadap work-life balance dimoderasi oleh job satisfaction. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan sampel penelitiannya adalah 105 karyawan yang diperoleh dengan metode sensus yaitu pengambilan sampel dengan cara semua karyawan dari populasi dijadikan sampel jenuh, yaitu seluruh karyawan PT. Kalaborang Residence. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur untuk menganalisis data dengan bantuan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa: 1) Orientasi kolektivisme berpengaruh positif terhadap work-life balance, 2) Gender berpengaruh positif terhadap work-life balance, 3) Orientasi kolektivisme berpengaruh positif terhadap work-life balance dimoderasi oleh job satisfaction, 4) gender berpengaruh positif terhadap work-life balance dimoderasi oleh job satisfaction Kata kunci : Orientasi Kolektivisme, Gender, Job Satisfaction, Work-Life Balance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work place well-being and mental health on employee performance through work motivation as a moderating variable at Bulog Jastasma Kanwil Sulselbar. In this study, the variables used are work place well-being and mental health as independent variables, performance as the dependent variable, and work motivation as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative study. The data source used in this study is primary data collected through a survey using a questionnaire. The method of calculating the number of samples using the Slovin formula and the sampling method using the probability sampling technique, so that the number of samples used is 100 people. The data is processed using the Patrial Least Squares (PLS) method and applied using Smart PLS 4. The results of this study indicate that work place well-being has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, mental health has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work place well-being has a negative and significant effect on employee performance moderated by work motivation, and mental health has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance moderated by work motivation. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik kepribadian dan nilai-nilai budaya lokal terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepemimpinan sebagai variabel intervening pada PT Mega Indah Sari Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif melalui survei menggunakan kuisioner. Data diolah dengan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS) dan diterapkan menggunakan Smart PLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik kepribadian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepemimpinan, nilai-nilai budaya lokal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepemimpinan, karakteristik kepribadian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, nilai-nilai budaya lokal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, karakteristik kepribadian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepemimpinan sebagai variabel intervening, dan nilai-nilai budaya lokal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepemimpinan sebagai variabel intervening. Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in workload between female and male employees of PT. Pos KCU Makassar, differences in work stress between female and male employees of PT. Pos KCU Makassar, and differences in performance between female and male employees of PT. Pos KCU Makassar. This study uses quantitative research with a comparative/comparative research approach. The instrument in this study is by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study is the independent sample t-test processed using the SPSS 29.0 for windows program. The results of the two independent sample t-test are that there are differences in workload between male and female employees of PT. Pos KCU Makassar, there are differences in work stress between male and female employees of PT. Pos KCU Makassar, and there is no difference in employee performance between male and female employees of PT. Pos KCU Makassar.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease that has an impact on the physical, psychological, and social health of sufferers, including children. The success of TB treatment in children aged 1-5 years is highly dependent on compliance in taking Anti-Tuberculosis Drugs (OAT), but this compliance is still a challenge in long-term treatment. To analyze the factors that influence medication adherence in children aged 1-5 years with TB undergoing OAT pulmonary therapy at RSUD Tamansari. In this study, the design used was a quantitative descriptive method with a cross-sectional approach with 40 respondents. The sample used was parents of toddler patients aged 1-5 years with a diagnosis of Pulmonary TB who were undergoing an OAT treatment program at RSUD Tamansari. Data collection using a questionnaire instrument and analyzed using the chi-square test. The calculation of the number of samples can be done using the statistical method using the Slovin formula. The statistical test method uses univariate and bivariate tests. The results of this study indicate that pulmonary tuberculosis patients have medication adherence with the knowledge variable of 25 respondents (62.5%) having good knowledge. The results of the statistical test show a value of ρ = 0.00 so that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that there is a significant relationship between the level of parental knowledge and adherence in taking OAT. A total of 26 respondents (65%) have supportive family support. The results of the statistical test showed a value of ρ = 0.019, so Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected, which means there is a significant relationship between family support and compliance in taking, as many as 25 respondents (62.5%) considered access to services easily accessible. The results of the statistical test showed a value of ρ = 0.035, so Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected, which means there is a significant relationship between access to health services and compliance in taking OAT. As many as 26 respondents (65%) said the role of health workers was good. The results of the statistical test showed a value of ρ = 0.019 so Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected, which means there is a significant relationship between the role of health workers and compliance in taking OAT. In this study, no relationship was found between the variables of age, gender, and parental education on compliance in taking OAT medication in children aged 1-5 years at Tamansari Hospital. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it is known that there is an influence of the relationship between parental knowledge, family support, access to health services, and the role of health workers with compliance with taking lung medication at Tamansari Hospital. Keywords: Factors of Compliance with Taking OAT Medication, Childhood Tuberculosis.ABSTRAK Tuberkulosis (TB) merupakan penyakit infeksi menular yang berdampak pada kesehatan fisik, psikologis, dan kehidupan sosial penderitanya, termasuk anak-anak. Keberhasilan pengobatan TB pada anak usia 1-5 tahun sangat bergantung pada kepatuhan dalam mengonsumsi Obat Anti Tuberkulosis (OAT), namun kepatuhan ini masih menjadi tantangan dalam pengobatan jangka panjang. Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan minum obat pada anak usia 1-5 tahun dengan TB yang menjalani terapi pengobatan paru OAT di RSUD Tamansari. Dalam penelitian ini desain yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan 40 responden.. Sampel yang digunakan adalah Orangtua pasien balita usia anak 1-5 tahun dengan diagnosa TB Paru yang sedang mendapatkan program pengobatan OAT di RSUD Tamansari. Pengumpulan data dengan instrumen kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan uji chi-square. Penghitungan jumlah sampel bisa dilakukan dengan metode statistik menggunakan formula Slovin.  Metode uji statistik  menggunakan uji univariat dan uji bivariat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penderita tuberkulosis paru memiliki kepatuhan minum obat dengan variabel pengetahuan sebanyak 25 responden (62,5%) memiliki pengetahuan yang baik. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan nilai ρ = 0,00 sehingga Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan orang tua dengan kepatuhan dalam minum OAT. Sebanyak 26 responden  (65%) memiliki dukungan keluarga yang mendukung. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan nilai ρ = 0,019, sehingga Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak yang berartiterdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan dalam minum, sebanyak 25 responden(62.5%) menilai akses pelayanan dengan mudah dijangkau. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan nilai ρ = 0,035, sehingga Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara akses pelayanan kesehatan dengan kepatuhan dalam minum OAT. Sebanyak 26 responden  (65%) mengatakan peran petugas kesehatan baik. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan nilai ρ = 0,019 sehingga Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara peran tenaga kesehatan dengan kepatuhan dalam minum OAT. Pada penelitian ini, tidak ditemukan hubungan antara variabel usia, jenis kelamin, dan  pendidikan orangtua terhadap kepatuhan minum obat OAT pada anak usia 1-5 tahun di RSUD Tamansari. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan diketahui adanya pengaruh  hubungan pengetahuan orangtua, hubungan dukungan keluarga, hubungan akses pelayanan kesehatan, dan hubungan peran petugas  kesehatan dengan  Kepatuhan minum obat paru di RSUD Tamansari Kata Kunci: Faktor-Faktor Kepatuhan Minum Obat OAT, Tuberkulosis Anak.
