Abstract

Batching Plant PT. Holcim is part of PT. Holcim which handle the distribution and production of PT. Holcim's products, such as concrete, ready made cement concentrate, and building construction services. Customers can order the products and services at Batching Plant PT. Holcim without having to go to headquarters of P.T Holcim. From each service provided by Batching Plant PT. Holcim, customers can report complaints due to errors from service process to Batch Plant PT. Holcim directly. The problem is the process of recording complaints are still done manually so it's difficult for sales accommodate complaint data. In addition, sales are also difficult to tell the leader of the job complaint must be done immediately. Based on the problem that CRM applications need to be able to assist sales and leaders in performing complaint reporting processes with CRM operational application types. The CRM application needed to record the complaint automatically. In addition, CRM application required to help sales inform to the leader that new complaint must be done immediately. Later on, the system has features such as make new complaint, make notification to the leader, and managing complaint data. In its development the method used to develop the system using codeigniter framework. Then the system will be tested using Base Path Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Utility Testing for success level in fulfilling user's need.

Abstract

Software cost estimation is a process of predicting the effort to develop a software. The basic input of software cost estimation is measurement metric. Projects often delays, over-budget, and do not finish because failure estimate software development costs. PT Sekawan Media Informatika determining the estimated cost based on the number of human resources, the required features, and the complexity of the database based on estimates project manager called Guesstimate. This research explains the allocation of cost estimation, time, and human resources in the development of Archive Letter Management System Information (SIPAS) at PT. Sekawan Media Informatika uses Function Point and Object Point, and project schedule using Gantt Chart based on Work Breakdown Structure. Function Point is a metrics sizing of software functionality based on five types of user functions, External Input, External Output, External Inquire, Internal Logic File, and External Interface File and technical calculation from software development, result in a lower effort estimation of 44 people over 9 days with a total cost of Rp. 34.381.426. Object Point is a software measurement metric based on the number and complexity of an object screen, report, and 3GL component (third generation language) as well as calculate the percentage of reuse and productivity value, result in a large estimated effort of 44 people over 12 days with total cost of Rp. 47.286.499.

Abstract

The rise of On Demand application makes business people compete in creating applications based on customer demands. There are a lot of On Demand applications in Indonesia, it makes users are more selective in selecting On Demand applications. Mangjek is one of the On Demand applications which is operated in Palembang. The pre-research result shows application users complaints about Driver Mangjek application interface. Those complaints show that the interface is less understandable and complicate in usage. Therefore, in this research, there will be interface design for Driver Mangjek application interface which is easily understandable by the users. The method used in this interface design is Human-Centred Design by considering android design principles and Adaptive User Interface design rules. Users satisfaction to the interface will be evaluated by using instrument which is the adaptation result of Questionnaire for User Interaction Satisfaction involving 90 respondents. The research result shows that there are users satisfaction enhancements to the interface after applying application interface improvement. The enhancements are in 5 aspects, those are: (1) Application Interface, it's increasing from 3.26 to 6.36; (2) Language usage, it's increased from 3.75 to 5.67; (3) Learning, it's increasing from 3.89 to 5.36; (4) Online Helps, it's increasing from 1.95 to 4.71; (5) Online Tutorial, it's increasing from 1.60 to 6.34.

Abstract

BNN Malang is a vertical institution that has a purpose to conduct the program of Prevention, Eradication, Abuse and Illicit Circulation of Drugs or we can call it by P4GN, especially in Malang. It consists of the head, the general subsection, the prevention and empowerment section of the community, the rehabilitation section and the eradication section. Based on interview data, it is found that there are difficulties in determining the priority of information system needs in BNN Malang. This is because no experts in the field of information technology and the needs of each different section. Therefore it is necessary to conduct analysis in determining the priority needs of information systems in BNN Malang. The EasyWinWin method is used to negotiate collaboratively and prioritize. The purpose of this research is to get recommendation of information system become priority in BNN Malang to be developed or built. The result of recommendation of information system priority determination in BNN Malang as a whole is a system of reporting activity information done daily and weekly recap, which result of weekly report with extension .ppt. In addition, it generates priority recommendations of the information system in each section or subsection.

Abstract

"ANDAL", The Primary Healthcare Organization and Management Model is a model that contains the primary healthcare service guidelines. In the implementation of the model, it needs technology support in the management of primary health information so that healthcare providers can provide higher quality primary healthcare services. This research was conducted to develop a health information system, started by performing requirements analysis with the results of the identification of system capabilities being visualized into the use case diagram. Furthermore, the information system modeling was performed to produce an object model and object interaction model in UML notation, and database design. Then, the implementation was performed and produced a web-based Primary Healthcare Information System that provides primary healthcare information management function and the function of calculating the level of risk of the disease and the level of stress that can be used to help healthcare providers determine healthcare intervention to be given to the patient. Furthermore, a system testing showed that the developed system can be run in accordance with the identified requirements.

