Abstract

In calculating the cost estimation of project, software house doesn't have any standards, and suggested in every construction project refers to the execution of a structured on the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). This research lay's out used WBS and scheduling using Gantt Chart, as well as the calculation of the estimated costs of using metode Extended Use Case Point and Use Case Size Point. Data collection technique was done by interviewed and deployment assessment sheet for developer and software observation, then the result will be used as material to make use case diagram and use case scenario for calculation of Extended Use Case Point and Use Case Size Point. Extended Use Case Point estimated effort 25 people during 118,1 hours and the total estimated cost was Rp 70.252.030,00. While Use Case Size Point produce the effort 25 people during 91,2 hours and the total estimated cost is Rp 56.747.500,00. From the comparison of the two methods, the calculation of cost estimation using the Use Case Size Point method is recommended, because it has a smaller accuracy than the method of Extended Use Case Point, which is 3,1%.

Abstract

An organization or agency certainly have business processes that are run to support the operational activities of the organizations or agencies in order to achieve the vision and mission have been determined An organization or agency certainly have business processes that are run to support the operational activities of the organizations or agencies in order to achieve the vision and mission have been determined. Prisma learning guidance is one of the learning guidance that is currently growing. Along with the development of a business then the level of service to customers should also be better. Currently in running the business process, LBB Prisma has not had a standard business process. Recording of data is still done manually. The risk of loss of data will increase. Expectation from the chairman of LBB Prima that business processes can run effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this research is to 1) Modeling and simulating business processes on Prisma Student Guidance using BPMN 2) Modeling and simulating recommendations business process using the BPI approach on the Prisma Student Guidance 3) Compare the current business process model and the proposed business process.Research begins with literature studies and data collection through interviews. Next is modeling and simulating current business processes using BPMN, problem analysis, business process improvement analysis using BPI approach, modeling and simulation of proposed business processes and comparison of process simulation results. The results obtained from this research that is 1) Modeling of four business processes that will be improved 2) model Proposed business process using BPI techniques 3) Comparison of current business process simulation results and proposals..

Abstract

Klinik Mutiara Sehat is a first phase health facility clinic that cooperate with BPJS Kesehatan. In performing health services, support of information technology in the management of information is required to improve the services. This research development of medical record information system begins by performing a requirement analysis to get the capability of medical record information system which is then modeled into use case diagram. And then, from the results of recruitment analysis done several types of medical records information system design is modeling with UML notation, database design and web service design. Then, the implementation of the system design that produces Medical Record Information System based website that provides integrated medical record service function with BPJS Health and medical record management of examination results. Furthermore, from the results of the implementation of Medical Record Information System carried out system testing which states that the system developed to run in accordance with needs analysis that has been defined in the recruitment analysis.

Abstract

In this research, the process of usability evaluation is using model from Discrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM) to find out the extent of the gap that occurred on the website of Kabupaten Mojokerto. The gap that was intented is the difference from the current state of the website (performance) to standards in guidelines for website development. This research also using usability evaluation tool which is Website Usability Evaluation (WEBUSE) as an evaluator of the evaluation results that give direction to recommendation for the improvement of what to do. The result from this research it is known that Content, Organization, and Readability having usability value equal to 0,677 and in good category, the value of Navigation and Links variable is 0,585 with moderate category, User Interface Design variable has value 0,484 with moderate category, and Performance and Effectiveness variable having usability value equal to 0,523 with moderate category. In assessment using WEBUSE explained that when the variable has entered into excellent level, then that variable has been able to be trusted by users of the system, so it can be seen that there is still gap on usability of Kabupaten Mojokerto website.

Abstract

The lack of technology support in the yuga elektro tuban company causing inefficiency in the process of making financial reports and job documentation by administration functionaries. To improve work efficiency, technology support is required that provides the functions to support both process through an information system. This reserach was conducted to determine whether an prototype of information system capable to demonstrate the functions to support both process can be built properly. To answer those question, requirement analysis, design, and implementation of information system was done using object oriented approach. Then, the result of implementation tested to determine wheter system can work as the identified requirement analysis. The requirement analysis produces the information system requirement identification and visualization of the system capability in the form of use case diagram. The resultof design is the object interaction model documentation in the form of sequence diagram, object model in the form of class diagram, data base design, algorithm design, and user interface design. The result is an prototype of information system. Information system then was tested based on functional and nonfunctional requirement that presenting valid results on every test performed. In the end, we can draw a conclusion that information system was built properly.

