Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Self-Efficacy and Soft skills on Job Readiness in Class XI students of the Accounting Department of SMKN 3 Bandung. This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative approach, in which information and data are obtained from respondents using a questionnaire. The population in this study were Class XI students of SMKN 3 Bandung Accounting Department consisting of 102 students. The research analysis used Multiple Linear Regression analysis. After the data is collected, the data is analyzed using SPSS software version 24. The results of this study indicate that Self-Efficacy and Soft Skills have a positive effect on work readiness. Self Efficacy and Soft Skills can explain work readiness by 0.743 or 74.3%, while 25.7% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to present an overview of the literature review related to pedagogical knowledge, technology, and digitalization. The method used in this research is qualitative research, where descriptive analysis of existing literature is carried out. The data sources used in this study are journal articles on pedagogical knowledge, technology, and digitalization, the results of which show that pedagogical knowledge plays an important role in the utilization of technology and digitalization in the classroom context. The literature review emphasized that a strong understanding of the principles of effective education and pedagogy is a necessary foundation for educators to integrate technology and digitalization into their classroom practices. With the help of pedagogical information, it enables educators to plan practical learning experiences using technological tools that are appropriate to students' needs and characteristics.  In addition, literary research also shows that technology and digitalization can provide great benefits in an educational context. Appropriate use of technology can increase student engagement, encourage active and collaborative learning, and improve access to educational resources. Moreover, digitization can also change the way educators manage and assess learning. With the help of these articles, the relationship between pedagogical knowledge, technology, and digitalization in educational contexts can be further explored. The purpose of this study is to describe the literature on research on pedagogical knowledge, technology, and digitalization. The method used in this research is qualitative research, where a descriptive analysis of the literature review is conducted. Journal articles related to pedagogical knowledge, technology, and digitalization were used as data sources. The results of this study indicate that there are 24 articles that serve as literature research and can be used as references in the study of pedagogical skills, technology and digitalization

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain the results of a study and analysis regarding the influence of strategic leadership on employee performance with job satisfaction as mediation in the General Procurement and Facility Services Division of PT. Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) which is located in the city of Bandung. The population in this study are all employees who are members of the General Procurement and Facility Services Division of PT. Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero), totaling 84 employees who have become respondents in this study. This research method uses a quantitative approach method, as well as a method of collecting data through questionnaires which are distributed to all employees using the Google Form media. The hypothesis testing technique in this study uses structural equation modeling / SEM techniques using AMOS software. The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis of strategic leadership can have a positive effect, but not significantly on employee performance. The second hypothesis shows that strategic leadership can have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The third hypothesis explains that employee job satisfaction has a negative and not significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the last hypothesis reveals that employee job satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of strategic leadership on employee performance. Keywords: Strategic Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance, PT. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to find out the effect of Entrepreneurship Strategy on Business Performance mediated by the ability of Creativity and Innovation in Garment Business in Bandung Traditional Market. Study population, 280 Bandung garment businesses. Determination of sample size uses the Slovin formula with a sample size of 165 Bandung garment businesses.. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis and Multiple Mediation Regression analysis. Descriptive analysis of results obtained that the Business Performance in the good category, Entrepreneurship Strategy in the good enough category, Creativity in the good enough category, and Innovation in the good enough category. The results showed that the Entrepreneurship Strategy directly involved Business Performance with a coefficient of determination of (57.7%). Mediation effect through creativity with a coefficient of determination of (19.1%), mediation effect through innovation with a coefficient of determination of (16.7%), total mediation effect of Creativity and innovation with a coefficient of determination of (81.5%). The conclusions of the research related to the Entrepreneurship Strategy simultaneously on Business Performance are mediated by Creativity and Innovation in the Garment Business in Bandung Traditional Market.Keywords: Entrepreneurship Strategy, Creativity Ability, and Innovation, Business Performance