Abstract

Indonesia is the largest country that has karst area in southeast asia, karst area is rocky arid land, besides that, this area also in exploitation for the needs of cement-making raw materials, but from these mines there will be problems such as the disappearance or changing of hydrology and landscape in karst areas. the need for a preliminary analysis of the impact of mining is very important in the early stages, the technology used to solve the problem in the karst area is still minimal, this is the background of researchers to know the hydrological changes in the karst area impact of exploitation of cement raw materials by simulating the exploitation using the tangible landscape method, this research will visualize in real-time changes in elevation, contour and hydrological results of the exploitation, from the visualization results will be used to take tactical steps for related parties. The results obtained in this study is, mining activities in the area can affect the surface hydrology and environmental topography, then the results of different analytic testing obtained suitability model of 76.5%, Tangible Landscape influenced by the cell value contained in the data and the resulting scale, 10 cm x 10 cm in size produces 3,306 cells while in size 28 cm x 28 cm produces 13.328 cell, then for User Experience testing can be concluded that, this method has a positive experience level to the user see the results of UEQ. Overall Tangible Landscape can be used to visualize environmental changes that occur and can model the environment.

Abstract

JD.id is one of online retail shop which give the conveniences for its customers to purchasing their needs. JD.id still receive many complains about the website's usability such as information discrepancies on the website, inconsistence language usage, and difficulties in understanding information on the website. This research was conducted to determine the quality of JD.id website service towards customer retention based on ISO 9241-11, regarding the influences of Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Satisfaction variables individually or collectively. The data of this study gathered using questionnaires as research instrument. The questionnaire consist of 27 statements that took sample of 100 respondents. The results shows that Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Satisfaction variables individually or collectively have effects the customer retention, when the three variables are increasing it will influence the customer loyalty to use the site. Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Satisfaction variables collectively influenced about 44,6% to Customer Retention. The results of this study will give recommendations to the content, preparation and ease of reading information, links and navigations indicators.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the acceptance of users of the Enterprises Resource Planning system at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI (Persero) using UTAUT Adapted model. The population of this study are employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI (Persero) which have the right of access to the system starting from procurement, production, distribution, sales, to human resources. The number of samples used in this study is 80 respondents. Research begins by evaluating the variables of the UTAUT model that are predicted to determine the factors of Enterprises Resource Planning system user acceptance, including Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Anxiety, Attitude, and Behavioral Intention. The measuremence model using PLS-SEM. The result shows is suitability of the model adopted in determining the acceptance factors of the Enterprises Resource Planning system user PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI (Persero). The model can explain the effect of variance on Behavioral Intention of 70.9% and shows a significant relationship between each hypothesis. The adoption of this research model refers to the user research acceptance of the mandatory ERP system and focuses on the influence of direct relations of exogenous variables with attitude and intention factors behaving in ERP system user acceptance.

Abstract

Masalah yang dihadapi software house dalam menentukan proyek perangkat lunak adalah tidak adanya perkiraan upaya yang dibutuhkan untuk perencanaan dan pengerjaan proyek perangkat lunak. Tujuan penelitian ini memberikan pertimbangan kepada PT DOT Indonesia dalam estimasi sumber daya manusia, waktu, dan biaya pada pengembangan perangkat lunak lain yang mirip dan memiliki skala proyek yang sama dengan perangkat lunak A, B, dan C menggunakan metode (Constructive Cost Model II) COCOMO II. Perhitungan COCOMO II membutuhkan Data Flow Diagram dari hasil wawancara pada manajer proyek dan hasil perhitungan lembar penilaian yang diberikan kepada anggota tim proyek sehingga menghasilkan estimasi biaya Perangkat Lunak A sebesar Rp188.910.000 dengan estimasi waktu selama 15 bulan dan jumlah sumber daya manusia (SDM) sebanyak 6 orang, estimasi biaya Perangkat Lunak B sebesar Rp83.960.000 dengan estimasi waktu selama 10 bulan dan jumlah SDM sebanyak 4 orang, dan estimasi biaya Perangkat Lunak C sebesar Rp125.940.000 dengan estimasi waktu selama 12 bulan dan jumlah SDM sebanyak 5 orang. Selisih estimasi biaya, waktu dan SDM seluruh perangkat lunak dengan skala proyek yang sama antara metode COCOMO II dengan actual cost adalah sebesar Rp262.206.000 dengan selisih waktu 30 bulan dan selisih SDM sebanyak 7 orang, sehingga rekomendasi untuk PT DOT Indonesia adalah menggunakan metode COCOMO II dalam estimasi biaya, waktu, dan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kemiripan dan kesamaan skala proyek dengan perangkat lunak A, B, dan C.

Abstract

Drone becomes a popular hobby among drone community lately. Because it can be flown and operated from the distance, many drone pilots use this technology in many sectors for their work. Because of that reason, the regulation about flying drone are needed.The Indonesian Goverment have been released a regulation about drone area into several categories, (i.e prohibited area, restricted area, safety flight operation zone, controlled airspace and uncontrolled airspace). However because many drone pilots have lack of information about the regulation that been released, many cases cause drone accident. As example drone get crashed into airplane, or drone get stucked on the building rooftop, and many more. With Geo Information System (GIS), offers several solutions like Spatial Multi-Criteria Evaluation. With this method, factors that cause a problem become criteria and parameters hierarchically, and then compose together to become a new spatial model that contains information and recommendation. For furthermore this model can be implemented on mobile application, so drone Penggunas can obtain an information from this apps. In the future this research hopefully could decrease many drone cases. From accuracy assessment, this model have 62.5% overall accuracy. This mean that 62% of the info generated from this model is in suitable with the facts in the field.