Abstract

E-government refers to the using of government agencies with information technology (internet, mobile computing, WAN) that has abilities to change relationships between citizens, business people and other government executives. Advantages of using e-government is increased transparency of information for residents of Surabaya. This research is used to identify risks in the application of e-budgeting and e-procurement systems managed by Administrasi Pembangunan which has been used for more than 10 years. The risk identification process in this study refers to the risk management techniques which is described by the PMBOK 5th edition (Project Management Body of Knowledge) and Pritchard in Risk Management Concepts and Guidance 5th edition. Risk management in this research is used for reviewing risks that may occur of the system. Risk management in this research uses expert judgment and rating schemes method. The result of using expert judgment method is, there are six risks faced by Administrasi Pembangunan: inflation, integration problem, human resource productivity, infrastructure, system development and short term employee. The result of qualitative analysis using rating schemes method is, there are seven high risk, four medium risks and one low risks.

Abstract

In the software development industry, calculating software development cost estimation was an important activity. Many software development projects have failed due to inaccessibility limits, cost and time. CV Gumcode Indonesia was experience in similar problems, where there were many projects delayed and cost overrun so that an evaluation of how they estimated the cost was performed. This study described the cost, time and resource estimation needed for development by referring to Work Breakdown Structure and scheduled it into Gantt Chart using Advance Use Case Point and Revised Use Case Point methods. Data collection was done by interview technique to Project Manager and observation on the software, which processed into use case diagram and use case scenario. Advance Use Case Point method produced an estimation of hours of effort for 2.229,4 working hours with total cost Rp 110,558,733.00 and worked by 26 people. Revised Use Case Point method produced an estimation of hours of effort for 1.679.8 hours working with total cost Rp 83.303.382,00 and worked by 26 people. Based on the results of comparison analysis, Advance Use Case Point method was recommended because it covered the End-User Development features required in the Sistem Reservasi Online Gedung Serbaguna PT GHL Peninsula.

Abstract

PT.Cendana Teknika Utama is a company that focuses on product development in the field of mobile application, electronica control and web application. The products produced by the company are expected to support the demands of the current business development.But the fact that the products produced are still often found defects.This study aims to assess the level of product development process capability in one of the divisions in the company by using Capability Maturity Model Integration ( CMMI). The research method used is qualitative with data collection using interview and document search. Assessment stages were used using CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) C class. Assessment was performed on six CMMI process areas selected based on the CMMI product roadmap. The six process areas consist of requirements development, requirements management, technical solution, process and product quality assurance, configuration management and verification. The result of the capability level assessment found that only the technical solution area process is at one level performed, while in other area process still at zero / incomplete level. From the results of the assessment conducted an analysis that contains solutions for companies to improve the level of capabilities

Abstract

Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) East Java Province published website for the aim of sharing information and conducting communication with the society, especially in East Java Province region. On current time, website-based communication has became an urgency for the institutions due to large number of narcotics misuse in Indonesian society. This research is focused on evaluation and improvement of the institution's website in user interface aspect by using Human-Centered Design (HCD) approach. HCD is used for developing interactive systems with the aim to make the system usable and useful. This research applies the principle of process customization, ie the stages of HCD will be adjusted based on the current condition of the website. The research is started with context of use analysis, initial design evaluation, user's requirement analysis, solution design production, and solution design evaluation. The result of the research has shown that after the application of HCD method, the user interface has a better usability value than before the implementation of the HCD method. The usability value of efectivity aspect in initial design is 45.71%, while the value is increased to 100% on solution design. On the efficiency aspect, usability value in initial design is 46.20% and in solution design is increased to 100%. Average time to done all tasks in solution design is decreased compared to initial design. In the aspect of user satisfaction, the percentage of user satisfication in initial design is 40.75% and in solution design is increased to 81.75%.

Abstract

Dinikoe Keramik is one of UMKM that produce and sell various kinds of souvenir made of ceramic. One of the most important part of the UMKM is the process of selling and retaining customers. The existing sales process at UMKM held by phone call or store visiting. Thus, that existing sales process has disadvantages complaint from the customer is one of that disadvantages that happened oftentimes, that complaint came because of the customers didn't get the fast response about the product and order questions. Moreover, there's no integration information system so that business process in the organization run slowly. Therefore, Dinikoe Keramik needs an information system that using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy to maintain customer loyalty. The system is builded by using Waterfall method which have some processes such as business process analysis and requirements, design, system implementation, and testing. To fulfill the customer's needs, 16 functional needs and 2 nonfunctional needs used as the basic of system development process. The result of system testing showed that the system could meet the user's functional needs, run on the type and version of web browsers tested by the SortSite tool, and effectiveness testing generate 97% score at customer's user group and 83% at sales staff's user group.