Abstract

A problem-based learning approach is a learning approach that is student-centered, allowing them to confront real-world problems, encouraging critical thinking, collaboration and problem solving. This research aims to investigate several key aspects related to PBL and learning outcomes at a global level and generate in-depth insights into research trends and focuses related to problem-based learning (PBL) approaches and learning outcomes. through bibliometric analysis. From 1132 Scopus database articles, after going through the selection process there were 742 articles. It was found that interest and research focus on this topic has increased significantly in recent years, reflecting the importance of PBL in developing students' critical and collaborative skills. The importance of developing valid and reliable educational measurement tools to measure learning outcomes. The importance of international collaboration in enriching understanding of PBL and learning outcomes. Human factors, such as student characteristics, were found to be important in designing a PBL curriculum that is responsive to student needs. These findings provide guidance for future research directions, highlighting the innovative potential in PBL development. In conclusion, these results and discussion provide a strong foundation for the development of education oriented towards effective learning outcomes in the modern era. AbstrakPendekatan pembelajaran berbasis masalah adalah pendekatan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik, memungkinkan mereka menghadapi masalah dunia nyata, mendorong pemikiran kritis, kolaborasi, dan pemecahan masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki beberapa aspek kunci terkait dengan PBL dan hasil pembelajaran di tingkat global dan menghasilkan wawasan mendalam tentang tren dan fokus penelitian terkait pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBL) dan hasil pembelajaran. melalui analisis bibliometrik. dari sebanyak 1132 artikel database scopus, setelah melalui proses seleksi menjadi 742 artikel. Ditemukan bahwa minat dan fokus penelitian terhadap topik ini meningkat secara signifikan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, mencerminkan pentingnya PBL dalam mengembangkan keterampilan kritis dan kolaboratif peserta didik. Pentingnya pengembangan alat pengukuran pendidikan yang valid dan reliabel untuk mengukur hasil pembelajaran. Pentingnya kerja sama internasional dalam memperkaya pemahaman tentang PBL dan hasil pembelajaran. Faktor-faktor manusia, seperti karakteristik peserta didik ditemukan penting dalam merancang kurikulum PBL yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan peserta didik. Temuan ini memberikan panduan arah penelitian mendatang, menyoroti potensi inovatif dalam pengembangan PBL. Kesimpulannya, hasil dan pembahasan ini memberikan landasan yang kuat untuk pengembangan pendidikan yang berorientasi pada hasil pembelajaran yang efektif di era modern.Kata Kunci: bibliometrik; hasil belajar; pembelajaran berbasis masalah

Abstract

This research aims to understand the role of optimizing the teacher's role in developing learning in a modern pedagogy approach. The research was conducted through a systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis. Initially, an article search was carried out using the Google Scholar database in the Publish or Perish application with the keywords "optimization teacher", "learning", "pedagogy","journal". The search results obtained as many as 200 documents and then filtered them, leaving 12 articles related to keywords. After filtering, it is then processed using VOSviewer software and it can be concluded that research on the role of optimizing the teacher's role in developing learning in a modern pedagogical approach is teacher's personality still present comprehensively when they organizes and controls the learning process towards a more meaningful situation. The teacher gets more momentum for the involvement of all students in the process, where they plays a small role as a controller of learning.

Abstract

This literature review examines the impact of carrying heavy backpacks on primary school students and explores possible solutions in the digital age. Through a systematic analysis of 30 selected studies published between 2013 and 2024, this review finds that excessive backpack weight significantly affects students' physical health, psychological well-being and social development. The key results show a correlation between the weight of the bag more than 10% of the body weight of the students and an increased risk of musculoskeletal problems, decreased motivation to learn and reduced participation in the social activity. Innovative solutions such as the use of digital technologies, the reformulation of school curricula and the improvement of school infrastructure show that they can solve this problem. This review highlights the importance of a holistic approach involving all stakeholders to address the challenge of heavy bags in the digital age.

Abstract

Transformasi digital di sektor pemerintahan menuntut Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) untuk memiliki kompetensi yang lebih adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas penerapan Taksonomi Bloom dalam pelatihan Government Transformation Academy (GTA) sebagai strategi peningkatan kompetensi ASN di era digital. Dengan menggunakan metode survei terhadap alumni GTA tahun 2023, penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana pendekatan berbasis Taksonomi Bloom mampu meningkatkan kemampuan teknis, analitis, dan strategis ASN dalam mendukung transformasi digital di tempat kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan GTA secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan ASN dalam menggunakan teknologi digital, menganalisis data untuk pengambilan keputusan, serta mengembangkan solusi inovatif dalam kebijakan berbasis elektronik. ASN yang telah mengikuti pelatihan diidentifikasi lebih mampu beradaptasi dengan implementasi Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) dan meningkatkan efektivitas layanan publik. Dengan demikian, GTA berperan sebagai model pelatihan yang tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman teoretis, tetapi juga membentuk ASN yang lebih responsif terhadap tantangan digital. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan modul pelatihan berbasis Taksonomi Bloom dengan fokus pada level kognitif tinggi, seperti evaluasi dan penciptaan, guna memastikan keberlanjutan peningkatan kompetensi ASN. Studi lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk menilai dampak jangka panjang pelatihan terhadap efektivitas kerja ASN serta mengeksplorasi metode pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang lebih inovatif.
